If I could leave a zero rating I would. This dealership is absolutely horrible. I was involved in a car accident and needed a new car. I walked in with a preapproved application from Chrysler Capital. My salesman, Mike, is the only good thing about this place. I walked out the first night with my Jeep. The next day I receive a phone call from the finance manager, Megan. She needed me to come in and resign the contract, as the bank wouldn't accept it the way it was written. My husband and I went back in to sign and noticed our interest rate was HIGHER than the night before. We were financing less money than the previous night. She tried to slide the information by and did not tell us of this change. When I asked about it, she gave a bogus excuse. I made her correct the contract to the terms from the previous night.About 1 week later, I start receiving letters from creditors in the mail. Safford Jeep had apparently run my credit through at least 7 different banks when I had already walked in with a preapproved letter, which is who I financed with. My husband and I went up there to discuss this new issue and everyone was gone for the evening that made decisions. They call me today and state that they will not help us with the dispute process. I signed NOTHING giving them permission to run my credit anywhere.Buyer beware and save yourself a lot of grief. Go with a reputable dealer. This one seriously conducts business illegally.It is now almost a month after my sale and I am still running into issues, with no response or action taken from the owner or dealership. Today, I received a call from the woman who processes the tags and registrations. I gave them my Florida tag and title information, as my car had been totaled. I even filled out the tag packet MYSELF in Megan's office. I am fed up and am still awaiting answers and some action.

Over the course of 10+ emails and a few phone calls with various reps from Safford, I reached an agreement with one of their internet sales managers. This citied the specific vehicle (w/VIN number) and the price we agreed upon twice in the email just to confirm that I wouldn't waste my time getting a baby sitter, scrapping dinner plans and dragging my wife with me through rush hour traffic to go sign the papers...Their price beat out two other dealerships in the area but about $300 on a $37k Pacifica, so it was the best price, but not outside the realm of believability, I still explicitly asked for confirmation of the price, twice, before deciding to come in.Despite confirming the price twice and having personal assurance that she wasn't wasting my time, the sales associate that I had an appointment with did not honor the price we agreed to. He offered me a price that was about $2k over what the internet sales manager (Ar'Vielle)quoted, when I explained to him that the only reason we were there was because of the price we were quoted, and that was verified, he proceeded to tell me why he couldn't do anything about the numbers he offered.This was not a confusion about fees being included or not, the offer was specific and the confirmation was crystal clear. This was not a confusion as to what vehicle we were talking about, the VIN number matched. This is an immoral bait and switch practice that, in this case, involved outright lying, even in recorded email, to get my wife and I in the door so they could attempt to screw us on the price of a new van... My recommendation is to not consider Safford dealers, there are many alternatives close by, but if you do, don't believe a word they say, and be sure to double check all the numbers in anything you sign or put a deposit on.

I purchased a new vehicle at this location and had a bad experience. For one I told the finance guy not to run my credit with any bank but my own, and now I have received five inquiry letters from other banks than the one I requested, which is not good for anyone's credit. Second, the docs took hours. Third, the cashier did not know what she was doing and was very rude. I was very dissatisfied.

To bad there is no (-) star rating, They deserve it. I had an appointment on June 8, 2016 to see a car around 11 am. Got email that car will be ready yesterday. Got two calls when I will be arriving to confirm it. I was told in email to see Buster/Younes they are the sale mangers who will be working directly with me. I got there around 11:10 am. Neither Younes nor Buster introduce them self. I did saw name tag on one gentleman and it was Younes.They could not find the car which I suppose to see. No body ask me have seat or anything else. Ten minutes later they send an other gentleman, he did introduce himself and I don't remember his name because I was already mad. He told me sorry service people have used the car as rental.There were at least four guys there no body check to see if car was there before calling me. Buster and Younes did not have xxxxx or courage to come to me tell me what is going on. This was very poor customer service. I have dealt with many poor customer service this was on the top. It is middle of week, they are not busy and they provide this type of service. Imagine if it was weekend and they are extremely busy.

