This service department has the best mechanics in the Sealy area... and certainly better than any big city dealership with a small town atmosphere within a large dealership. The mechanics are sincere when they say hi, shake your hand and ask how you are doing. The service reps are friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. They are good communicators and generally are accurate with delivery promises... but will call when any issue arises. When a ride is needed, they organize the drivers as needed. I have a couple of unique vehicles that require some out of the ordinary attention/work. This service department have gone the extra mile to accommodate the not so ordinary requests. A really good bunch of guys.

There was a man named Colton how "helped" me sell me a car and told me all this great information but after I signed everything was different how much the car was etc. didn't even tell me how long I had to return the car or the interest rate or anything. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They will not pester you or bother you when you begin your search for a vehicle, and that is very rare in car dealers in general as we all know.If you are looking for a new Ford at a fair price then forget all the big name boys in Houston, the 40 minute drive from Cypress was well worth it.Thanks!

I recently stopped at the Ryan Ford Service Department and was greeted by Brad. I asked if there was a Toyota dealership close by because I was passing by and began hearing a noise on my Camry. He said the closest one he knew was in Katy which I had just passed and I didn't want to turn around. So he asked what the problem was I explained I was hearing a noise. He walked outside to take a look and than asked me to drive it into the service area. He quickly found the problem and asked one of the service worker to fix it. I was surprisingly amazed that he took the time to take a look at my car and fit the problem even though it wasn't a Ford product. Ryan Ford in my option has the best service department I've ever encountered.

I purchased my 2015 F150 from Ryan Ford. The purchase experience was Ok but not great. I took my vehicle to a local service shop for the 5000 mile service because it was convenient? This shop charged me over $100.00 for an oil change and tire rotation which I felt was robbery.My wife takes her fleet car to a Ford dealership in our community and has never been satisfied with the amount of time she needs to wait to get the work completed.I decided to give Ryan a chance to complete my 10,000 mi service and I was very pleased. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM on Saturday. I was advised that the service would take approx. 45 minutes and at 8:45 my service adviser, Brad Zook, came to the waiting area and advised that I was ready to go.I felt I was charged a reasonable price for the work that was completed.Brad did a great job in getting me in and out as quickly as possible. I will definitely return for future service.

As always when I take my F450 in for service i had a great experience. When for a oil change and tire rotation and while doing the tire they noticed my front brakes were getting bad. At that point they came a told me and ask if I would like them changed while I was there that they had the parts and could take care of it. It was nice to be able to get the work done and not have to schedule it for a later time.

I purchased my Platnium Explorer from Mark Jones, an excellent salesman at Ryan Ford at the end of March. Yesterday I took it in for my first oil change and tire rotation. I was met by Mason Koch and Tyler Wallace who had the paperwork ready, all I had to do was give them my keys. In what seemed like mere minutes, Mason was in the very comfortable waiting area telling me my vehicle was ready. Everyone was so pleasant to work with. I am usually a customer at Autonation Ford in Katy, TX for purchasing vehicles and getting service. I have just gotten so tired of waiting for 2-3 hours for an oil change and even longer for any other type of repair or service. I received a flyer in the mail about Ryan Ford in Sealy, TX and figured the short 20 min. drive could be worth it to check them out. I was blown away with how friendly and attentive everyone was. I waited for maybe 45 minutes, and was shocked to find out that not only did they do my oil change and tire rotation, but also the multi-point inspection! They also explained to me what I needed to keep an eye on, and they told me about my air filter needing to be changed! I couldn't believe the vast difference between this dealership and my usual one. I was so pleasantly surprised. I have definitely found my new dealership for my service needs. When it comes time to change my vehicle, I will definitely be visiting Ryan Ford for the purchase. =D

When I first visited the Ford website and entered my desired vehicle and options I was contacted within the next few hours by Steve Fox regarding their inventory. He had the exact vehicle that I was searching for and he immediately set a time for me to come in to see it. Steve was pleasant and did not have that high pressure sales presence. I visited the dealership the next day and the vehicle was ready for a test drive. The amazing part is that he let me take the vehicle home so my wife could see and drive it was well. I ended up choosing a different vehicle which Steve again allowed me to take home. When I was delayed in returning the vehicle that night he offered to let me keep it overnight. Even though I returned it his offer was another example of excellent customer service. The financing process was easy and drive out process was simple. I usually dread the car buying experience but my experience at Ryan Ford has changed my paradigm. They were great and I would definitely recommend others to this dealership. I have been buying cars from Curtis since 1991. I have traveled to four different dealers to be taken care of. Even though he says he can get me the same deal where I am, I can't get the same service. From the moment I pull up to the service doors, I am greeted by name and asked how I can be helped. I am always treated fairly and courteously. This is our third truck that we have purchased from Ryan and we both feel that this is our dealership for purchases and for service. The service group gives us fair dollar and time estimates. The waiting area is very comfortable with coffee, water, and WiFi available. I don't mind waiting when I know up front about how long it will take and I have a comfortable place to wait. I worked with Ryan Ford and particularly salesman Blake Wood on a long distance deal with several logistics involved. I never actually visited the dealership and everything worked out great using online and phone communications. Everyone I communicated with at Ryan were professional and very knowledgeable. I live in Illinois and I traded in my car for a new Mustang GT that Blake found for me which required transport service on both ends. I wanted my new Mustang taken to a nearby performance shop and Blake made sure the transfer was completed. Great car buying experience. Drove 1 1/2 hours to Sealy and got there an hour before closing. Jean quickly greeted us and took care of us. The car we had originally wanted to see sold the day before, but we still took a look around. Jean was very friendly and showed us every car we were interested in. He was never pushy or made us feel rushed and he was very knowledgable about the Explorer we ended up purchasing, which made our decision that much easier. Hernan from financing was also great! Anyone who buys a car in Greater Houston knows what happens when you hit the "search" button on Truecar... 6-7 dealers all call you and offer you cars that are either hilariously overpriced, don't meet your specifications, or might even be the wrong car altogether. I was in the search for a Ford Focus RS, and based on a good experience I had a year or so ago with a salesman at Ryan, I got a hold of Ryan directly at the beginning of my search this year. David had an RS on the lot, and was fully transparent in the pricing. No pressure, just an up-front "This is what it is, this is what it is going to cost out-the-door, what do you think" After some deliberation, I decided to ask him if he could find me a Focus ST with a particular set of options with X-plan pricing. Sure enough, two hours later, he comes back and sends me the window sticker for the exact car I was looking for, and at a price that beat every dealer in the city. The whole buying experience was at my leisure, there wasn't any of the big city sales pressure that runs rampant in town. I will not hesitate to give Ryan Ford the first opportunity to earn my business in the future.

