We really liked both our sales person (Doug) and our finance person (Jeff) Both were professional, helpful, kind and thorough. Our only hang up was the wait time. Originally, we came in on a Saturday afternoon. We understand this is the most busy day of the week, but there was only one finance person working. After waiting over two hours, we were told that the bank rep that we needed had gone home and it would be better to come back Monday. When we came back Monday evening we waited for another hour plus. So the waiting was a bit much, but neither Doug nor Jeff are to blame.

Jake was a pleasure to work with and got us a great deal on our car. He was able to find the right car and kept it within our price range. He was not pushy and let us go home and think on our future purchase. The next day we contacted him with our arrival time, he had already gone home for the night. But he was able to contact the dealership and had someone waiting there for us to purchase the car. Both the visits there were extremely helpful and quick. We love our new car. I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Traverse. I worked with Doug Rambow. I told him what I was looking for and what options I needed. He showed me what I wanted right away and we went for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable or quickly found someone who could answer my questions. I would recommend working with Doug. We will be back to work with Doug again when we need to replace our next vehicle. I also appreciated that they did not push service plans, just explained them and offered them. That can be a frustrating part of the car buying experience but it was not at all here.

The initial reason for our visit to Ryan Auto Mall was to see if they had a used vehicle for our 17 year old son who's current car was beyond repair. We initially talked to Dane and he told us about a used Mazda 3 then had. Dane referred us to Jeff Nelson who showed us the car & our son loved it. However it was a little out of his price range so he wanted to look around. Jeff was able to come up with a deal for him that was impossible to refuse. It was so nice to see that they had the best interest of a 17 year old young man in mind. I asked my son today how he likes his car, his response was "it's awesome!". Thanks Jeff!While we were doing the paperwork for his car my husband was looking around and found a new 2017 Chevy Traverse. Our current vehicle had 90,000 miles on it and still had 2 years to pay. We have had a rough couple years with medical issues and were concerned about having this car payment and no warranty left. We had a monthly payment in mind that had to be met. Jeff Seibert in finance worked more magic and we are now the proud owners of a new Traverse. We can not thank everyone at Ryan Auto Mall enough, especially Jeff Nelson - you are awesome.

I had done my research after our 2014 Outdoorsman was totaled. Ryan Auto Mall had the Ram we had decided to look at so we went to Buffalo to have a test drive Thursday..Kirk Crowell followed us into the showroom and Peggy and I explained why we were there. Kirk was quick to get the Ram we were looking for and we had a short test drive. We decided to purchase the 2016 Laramie with some added features. We needed to make some financial arrangements so we put down a small deposit to hold the vehicle then headed for home to start the process.After all of the funding was ready we called Kirk, while he was finishing breakfast, and he told me the Ram was ready for us to pick up. This was only a week from when we had decide to get the Ram so I was skeptical that the was going to be complete. When I asked Kirk about the Spray-in Bed Liner, Tonneau Cover, Splash Guards, Wheel to Wheel Steps, and the Clear Shield Film that were supposed to be added, He said they were all installed. This is three weeks faster that my previous experience with the Dealer that we purchased the 2014 Outdoorsman.We got to Ryan Auto Mall at 11:00 and there it was ready, clean. and beautiful. Everything was there. I was very impressed with the way it looked and the fact that it was complete. There would be no need to return to the dealer a number of times before I had a whole truck.This is probably the best experience we have had with a new vehicle purchase.

It was refreshing to deal with a salesmen that listened to what we needed and why we needed it. !. I was told that this was a stow away van, 1/2 true, only the back seat stows, the middle does not but I did not realize that until I needed to put it down some time later.2. Bought the rust proofing package at a healthy price only to find out after it came back, it is not rust proofing, it is rust through before it is called rust and it is up to me to keep it from rusting with a handy dandy kit of paints, and other items for me to apply first.3. I just went on a trip and found out that seating in the back seat is quite different as my wife and daughter in law felt they were laying way back and looking at the roof of the car. 4. Pulling on the straps to get the back seat out of the stowing compartment required me to fight with it until I found out I had to reach down under the bottom of the seat to raise it up by hand and not the strap. It was a learning experience.I will certainly shop around with a long list of items I found unsatisfactory before I buy again,.

He was such a helpful and friendly guy from the very beginning, they towed my old car(free of charge to me), I couldn't find my car title so they bought a new one for us, gave us a great deal and most importantly didn't try to hard close us or anything he simply gave us the facts and worked with us to get us what we needed. My wife and I went in to purchase a CTS. The first rep hardly acknowledged us. I tried to make small talk but the guy literally did not respond multiple times. He went to grab keys and another salesman came with the keys. We were hoping this would change our experience. This guy was hardly there, there was an aggressive shake to the vehicle that he passed off as the AWD. A lumber wagon would have ridden better. It is too bad since we were trying to buy American. This dealership is a classic. A beautiful physical plant with top professional personnel. We were guided throughout our purchasing experience by the capable and courteous Mr. Dermott Norman. We were interested in a low-mileage used car and he showed us just what we wanted. A 2015 Impala with less than 20,000 miles. He carefully explained the car's many fine features and several optional programs to prolong the life of the car. He personally introduced us to the people specializing in these extended programs and warranties. He accompanied us on a "test drive" to familiarize us with the car. Kirk Crowell is basically everything that you would want in a car sales/leasing consultant. Low-pressure, friendly, and knowledgeable. Working with him was a pleasure. I will admit that I am not easy to work with, I am very particular about my cars and I have financial commitment issues. But Kirk never used the old lines (what can we do to get you into this car today? if we can get the numbers to work out, can you commit right now?), he knows that the high pressure tactics do not work and he tells you that upfront. He never called unless he had something concrete to offer, which is a very welcome change from the current practices in the industry. One thing that I cannot stand is when you ask a salesperson a question about a car and they immediately refer to the window sticker as if they have never seen the car before in their life. I can look at the sticker. Kirk knows the product that he sells. He knows the vehicles and can answer any questions that you have, which gives you the confidence that you are working with the right person. I like that he is able to compare and contrast the Jeep line with the Dodge line, that just makes making a decision easier.Always a smile, always a handshake, always a story, always a golf metaphor, I have no reservations whatsoever for recommending Kirk Crowell and Ryan automall very highly. Go see him and ask for him by name.