Multiple calls, two emails and nothing from my service advisor regarding why after $1000 in repairs my car still isn't fixed. I asked the advisor point blank, was the transmission mount changed, because I read the receipt and don't see it. He says "Yes. The trans mount was definitely changed." Then Nick, the technician, gets in the car, cranks it and doesn't even have to drive it to feel the problem. He says "I guess we need to try changing that trans mount." What?!? I was just told it WAS changed. Im not ignorant, no need to lie and think I wont figure it out. Just say, Im not sure.I finally heard from Mr. Ghost, the general manager. He wasn't interested in speaking on the phone, but wanted me to come into the dealership (more missed time at work). I did and waited an hour to see him. He wasn't available. Mr. Ghost claims I had the wrong day for our appointment today. Okay, maybe we missed something when we coordinated verbally. Then he set a time to call me this evening, which he missed as well. Today after waiting an hour to meet Mr. Ghost, I asked for his card but no one would provide it nor could I get his email address. I asked for who is above him, again, that won't be provided. When I call the dealership, there is a voicemail that doesnt identify it as the dealership. I think Im calling the right place, but never know.I'm told "Don't email me from my service advisor and Id rather call you from the general manager. Email is not an acceptable form of communication? Why is that? Especially when other forms of contact are so challenging. Playing phone tag, fighting and loosing to the new phone system or taking off work in order to sit in the dealership for an hour is not always a feasible solution for customers.All I ask if for some respect for my time, money and patronage. I simply want my car fixed, but I understand stuff happens and things get missed. Which is what seemed to have happened here. What has driven me to write a review like this is the lack of response from the service dept and the general manager. We cant work together to resolve a challenge if I cant connect with the people.Just for reference, I am a person that ALWAYS fills out service surveys I get. I write many more positive reviews than negative. I understand how valuable reviews are, and how much more likely people are to complain than to praise. Im not just looking to gripe. I truly feel that I am out of options to get to the right people.

Kind of on a whim this past Friday, I called Safford about a Jeep I saw advertised on AutoTrader. Younes took my call and answered every question I had thoroughly and courteously. I explained that I live quite far from the dealership and he was even willing to work out many of the details of the deal with me over the phone so I knew I'd be comfortable making the drive to finish everything. Upon arrival, Younes and Simo took great care of me! They made sure I was completely satisfied with the Jeep and walked me through all of my options. Once I was satisfied and ready to buy, they put me in touch with the finance department who was also very thorough and professional. They walked me through all the details and really went out of their way to take care of me. The thing that really stood out about this dealership is the customer service and experience. This experience couldn't have been better if I was buying a car from myself. They treated me like I knew what I was doing, and that was refreshing. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and unfortunately many dealerships, at some point, try to scam me with unethical sales practices. Not this one! They were very transparent all the way through the deal, got me in, took great care of me, and I drove off with a beautiful new Jeep. Thanks Safford...keep doing what you're doing!

I visited Safford today to purchase 2016 Jeep which was posted on several web sites as a certified used car for $37,800. At the dealership, I found out that the Jeep was not certified and they wanted to charge an extra $1,250 as an "appearance fee". I was trading in a 2012 Fiat 500 that I purchased from them in 2012. Their offer was unreasonably low. They really value their return customers?!

Just an absolutely incompetent dealership. When I purchased the vehicle they put in my SS # wrong (after it was double checked during the application process) which changed my deal and tried to use that to cost me money. After I raised a stink they fixed that. Ok. Things happens. But it was a sign.They then had to replace my radio because of a problem only they never called me when they said they received the new radio. Fine, I had to check back in but Bob in the service department has changed his story several times as to all my problems. They claimed the person who handled it was no longer with the company. Somehow I fell through the cracks and they didn't know they were to call me. Though they did know to call me every few days for up sells which they did at work which I requested they never did again. Only they kept calling. I had to talk to the general manager Ron Greene about my problems. He apologized and had Bob go through everything again. Nothing has changed. I have been dealing with my radio issue for two years now. Bob at times claims he doesn't know and then tells he remembers everything when I call him out on improper information he has given me before. It's a disaster. He tells me he will call me later that day and I have to call back in two days because I haven't heard the latest on how my car will get fixed. But they know to have the automated call to my cell phone to see how their service was which is always very nice in person but just incompetent. And I still get calls at work which is no good even after Bob has told me to my face he has deleted my work number which they needed for my financing. i have been told by three people they have removed the number. They can't even get that right. Again two yeas and my clock and radio still aren't working right with regular visits to get it fixed every couple of months. Just a disaster of a place and everyone I have dealt with can't seem to get anything right. I would never buy a car from this place again. NEVER. I was looking at other dealerships for a Jeep and kick myself every time I have to try to get my radio unit fixed which they can't see to do. Worst decision I have made in car purchasing. Other places with so many mistakes shut down but I guess in car sales you increase size. I even watched them block in a car one morning because they staff wasn't communicating where the car should be park to help get a guy in and our. The poor guy had to wait 30 mins to get the guy to move the car because the three people in the service area couldn't help him out since they didn't know where the keys were. The guys was just shocked. If you want a Jeep do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, anywhere else but this place and save yourself the troubles.