I had been searching for a vehicle since early May and from the moment that I became interested in Ryan Ford, I had the most pleasurable experience. I had been to a few other Ford dealerships in the Greater Houston area and was utterly disappointed. However, when Colton Martin contacted me from Ryan Ford I felt like my luck was changing and that he would take care of me without any pressure or hassle. He was very upfront and honest, presenting multiple options that would possibly fit my budget. I let Colton know that I was severely upside down in the vehicle that I was currently driving, but that I was desperate to be in a larger car due to the nature of my job. I first heard from Colton on a Monday, and he continued light communication with me all week up through the date of the purchase. I live in Beaumont, TX and Ryan Ford dealership is two hours away. As soon as I arrived Saturday morning, my mother and I were treated with so much class and respect. Colton had a vehicle prepared for me to test drive within the first five minutes of arrival. I am a very picky person and requested very specific features on the Ford Explorer that I was looking for. Colton met all of my demands flawlessly. Being bold, instead of choosing the 2014 vehicle, I decided to look at a used 2016 explorer with VERY few miles on it. Without shooting me down, Colton quickly retrieved the vehicle so that I could take it for a spin. Of course, I immediately fell head over heels in love with this car that was out of my budget. Colton assured me that I would be walking away with a new vehicle that day. Fred Brown, an awesome guy from Jersey, brought me into his office to discuss numbers and my heart instantly broke. I was going to have to walk away from this car due to it being out of my budget. Fred refused to let this happen. He made a miracle happen and was able to sell me the 2016 Ford Explorer within my budget. Steven, a US Army Vet, and their 'no-pressure' aftermarket specialist has me all fixed up to handle my window tinting and I am one happy girl. I have been so thrilled with Ryan Ford Dealership and every single employee at their dealership. Friday night before I was set to make the drive to see the vehicle, the manager, James, called to touch base with me, which I thought was very professional and I appreciated him going out of his way to do so. Even though it was a far drive and I passed many Ford dealerships, I would recommend this place to any and everybody. The atmosphere is very family friendly as well as professional. The dealership itself is extremely clean and comfortable. They were absolutely worth the drive and the wait to find the new vehicle I wanted and deserved. I was shopping around in the market for a new Hybrid sedan and Ryan Ford had the cheapest list for the similar model of Fusion Hybrid SE. There was very little hassle from initial contact to the final delivery. They commit to what they promised. Overall it is an excellent experience. Particularly, the two salemen, two Blakes, Blake Philips and Blake Wood, are worthy to be honorably mentioned, very polite and professional. The young finance guy is also excellent.

Ryan Ford really deserve a 6 stars instead of 5. Let me tell you why. My 2015 edge was having some issues, called the service department Brad (very easy going and professional service manager) scheduled me the earliest possible appointment right away. When I brought in the vehicle today, they initially cant find the code. Unlike some dealership, the service department at Ryan Ford trust every word I say on what happend to the car and made an effort to reproduce the issue. Once they reproduced the issue they pin point the cause right away and have it fixed within 2 hrs. And Brad keeps me informed through out the entire process while I wait. All personel I dealt with in service department are extremly nice and very professioanl. Now aday is hard to find another dealership that put customer's interest as first piority like Ryan Ford. Keep it up!

After shopping around for a Ford Focus S and SE, this dealership had the best deal for what we were looking for. Salesperson was courteous, helpful, and quick. The only complaint that there was after our purchase of the Focus S was that it did not include curise-control. We called them back and they were quick to help and we went for the Focus SE. Salesperson was very understanding and helpful to get us into the right vehicle and we couldn't have been more pleased with the vehicle and the buying process. I couldn't have have asked for more! I just purchased the vehicle in March, so this was to be my first oil change and my first experience in dealing with the mechanics and techs.As soon as I arrived, Mason Koch came right out to my vehicle with a smile on his face. My brother just recently purchase a new F-150 pickup from Colton Martin. James told me he was very pleased with Ryan Ford and Colton and suggested that I check them out. My wife needed a new vehicle. Her 2005 SUV has seen better days. We had been looking for new cars for at least three months and Peg finally decided she wanted a Ford Explorer. We did not plan on buying on Friday, June 3, 2016. We were just checking out another dealership.Well, guess what happened! Ryan Ford had exactly what she wanted. A 2016 white platinum Ford Explorer Limited with black interior. Colton was very helpful and spent most of the day with us. And guess what else happened! We did not bring the title to the Jeep nor did we have our checkbook with us. We were not planning on buying. However, we decided to buy the Explorer. We gave a credit card for a small down payment, Peg signed all the papers, and we left with the washed and full of gas Explorer.Colton let us take the new Explorer home to get the title and means for the remainder of the down payment. After receiving a recall on my 2008 Mustang for the air bag inflator recall I finally received a 2nd letter that parts were finally available. I called Ryan Ford on the morning of Wednesday May 1st and talked to the service department. Indeed parts were available and to bring in the car that morning. I dropped off the car at noon and was called before 3pm that the car was ready. I picked up the car at noon the following day, I had a 5 minute check-in and a 5 minute check-out from 2 very nice service counter personnel. I was asked to write a review if I had time available and I agreed. I was given the card of a Tyler Wallace (Service Adviser). My overall experience was excellent and I now have a safe car to drive after a year of waiting.

