I took my car in to be serviced. I love the fact that I received emails with great coupon savings for my car. I receive great service at this location and my wait time is never long. I always make an appointment and they honor that time and get me right in and out in a timely manner. Clean facility with snacks in a great location.

I needed a battery replaced. I made an appointment. The service dept . actually took me in early & finished the work promptly allowing me to go to another appointment . I appreciated their professionalism. The lady handling the transaction was extremely efficient.

Have been trying to contact a real person in service to make an appointment for half an hour. Still have had no success. I have not had that problem at other Honda dealers.

I took my Honda Accord in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very busy but I did have an appointment. They took my car right away and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was very helpful. I do plan to return to Ryan Honda for future servicing.

My local dealership always gives me the best service when it comes to the maintenance on my Honda Accord. At my most recent service visit the service counter worker found a coupon for my tire rotation which saved me money. All without me even asking for any available discounts. Service visits are also very reasonable when it comes to time. I never have to wait very long to get my car serviced.

The people at Ryan Honda are always very courteous, friendly and helpful. When I came in for service last week at 8:00, I asked how long it would take and told the very nice girl behind the counter (seems like her name is Heather, but I'm not sure) that I had an appointment at 9:00. She assured me I would have my car in time to make my appointment and she was true to her word. I appreciated that very much!

The salesman listened to me with great intent as I discussed my family and the needs of my family with him. He was extremely courteous with me and my wife as he was showing my wife and I vehicles he thought might work for us. It was readily apparent that our sales man was not interested in selling us just any vehicle but selling us a vehicle that was right for our family. Our salesman worked extremely hard to get us in a vehicle that we loved in our price range and really worked hard to ease our anxiety over making this big of a decision. I will absolutely send everyone I know to buy their next vehicle from him. He is honest and upfront and that is very important. Great Job!!!

When looking at a vehicle we were refered to Raphael quickly. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He gave responses in a timely manner if he had to go find out. Not pushy or shady. When the number were absolutely ridiculous and my husband had become stern about not being ripped off, the "numbers" guy that everyone walks back and forth to and takes forever came and spoke withus directly. I really liked that. No wasting time "I'll go see what he says" good cop bad cop thing. I would rather deal with internet sales that the back and forth. This was longer, but not like wrestling with an alligator. Facility is small, but nice for size. Looks like they are building a new facility that will be like others I have been to.

From the very first day I walked into this dealership (August 2013)I was very impressed with everyone's friendliness and offers to help or assist. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Chevy Silverado.