My wife and i decided to check out a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon at Safford of Springfield after seeing it online priced several thousand dollars cheaper than here local. After arriving at dealership and a short test ride in the Jeep we were notified that the price would be $1,000 higher than advertised on their website since me nor my wife were in the military???? Nothing about this was stated on the website! This is when we should have left(the first time). Next we were shocked by their offer of 21k for my wifes 2014 Tacoma 4 door TRD loaded with 22k miles and matching topper. We were told that the Toyota market was "very weak" in this are.....lol. We attempted to leave for a second time, but they had our truck keys and began to negotiate the price some.......After 5 1/2 hours and having to argue with several salesman about 5 dollars on a payment, we came to a payment agreement. We signed all the paperwork and paid the $1,650 for taxes, tags and processing fee.....TWO WEEKS later i get a call from Micheal Kim (finance director) saying that they were still waiting on our $1650 check. I let him know that they check had already been paid and CASHED!!! After some time he called back to say that they had accidently credited us for the $1,650 twiced on our paperwork and that it would all have to be re-done and our payment would increase a little. I informed him that this was not going to happen and that i would bring him his jeep back if he liked. Later i got a text messege to give him a call ......they then came down to $650. I let them know that i felt this was very unprofessional and just bad business to expect a customer to pay for your mistakes. Well, several days went by until we recieved a phone call from the bank whom our Tacoma had been financed through letting us know that it had not yet been paid off (16 days). So after calling Safford Jeep my wife was told that until they receive the "money we owe them" that our truck would not be paid off! This has been a terrible experience and now i am looking at possibly having to get a lawyer. This is the first vehicle i have bought and not got a call just to see if we liked the vehicle.......but they have called! Please be careful dealing with this dealership!UPDATE: 3/16/16..... It is nearlyy impossible to speak to management at this dealership over the phone.....when you do, they assure you that everything has been taken care of......LIES!!!! As of today, nearly 30 days after our new car purchase, nothing has been done! Our trade in has not been paid off, our new vehicles payment book has not came, the tags on our new jeep are still registered to our trade in through the DMV! I will meet with a lawyer this weekend for legal advice......

This dealership blew me away!! 5 Star Customer Service, VERY friendly staff, no BS on the price and it was a quick & easy buy. I shopped around at Greenbriar of Chesapeake and Lindsay Dodge in Manassas. I didn't feel important and felt like those other dealers didn't want my sale but then I went to Safford in Springfield and they were very appreciative to have me there! I will never go anywhere else and I plan to spread my amazing car buying experience with everyone I know!

I purchased a used vehicle from Safford in November 2015. From the beginning their team was professional and reassuring as they assisted us through the purchasing process and within a short time we drove away with our purchase. A few days later we experienced a mechanical issue and within a reasonable time Safford (Mr. Underwood) assembled expert mechanical teams to address the issues. Needless to say, the vehicle is back in top notch shape and we are extremely satisfied with Safford and our purchase. During the time the vehicle was being repaired Safford kept us in a rental car which assured that we were able to continue the normal activities of our life without any negative impact. Honest and fair, its hard to ask for more than that.

It's a car dealership. If you were looking for something other than a car dealership and everything that usually means, you made a wrong turn. I'm happy with my purchase now and if that ever changes I'll update my review. But so far, it's a car dealership and knowing what that means will result in no surprises. Do your homework and research how sales people work and stick to what you know. Thanks to Buster. In the end, truth always wins.

I looked online for a Chrysler dealership service department that has good reviews and I found this one. I went for an oil change and a complete check-up. Peter was a pleasant guy to deal with. He was clear with me regarding everything. He made sure that the car is ready on time. I would definitely continue to bring my car to this dealership.

The first moment that I entered the facility, Mr. Francisco La Torre, took the time to listen to what I wanted to get accomplished by the assistance of helping me to figure out the most appropriate Jeep "Patriot" for my daughter as her first initial purchase of a new car on her own. Earlier this week, Bob handled my car very quickly and replaced the headlight of my car as well as the burnt bulb. He also did a 5-point check on my 2010 Charger. I was very impressed with how quickly he handled my vehicle as well as for washing the exterior of my car. The car looked brand new. Most importantly, I wanted to replace the serpentine belt believing that needed replacing. Bob was very highly professional when he advised I not waste my money as the belt revealed it was in excellent condition. It is of immense comfort that people like Mr. Mosser exist. He is highly ethical and because of his high integrity, he continues to encourage this customer to remain loyal to Safford of Springfield.

