After seeing a vehicle online, we wanted to test drive it. My family & I went in (4 of us) and were there for over 20 minutes & not one person said a word to us! Not even a hello to start anything. This is not how to handle customers, and we were pretty sure the vehicle in the lot we came to test would have gone home with us. After the treatment we got, we just left.

I had two different vehicles in mind and he gave us the rundown on both and actually steered us towards the cheaper of the two. Which was way more vehicle for the money. We love our citadel!

This was the best experience my wife and I have ever had when when purchasing a vehicle. We bought had back surgery this past year and really needed a vehicle we could get in and out of easier. We had a 2013 Malibu LT2 Eco and really loved the vehicle for comfort, gas mileaged 35-36MPG on Hwy. But after back surgery was just to low for us getting in and out. Our Sales Associate Ryan Keeney had sold us the Malibu, so we decided to go back to Ryan, because he steered us to the Malibu. He listened well to what our needs were, and not just the wants. Sometimes Dad can get carried away with the wants, but they do not fit into Budget. By the way yes Ryan Is our son, and we are very proud of who he has become as a professional. He gave us several options of vehicles and helped us decide on the Jeep Latitude 2.4 liter, which does well on economy and we love the ease of getting in and out. No more crawling on the ground. He suggested the winter package, heated seats, steering wheel and we love them, especially now that it is below zero today. Ryan helped us get the best deal possible with our trade and the lease agreement, we are very pleased. We were also very impressed with our finance person Shawn Olson. He was very friendly, courteous, and efficient. This was our first experience with Ryan Auto Mall and we will definitely be referring anyone we know is looking for a vehicle, to Ryan Keeney and Ryan Auto Mall. Thanks Ryan for everything. We went in just to look at a car as we planned no shopping around a little bit, but the way we were treated and the deal that we got we left with a new Jeep Cherokee. I worked with Leah Morgan to buy a new Grand Cherokee. Even though I arrived a bit early on a very busy Saturday and Leah was busy with an earlier appointment, the vehicle I wanted to look at was ready to go for a test drive and she made sure I was taken care of. She was knowledgible about the Jeep and very easy to work with. She took a lot of time to explain the features of the vehicle and helped me set up some of the technology systems of the vehicle before I left. I had stopped at a few other bigger dealers around town prior to visiting Ryan and never got the feeling that they wanted to work with me on my trade in and purchase. I was very comfortable working with Leah and the rest of the Ryan crew and left feeling good about my purchase.

We arrived in the morning and Ryan was there to greet us. He had all the cars we wanted to test drive brougth up front. We drove all the models we wanted to, the limited was by far the best for low road noise. The touring was next. The six had bettewr snap but the four was a car for touring it moved right along, freeway driving would be very good with this model.My wife was very happy with the selection and car she chose. It has all the bells and trim she wanted, remote start was number one.I would go out for a car purchase late dec. that is year end sale.

Went on line to look at new Caravans to possibly check out on Saturday. Found one at Ryan's Auto Mall which is close to home, sent an e-mail and Kirk Crowell called and we set up an appointment. Got there, the van was warming up for our test drive. Hubby didn't like the light interior, but...it's for me anyway and I liked it! we found a used ram 1500 on the internet, sent an email, which was replied by reece. when we finally got time to go and look, he wasnt available and we met ryan keeney. he let us drive the truck, explained all of its features, took time out of a very busy saturday afternoon, and never put any pressure on us. we worked out a deal a few days later by phone. the dealership is an hour away from us, with several dealers between us. there were no hidden costs that seem to come up. they were very straight forwart and honest. it has only been a few days since i bought, and i love the truck! from start to finish it was a great buying experience. would recommend them to all.

They had a nice selection of vehicles to choose from which is why we chose to drive the hour up there to look at the vehicles. Like most dealerships they played games when it came to price of both the vehicle we were buying and the one we were trading in. Then when we had been there for many hours and bought the vehicle but had to go fairly quickly since we had to get back home they were thorough to go through all the financing part but not great about going through everything on the vehicle that most dealerships have been good about in the past that we've been to (for example, all the options, helping set-up bluetooth, etc). Overall happy with the vehicle but after we contacted our sales guy twice about something and he never followed through on it we were a bit disappointed with him. Gave the facilities 2 stars because although clean and looked nice there was a horrible smell of natural gas inside the building that made me so nauseous I couldn't stay in there longer than I had to. Our sales guy knew what it was (something with the underfloor heating that needed to be cleaned out?) but that was absolutely horrible!

