I purchased a low mileage 2012 Audi A4 from Safe Auto. I have to say this was one of my better car buying experiences. AJ was patient as I worked out my payment options, and at no point did I ever feel pressured to make a decision about anything. No one's perfect is the reason for the 4 not 5 star rating. Highly recommend the dealership.

I bought a 2015 VW Golf and its been running great, so far so good. I am very happy with my purchase. The license plates took a bit to arrive but I would buy from them again.

Very unpleasant experience. After making arrangements to purchase a car from this dealership contingent upon a pre-purchase inspection with a mechanic of my choosing, expectations were not met. I requested for them to have the car examined by a mechanic a few miles from their shop, but they insisted it be done by “J+L”. After making an appointment with this mechanic, I called to find out that it wasn’t brought to the mechanic but instead to another with a similar name. Hours after my inspection was supposed to be completed, I had to call another mechanic to ask if the car was there and made arrangements for it to be inspected. The mechanics were very understanding and polite, but I was very frustrated by this point. A car that was supposed to have no more issues after Safe Auto did morning repairs was shown to have multiple errors. I was told I would be able to pick up my car same day, but was then left stranded in a city unfamiliar to me. I did not end up purchasing this vehicle as it was overpriced for how much repairs it would need. My husband and I would not recommend to anyone.