Younes was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and within a few minutes was able to narrow down a perfect match for me based on what I told him I wanted/price range/looks/etc.. My sales associate O'Neil was great. I spent most of a Saturday trying to determine which Dodge Challenger I wanted to purchase. I went to a few dealers that day and ended back at Safford because I felt they had the best team who were willing to assist me with the price and vehicle of my choice. After closing the dealership down at 7pm with the associates I settled for the Dodge Challenger. The sales manager Buster worked a good deal and I decided on a 6 Cylinder. The color was Black with the Blacktop package and an amazingly gorgeous vehicle. After the purchase I went home but the fact of me being an alpha male and a 6 cylinder didn't sit well with me so I found a 8cylinder on line and decided to see if they would swap out on Monday. I arrived at the facility on Monday at 8am to work my plan. My original perception was that the sales managers were not willing to assist me with my effort. I was told to go to work and they would call me. I didn't not receive any calls so I decided to call and they said they were working on the package. After 2:30 arriving and no word from the shop I decided to leave work early and go to the dealership. Upon arrival I was met by my sales associate O'Neil who showed genuine concern. I proceeded to the finance officer Kim Burke who immediately went to talk to the GM Ron Green on my behalf. Within an hour I was signing paperwork for the Challenger R/T and was a satisfied customer. I am very thankful for Kim taking initiative , O'Neil being patient and working with me and supporting my decision and GM Ron Green for allowing me to trade the vehicle after purchase and putting the customer's needs First. If not for the run around I got initially on Monday I would have rated this experience and overall 5 stars, but if avail would have given 4 and 1/2. Thanks team for a job well done.

I have been bringing my 2005 Jeep to Safford for service since Rosenthal in Arlington closed. They have never tried to "upsell" me on services I don't need and I really appreciate that. They do the work in the time they say they will and I think the charges are fair. This time I asked for a shuttle ride home and Milton drove. He is SO NICE! We chatted all the way. When he came to pick me up after the car was done around 3:00, 395 was already a parking lot. I thought it would take forever to get back, but Milton showed me a NEW way to get to Safford without getting on 395! I am so HAPPY to know this! Thanks, Milton, you rock! Richard is always my service rep and he's a good guy too!

Richard is always outstanding. For some reason I seem to get him as my service center rep every time and I am very happy to have him. Knowledgeable, quick, calls when he says he will, excellent follow through all the way from drop off to pick up.This recent visit I thought I had to come in for a 60K service (as well as an oil change and wiper replacement). Turns out its not until 64K, but he used the time to audible into a needed recall replacement. Next oil change we will knock out the full service. I will be back.

On the day before Thanksgiving, my Jeep had serious engine issues and being from out of town I could not drive home. I found Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Springfield and spoke with Peter Kim, Asst' Service Manager. I explained my situation and although he said they were overbooked, and not taking any walk-ins, he was very sympathetic to my dilemma on needing to get home. He told me to come in and he would run a quick diagnostics on the car. When I arrived, Peter helped me immediately (no waiting) and as it turned out I had to leave my car for some major repairs not sure if they could be done by the time I had to leave town.. In the meantime, their were literally no rental cars in the area to be found, being it was the busiest travel day of the year. Peter's good relationship with Enterprise resulted in them finding me a rental car, shuttling me over to the Enterprise branch, and when I returned to Springfield, all I had to do was drop the rental off at the dealership and get my Jeep. Safford took care of returning the car. What great customer service.And to make things even better, Peter recognized that there were some other maintenance that needed to be done but could wait, and spread them over the next few visits to help with my budget. This really showed me that Peter and the Safford dealership really care about what's important to their customers. Peter Kim turned an otherwise stressful morning into a great experience, and now have me as a returning customer. Thanks again for all the help.

I came in looking for used 2015 Cherokee Trailhawk, Carlos greeted me immediately and began to help me. We soon found out the one I had my eye on was no longer available. We found a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in the color and options I was looking at and I decided to at least test drive it to see if it would work for me. The test drive went well and Carlos was able to answer any question I had. We went back and took a look at the numbers to see if we could work a deal out. The management and Carlos were able to work with me on the numbers and my trade in to the point where I felt like I was happy to make a purchase. I was at this dealership from 1:30PM to 5:00 and not only did not get A test drive around 2:45 betty and Carlos became to busy with other people who arrived much later then me. WORST TIME EVERY !

