Very informative. Great staff. Awesome vehicles. **edit to add** Service department was fast friendly and very honest. Came in thinking I needed brakes changed and they said I did not. So I was able to another service!! Great people from the drop off to checkout! *edit to add* The service department really went above what I had expected. Got my vehicle fixed really quickly and I appreciate it so much.

The staff was very professional as well as personable. I never felt pressured and in the end I was offered an awesome deal. I highly recommend that if you want the best service you could ever imagine. This is your place!!! If I had more thumbs I would give it 4 thumbs up. Well, they annoyed this survey out of me, so here goes. Took my 2 year old Colorado in because it was shuddering, transmission. 1st response is you don't have an appointment, second is your out of warranty. Of course I purchased the 100,000 mile 5 year plan. No matter. The problem is they tell me was that the transmission fluid from factory was faulty, it needed to be flushed and a new, better, reformulated fluid would fix the problem. I guess I will find out in another 61,000 miles. Still though, I was out of warranty for a problem they knew to originate at the factory. 2 days later I call in the afternoon to check on progress, note I said I called. Well yes they said, it will be $669. I SAID WHAT, to fix something you knew was wrong from the factory. Oh, we will check and see it GM will pay part, probably won’t know until tomorrow. Again, I called back after lunch the next day. Well GM is going to cover it under warranty, it will only cost you $135. I was relieved to only be paying $135 for a factory problem and was ready to pick up my truck, but no, she says, I will get with the technician and get it in the shop. I called back later and was told it would no be ready that day but in the morning, no make that by 3pm on the morrow. I get there to pick it up at 3:15 and took a seat in waiting room while my paperwork was completed. Before I got home I had a text about a survey. Then another this morning, followed by a email. I laid down for a nap and was awaken by a phone call for me to do a survey, all this from a shop that did not give me one call, text, or email about my truck. Who lead me to believe that it was done and the bill was $669, only to find out they had done nothing, I say this because when I said what! The response was we had to flush it 3 times, and yet they had not started on it, waiting to see if I would agree to pay for a factory related problem. Well, here is your survey.

OK what was in the water. I have never been in a business where I was treated that I was the most important customer in the world. Allison was so personable. Levi was a cautious driver. My issue was resolved and my truck drives like new. To the G.M whatever you doing keep up the good work you have a great staff and running a smooth establishment.