They made our experience quick, easy and no hassle. I felt like John really understood what I was looking for and was honest about how things work. Because of the type of used vehicle I purchased it was difficult to find financing, but John was upfront with that and was ready to get a hold of to update. I felt that John and the dealership didn't want too sell me anything more then what I wanted, nor did I feel pressure to buy something I didn't need. After I purchased the vehicle, I really enjoyed that John took time to show me how everything worked before sending me out the door.

He referred one of the sales persons to me about my purchase of a new truck. This person asked a few qualifying questions to see how he could best serve my needs. After finding out that I was more interested in the new Chevy trucks, he let me know about the primary Chevy guy. There was no upsell or pressure to buy. I saw a couple of used Chrysler vans on-line that looked to be what I was looking for, so I drove from Fridley to Buffalo to see. Neither one had NAV, which was a must. My salesperson was Todd Rodenwald and he gave me a couple of options which I was maybe-maybe not on. We talked about different van choices, but I just couldn't "hit" because I wanted quite a few features and nothing had all of those deal-breaker features. Todd then asked me if I'd wait a minute while he looked into another option. He came back with a NEW VAN suggestion. At first I balked: sticker shock & the fact that I'd never bought a new vehicle before (plenty for my wife, but I didn't ever care to for me). Well, after seeing all the features it had...exactly what I wanted...We started talking price. I swear that after we got to the bottom line, I was wondering if Todd was a long-lost brother that I didn't know about :-) And, I got a very fair trade-in value for my car. Todd had found the van I wanted at another dealer and had it delivered within one day! When I came to pick it up, I hadn't had time to clear out my trade-in, so Todd helped me & my wife do that....inside, where my new car was (90+ degree day). There was a "bump" with my wife's driver's license, but with the help of Todd and Dane Dornbush, we got it straightened out so that we didn't have to come back with the renewed license. Oh, and the icing was that buying in Buffalo, I didn't have to pay the much higher metro sales tax! Todd is a very personable, sincere and knowledgeable salesperson (beyond what you'd expect from ANY salesperson). Ryan Auto Mall was a reasonable and honest dealer (sadly, that's kinda rare anymore in any company). I would definitely recommend Ryan Auto Mall and I'd strongly suggest that you ask for Todd, it'll be pleasant and frugal for ya! I know that when we need another vehicle, we'll be shufflin' off to Buffalo (sorry, I couldn't resist).

I recently went to Ryan Chev to look at Silverado trucks. Within 10 minutes of arriving I was pointed in the direction of a vehicle that matched my criteria perfectly. It was near closing hours and John Fuller was willing to stay a bit late to make sure I was able to get a test drive in. I dealt with Anthony in finance briefly that evening before close - also very polite, professional and all around excellent to deal with. The next morning I received a phone call saying everything was approved and the vehicle was ready for pickup. After stopping back at the dealership I was in/out within 30 minutes. John did an excellent job of going over all the features/options and answering all of my questions. Overall an excellent experience. I would recommend Ryan Chevrolet to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle.

We had researched the vehicle we wanted and visited various web sites. Walked into the building when they opened at 8:30 a.m. and drove away with the vehicle at 11:00 a.m. Asked Todd Rodenwald numerous questions about the vehicle and financing, took a test drive in the vehicle we purchased and decided to purchase. Todd was very forthright and honest answering all our questions and did everything he could to expedite the process (including getting our license plates). Todd is a straight shooter and a nice guy. I would certainly purchase another vehicle from him and Ryan should the opportunity arise. The vehicle we purchased was at least $1600 less than any other vehicle we could find advertised on any Metro dealer web site when doing a direct comparison of features. We compared 52 other vehicles at the other web sites to the exact one we purchased.

Very Friendly atmosphere. Once I had Bruce he was committed to helping me receive the car I wanted. The service was pretty good. Even though we had just got out of the vehicle and wanted to ask a few other questions, after just test driving the car for the first time, we were rushed into financing because we had to get it done that second or else we were going to lose our spot in line. We were a little disappointed with how that was handled, you should never rush a customer. Otherwise the whole process prior to buying the car went pretty smooth. LOVE the car.

Driving up north Memorial Weekend, the conversation was on "Jeeps". dialed up Siri on the I-phone, got the nearest Jeep dealership (which was Buffalo from our driving location) and spoke to Ryan Keeney. We told him our interest, he answered all our questions. sent a few pictures and come Monday, we went to see it. We live in Excelsior, so before we left home we made sure it was still on the lot. I basically purchased the truck over the phone and then picked it up the next day. I asked them to install a bed liner, bed matt, running boards and soft tonneau in the morning and all was completed by time I picked it up that evening. Great service and also helpful and timely. Financing went smoothly and I was satisfied with the rate they were able to get me. From the time I pulled up to the front doors, within 15 minutes I was driving away. By far the fastest and easiest purchase I have ever made. We were at the dealer at the end of a Saturday, we were in a hurry to make the 4 hour drive back home. Felt like we were just another number-we were repeatedly told how many used cars they (he) sell(s) per month. Got home late, discovered the next day we had signed for an extended warranty we didn't want, spent the next month trying to have it removed. They were less than gracious about removing it. Not a pleasant experience, and one I don't wish to repeat for another 10+ years. Since returning home I have had the car in for warranty work on the door trim (both sides) and also it was leaking oil and had to have the oil pan gasket replaced. Just picked it up again from our local dealer this AM. (FYI, this was on a $54k car.)