Im writing this review because I feel like my recent experience at the Ryan Ford service department should be heard. When I first bought my vehicle from Ryan Ford I was amazed at the professionalism, courtesy, and respect I was given from the sales and finance team over there. Being that it was a 45 minute drive from my house I didnt plan on getting my maintenance done at this dealership because I have a Ford dealership right across the street from where I live. However, I felt like since I had such a great experience there when I bought my truck I might as well try out their service department. Im all about customer service and if I have to drive a little farther so be it. When I arrived at the service department the first thing that impressed me when I entered through the automatic garage doors (which I thought was really cool btw) I was amazed at how clean the place was! It did not seem like a place where vehicles drive in daily! It was cleaner than some of the homes Ive been in. Lol! The next thing that happened (which I never get at any service center) is the service guy walked up to my truck before I even got out, and greeted me with a smile and a very positive attitude. That also is very hard to come by these days. He asked me if I had an appointment I said no, is there any way you can squeeze me in for an oil change? With it being Friday and all I had a feeling the answer would be no for sure. Well, Im not sure how it happened but, in about 20 minutes I get an email to my phone saying The service on your 2015 Ford F-150 is complete I got up, looked outside, and saw the tech parking my truck out front! Coolest thing ever! I walked over to the counter and was greeted by a guy named Brad. Brad also had a great big smile on his face and told me my truck was ready. He complimented some of the upgrades I have added on my truck and then he went over all the details of my oil change. What details you ask? Well, no matter how small of a service you get from Ryan Ford they do a thorough inspection of practically everything on your vehicle! After speaking to Brad he handed me his business card and I saw he was the service manager. I knew right away why this service department exceeded my expectations and has such great customer service, Its because they have great leadership! I know for a fact I will pass up that Ford dealership right by my house and drive out to Sealy, Tx for all my maintenance or service needs from now on. I have now been through every single part of this dealership from sales, finance, and now the service department. All I can say is WOW Im totally in love with this place. Thanks Ryan Ford! I have as 2009 Mercury Mariner Premier. I had some work done at Ryan Ford recently: Brake job, oil change, engine check warning light, and cruise control worked intermittently. Brad is the Service Manager for this dealership. My experience was memorable. This Dealership did a great job in servicing my car. Brad Zook was key in directing this effort. His overall performance was outstanding. He is very professional, personable, understandable, and followed-up with all aspects of the servicing. Another employee, Carlos Conejo, performed exceptionally. He was the shuttle driver that drove me home while my car was being serviced, and likewise picked me up at my home and drove me back to the dealership to pick-up my car. His performance was outstanding because he is very personable, polite, and is able to deal in positive ways with the various people with different personalities in our shuttle ride on the first day. He is very smart and has significant people relation skills. This driver position is obviously a jumping off point for better paying and more responsible and meaningful positions. A vehicle buying experience like no other. I traveled over 250 miles to see the vehicle. Chris came out on a Sunday, showed us the vehicle. On Monday after noon the paper work was done and i was off in my new purchase. Chris was nothing like your typical used car salesman. I spend less than .30 minutes of my total time in the dealership. Drove to Seally from Katy (just 15-20 minutes) after a disappointing deal that fill through with a bait-and -switch Houston Ford dealership. Had received an Email from Simon Mulaula after contacting USAA for their buyer service help. After talking to us, he suggested an alternative vehicle that fully met our needs. We test drove it and he explained all the features. Ended up driving home 4 hours after we got there, with the new vehicle with all paperwork done. Sales staff was extremely professional. I thought they were a little light on the trade-in value, but we worked out that issue. All in all, it was not a bad experience and I would go back to Ryan Ford.

Submitted an online request/interest in a particular vehicle- White King Ranch Expedition. Colton Martin came back to me with two vehicles. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I've had. Most negotiations were through email or phone call and I found deal did not change once I went to dealership to purchase. I did find a few differences in finance with my deal vs X Plan and this was resolved to my satisfaction by manager Mark Rios. Mark was very focused on my satisfaction. Some paperwork required me to make a 2nd trip to Sealy and Mark filled my new 36 gallon fuel tank up. Simon was my salesman, that came into the deal toward the end but he too was very accommodating.

I knew exactly what car I wanted, including colors and accessories. Customer service was exceptional! It was easy to schedule an appointment, I drove just over an hour to have my fusion serviced with Ryan Ford and they made time to get my vehicle taken care of quickly. They even got a recall on my vehicle taken car of that I wasn't aware of. I will only take my vehicle to Ryan Ford for servicing from now on. I dont normally leave reviews, but I have to say I was totally caught off guard by the service I received from Curtis at Ryan Ford. I was doing my research through USAA and accidently hit send. I didnt know I was going to be inundated with salesmen telling me they were the best, the lowest and no one would beat their price. The first call I received was from Curtis, and he said he was the USAA buying coordinator. He told me he would assist me in the process of buying my new truck. Being skeptical, as I always am with all my vehicle purchases, he asked me what I was interested in. I gave him the specs of the truck I wanted. He said he would find me one as close as possible and email me a quote. A couple of hours later he sent a quote, and told me that it wasnt exactly what I wanted but proceeded to explain the differences. I told him that I didnt need a couple options that were on that one but I did need the max trailer tow. After he explained the differences between max trailer tow and regular trailer tow, I realized that max trailer tow wasnt necessary. The price he gave me was a little higher than comparable trucks advertised at other stores. He told me he had been at Ryan for almost 5 years and he worked there because they dont play games. That the price he gave me would be the price. Still being the skeptic I am, I checked out another store on the north side of Houston. I actually went to the store and found a truck that was close to what I wanted. I asked the salesman how much it would be and he asked me what my budget was. I told him I didnt have a budget that I was preapproved through USAA. He said everyone has a budget and the price really didnt matter. What mattered was the monthly payment. I told him again, basically I was paying cash because I would be writing a check from USAA. After being there for about 3 hours, I left frustrated because I never even got a drive out price. I called Curtis the next day to verify the price he had given me. He gave me the same price he had when we first started. I set an appointment to meet him and pick up my new truck. I arrived about 30 minutes late but he had everything ready for me. Once I got in the business office Hernan was explaining all my options. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to explain everything to me. By the time I left he got me a rate that was comparable to what I had, and I ended up going with their financing. All in all, the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. I am 72 years old and have bought a lot of vehicles. If youre thinking that Ryan Ford is too far away, I spent less time there, including drive time than the other Ford dealer I went to. Great salesman, great dealership, great experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and that is what Simon found. Got the deal done last day of truck month. The 100k powertrain sweetened the deal. What sealed it were the terms. He called me to confirm they had arrived before I drove to the Dealership, and had them installed right on schedule. Buying my car from Steve Fox was a pleasurable experience and now having the oil change and everything checked out after driving so many miles, was another pleasurable experience. KYLE TEMPLET, the Service Advisor, was absolutely the BEST! Explained everything, went over everything and didn't mind all my questions. Then kept asking me if there was anything else he could help me with!!!! Very congenial! I drove 1 hour and 40 mins to have it done the right way, and I will do it again!!! The price for ALL the stuff they did and checked was amazing. Just for an Oil change at some places is $30! I was so pleased with their price! I need to say THANK YOU to the person that actually did the 'hands on' It drove great!!!! Now I can take my trip to Chicago!

I met David Simpson and was immediately comfortable talking with him. I let him know that I was not in a hurry to buy a vehicle and that I would have to get the wife to sign off on anything I did buy. She was not with me on that day. David showed me several vehicles and we test drove all of them. After spending half a day with me, I never felt pressured into buying. At the end of the day he asked me for my email and phone number. He told me that he wouldn't bug me, but that he wanted to send some pictures and prices of some of the vehicles to me so I could show them to the wife. THAT IS what he did. No pressure, no annoying phone calls. I took the the wife by the dealership several days later and we again test drove cars and trucks all day. David was a pleasure to talk with all day long. At no time during the what turned out to be three day of looking at vehicles did we get the impression that he didn't want to help. We even apologized a few times and you know what! I got a notification that I needed to bring my truck in for a 30 month check up. When I called for an appointment they were very accommodating. Had my oil changed, fuel filter changed & tires rotated & balanced. They found the small oil leak I had, plus one. They had to replace my radiator & vacuum pump gasket. (I had to take it back for those repairs). I also had a complaint of a creaking noise, which they found, but I'm not sure that was the only noise. I will get back with them about that. Overall I am very pleased with my visit.