The blower in my air conditioner went out on my 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland. The service department at Safford was wonderful. They got me in a rental SUV immediately and got my car back to me in two days. Lots of problems, two big ones with the Service Department. Inability to talk to the service department if you are not standing in front of them. No return calls or a lot of waiting for someone to answer the phone when you call them (Problem 1). Also, getting charged for "diagnostic" work when I never gave them the go ahead to do it, taking a very loose interpretation of what I said to do work (money=Problem 2). Then when there was something that I really needed done, told them needed replaced, they said "we can do if for less" only to find out they really did nothing and charged me for it (Problem 3). Recommendation: go to Koon's in Tyson's for Chrysler repair service.Scheduled online appointment to get a coolant flush and to get the battery terminal cable repaired. When I arrived, a little after they opened, the appointment wasn't in the system but they got me in anyways because I waited (small problem, but do-able) Mentioned that the if the "Check Engine" light comes on to the service rep I know what the problem is, but told him the tech should talk to me first. I did request an estimate for what he found. I waited in the customer area knowing that that was the only way my vehicle would get serviced. It was also telling that the area was full with other customers willing to wait. When talking to another service rep, he gave me all the "recommended" things that should be done, including the replacing the sensor causing the check engine light to come on. I told him I didn't want to work done, but needed the estimate. He replied "Ok, but you'll have to pay for the diagnostic". Not thinking much about it or asking how much the diagnostic was (which wasn't spelled out in any of the charges or estimates he gave), I said Ok. I got the bill to find that the "diagnostic" was for a full engine diagnostic which cost $137. I didn't complain at the dealership, but was angry because I did "unknowingly" say "yes". When I got home I checked the battery cable work to find they had only replaced one bolt on the battery cable connector, cracking the connector in the process. Of course my first call was to the service guy, who said he'd look to see what happen. Needless to say, that was all I ever heard from him and any call backs resulted in answering machines. All this would have been avoided if he would have told me, up front the battery cable is discontinued and they couldn't do the work or specifically what they had to do; I had to call elsewhere to get that answer. I will say that everyone I encountered at the dealership (parts, accounting, service) was at least friendly to my face and speaking to me, just not professional grade or quality work.

Bill in service could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Because of the water in the car because of the leak, they keept my vehicle inside with the doors open to try and dry out the carpeting. I didn't purchase my car at this dealership, but I definitely will use them next time I am in the market for a new car!

I went to this dealer on 9/19 to purchase a 2008 Jeep Wrangler I saw on the internet. We test drove the Jeep and noted several flaws with the vehicle. The Internet price was $16221.00, when we sat down with the salesman he stated the vehicle was $19995.00. When we stated it was on the internet at a different price he went to speak to a Used Car Manager. He returned saying that the internet price was a misprint. He also made an offer of $16500 which still was more than the advertised price plus tax, tags and dealer processing fee. I was also advised there would be a $995.00 reconditioning fee that would be added. When I expressed my displeasure the salesman returned with the Used Car Manager. The Manager was unhelpful and said the price is what it is. I inquired why the car had so many defects and he is trying to charge a reconditioning fee. I had no excuse. Arranged a visit and did vehicle research thru the Internet which saved me time. Arrived for my appointment and set up with a sales rep who took us out for two drives. He is knowledgeable on the Jeeps we were looking at. Once we decided what we wanted to buy, he worked with the manager to provide pricing. They offered us the best possible price the first time and thru and we discussed what might bring the price down some more since I worked thru USAA Buying service. We also had our trade assessed for price and negotiated some there based on my blue book research and values of similar vehicles being sold on dealer lots. We made an appointment to come back the next day to finalize the sale. When we returned the vehicle was prepped, we did test drive, and met to finalize the paperwork. Nice that they were not "pushing" the add on warranties -- simply covered our options. Once we went into the financing office we were done in 10 minutes. Smoothest "purchase day" process and shortest time to complete all paperwork than we've ever had. Very happy with Safford and the two people we worked with to find a care and make a deal. Only thing I would recommend is offering an overview of their maintenance/appointment process and a tour of the facility.