Jake did a great job of working with me on pricing. He gave detailed answers to my questions. More importantly he did not push the sale of the truck. I left the dealership after test driving the truck without any hassle. I called back a couple of days later and closed the deal over the phone. The dealership made its normal offers for extended warranty, protection plans, accessories and service. I declined all of that to take my think about it. Again no pressure or hassle. Since then I have scheduled their best protection package. I highly recommend Ryans dealership and would ask for Jake for future purchases.

However, The staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate myself and my family in the short amount of time we had there. Kevin Haugen has to be one of the friendliest gentlemen I have met. We had been looking for a Charger for about 6 months. I wanted something sporty, but still practical enough to drive our family of 4, and have a decent size trunk for hockey bags. Cars.com showed a car at Ryan Auto Mall, which led us to them. From the first experience, to the end, everything was handled well. Kirk Crowell gave me a call soon after I inquired about the car on the Cars website. Then an inside person called and set up an appointment of sorts to have us see the car. We were a little late, and Kirk had another family looking at another awesome Charger, and he handled the situation well. We got to talking and discovered we both have a lot of the same interests and experiences in sports and hockey.and that we were both from Northern Minnesota. He was easy to get to know. Kirk, and everyone at Ryan were really nice to work with. Not a lot of fluff either - I was offered a lot of car aftercare services but I wasn't pressured hard to buy all the services. I still may get the seal for bugs and chips. I got my price on the vehicle after some negotiation. They were great to work with and I hope the service goes as good as my buying experience.

I recently purchased a vehicle through Ryan Auto Mall. I had been doing a lot of research through CarGururs.com. I had been searching since December and Doug kept in contact with me but not where it was annoying and I appreciated that. What I loved most about Ryan Auto Mall is there were no gimmicks with the listed price. So many other dealerships listed prices you could only get if you had a trade in and there were other possible discounts and many never applied to me so it was very frustrating when I thought I saw a good deal but when you added all that back in it really wasn't as great of a deal as the listing had indicated. With Ryan what you see is what you get. The online person I connected with prior to heading to the dealership was great (Lisa ???) Doug Rambow was awesome and personable. He was not pushy but rather very friendly and really seemed to understand me as a customer. I really appreciated that. He took his time with me and was willing to answer any questions I had. I felt completely confident in my purchase and would go back in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. And, LOVING my new equinox!

I purchased a new Silverado from Scott Goodmanson. He worked with me over the phone to help narrow down my vehicle search. I was very constrained for time went I made my appointment to meet Scott and let him know I needed to be in and out of the dealership quickly. Upon my arrival the truck was ready and waiting for my check ride, Scott prepped the business office and I flew through with no hassles whatsoever. I bought a Chev Traverse from Ryan Auto, my sales rep was Scott Goodmanson. I called and told him what bells and whistles I needed, that I did not want white. I thought I knew which make I was going for but when I got to the dealership, Scott had a Traverse pulled up for me to try. Not only did this SUV have everything I wanted and needed, it also had things that I had never used before and would have wanted if I would have known about it. I have already put a 1000 miles on the SUV in less then a week. I could not be happier. The best part of this car buying experience was that it took less then 30 minutes to get a vehicle that I wanted, no haggling, no guessing games, no sales pitch, no games. He found exactly what I wanted right away. I did not have to look through tons of inventory, which they had tons to look through. I would recommend Scott to anyone that wants to make sure the car they buy is going to fit their needs perfectly.

We had the best experience ever in looking for a new vehicle at Ryan Chevrolet. Erik Jerde assisted us in looking for our new truck. He was absolutely wonderful. He made us feel comfortable and took all of our requests into consideration as we looked for our new truck. I found my truck on Cargurus and it led me to Ryan Auto Mall. Jonn Shannon helped me and I could not of asked for a better salesman. We arrived and he let us take the vehicle for a test drive without him in the truck. He was not pushy and he had a great attitude. He helped do some research on the truck that I bought to see what maintenance has been done, oil changes, etc. The only con is that you do not want to trade in your vehicle to them. Since they sell a high volume of new vehicles, they do not need to waste time selling older ones.

I shopped 4 or 5 other dealerships and found Ryan Auto the most customer friendly of all those thatI visited. Reece Shlenz was the sales person who gave me the first Demo of the Ram truck that I ultimately ended up purchasing. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was very thoroughin explaining and showing me all of the unique features of the Ram1500. I left the dealership very confident that I understood how everything worked including how to setup all of the electronics. Mike Hoff was very helpful in negotiating a pricing structure that fit my needs and left me feeling that he negotiated the best pricing structure that was better than all of the other dealerships I visited. DaneDornbush handled all of the finance paperwork in a very efficient and timely manner. My overall experience was exceptional and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy and vehicle, specifically I would suggest they ask for Reece as a salesperson to deal with.

I had a few minor issues with my Jeep soft top that got overlooked because the seasons changed and time went by. After I eventually brought it in while under warranty, the submittal to Jeep warranty got lost or was not submitted.After no results from a couple of inquiries, I contacted Jeep.I was put in touch with the service department again and my issues were addressed.What was a frustrating situation for me was corrected by Erik Lund, the Service Writer.Because of Erik's effort and candor, we are satisfied with the repairs and the experience.Thank You for taking care of our issues, we love our Jeep and will definitely give Ryan a chance again when its time for another!RespectfullyMike & Deb Post

What I enjoyed most about my experience was it reminded me of buying from family. I grew up in the dealership setting as my grand father owned a GM dealership for 50+ years. What I remember most from the time a was little through my teenage years is my grandfather and his family worked hard to shake hands and greet everyone who stepped foot in the door.My experience at Ryan was much the same, before anyone knew my intentions I was greeted and asked how my day was. Todays business world has lost that touch, I was impressed by Scott and the supporting staff at Ryan and will certainly give them the first chance on my next purchase.

