I knew after my first conversation over the phone with Corey Wilde that I would be purchasing my vehicle from him at Rydell Honda in Grand Forks. Corey made the entire process absolutely stress free and seamless. When my vehicle was delivered I also had the opportunity to work with Christie. Corey and Christie’s customer service is exemplary and they both went above and beyond every step of the way. Recently purchased a new civic here and I’ve got to say, Grand Forks Honda knocked it out of the park when it comes to customer service. I had my car repaired at Rydell Honda August 17, 2020. The AC compressor in my car went out so they installed a new one--I was under the impression that they were installing a genuine Honda part as I was at a Honda dealer and they never told me any different. I have since moved away and while driving on the freeway my AC made a loud noise and then the car completely died almost causing an accident. I got the car to a local Honda dealer where I was informed that I had a low quality after market AC compressor installed in my car and they used shims to jam it in there. The shims were pushing into the compressor causing it to overload my engine. It has now been discovered that not only is the compressor they installed completely damaged but it has now caused my entire AC cooling system to fail causing $3000+ in damages. I have tried contacting supervisors at Rydell and no one will take or return my calls. The dealership here called the Rydell service manager and he claims no responsibility in the matter. I would like Rydell Honda to pay for the damages but so far I cannot get through to anyone worth talking to. My advice, take your car elsewhere. They do shotty work and completely lack integrity. It is disgusting to me how little responsibility they take in their workmanship.

Rydell Honda is the best! I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted and keep the price where I could afford it. Having an honest salesman was a huge bonus and relief, after dealing with the very dishonest people at Corwin Honda in Fargo. Traveling from Fargo to Grand Forks to work with Rydell Honda is so worth it. I only dealt with honest people who treat their customers like they matter!