Submitted an online request/interest in a particular vehicle- White King Ranch Expedition. Colton Martin came back to me with two vehicles. We discussed my trade in numerous times before I even went to the dealership as I was only going to make one trip there. Simon and team at Ryan Ford were helpful every step of the way in the purchase of my new Ford F250. We were able to come to terms quickly and remotely so when I arrived at the dealership, there was no delay in getting the paperwork completed. I spent less than 1.5 hours in the dealership from the time I walked in to the time I drove out. There is one issue that Simon is looking into that would be a factory error (skid plates not included) but I am confident that Simon will seek and obtain resolution. He called like he said he would and informed me of the status. Again he advised he would call again the next day which he did. This was the issue I have with the OTHER Ford dealer. They promised to call me and give me a status but never did. I was the one who had to call for updates on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Ryan Ford to family and friends. My husband and I did something we had never done before by making a car deal long distance over the phone. And we most likely never would have had a friend not done it and been so pleased. We dealt with 'Coach' Mark Rios manager and he was so understanding about our personal challenges and worked hard to meet our bottom line financially. When we picked up the car and signed the deal we were handed off to salesman Steve Fox who was hospitable and friendly. There was a glitch during financing regarding an extended warranty but overall what they said they would do they delivered. Everyone was friendly and we felt they had dealt with us honestly and fairly. Steve Fox was intuitive in guessing our favorite music and tuned us in to a terrific country station we enjoyed all the way home. My husband really appreciated that little gesture. As we left the manager Mark Rios and Steve Fox were at the door to thank us and wish us well. You just don't find that at many dealerships anymore!!

I came here looking for an affordable and decent car. I had been to 3 dealerships before who each wasted 6+ hours of my time giving me the run around and trying to get me to pay amounts that were way out of my budget. When I came here, I met David. I told him how much I was willing to pay, both monthly and overall. I arrived with a loan from my bank but he wanted to see if he could beat their rate. Unfortunately the supervisor for financing had left for the day. He loaned me the car I wanted to buy for the night and filled up the tank. The next day I came back. They had the exact monthly and overall purchase price I had requested. They even beat the bank's rate by 3.5%. After the paperwork was done, they detailed my new car, filled up the tank, and sent me on my way. There are no games with this dealership, just pure customer service and satisfaction.

I have a 2008 Ford Edge with approx. 115,000 miles and I thought that I had a transmission problem since there was an occasional hesitation while driving. I explained my concerned to Mason Koch the Service Advisor that helped me and he got my vehicle into the shop within a few hours and by that afternoon I received a call from Mason who had some good news. The problem fortunately was not a bad transmission rather a problem with cylinder number five. Long story short a tune up solved my problem and I was able to pick the car up the following day. Mason also offers me a loaner vehicle which made my life a lot easier. Great Service and great Service Advisor!!David

The salesman I randomly was assigned was very new, but gave the type of effort that overshadowed his experience. I had a 100 questions and if he didn't know, he found the answer. I recently purchased a 2015 F150 from Ryan Ford. I visited several other Ford dealerships off I-45 and I-10, but did not have a great experience. I felt like these dealerships were out to get me (low ball trade value and not willing to work with sales price). After walking out of several dealerships, I received a phone call from Derrick Henry. From the start, Derrick told me that I would be taken care of and that trade value and sales price would not be an issue and that he would make my hour and a half drive worth it. Derrick delivered on his promise. On my arrival, Derrick had the truck ready to go and all paperwork printed and on the finance desk. I was in and out in less than two hours. I could not get my truck in the dealership in Katy so I took my truck to Sealy (20 miles) and it was a great experience. This was on December 31. Because they treated me so well, I took my truck back yesterday January 28. Mason was my service advisor and he is great. All the other employees are also very friendly and very helpful. If you are doubting all these postive reviews, do not wast your time, they are real. Why? I was in the same situation about a month ago when searching for Ford dealership to buy a new edge. I actually went to Helfman Ford thats only 5 miles away from my house and the experience was not good. The sales person was good at presenting the car but the sales manager keep playing the pressure card and refused to work with me at all. Then I saw Ryan Ford on DR with many positive reviews so I thought I would give a try so I drove at least 40 miles away from home and I was not dissapointed, Ty worked with me on my purchase in a friendly and professioanl manner. everything was up front. Not a single trick was played and did not pressured me at all through out the process. It was by far the best car buying experience i had. I will add more review on the service when I bring my car in for maintenance.

This place is great. They were all very nice and easy to deal with. This short drive AWAY from the city made our experience so much better. We were taken care of by Steve Fox who treated us how people should be treated. He was never pushy and had a very down-home attitude. The finance portion of our visit with Fred was equally a pleasure. He simply presented our options and did what we wanted - not what he thought we should do. We have been coming Ryan Ford since 2013 from which was our first purchase, Coach took GREAT care of us and we have NO complaints on the used vehicle we bought!!! We returned in 2015 and purchased another vehicle from TY who was AMAZING! We had that vehicle serviced by Mr.Koch who was absolutely wonderful and very thorough is the explanation!! We have since traded in that vehicle for a new Dodge 1500 with Derrick who also was just AMAZING!!! Prices are great and customer serivce is always A 10!!! We have looked at other dealerships in the area as far as katy and over to rosenburg, not one of those places came close to what Ryan had to offer!!! At Ryan we were out of an old vehicle and in with a new in just a few hours - no hassle what so ever!!! Ryan Ford / Dodge has been so wonderful to us in every aspect!! They told me it would take them 3 weeks just to look at it, so that meant I would be without a vehicle for that time.They were not helpful at all. I spoke with Mason Koch-service advisor, I explained the problem, he was very courteous and right away he made an appointment for the following day. I took my truck in as scheduled and I was given a loaner truck(2015 F-150). I was amazed and impressed with the way I was treated. I really felt special. They examined the truck and the following day they confirmed that it was the water pump.Within 2 days my truck was fixed and ready to be Picked up. I highly recommend Ryan Ford for service.