Jake is an excellent representative of your business. He was courteous and polite and even a little funny :). He was helpful to a fault and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he'd tell you, "I don't know" and find out. Even the things that I asked him to do in passing, he came through on. He is very attentive. The vehicle seems to be represented well and priced about average. However, it was supposed to have undergone an inspection but we found that the car was out of alignment or pulled right. I believe that for sure should have been caught during the inspection process. It kinda leaves some doubt on the other parts of the inspection. Overall, I'd rate my sales experience as excellent, and the dealership as average.

After spending over a week trying to work out a deal with a different dealership, I was tired of playing games and wasting my time. I decided to try Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo and was glad I did. I had the pleasure of working with Reece Schlenz. He worked with me to get a used mini van with more features and for less money than the other dealerships. I was able to purchase the mini van the same day with no games, and no pressure. I was impressed with how well Reece and Dane made a personal connection through the sales and finance process and focused on my needs as a customer instead of the sale. Even after the sale, Reece went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible customer experience.

Buying a truck from your local dealer can be vexing.Buying a truck 500 miles from home can be a nightmare.............It was a total pleasure to deal with Doug Rambow at Ryan Chevy. Doug and I talked on the phone for close to a week, even when he was 'off the clock'. He answered every question, faxed me vehicle history, held my hand a bit, and took care of the add-on items that I requested. This was in addition to picking me up at the airport, and bringing me out to Buffalo. We spent close to 4 hours going over the truck, until I felt comfortable with it. There's a lot to learn when you're going from a '08 to a loaded 2015 Diesel. When we were done with my learning curve, he took it into service and had the Techs give it one more going over, until he was satisfied that I was happy. We decided to replace our 6 year old Chrysler Town and Country Van and wanted to purchase a 2016. Color was important to us as we live a mile and a half down a dirt road and the beige one we had seemed to be the best color because of the dust. I researched every web site in the state looking for a 2016 in the Cashmere Sandstone color. Ryan Auto Mall had several and had a better listing price than the other dealers so we contacted them and were put in touch with Kirk Crowell. He answered all my questions, then had me answer questions about our 2010 Town and Country as we wanted to trade it in. He took some time to do some figuring and called me back with an offer. We accepted his offer and then asked if he could have undercoating, paint sealent and fabric protection put on. He told us what that would cost and we accepted. We then arranged to go to Buffalo a few days later to pick up the car. He gave us his cell number in case we had any questions in the meantime and also gave us good directions to Buffalo. The day we picked up the car was a very pleasant experience. Kirk was in no rush and answered all our questions and showed us many of the features on the car. He called again a day or so after we got home to see if we had any more questions which we did and which he answered and he reminded us that we could call him any time.We have bought many cars over the years, both new and used and this was by far the most pleasant car shopping experiece we have ever had. We appreciated the " no high pressure to buy a more expensive model" etc. We also visited with Shaun Olson who explained the extended warranty packages, etc. and was very nice also. We have already told several people about our experience including the secretary at our insurance agency, Miranda, who may be coming to Ryan Auto to shop! Thanks Kirk

I was very happy with my experience at Ryan from beginning to end. I was contacted almost immediately after requesting information on the vehicle I was interested in. When going in to test drive I expected the usual high pressure sales situation, that you normally see with other dealerships, but to my surprise it wasn't like that at all. I was able to test drive the vehicle for an hour to really get a feel for it. When I returned again there was no pressure to make a decision. Overall I am very impressed with my experience at Ryan.

I (along with my son Chris) dealt with Bruce Varner as a sales rep. He was AWESOME. He understood from the beginning that I was 3 hours away. My time is important...and I didn't want a lot of back and forth negotiations. He was VERY PROMPT in answering any questions I had. He greeted us at the door upon our arrival at the dealership. Had the car (which we never had eye on prior to our arrival) in an indoor, well lit area. Our first view was breath taking. For a 2 year old car...it was showroom ready. VERY CLEAN. He had his people in place to march thru the purchase process. We were in and out in 2 hours. The dealership was busy, clean and very personalized with separate private areas to do paper processing. Never at any time did we feel pressure to make a decision we weren't comfortable with. Bruce did a terrific of directing the process and kept the flow going so we could get back on the road. Bruce is a very pleasant and professional individual. He is a definite asset as a salesman for Ryan Chevrolet. Tony in finance did a nice job of having things together and marched us thru the paperwork. I didn't catch Tony's last name, but I don't see him listed / picture. The customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!!

We worked with Melisa Rokala to purchase our used Dodge Durango. As we live an hour from the dealership we resolved many details thru emails and phone calls. Melisa gave us her personal number so we always got a timely response to our questions. As a result we only had to make 2 visits to the dealership. Working with Shaun in the finance department also made the purchase of the truck very easy. We would definitely send friends and family there.

Over all I am happy with the trade and purchase of my vehicle. I wish I could have received a little more out of the trade value, but I understand the situation. One thing that I am not happy about is when I made it home and looked the vehicle over in closer detail, I noticed the rear upper corner piece was damaged. (two 5" long scuffs) One other disappointment was no follow up from ownership/management accommodating any travel expense. Not even a full tank of fuel to get back out on the road after traveling 9.5 hours and having to drive home. (The local Cadillac dealer where my parents bought their new 15 SRX sent them home with a full tank of fuel.) Was it a deal breaker, obviously not, but its the little things ($42.00) that can really make someone feel extra special.I know I am knit picking. Overall the experience was good. Some of my frustrations could be due to road lag. The dealership had an updated appearance, was clean, and had an impressive showroom as well as inventory. Doug was phenomenal to work with. I buy 2-4 trucks a year and have worked with some real jerks and some rock stars. Other than not following up on the last note that I mentioned earlier, I felt as if Doug was a role model salesmen, patient, polite, and friendly.