I found this truck online, well, the description of it anyway. It took a couple of weeks for the pics to show up, but when they did, I knew I was interested. I worked with Andy Freschette via email, text and phone calls to talk about the truck as well as overall financing, and set up an appointment to drive the hour it took to get out there. Andy wasn't able to be there the day I arrived to test drive and eventually purchase, but he set me up to work with Leah Morgan. She was very helpful in getting us to the truck, which they had placed inside, all washed and shined for my test drive. Leah talked about many of the features and benefits that I asked about with good knowledge. Upon return from my test drive, they had my trade appraised and it was time to talk finances. The only downside of our visit was the wait time to get into Shaun's office. It's a nervous enough time for the people making the purchase, but to have to wait so long seemed to stretch that feeling out for 45 minutes. Shaun worked hard to get us the best deal possible and put us at ease. He speaks pretty quickly and uses a lot of industry terminology, so it can be hard to follow if you don't do this for a living. My advise is to ask as many questions as possible and not sign anything until you understand exactly what you need to know, which we did and Shaun was accommodating to that. In the end, we got what we feel to be a great deal on a great truck and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had been looking for a late model Acura RL with low mileage for several weeks and decided to expand my online search from my hometown area in Kansas City to any dealer within 500 miles. I found two, one of which was a car located at Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo, MN (a 480 mile distance). The car was competitively priced and looked to be in great condition so I called a Ryan sales representative, Andy Frechette, to discuss. Andy was extremely helpful and I agreed to a purchase price over the phone. I'm not in the habit of making quick decisions on major purchases, such as a car--especially without seeing the car or taking a test drive. However, I checked the reviews about the Ryan Auto Mall and felt comfortable with the dealership and working with Andy. Andy picked me up at the Minneapolis airport and drove me to the dealership to complete the purchase. I mentioned to him in advance that I wanted the transaction to be as streamlined as possible as I had an eight hour drive to get back home to Kansas City. Andy made sure both he paperwork and the car were ready to go with minimal time and effort required on my part. The car was in perfect condition as promised, and the entire transaction took less than an hour. I would highly recommend Andy Frechette and Ryan Auto Mall to anyone!

Passenger side wheel flares were loose on my 2012 Ram, took in to get them resealed. Informed the service advisor that both front and rear needed to be done. Process took 2 days, which was ok but when I went to pick up the truck only the rear flare was done. Had to leave truck at the dealership for another 3 days to have the job finished. During the process which is covered under warranty, I was never offered a courtesy/rental vehicle. Very disappointing experience. Hope it is a one off, as Ryan has been great in the past.

Just bought a 2013 Ram 1500. The whole process took a little longer than it probably should have but that is only because I could decide if I wanted to trade my old truck or sell it outright. Wonderful experience - I picked out the car I wanted (2013 Dodge Avenger), then I met with a sales person (Shane Lynch). I explained the terms I needed and within 25 minutes Shane and his finance team had it all figured out. Our car buying experience with Kirk Crowell was awesome. The day didn't start so good at the dealership across the street so we headed over to Ryan and thank goodness we did. We briefly told Kirk what we were looking for and within minutes there sat in front of us, the car just for us. The price on the new car, the trade in on the old car and the exellent customer service from Kirk Crowell allowed us to end our day on an upbeat. Car buying isn't bad when you go to Ryan and work with Kirk.

My total experience with the Ryan Chrysler Service department in having warranty repairs done and with front end alignment none warranty work done on my Jeep has been most positive. The Service Dept Managers and technicians dealt with my issues in a most professional manner. Their insight provided me of my diagnosed problems was both accurate and cost competitive with other service organizations in the area. I had been looking for a used car for my new 16 year old twin daughters for a while when I stumbled upon the car I had been looking or at Ryan Auto Mall. Kirk Crowell immediately responded to my inquiries about the car and did everything he could to make our experience as easy and possible. Ultimately we probably paid too much and didn't get what we wanted for our trade in but we are so happy with the car that we don't even mind! I really hate car shopping. I dislike it so much I drive most of my cars over 250,000 miles. I was interested in the Journey as I wanted a slightly larger SUV and some of the nifty options on the Journey. About 6-7 weeks ago, I contacted Amanda Greenwaldt by e-mail and started asking questions. I did stop asking and she didn't stop answering until last Saturday when I finally walked into Ryan and met Amanda. She made the whole experience not just easy, but extremely fun. She answered all my questions and even after the sale, spent two hours inside the car with me going over the fancy glass panel controls. She totally rocks!!! From the moment my wife and I walked through the dealership door, Kirk Crowell made us feel very comfortable. We had no intention of buying a car that day. It had been close to twelve years since we had visited a dealership to check out cars. Money is still tight and with it's price point, we thought the new Avenger might be the car for us. Although a nice car, going from the large Concorde we own to the Avenger was quite a difference. (much smaller) Kirk went out of his way to answer all our questions and then suggested us to look at the Chrysler 200. He told us up front that it will be a little higher but still in our budget. We took one out for a test drive and yes, the car had a much better feel to us. It was well appointed and seemed much closer in style and comfort that we are accustomed to. Although not a Chrysler 300, This was like a slightly smaller version of it and at a price we could afford. Now we had some decision making to do. Like I said before, we were not intending to buy a car today and we didn't. Our 2002 Concorde still runs well and looks pretty good. Were not in a hurry to buy a car. We told Kirk that we needed some time and he was very compassionate about our needing time. He understood and we never felt pressured by him or anyone an the dealership. He printed off information on the 200 we test drove. We went home and I scoured the Internet on the Chrysler 200 and even contacted a couple other metro dealers on pricing. I even got a hold of a family car broker who did a lot of checking. He called me back and said Ryan Auto Mall is giving you a pretty good deal I can only get to within $500. "Wow", I thought to myself. They are giving us the best price around with all the Chrysler and their dealership incentives available . I asked my wife "You want to buy a new car?" "I don't think we can do any better anywhere else" I called Kirk and asked if the car was still available and it was. We drove it home the following evening without any buyers remorse. Kirk Crowell made buying our new Chrysler 200 relatively painless for us. Much better than anticipated. I really think it's worth your time to stop into the Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo and give Kirk and the team the chance to earn your business. They did a great job.