I honestly hate buying new vehicles. However, it's a must. I have bought about 10 vehicles in the past 18 years and I can honestly say this is by far the best experience I have ever had. I'm super picky about everything too so, for me to say that means a lot. It started with a phone call from Westley McKeehan. I had just left the gym when I received a call from him and he mentioned the interest I placed online so I said wtheck let me give him a hard time and see if he can handle me as a customer. Right off the bat I explained to him what I'm looking for and I asked a lot of questions that I already knew the answers for, but I wanted to see how he would respond so I could gauge his honesty and integrity. Westley actually exceeded my expectations. He mentioned to me things I thought I needed in my truck that I actually didn't need. I explained to him about some of the upgrades I planned on adding he explained (in detail) what kind of rear end I would need and why. He also explained the different engines and found what would suit me best and also save me gas and money in the long run. After our conversation I was really impressed and since I had the day off I thought I would go ahead and make the fairly long drive out to Sealy, Tx.When I arrived at the dealership Westley was very welcoming, humble, kind, and good spirited. He took me to see about 3-4 different trucks and explained to me the differences and showed me the options on every one. Me being me wanted something fully loaded for the price of a base model. (I'm the worst customer ever) However, Westley took it in stride and explained what options I could get and broke down the numbers for me. I told Westley I had an appointment with several other dealerships and he simply said "no problem. Go ahead and visit other dealerships, but I'm pretty confident no one can beat my offer" So I left thinking this guy sounds pretty confident I can't wait to prove him wrong. The next day I went and visited a couple of other dealerships and sure enough Westley was right. No one could even come close to the numbers or provide me with better customer service so I went all the way back to Sealy, Tx again. After doing some intense searching and research Westley found me the perfect truck with almost every single option I wanted that came super close to my price range. After we saw the truck (which happened to have just come in) I fell in love. It was now time to visit the finance department. I told Westley exactly this "Every single time I was sent to finance I always had a horrible experience with every single finance guy. I have been lied to, they tried to push stuff down my throat I didn't need, and when I said "no" they became very rude. I told him I do not want that today and I will seriously walk out. I've been running around 2 days straight putting in a lot of work to get this done as well so I'm not really in the mood for it now. Westley assured me their finance department was different. (I didn't believe him) So, about 5-10 minutes later a young guy comes up and introduces himself as "Fred Brown" i said to myself "here we go, stay calm and don"t hurt anyone Jay" lolAfter we got into the office and introductions Fred Brown went into detail every single thing that me and Westley talked about and all the numbers and what they meant and how the totals came to be. Of course I already knew it, but for him to go into detail with all of it again was very impressive. NO ONE has ever taken that much time to explain the numbers the way he did. I started to feel more relaxed. Fred then started explaining the warranty and tire packages as well. His in depth explanations and honesty about the packages made me decide to go ahead and add those to the financing as well. I also went ahead and added the GAP insurance too. 30 minutes into the financing Fred had me and my fiance laughing our butts off! My fiance had tears coming down her face from laughing so hard and It made me feel so good to know I was being treated the way I should be when making such an expensive purchase. I was impressed by Westley a great deal, but having Fred do my financing sealed the deal for me and I promise you from now on I will probably buy every single one of my vehicles from this dealership. I'm not sure where these guys were taught to respect and be kind to people, but I want to thank them and thank everyone at this dealership for making this experience a such a pleasurable one.

The salesperson that originally contacted us promised us it would be worth it if we waited, at the time the Internet was not working so he could not send us info on their trucks. He did find one and we drove out to see it and my husband loved it so we said we would take it. Two days later when the truck was supposed to be ready it was not and had the wrong bed cover on it, no window tint, or whell locks, which got taken care of at no cost to us, but we did have to take it to the after market location ourselved. We did have quite a few issues when we went to close as well -we never saw any paper work (Which was odd to me), never agreed on a final price, who we were financing with (we were using USAA but the price was quoted using FMC, which we did not know). Fred, who was our finance person made sure he was going to make everything right since our sales person had dropped the ball so badly - he got us a great rate and really went above to make sure everything was done on out truck that was promised. While we were waiting for his boss to talk to FMC about a lower rate I asked him if he could help me with my lease situation, and he did for sure. I was emailing with him that night about my car and what I might want, he told me about the new Platinum Explorer ( I had an Audi which I hated!). He connected Westly with us and he was amazing - really weny above and beyond showing my husband and I each level of Explorer anda what made each different, and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle to match us with the 2 best options - the Sport and Platinum. I got to take the Sport home for the night to make sure I really did like it and it did everything I wanted, which my Audi did not and that is why we were in the spot we were. The next day we decided the Platinum was the best option for us, Westly never tried to up sell us we just thought the extra features were worth it. He took a lot of time with us and we appreciated it - we got the car we wanted at a great rate and did not have to haggle over price, they offer the best and lowest right off the bat. Fred and Westly really went out of their way to make sure after everything that happened that we left happy - we will get all our Fords from them from now on

If you're even thinking about getting a car, go to Ryan Ford. Please do this for yourself. Because all the other dealerships in Houston do NOT compare. Save yourself some angst and time.The people at Ryan Ford are awesome. They will take care of you. You will buy a car from them and you will be smiling through the whole process (and it was a quick process). I tend to over-research cars. I go to at least 2 dealerships. This past weekend, we went to two before we made it to Ryan Ford. We should've gone there first and saved us the six hours we wasted. Go see Tommy and Fred. Tommy was our sales person. Such a nice and honest guy. He worked very hard for us. Then once you get over to finance, I hope you get Fred. He really helped us out. Everyone usually dreads the finance part of the process but Fred was great. He really worked with our budget and went beyond the norm.Buying a car can be stressful. But Ryan Ford will make it a good experience.

I have a 2014 2500 Ram Longhorn that I purchased at Allen Samuels. I had a DEF sensor problem and when I called A.S. they said bring it in and we'll take care of it but when I arrived they checked the codes and told me it would be 2 weeks before they could get it in do to there diesel mechanic was behind. Oh by the way I had to drive 50 miles to get to A.S. I called Ryan for warranty work and talked to Paul McDade. This was a Friday and he said he couldn't get it in till probably Tuesday so I made the appointment. Later that day he called me and said he could take me in Friday afternoon so I dropped it off and was told it may take 4 or 5 days to get the part which is a lot better than 2 weeks. To my surprise Paul called me Tuesday and said the truck was ready. When I picked up the truck Paul said they also found several recalls on the truck and fixed those also. I will not do business with anyone else in the future. Paul was very professional and friendly. Thank you Paul.