Only because my credit score wasn't in the 800's, so I thought I couldn't get approved and if I did, the interest rate would be so high I couldn't afford it anyways.That wasn't the case. I called Ryan Auto Mall and was directed to Tim Adams regarding a vehicle my wife and I saw online. We further set up a test drive with Doug Rambow. Upon arrival Doug and the vehicle were ready to go. Our test drive went well and it was nice to be able to pull the car inside and look at it in the light being this was at night. We were able to take our time and we never felt rushed to talk about a sale. We feel that the sales process went very well. Nothing was hidden and answers were very fast. I knew going into the sale that there was a recall on the Ford that we looked at, Doug had not problem calling Ford and looking into the recall. We worked on a number for the price of the vehicle that we were happy with. We were pleased at how fast we were able to negotiate the price. When Doug went to talk to Tim about the price we offered, it didn't take him very long to come back with an answer. We've been places where we have had to wait forever for an answer.It was a little annoying to have to go to the other building to do the final paperwork, but really it's not the end of the world. Everyone through the process was courteous and kind. We were never pushed into any add on sales or purchases. Shaun Olson was very thorough and gave us really good advice given options we had, but never forced anything on us. He completely let us make our decisions. Ultimately, we had a very good experience and would recommend this dealership to our friends and family.

We made an appointment due to our check engine light coming on and our computer telling us that is something to do with the transmission. They can be very friendly people, but on this instance we felt that the service could have been better. We were told that if they hook up their computer to figure out whats going on it could cost us $50 to $100 and then we told him if that's what it was going to be like we would go elsewhere were we wouldn't have to pay. This is ridiculous!!! This service guy almost tried to talk down to us, when my husband stated that he could just do it himself at his work. I do not like going to any dealership and being talked to like we don't know what we are talking about. I have a warranty and they need to honor every aspect of it! We are still waiting too unfortunately on the recall parts to come in considering the transmission issue.

There are a few very good customer service professionals at Chrysler service among the countless hacks. Even the very best service professionals make mistakes when I visit with my vehicle. So, what does that tell you when even the best individuals fail to meet the customer's needs every time they work with the customer? It's probably not the employees' fault when the good are bad and the bad are horrible. On that note, it's the same reason that this review and all past reviews will and have passed without acknowledgment. It's the culture at your business that is failing your customers and that culture is a reflection of management. I arrived at Ryans with a brand new Dodge I had purchased a couple days before at a different dealer.. One tire had gone completely flat. The dealer where I purchased it had sent me out of there with the low tire light on, but with the assurance that air had been added and everything was fine. It wasn't. The tire had a large nail in it.I drove it to Ryans as they were closest dealer. They were wonderful. I was very upset and they did a great job of not taking my concerns lightly. They worked with the other dealer to approve a new tire for me and replaced the old one. I've been in for service several times over the last few years and have always found them to be fair and honest.

The used truck I just bought was purchased sight unseen. Via email, I asked Jake for detailed photos and descriptions of anything that would exclude this truck from being 100%. Considering I live in Hibbing, MN and I did my financing online and over the phone I couldn't believe how easy it was and I didn't have to spend my whole day in a car dealer ship waiting to get approved. When I arrived at the dealership to finalize the deal Scott goodmanson had both vehicles I was interested in parked out front all warmed up. I was able to test drive both I made my decision we went back inside went over a few things I had questions about then I went to financing he explained payments warranty etc. I signed many forms and I was on my way. Scott had my car parked inside ready for me to drive out. I was really impressed with everyone and the car dealership was very nice thanks to everyone who helped me make this a pleasant experience.

Please ask management to consider giving me the hitch tow package. I don't need the electrical hook ups, I can buy those. Kirsten and I didn't see any scratches and pits. However, there are quite a few. The dodge dealership did not have a van with electric start nor a tow package. I wanted to go back to a van. I had been watching a particular used truck, on an Internet listing service, for a few weeks. When I was finally ready to buy, I double-checked the Ryan Auto Mall listings and didn't see it. It was late Friday night, so I wrote, asking that someone call me, first thing in the morning. Steve called about 7:50 AM to confirm it was still available. We live exactly 100 miles away, and my wife had something she had to do, so I told him we'd be there shortly after lunch. Steve offered to put a hold on it for us. After "tire kicking" on the computer with other dealerships I managed to find several Chrysler T & C's that I would be interested in at Ryan Buffalo...Contacted ( via computer) Ryan, made arrangements for a meet with a" Ryan" at noon on Monday (21st Dec). Mentioned to Ryan Keeney that other vans in stock were on my look at list...Within minutes he had several in front to look at...Given a "walk through" on each one by someone who knew his product...great... My last 2 van sales guys should take some lessons from him....Settled on 66010 and business like Ryan ran the numbers and hints etc and made arrangements for clean up, lic. plates and delivery to front door within less than an hour...Went through the finance guy ( forgot his name) got the extended contract and made arrangements to bring in old title and questions the next day... Came in the next day with tons of questions for Ryan and again, he knows his product and set up my phone, reworked the learning curve for me concerning the electronics and solved other questions in a very short time... Thanks to him and his genuine concern for making sure that we were satisfied with purchase, I will recommend to others that Ryan is the guy to see and that Ryan Automotive is the place to go.PS: When looking at other dealerships they had the "plain Janes" T &C's with about the same price . I had been eyeing up a used car on their website for a couple weeks and finally decided to stop in and check it out. At the time I was currently driving an older model Dodge which I very much loved and didn't "have" to get rid of. We worked with Melisa while we were there. She was extremely friendly and personable to work with, but could have been more informational on the vehicle and its features when we had questions.Took the car for a test drive - was pleased and sat down to talk pricing. We tried negotiating on price a couple times and dealership was more reluctant than I expected to budge very much on the listed price. As much as that disappointed me, I was tickled with the trade-in deal they offered me for my older car. Left the dealer that night to think about it.The next day I tried one more time for a better deal on the car and managed to get the listed price down a whopping $428. (I really think they could have done better) Nonetheless we purchased the car and got the trade-in.The only other comment I have was the day we came in to do paperwork. Dane (finance person) was having a lot of trouble getting his printer to work and we wasted a lot of time sitting there doing nothing. He mentioned he had been having the problem for awhile so I really hope they get that straightened out for future buyers because it was rather unprofessional.