They can't even get an oil change right. They did not have the proper filter for my car and had to run to an auto parts store to get it. They also had to check the oil level at least 20 times as they said the guns did not work right. It took over 1 hr for a simple oil change. This is the second time they have done this to me. I will not be back.

As I write this I'm even more disappointed as when selecting the individual from the site that I worked with and come to find out he is the "Service Manager", I'm shocked... My Jeep was in three times to fix the UConnect issue, first two times it was stated it was fixed but within minutes of driving away from the dealer I would find that it indeed was not fixed. During the second attempt, Matt looked at the issue for an additional two hours until 5:30pm on a Friday, even though they had the jeep since 8am that morning. Anyways the issue could not be determined so Matt was to call the manufacturer first thing the next Monday morning and call me back. Monday went by, Tuesday went by with no call back from Matt as he indicated he would do the previous Friday. I left a voicemail for Matt on the following Wednesday, still no response. I called again three business days later, the following Monday as I still had not heard from Matt. I spoke to Aaron and communicated my frustrations with Matt. It was not until Aaron got involved that things started to move along and on the 3rd visit, the Uconnect was fixed and Aaron provided EXCELLENT customer service. My above ratings completely reflect my experience with "Matt Ryan" and I sure hope he's not family related to the over all dealer ownership as I will certainly never have him help me again.... This is one Service Manager that does not make customers a priority... Aaron, thank you for your time, effort and listening to my frustrations!!! Perhaps they should promote you to the Service Manager, I think you would do a fine job at it.

Like the majority of people who purchased from Ryan's Auto Mall, we were completely satisfied. We called dealership and were referred to Dane Dornbush (which I would highly recommend) told him what were were interested in purchasing (Equinox) and what options we wanted. He got back to us timely and provided more details. They didn't have the car in stock, but would get one. Truly no haggle pricing (I swear i couldn't buy it any cheaper trust me I tried). Drove 140 miles arrived at 7:00pm drove out at 8:30pm. It would have been quicker, but Dane had two other customers to help. Offered financing better than what i could get locally at CU & took less than 15 min. Completely honest during every discussion. Responded to us on his day off. Everything went about as smooth and painless as could be expected. I thought it was well worth the drive. Sincerely A loyal and dedicated customer.

The environment at Ryan was very pleasant - Amanda was very friendly and answered my questions. I felt she was genuine and honest. These are rare qualities in the proverbial "car salesperson". Even Shawn the finance manager was very easy to work with - this is typically where the second tier of high pressure sales come in the form of extended warranties or things like that. He did a great job of presenting the options in a non pressuring way. Great job guys! And thank you for taking care of my needs.

I purchased a deal...4 oil changes for $59.95! I was just in for my second oil change service. Both times I have received excellent service. Fast and efficient, from the moment I pulled up to their overhead door to completion. And...I have even gotten a FREE carwash with my oil change! What is there not to love about that!

The oil change service was OK. I did find out that have a problem with driver's side-side back door lock not working. It has to do with lock system. I feel that Ryan Auto should have found this problem and fixed it.

I was getting service done on my truck, while in the customer lounge I was approached by a sales person who asked me If I'd like a cup of coffee or a soda. After he listed the Items availible I said a diet coke would be nice, he pulled money out of his own pocket, walked through a couple of doors & returned with a cold Diet Coke. We worked with Kirk for the sales process. We were not in a hurry to purchase and had some time. He was just as patient, ensuring the vehicle that was being purchased was going to be what we wanted. It took about 4 months for us to find the truck we wanted. During this time Kirk called us to keep in touch and also to let us know of recent trade-ins and also new inventory. Further, the loan guy was FABULOUS as well. He shopped the market and got us the best loan that we qualified for. The overall experience was great!!! Haven't work too much with service yet, just oil changes. But they have taken care of us so far as well.

I had a great experience with Ryan Auto Mall. I was in need of a new car quickly, and after much research I found the best deal for a newer used car with between 15k to 40k miles on it at Ryan Auto Mall. Between other cars of the same price, Ryans had the lowest mileage at around 15k compared to other cars with 30k. My dealer, Kirk, went above and beyond, for taking the time so show me a car a missed, a brand new car of the same type for $400 less than the used model, due to sale price. Not every car lot would give the time to show a new car when someone was already purchasing something from them, I highly approve of Ryans Auto Mall.