My original experience with Steve Fox was great and I felt I got a great King Ranch F250 at a great price. However, I was worried I was going to be set back badly by trading in a one year old truck. I decided nothing could be hurt in trying. To my great pleasure, I communicated back and forth with Steve by email for several days, finding out information on my trade in as well as what was available in a new King Ranch F350. Steve stayed in contact with me, but never pressured me, and we arrived at a mutual agreement which I thought was very fair. In the end, all I care about is to be treated in a fair and courteous manner, and Steve Fox fit that requirement with my full satisfaction.

I recently came to Ryan Ford to get a back window repaired that my husband stated that someone had tried to get into the car, In doing so they broke the back window.There was a young man, Mason Koch, at the Service Desk that went beyond the courtesous manner that other attendants had spoken to me, but he actually kept me updated on the process of what was being done with my car (since ( I had to wait to have it repaired)) and what was going to be a slight delay which I found refreshing. He was honest and was out to see the problem we had with the car to be taken care of quickly and in a professional manner. While I was waiting for them to finish up the repair to the back window, another customer came in and he treated this man with the same courteous and let's get your problem taken care of and repaired.

I will always buy my vehicles here!!! Steve Fox was my sales rep and he did a fantastic job of explaining everything about the cars I was interested in. I came in to trade in my vehicle as the first one I purchased ended up being too small. He showed me different vehicles as I was not sure exaclty which one I wanted, and thoroughly explained everything about the cars he showed me. I buy vehicles from Ryan because of Barry and Brad in the service department. They are the best service group I have ever used in the State. Salesman Mark Jones is probably the best I have ever dealt with, but this has become a big city type dealership where your going to have to listen to the sales manager tell you why they cannot do better on the price (even though Covert in Austin will normally beat their price). I still buy from them, because of the service department and I feel like I owe some loyalty to the dealership if I am going to use their service department for all my warranty work and repair work after warranty, so last vehicle cost a little more than if I had gone somewhere else, but you only deal with the sales group once and you are going to deal with service multiple times over the ownership time of your vehicle and you cannot beat Barry, Brad and the rest of the service team anywhere in Texas.

I just purchased my new Ram 1500 from Ryan Chrysler Dodge. I could not have asked for a better group of people to deal with. I was dreading another typical car buying experience but was really surprised how fast and easy it was to make this purchase. It was by far the nicest and easiest deal I've ever made. The Salesman Derrick and sales manager were super. The service department even switched my wheelchair lift to my new truck in one day and did a first rate job! Even the Finance Man was very nice to deal with. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

We found a vehicle online at Ryan Ford, but we lived in Odessa Texas. When we called, Sabrena became our sales contact. She immediately became enthusiastic with us. After deciding the vehicle was the one for us, she overnighted all the paperwork to our home. This was so my wife, who could not get off of work, could sign everything. My two boys and I hit the road the next day, but we ran into multiple delays. Sabrena and the Ryan Ford team waited after hours for us to get there and then helped us complete the transaction quite quickly. We left that evening with our new pre-owned vehicle, and our only weariness was from the seven hour trip. Dealing with Ryan Ford was an absolute pleasure.

My only complaint is that my car was not vacuumed. I dealt with Paul from chrysler service center, who was very helpful and stayed in communication with me. I know their lot isn't finished, and it was muddy from the rain, but I would have expected my car to be clean when u picked it up. That's all. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

I drove 47 miles to purchased a 2014 Ford Focus from Ryan Ford on Dec. 20, 2014 because they not only had the vehicle that I wanted (and fell in love with) but their overall rating was better than any other dealership I was looking at buying from but by the end of my ordeal I would definitely say my service was less than favorable. The owner, Ryan Kirkpatrick, called me, once he received the review I gave, to ask me about my experience and apologized immensely for the way I was treated and lied to by certain salesmen that day and stated that I was the first and only person to give them a terrible review. Not only did he apologize but he offered me compensations, in which, he followed through with ALL of them. In my opinion and with my experience having worked in retail and obviously shopped in retail establishments where I have received horrible service, most owners could care less about one "measly review" as their mind-set is "one bad review won't hurt my business" and sweep it under the rug but Ryan didn't treat it that way. In fact, I felt he treated it as if that one review was going to ruin his business and took care of it right away. I can appreciate him taking the time to make things right. There's nothing more secure in knowing that someone will follow through by putting actions behind their words. At the time of service I wouldn't have recommended Ryan Ford to anyone but Ryan went above and beyond to re-instill my confidence in his dealership. I will be definitely be back and I will be recommending his dealership to all of my friends and family. Anyone who makes it a habit to go the extra mile is commendable in my book and is worthy of my and my family's business.

Last week I was coming back from a trip to San Antonio and stopped to tank up in Sealy, I noticed steam coming from the engine of my 2011 vehicle...I called roadside assistance and was told there was a Ford dealer in town. I called Ryan Ford and spoke to Paul telling him of my problem and that I was on my way home to Louisiana... Paul sent over a tow truck within 10 minutes and while my vehicle was being loaded on the tow truck, Paul called me to get my vin# so he could see if there was a radiator in stock. As we pulled into Ryan Ford there were a long row of Mustangs with black rims and I was reminded of the problems I had been having with this vehicle and how I had owned a 1967 Mustang and at that moment I decided I was probably going home in a new 2015 Mustang.Paul introduced me to Travis and within minutes we were taking a test drive and to make a long story short, by 5:00 PM, I had traded my vehicle, and was back on the road home in my new 2015 Mustang. I have bought approximately 50 vehicles in my life and never experienced such a high level of attention from any dealer.Even though Ryan Ford is in Texas and I live in Louisiana, I will be buying my cars from Ryan Ford.Thank you Paul, Travis, Wesley and the rest of the folks at Ryan for getting me back on the road to my family within 5-6 hours from break down. I took my time looking for a good deal on a ford. Ended up going to the best price dealer but my surprise was that they actually also had the best customer service by far. Easygoing and very attentive and they work hard to get you the best deal with no pressure of any kind. I was really happy about that since I usually hate dealing with dealerships bc of that. But with Ryan Ford it's as if they cared more about keeping me happy than selling the car (and I know they do want to sell cars).I was looking for a truck ready to go on the lot, and they didn't have much inventory. But I ended up ordering one to my specs and with the great pricing I was able to put on a lot more options that I was going to initially. So overall great all-around experience.BTW, dealership is 45minutes from my home in Houston, but worth the drive.

Referred to Ryan Ford from TrueCar on a Used 2014 Focus. Was contacted by Casey and confirmed Focus was still available and scheduled a visit for the next day. After driving 1hr and 15 min to dealership, I was informed that the Focus was NOT available and was in the shop for a transmission issue, but they had plenty of new 2014s they could sell me for just "a little" more. I don't appreciate the Bait-n-Switch or the waste of my time and will not be looking to do business with these folks in the future.