I stopped in just to look at some stickers around 2:00pm on the 24th. A sales guy came walking all the way from the office, I was in the last row by the highway. I thought oh great this guy is walking all the way out here, it was cold, and I'm just going to be here 5 minutes. John Fuller introduced himself and I apologized for not needing him to walk all the way out there. John asked a few questions and I became interested but I wasn't in the market to buy a truck yet. he talked about Ryan and the Black Friday Sale, still not interested. He gave me his card and said call anytime. So, I left after 10-15 minutes but, thought about what John said and ended up calling him back at 7:30pm that night. We talked and now I was interested, he asked when I could come in, that he wasn't there on Wed but he could set me up with someone else. At this point I didn't want anyone else, John was doing the job. I told John I could be there on Friday, he asked for $500 down. Feeling odd, not seeing something I was planning to buy I drove out there Wed night with my wife and saw the truck. Now I was all in. I met John Friday morning at 8:30am and drove the truck home, complete with newly purchased floor mats and running boards. A complete whirlwind but probably the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Hopefully my last one being 60 yrs old and all. Thanks!

I recently purchased a new truck from Ryan, he was up front about everything and very honest during the whole process. There were no surprises which is a huge relief when buying a car. Ryan took the time to listen to what I wanted and found exactly that, he didn't try and fit me in a truck that was "close enough" just to sell a car. He even answered some of my numerous questions on his personal time! My only complaint would be that after the sale I got some parts installed and when I asked about the unusually large gap between my hood and frame no one in service could give me an answer. It's been a few days now and I can't even get an answer if they even looked at it.

I live in Montrose, work in Delano and was doing business with Star West & Delano Dodge. When Dodge closed in Delano I started using Starwest for service on my Dakota. Delano Chev changed hands and business went South. I called to get an oil change and was told they were booked solid for the next 3 days and could not get me in. This is when I called Ryan to get an appt. for an oil change and was told to come anytime. I drove from home then and had my oil changed, truck washed and done in 30 minutes. Even though my wife had purchased 3 new vehicles from Star West in the last 10 years she purchased a 2015 Equinox from Ryan last March. I brought my wife to Ryan because of the "service" I had received from you on my 2005 Dodge. Kevin was a pleasure to work with on her new purchase. I was just at Ryan yesterday for an oil change and a tire rotation on my truck. Eric Lund is the best. Excellent service, great personality and is the reason I no longer do business in Delano.

The facilities are clean, and the staff very helpful. I live over 200 miles away and went to them after finding a truck on their site I liked. Salesman Ryan Keeney was a wealth of information on the truck and very personable. I wasn't made to feel like "a stupid little girl" while there and that's a problem I've had a other dealers. The vehicle was reasonably priced and they gave me a fair price on my trade in. Overall a very pleasant experience and I am satisfied with how the whole process went.

The work was quick, once the parts "came" in, it took at least 6 months or longer for the last recall to be cleared, was told that I'd be called when the parts were in, I called a couple of times and was told that they were "coming", the last time I checked was told told, they just came in...... then was scheduled, after that went pretty smooth. Service writers were pleasant and accommodating. Overall great job. Only gave 4 stars because there's always room for improvement. Brian.

I had been shopping for a vehicle for a few months, reading reviews, checking features and prices. I came across a Chevy Cruze for a great price on the internet and emailed my interest. I received a call right away from Jeffery Nelson. I must have called him a dozen times in one week because I was on the fence about going all the way to Buffalo. However I'm glad I did. Everyone was helpful, from financing to accessories. Everything was explained clearly with NO PRESSURE to add anything to our vehicle. We added cruise control and automatic start, but we went in knowing ahead of time that we were going to do it, I will shop there again for our next vehicle and will recommend them to friends. I also saved on my taxes because their county tax is 1% cheaper.

Worst experience I ever had buying vehicle was today here at Ryan auto mall in Buffalo! I have never had someone treat my husband and I so poorly after we wrote out a check for over $ 42,000. All because their salesman failed to communicate effectively and honestly , to us that we were going to be responsible for service shop fees and tow charges for our trade in. So as we are finishing up paper work a angry red faced gentleman Named Rob Ryan.... (Huh a man with last name at Ryan , at Ryan's auto mall.? Wonder If there is any relation? ) comes in to the office where we are signing and in a very disrespectful tone asks who is going to pay $ 1300 to the service center for finding out what was wrong with , not fix our truck trade in , and we were never told we were responsible for. And $ 216 for the tow of our trade in that we were told by our salesman , Todd, said was going to be taken care of by Ryan auto? And the best part is after it was all resolved and we end up paying for tow that were told in the very beginning was going to be taken care of by Ryan dealership, Mr. Ryan( yep the owners son apparently ) never comes over and apologizes for how he talked to us or that it was his salesperson that screwed up in the first place. And the salesperson never apologized either, and the best part was when husband was finally leaving and asked for his other key for his truck they gave him a key for a Chrysler - he bought a Dodge Ram . Save your self the headache go somewhere they still appreciate the customer and have respect for them ! Big shout out to service center , and Aaron that works there! Thank you for all your help and treating us with lots of respect! At least some of you know how to treat your customers! And thank you for the finance guy too! We had our financing taken care of before hand but you still treated us well! Maybe Mr. Ryan could take some pointers from you and Aaron on how you should to treat other human beings

I stopped at the dealership for my regular oil change, and to check out the vehicle inventory on the sales lot. I was pleasantly greeted by sales consultant, Steve Edmonson. Together we looked at various SUV's, and narrowed the vehicle to a Chevrolet Traverse. Steve was very considerate and helpful in the process, making sure I was completely satisfied with all the options on the Traverse I selected. I did not feel any pressure, or unease, in the entire transaction! I am now the proud owner of a 2015 Traverse.I also met with Lisa Stifter, another awesome experience! She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and ultimately led me to protecting my investment with an exterior and interior protection package. The dealership is a class act! Nicely done.