My 2011 Jeep Liberty had problems with the devices that control the electrical circuits to the trailer connection. Bob Mosser and his crew found the problem, noted that it was covered by the warranty, got the part delivered overnight from New York, and kept me informed of what was going on. When we decided to purchase a new Jeep there was but one dealership we trusted and one salesman (Sonny Thomas) that we wanted to take our business to. Sonny worked tirelessly when we wanted to have a Grand Cherokee specially made to our wishes. When the Jeep arrived Sonny notified us and once again went to the extremes to ensure the car was ready the day we arrived to pick it up. He kept us informed throughout the process. Finance was quick and all others who were involved in having the car ready were superb. As a side note, we had the exact same experience the first time we bought a Jeep Wrangler two years ago. We lost the key to our 2010 Jeep Comander and had to have it towed to Safford on Friday the day after thanksgiving. When we arived it was all ready after 6:00 and we were sure we would have to leave it for the night or possibly the weekend but after we checked in with the service department we were told that after we called about bringing the car in they had decided to stay late so we could take our car home that evening. We were able to keep our plans for the rest of our weekend because the guys at Safford took some time out of there's so we could. Thank you!

I would give this dealership 0 stars if possible. My husband and I traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle from this dealership because it was the closest dealership that we found that had the vehicle that we had been searching for. Prior to traveling to the dealership we were in contact with a salesman, Bill to confirm the availability of the vehicle and also to confirm the features and the price. When we got to the dealership and sat down to write up the sales agreement to purchase the truck, there was an extra $2,500 fee because the vehicle was certified that was never disclosed to us. It was not on the website or when I had confirmed the price with the salesman. We still went through with the purchase because we were told that there was no way to waive that fee. A few days later we contacted the GM, Ron Green, explained to us what had happened and he refunded the fee to us because it was never disclosed to us. Buyer beware of this extra "fee" and do not pay it! The frustration continued with this dealership. We had been approved by our local credit union and had a check in hand for our financing. A week after we purchased the truck, we received a call from the finance department stating that our financing had been declined. When we called our credit union, they stated that the dealership had not followed the directions on the check and did not submit a copy of the invoice to the credit union. Our credit union had even went so far as to contact the dealership and tell them what was needed, but the dealership never sent it so the check was returned. We then had to go back to our credit union, have a new check reissued and send it to the dealership. The person in the finance department was extremely rude and blamed the mix up with the credit union on us. We did nothing wrong. She could not follow simple instructions and fax one piece of paper to the credit union. She was by far the worst person to deal with through this experience. I cannot believe she still has a job with her rude attitude and inadequate abilities. To top it off, 3 weeks after we purchased the vehicle we got a notice from the dealership that they had pulled our credit (after we told them not to because we already had our financing set up) and that they were unable to obtain financing for us under the terms we requested. We knew they wouldn't be able to because we had gotten the best rate around with our credit union. The GM, Ron Green has been a great help throughout this horrible experience, but there is only so much that he can do when his staff is so terrible. We had to contact him twice and both times he took care of our issues, but due to the poor customer service provided by his staff I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have NEVER found a better Jeep Service Manager than Harry Stein. In fact, like so many former Rosenthal customers, my husband and I followed Mr. Stein to Safford--and he is the ONLY reason we went there. I had had bad experiences with Safford in the past... so I was apprehensive to go back, but Harry brought a number of the technicians from Rosenthal with him and we got the same great service for our two Jeeps. He was completely reliable, trustworthy, professional, personable, just awesome. After Mr. Stein went to Safford, I noticed the service lines were longer! Business had picked up because him. Unfortunately, last week my husband goes in and Harry is gone. What a blow... When my husband bought another Jeep--we used Safford and told everyone that Harry was the reason we came to the dealership. We were told they heard that a lot. A good Service Manager is important to a dealership...Sales is only a small part of the business, the real money is made in service. If Harry left, we would follow him again--he's that good!!

I had not updated my vehicle in about 8 years so this Used car purchased was a very big deal to me. I knew what I was looking for and I found it at Safford of Springfield so I drove 2 1/2 hours one way to buy my Minivan from them. Carlos Umanzor was my salesman and worked very closely with his GM Ron Green to assure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase even after I drove it off the lot. There were just a few minor issues but they took care of everything for me. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend Safford of Springfield and Used Car Salesman Carlos Umanzor to anyone looking to purchase a Used vehicle. Carlos was always respectful when speaking with me. He also provided me his cell phone number to reach him directly if I had any questions or concerns (which I did). He explained to me how to operate several features of the vehicle which I had difficulty figuring out. I felt that he genuinely wanted me to be 100% satisfied with my purchase.