I started my search for a 2015 Mustang Ecoboost with an online search for cars similar to my built specs. Naturally, I received 15 emails from different dealerships. My personal preference was to stick to the city and had no anticipation of going out to Sealy. I responded to everyone of the emails with a particular price I was looking for. I either never heard back or was told that my request was unreasonable from all the dealerships, except one. Colton Martin and I very candidly negotiated back and forth with specs and price until we landed on something I was comfortable with. Rather than tell me I was unreasonable, Colton took the time to see if he could meet my needs. Due to his perseverance and ability to work with me on my schedule, I did not bother shopping the price around to dealerships in the city which would have given them business on someone else's hard work. Colton was not able to be at the dealership during my pick up, unfortunately I could not thank the man in person. He did leave me in the very capable hands of his manager John McLeod and associate Mark Jones. All of my information was on file and the car was ready to go as soon as I got there, no hiccups in the handover process. Everyone I came across greeted me with a smile and thanked me for being there. Even the dog made sure you felt welcome!

I bought my truck there and have had excellent service every time I went in. I recently had my truck stolen and called the dealership for a vin number and plate number as I was out of town and they responded with the information within minutes which helped the police it in the system faster. I believe this all helped in the retrieval of my truck within eight hours. The service department was then very helpful getting all the repairs and bodywork taken care of. Brad greeted me and took control to assure me all will be done correctly, timely, and on the first time. And it was! The folks in service at Ryan Ford took my issue like it was their issue. They really seem to enjoy what they do and want to do their job, not just because have to. They truly seemed genuinely concerned and interested in getting to the correct and proper conclusion, not just a quick fix and get me outta there. I live 40 miles, one way, from the dealership and passed other Ford dealerships on the way. I will be taking my truck there for maintenance and service everytime! They could care less about your problems and you have to get very unpleasant before they even make an attempt. The previous month I bought a 2015 Mustang GT 50th limited edition, and in February 2014 I bought a 2014 Fiesta ST and several cars before that from Ryan Ford. Sabrena Torres has handled all my purchases and every deal was a very pleasant experience. I'm very happy with the sales team at Ryan Ford. They are all very helpful and make buying a car fun. Hernan and Westley in Finance were very low key and customer oriented. In service, Brad and Tyler are excellent service advisers and make sure my cars are in perfect shape. I went to Ryan Ford to look at purchasing my first vehicle. I had been to 3 other dealerships and had gotten the "runaround" I was frustrated to say the least when I met Steve Roberts. Mr. Roberts really cared that it was my first vehicle he wanted to make sure I was in a vehicle I could afford and that I really wanted. He got me into the truck I wanted and eased my anxiety and frustrations within the first 30 minutes I was at the dealership. I will always buy my vehicles from Mr. Steve Roberts. I purchased a F150 truck from Ryan Ford this week. Because of family reasons, I was unable to get to the dealerships to look at trucks, so I had my first experience buying on the internet. It became evident to me early in the process that Steve Fox at Ryan Ford was dealing straight with me and that other salespeople at other dealerships were not providing the same upfront information. He provided excellent responses to my questions, helped to get the best price for me, and made the financing and pick up of my new truck easy. He even offered to deliver the truck to my house! When all the paperwork was signed and the truck was cleaned up, Steve spent almost an hour with me in the truck going over all the equipment and showing me all the great Ford features.Hernan in the finance department was also a pleasure to work with.What a great vehicle buying experience! I'll be back next time I need a new Ford!

Picked up my new truck from Ryan Ford yesterday and as expected, it was a great buying experience. Curtis Markland is fantastic to work with. He's knowledgeable, responsive, and he's a really nice guy too. The whole dealership works to make your purchase easy and pleasant. Their service department is also top notch and it's obvious they want you to be a satisfied customer. Don't waste your time playing the game at other dealerships. Take that drive to Sealy and you'll be glad you did.

I have purchased 3 new trucks from Ryan Ford and I'm going to make the trip from East Tennessee to pick up my new F-150 King Ranch on Thursday. Believe me, I have looked and there is not a better place to buy a vehicle. You can count on Ryan Ford to give you the best price, service and friendliness every time you at the dealership. My sales person, Steve Fox has the knowledge and friendly attitude you won't find at other dealers. I know I can count on Barry, Brad or Tyler to take care of me when I'm there for service, and Wesley has always made the paperwork part of buying a pleasant experience. Even while I'm waiting for Steve to try and get the best price from Chancy, Mark Jones is always happy to visit with me to make me feel at home. Your not going to find a better place to do business than Ryan Ford, it's worth the drive for me and I now live in East Tennessee.

I dropped of my truck to have it checked out and told the techs I was on a very tight time frame and needed a fast turn around. The tech got right on my truck and fixed the problems with in a few hours from our test drive. They are very friendly there and put you first.

Ryan Ford has given my husband and myself excellent service. My 2013 Focus was purchased there and when I come back for service, I am always greeted and made to feel special. A few weeks ago I ran out of gas near Sealy (depending on my "miles to empty" guage.) A call to Ryan Ford promptly brought two people out with gas so that I could make it to the gas station. I was not even chastised for running out of gas!

Genuinely nice People! Management seems to really care about the customers and the employee team. This is important because It shows up in how relaxed their salespeople are when interacting with their customers...not pushy, hurried - "I did not feel like a dollar sign"... I must also note all the salespeople were friendly as well to us and each other during our visits. Ryan Automotive went out of their way to help with my complicated trade in situation. Something some of Houston Dealers were not willing to do and in fact, these small things lured us to drive 20-30 minutes to Sealy from Katy, Texas to purchase my daughters Dodge Dart. Actually this was a pleasant drive and traffic free. Sitting down with the financing department was hassle free as well, No antics, no trial closes instead they presented their options and once I agreed or declined, we moved on to signing many papers.Special note for Houston customers: their hours are different on Saturdays compared to Houston. They close at 4 pm...but they never mentioned this as we arrived at 4 pm! We purchased a Dodge Dart for my daughter after deep research of American vehicles and felt it was stylish, comfortable with a nice ride and it did not feel like a compact model. I concluded it is one of the best cars for 2014 in its class with the help of Consumer Report ratings. My only reserve at first, was it is a new model too young to have a reliability or recall history.Worth noting: Generally Foreign cars do include more than Dodge in their basic package but also cost more too. For example if you want electric windows or a spare tire, these are not in the basic equipment list like with Foreign Cars.Highly recommend Colton as our Salesperson.