I brought my new Jeep Cherokee at Ryan and scheduled to have a towing package installed on it. I made an appt. and got there at 7:00 AM and then found out "the guy that does this wouldn't be in until 9:30 A.M." So I brought it back at 9:30 A.M. Then I sat there until 12 noon waiting for it to be done. At 12 noon, I was told from the Service desk that it wouldn't be done for a couple more hours and would I want a ride home to wait for the call that it was done and then they would come and pick me up when it was done. So, I got a ride home and then they called me at 3:00 P.M. saying it was done and someone would be there to pick me up so I could drive it home. At 4:00 P.M. no one had arrived yet to pick me up so I called Ryan again and asked if someone was coming and they assured me there was someone coming. At. 5:00 P.M. still no one had come so I could get my Cherokee. Finally at 6:00 P.M. someone came to pick me up. I spent a whole day waiting (7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.) waiting for the service to be done. Also, I initially was quoted the day before that the cost would be $450.00. I was called the next day and they told me they had FORGOT to include LABOR which brought the price up to $750.00. I love my Jeep Cherokee but don't know if I can recommend their service dept. I also previously bought a new Jeep Patriot there and had very similar problems with the Service Dept. or "After Purchase" add-on involving the exact same thing with installing a tow Package.

I have a 2014 ram 1500 with 5100 miles on it. Had to tow it into Ryan (I own a repair shop with my own tow truck) Was told that neither Chrysler nor Ryan will pay the tow bill. Went through steps to get this settled but nothing has been done as of 1 week. I have left 4 messages for Matt to call and find progress on the matter, but I have not heard from anyone yet. This was my first vehicle purchase through Jake Jacobson but my parents have made 3 vehicle purchases through Jake and it won't be the last. I always get the feeling that all salesmen try to sell you a vehicle just to make a sale. I never got that feeling with Jake, he made sure if I didn't like a certain feature or it didn't have the features I wanted, he listened and found a vehicle that matched my every needs. He wasn't going to let me drive off the lot with a vehicle I was not 100% happy with.

My neighbor came with me to the dealership because he has had a great working relationship with Bruce he has had a great working relationship with BruceVarner Varner- our salesman. Bruce was great. He didn't do any pressuring he got us the best deal he could and he was a great guy to work with. He bent his schedule to fit our needs and I really felt like he was doing his best to give us a good experience and the best deal he could. I did have some frustration in the process of buying this van. First of all the ad that I saw clearly said you could get 0% financing AND a discounted price. It did not say OR. But when you get there they politely tell you oh I'm sorry sir you can't have it both ways. I hate to say it but that still pisses me off. Then I was giving an incredibly low offer for my trade It was about half what I was expecting Don't even bother trading your own vehicle in Then you move along to the whole shady process where the lady tries to sell you a paint coating that you don't need by rubbing the roughest surface possible I don't think there's ever a car that feels that rough and for some reason you have to put on gloves to feel the difference between this weird rough surface and they're amazingly smooth surface that you can get from their expensive paint coating Very cheesy. From what I have seen of the service department those guys seem very respectful very competent and I look forward to working with them in the future I have nothing but positive feelings from the service department going forward. Then finally you get to the end where you think you're done but then the finance guy tries to push and extended warranty that nobody needs But I get that that's part of the process What I do have a problem with, however, Is when after refusing the warrantee he comes back with well here is the best price I could do and suddenly there is a better price than the one I refuse before I hate that! Be honest the whole time! Just be upfront! Give me the same price the last guy got and no more misleading advertising. I think there are some very good people working in this dealership, but I also think there needs to be some adjustment and how the whole process is run

It was a pleasant experience both times for us. The second time around we decided to finance through the dealership and worked with Jeff. Jeff was able to get financing at a more competitive rate than I had through the bank I had been using. He was easy to work with and worked fast to find a competitive rate. John is a people person and was friendly to work with. Not the stereo typical suit and tie, stuffy salesperson.

We actually purchased the vehicle from Ryan, then moved to FL. We're back to complete some personal business and needed an oil change -- where else but Ryan. I used the express lane without an appointment and I was on the road in less than 30 minutes (about 45 minutes to an hour SHORTER than with an appointment at the FL dealer!).