First, Richard and the Service Department did an excellent job. No complaint about the service. What I am bothered by is Jeep's policy on this warranty work. A bearing in my water pump went out on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit with 32,000 miles on it. And I was on InterState 40 in the middle of nowhere in Oklahoma. To keep the car from overheating, I had to put in stop leak and add antifreeze. The antifreeze was not Mopar red 5 year antifreeze, which is likely available only at a dealer and certainly not at a truck stop on InterState 40. The bottom line was that since the antifreeze was not the proper one (it was Zerex 50/50, which is a very good brand), the radiator flush I needed was not covered. I was charged over $200 for the radiator flush! I would have thought when you replace a water pump you would flush and fill the radiator. Not so, according to Jeep. Incidents like this with my American-made car reinforce by preference for my other car, a BMW. Incidentally, my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, made by Daimler-Chrysler with European engineering, has over 100,000 miles and is going strong.

When I started my search for a new truck I went online looking across the state. I probably called or visited about 10 dealerships. I finally settled on Safford of Springfield, VA. The dealership manager and associate manager responded to my internet request. They maintained professionalism, fielded all my questions and honored my requested price. They assigned me a harmless almost fresh salesman guy named Fran. He was awesome throughout the buying experience. He is knowledgeable, patient and honest at all turns in the process. He even watched my kids when I went to closing. While in closing I met the finance manager Vu and she was intelligent, charismatic, and honest. I never felt pressured. She was kind and even laughed with me and my wife during this big decision. Safford of Springfield allowed me to find the truck I wanted at an affordable price and met all my needs as a consumer. Once the Arlington Chrysler/Jeep dealership closed a couple of years ago, I started taking my Jeep to a Maryland location for servicing. Wow, what a difference one person can make! Harry Stein had taken such great care of me in Arlington and with the closing of Arlington, had moved on to Safford of Springfield. The Maryland location was more proximate to me, but really missed the level of service that Harry showed me with every visit to that Arlington location. When I finally realized the Maryland location could never live up to Harry's level of customer service, I found my way back to the awesome care of Harry at Safford. We hadn't missed a beat... Harry is professional, kind, honest and a pleasure to work with. I will never stray again! It's great to be back with Harry Stein!

I've purchased a number of vehilces from him over years since he joined Safford of Springfield. Sonny is upfront, honest, knows the products he sells; and he is there for his customers before, during, and after the sale. In a world of cheap sales lines from wanna be car salesmen, Sonny is the example that all should use as their role model. My advice to anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle, even at this particular dealership is that your starting point should be to pick up the phone, and to ask to speak to Sonny from the very start, that you will find the experience to be the most professional you have ever experienced, and you will quickly understand why so many customers have given him such high ratings.

Although our price was somewhat already negotiated through USAA's car buying service (using True Car), these folks were very courteous and very professional. I recently purchased a brand new 4X4 Grand Cherokee and I must say this has been the best car buying experience Ive ever had. The sales associate Francisco La Torre was very professional and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I had prior to purchasing my vehicle. I was intrigued by the offer of a new car if I traded in my well-kept used car. I asked all the important financial questions of how this would benefit me. I was also in the market for a few upgrades that the newer vehicle included. Younes was very upfront with all the details. Dealers are in the business of selling new cars so he was doing what he is supposed to do, convince me to buy a new one. It turned out that I received a better deal than anticipated which reduced my monthly payments tremendously (partially due to qualifying for a very low interest loan) and I have a new car and warrantly!! It was a win/win situation!

I was in the market looking to purchase a brand new 2014 Dodge Durango RT. As a member of Penfed I was able to utilize their Auto Buying Program. Penfed listed Safford, Farrish and Fair Oaks as participants of the program.I was contacted by Safford of Springfield Internet Sales Manager (Jeff Rodriguez) to inquire about my needs. He put me in touch with one of his sales representatives Francisco La Torre. Francisco was prompt in answering my questions and inquiry about what exactly I was looking for. I mentioned to him that they had a Vehicle in Transit I was interested in. The vehicle showed up at their Fredericksburg dealership on Friday. Since my wife was travelling out of state on Saturday Francisco had the vehicle driven up to Springfield for us to test drive on Saturday morning. We showed up early morning and met with Francisco. He was very informative and we took a test drive in the vehicle. Afterwards I sat down with Francisco to discuss numbers and close the deal. This is where things went south! We couldnt agree on the pricing and I saw little effort from the dealership in trying to make a deal happen. Throughout the day I had several conversations with Francisco and I came up $1750 on my initial offer to make the deal happen strictly based on my wife stating she loved the car!! By the end of the day I was told that they would honor the NEW price if I bought the car the same day. I told them this would not be possible with my wife now on travel. I was willing to put down a $5,000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and come back the following weekend to buy the vehicle. Apparently the $5K NON-REFUNDABLE deposit was not good enough and they gave me the speech of how People say they will come back and never do. I totally felt disrespected as I was willing to put my money where my mouth was. It was unfortunate we couldn't get a deal done as my wife loved the car and Francisco had been great to work with.