I was very pleased when wessely and mark told us that not only could we get mom a car but a 2014 ford focus , they made my moms day and mine . My experience at the Ryan Ford dealership to me was one of a kind. As soon as I got there I felt comfortable and felt good vibes from the friendliness and professionalism even though they werent even in their normal offices because they were being remodeled. Sabrena put a lot of effort time and stress into finding me the perfect deal that day and I had a great conversation with her while waiting to do financing, shes definitely a sweet lady who knows what the heck she is doing lol. I was in the break room getting a coke and I was just having a friendly conversation with someone in there naturally and it turned out that guy was Westley who was going to be handling my financing. It was overall a great experience and ey got it done in a timely manner because they respected my schedule. Definitley worth the drive to Sealy if youre a Houston or Katy resident in my case.

I was in the market for a new Ford Superduty. Conducted an internet search on which dealership had the best pricing for what I was looking for. I entererd my information as requested on the vehicle locator website and soon after received a phone call from Ryan Ford letting me know that Sabrena Torres woud be contacting me shortly and asked the kind of corrospondence I preferred; phone or email. I opted for email and it turned out to be the most pleasant expeerience. Every detail, including the fianl selling price was wrapped up in a few phoce calls and emails. I arrived the day of vehicle delivery, signed all the documents needed, and drove away. Having dreaded buying a vehicle because of the "sales tactics" that I'm used to, this was sure an easy and pleasant way to buuy a new car. Hats off to Sabrena and Ryan Ford!

My sales person, Travis Hance, was great. He made my experience a wonderful one. He did what he had to do to make the deal happen. I went to another Ford dealership, and they either couldn't or wouldn't close the sale. Travis at Ryan Ford went as far as driving my new truck 45 minutes to my house. I work overseas, so I began our first time new car purchase like so many others; stressed out and worrying about getting frustrated with car salesmen.I started my process by narrowing down the vehicle I wanted to a Ford Escape and so began my week long email barrage of every Ford Dealership within 150 miles of my house. I pulled the gloves off on my first email request:"Hi, I am so and so and looking for this exact vehicle. Do you have one or can you order it? If so, please provide an itemized list of all fees"Curtis Markland at Ryan Ford was the first to respond with an actual quote, the same day. Every fee was listed and he gave me his word it would stay that way. He also warned me about the run around other dealers would give me. I waited another week for the final email responses to trickle in, only to be frustrated when every one else took persuading to give me a bottom line quote, none of which were close to Curtis'. I even gave the dealer 2 miles from my house his exact quote and they still didn't beat it.I called Curtis with our decision and he promised to take care of us. I came home from overseas for a few weeks hoping the car would arrive but missed it by 1 day. Curtis let us take care of the paperwork before I left and even matched the price quote I had on the cheapest 7 year Ford Warranty available. Hernan Garcia in the finance department was a pleasure to work with as well.When we first exchanged emails Curtis asked me to check out the reviews on Ryan Ford vs other dealerships. I could not believe that their ratings were so consistently high from sales to service, and also that the dealers close to me were so poor. I wish we lived closer to use their service department when needed, but Curtis helped us there as well. He told us to either bring it to him or call and he will deal with any other service department that gives us problems. He is the true embodiment of full service salesman.My wife is the best judge of character I know and after she met Curtis, she told me he made her feel like one of his 6 daughters.We could not be happier with this experience. Our next Ford purchase will start and end with him and Ryan Ford. He has a customer for life. This experience will even lead us to choose Ford over other comparable brands in the future to keep it so smooth.

July 3 me and the family went for dinner and we noticed Ryan Ford going into Sealy, we had been in the market for a fuel efficient car about little over three weeks, so I mentioned to the wife we should stop by after hours to see if the have any good cars. I pulled in right when they were closing and briefly spoke to one of the salesman to point me to the hybrid cars and I figured I would just see what selections they have. Salesman Travis Hance approached and me and we talked must have been 30-45 minutes. I liked the fact that Travis went the extra mile to stick around and helped me so I arranged a test drive for July 5.Saturday 8 am I showed up and by noon I was off the lot with a new car Hybrid Fusion. I have known Sabrina for 20 years and I will never buy a car from ANYONE other than Sabrina. I called her up told her I was in the market for a car, she within minutes she started the process and picked out a car handled the financing details. The next day we went to Sealy test drove the car she picked out and fell in love :-) we were only at Ryan Ford for a few hours before we were driving off with my 2014 Ford Focus Titanium. She doesn't try to push you into something you can not afford, if you ask her opinion she will be 100% honest but also tell you that you have to make the choice that works best for you and your family. Everything about that car is a perfect fit and I'm pretty sure it's because she knows how to match a person to a car instead of the car to the person! Sabrina is the type of person to come in on her day off for her customers, she has done that for me twice in the past 3 years just so we didn't have to take the day off, who does that? I great saleswoman is who does that. Words can not describe how truly blessed I feel that I have her to run to, she makes the process seamless and painless. Don't just take my word on it test my theory I promise you will feel the same way I do after walking away with your dream car (or truck). When she handed us off to Wesley he was great. I honestly didn't feel like we were sitting in front of the "big scary banker" it felt more like sitting in front of a friend. He worked his butt off to make sure I got the best financing as possible!Sure Sealy might be a far drive for some (it's over an hour for us) but driving a little extra distance saved us several thousand dollars and most of our day. So needless to say I know the drive was more than worth it.

I'm in the market for a truck or two, and also a car (Challenger). I love Ford, and also like alot of MOPAR products, and have been wanting to look into the Raptor and F-250. Sadly, the local towns around here have been wiped out of auto dealerships of all brands--Ryan, formerly West 10 Ford, is one of the only ones left. So I stopped by today to inspect some trucks, to help me narrow down my decision on what to buy and when. Travis helped me and was very casual and friendly, and paid attention to what I had to say and what I was interested in. He cared enough to ask if I wanted to look at numbers, but respected me too so that when I said not today he did not pressure me. For me, this is exactly the right attitude--not lazy and not caring about a sale or rapport, but not pushy, driving me away and making me feel uncomfortable. ALSO, I mentioned to him I also wanted to look at Ram 2500's, and he informed me they were going live with Dodge/Ram/Jeep in a couple of weeks and expanding their dealership westward and increasing inventory. For me, this is awesome news--I have a brand new Jeep and will no longer have to drive far to get it serviced (I live in Sealy), and all the vehicles I'm most interested in owning are from my favorite brands--Ford and Dodge. I consider this all kinds of win, because I also hear they have great service, and their prices are competitive from what I've seen as well--even on special ordering a vehicle, which I may have to do, because I'm picky in my truck configurations.Check them out!!! You'll be glad you did.