My Jeep Cherokee was in for warranty work (cylinder head) and two additional recalls for six days, and then after pickup I had to return again the next day after Jeep was not operating properly. Initial contact was good and scheduled a day when a courtesy vehicle would be available.Picked up the vehicle after "completion" on Tuesday and was able to get all the way to Rockford before realizing things weren't right with the engine. Called next morning, Erik told me to stop back in and they would take a look at the check engine light returning. Said if he wasn't available, ask for Matt. Stopped back in that afternoon and they spent an hour plus making the final repairs.There was certainly frustration with being told the Jeep was ready and then finding out the truck was not operating properly. This happens, I get it. I was told they were working on a "miss" the last day and thought it was a bad spark plug. Although the issue with the engine was most identifiable while in gear and at idle (although it got more intensive as you drove it). Not sure this was test drove or just trying to figure it out in the shop. Regardless it cost me another roundtrip to Buffalo and canceling plans for the following afternoon.Couple of suggestions/observations:Would have been helpful to tell me what I needed for the courtesy/rental vehicle (driver's license and proof of insurance). Had to scramble to locate the insurance information and was in a hurry so it would have been nice to know ahead of time and it would have saved me time.Service writing is a tough job as I've done it myself. That said, the customer service aspect is key to an experience and loyalty to a brand and location. My dealings with Erik were good. My interactions with Matt were not. A voice mail from Matt on Monday evening, my returning of the courtesy vehicle and picking up my Jeep from Matt on Tuesday and the bringing back of my Jeep for the completion of the job on Wednesday and stepping out of the car with Matt on Wednesday was not a pleasant experience. In all three cases I felt like I was an annoyance or interrupting his day. There were awkward side conversations to employees (I get he is the service manager) while standing with him and again I didn't feel there was much appreciation (I get it was warranty work) for my business.Hopefully this was just a bad few days or maybe I caught him at the wrong time on these three days.

My daughter and I had been looking for a new/newer car for her for weeks, we had horrific experiences and had all but given up. She found a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu LT at Ryan Auto Mall online and we planned one more trip to look at cars before she went back to college. We were very impressed with the organization of the lot, found the car right away and were then kindly and professionally greeted by Bob Bina. We told him we would like to test drive the car, he quickly made a copy of our drivers license tracked down the key and we were in the car and on the road in a matter of minutes. He did not try and upsell us, asked my daughter very specific questions and educated her on the car. No hassles, just kind honest car buying. She loved the car, (it is a really great car), made the purchase, they shined it up, we signed the papers and drove away. Very happy and satisfied. We would totally recommend Bob Bina and the Ryan Auto Mall and will be back. It was the most enjoyable purchase we have ever made and we are very happy with our decision. The web makes it easy to find a car that you want to buy. You still have to work with a sales rep to buy the car. Steve was very helpful and patient as I worked through several questions and concerns. He was available through phone, text, and email. As a whole, you still get the used car lot pressure to buy useless things like paint and glass protection, but they didn't push that too hard.

I was looking for a fuel efficient vehicle and did some research on several. I really liked the look and the numbers of the Chevy Cruze Diesel and they had some at my local Chevy dealer, Ryan Auto. Jake Jacobson directed me to the cars that fit my criteria. When he showed me the burgundy colored Cruze I liked it and when he said it was a diesel I wanted it. He answered all my questions and filled me in on all the new gadgets the car had. I was sold. Jake set up The purchase and Jeff Seibert arranged the financing and Lisa set me up with undercoating. Everyone I worked with were very friendly. I would definitely recommend Ryan Auto in Buffalo, Mn to anyone.

I found a car on Auto Trader so I called this dealership to ask a few questions. I was transferred to Bruce, who was very friendly and helpful. He offered to check out the car for me and call me back, which he did. He let me know it was in great condition. When I arrived to test drive the car, the dealership was quite busy (7:00 pm on a weeknight) but Doug and Bruce "tag-teamed" to make sure we were taken care of. We asked a question about a "ticking" noise and Bruce took it very seriously. He came in the next morning at 7:30 a.m. to have the guys look at it and he called me to tell me it was a normal sound from the fuel injection. The pricing and negotiation were all done professionally and there was no high pressure selling from Bruce. We decided to buy the car and the entire experience was excellent. Everyone we encountered at this dealership was professional and focused on customer service. The Delivery Coordinator, Bri, and the Business Manager, Steve, were all wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership. Great people!

Bob first met us on the lot as we started dream building about a truck we would need for our retirement plans of RV'ing around the USA. He listened to our wants and needs and what it would take to fit these. He patiently showed us numerous used trucks that fit the bill but just did not fit the value versus the cost involved. Then he showed us how the new truck we are getting not only fit all of our wants and needs but also was the best value for the dollar. Now we will drive off into the sunset in a stunning luxurious truck that will be everything we asked for. Pulled in for an oil change and car wash and was greeted by very friendly staff. I waited in the customer area; 30 minutes later, a staff person informed me the oil change was finished. He then said it would be a short while for the car wash. Almost an hour later, I walked back to the garage and asked about the status of my van. An employee said he hadn't seen the van come back from the car wash. Another employee stepped outside and came back in, stating my van was parked in the lot and ready to go. Apparently, whoever took the van for the car wash parked it afterwards and didn't let the other staff know. Because the oil change and car wash took nearly an hour and a half, I was late getting to where I was heading afterwards.

My husband and I had a great experience yesterday at Ryan Automall in Buffalo, MN. We had put off the purchase of a new car to replace our 2007 Jeep Commander for some time. So, yesterday was the day. When we walked in the door, Kirk greeted us and asked if he could help. We wanted to look around a little by ourselves, so instead of being pushy, Kirk gave us time to walk the show room and the lot. Another sales person approached us in the lot, but we were committed to working with Kirk. He was the first to greet us and had given us the space as we requested. Once we walked the lot, Kirk approached us again and from there, he was nothing but helpful. He sat us down and explained the different features of each Jeep vehicle and we all decided the Jeep Cherokee was the best fit. Once we took the test drive, we were sold. The great thing was Kirk understood what we wanted and didn't try and push us into something else. He gave us a good price for the car, helped us trade in our Commander, and kept checking on us through our discussion with Shawn in financing. Who also did a fantastic job finding us a great interest rate and a 60-month loan. We drove the car off the lot. Thanks to everyone at Ryan. We've purchased from them before and we will again!

He answered my questions without being pushy. Came to an agreement and made arrangements to fly to Minneapolis. Jeff picked me up and delivered me to Buffalo.