We went car shopping on Easter weekend and were very lucky to get Sonny Thomas as our salesman. He helped make our buying experience an enjoyable one versus a intimidating one that we were worried it might be. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked onto the lot with his friendly disposition and he catered to our needs without putting pressure on us to buy. He let us know about options we may have never considered but we didn't feel pushed into anything. He knew the Jeep Lattitude/Limited inside and out and educated us about it with enthusiasm. He was funny and fun and intelligent. He was the whole kind of package you would want your salesman to be. We actually shopped around and test drove 2 other cars that same day that were from different auto manufacturers and none of the salesman from those dealerships could hold a candle to Sonny. There was no contest, period.Now, of course the salesman can make a difference in your choice of car by explaining the features well etc, but if a different automobile manufacturer offered a car type of better quality than the Jeep Cherokee Limited, we would have gone with that car no matter how great the salesman was. Even so, we REALLY wanted to give our business to Safford all because of Sonny and his knowledge of the product and his incredible salesmanship. To me, there is no better pairing than having a great salesman like Sonny AND a great automobile to offer, and you can bet in the future, we will be coming back to this dealership when considering another new car.I also want to make mention of the General Manager, Ron, who went out of his way to meet us. This was an emergency vehicle, as I dropped off my car for service while picking up my wife's new Town/Country Ltd. While I had ordered a new micro-van from Spain, it was not due to arrive for months. When the service department found serious problems that would have been too expensive to fix (for three months use), Sonny leapt into action and found a new Jeep Ltd. as a replacement. When it had logistical problems being delivered (from Pennsylvania) Sonny personally drove up with another driver, picked up the Jeep and both drove back the same day. So, Sonny is a hero for satisfying the wife (more difficult than it might seem) and keeping me on the road, with two new cars in as many days. Hope they're around when it's time to refill the keys again, in a few years.

We are the happy owners of two new Safford vehicles. We have been clients for 12 years and that is why we came back for new vehicles. We have had all of our service done at Safford. The staff is always interested in continuing the relationship from sale to purchase and beyond to the service area. Service is a very important part of our vocabulary. Safford has lived up to our standards in all areas. Personnel is professional and they all have a sense of humor and a desire to have happy clients.Mr. Sonny Thomas is our salesman. He did an excellent job of learning exactly what we wanted and he worked the process very well so as to come up with exactly what we wanted. Sonny kept us in the loop on availability and found the vehicles we desired. He even went out of his way to personally pick up the Jeep we chose in Pennsylvania when it was not available locally. Sonny wants his clients to be satisfied and happy with him as well as the cars and that is very integral to the purchase. I had my Jeep Commander towed last spring for what I thought was a major problem. It turned out to be very minor and I was pleased with the service department's integrity in not taking advantage of the situation. I just returned for an oil change and a brake light replacement. The prices were fair, service professional and yet friendly. Harry was helpful and managed to get the work completed quickly so it did not feel as though I spend the entire day waiting in the service department.

Not even sure where to begin other than to say that this was a horrible experience! After spending many days searching for the right vehicle, Croslyn found us a perfect match at the Fredricksburg location. Love the Ram 1500 we purchased there, no question about that. The nightmare didn't start until after we drove our new vehicle home. First, there was the issue of them paying off the vehicle we traded, almost a month later, and the bank keep calling us for the money of the vehicle we traded in. We kept getting the run around with the dealership saying "let us see what's going on, call back on MONDAY" which took six more days. So after nearly a month of having the new vehicle, the old vehicle finally got paid. We had to sign papers no less than three times because they couldn't spell my husbands name the first time, and lost the second, next day air mail copy. By the time this is over my husband has temp tags on his new truck that are now expired and he cant drive because they didn't apply for the new tags until the paperwork was signed the third, and hopefully, final time. It was a huge waste of time! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and avoid the runaround!! BUYER BEWARE.

We purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Safford on 12.17.11. On 11.26.13 with 10,249 miles on the vehicle we had to take it in for repair due to electrical problems with the air suspension system. A Jeep dealer (not Safford) fixed the problem. On 1.30.14 with 10,562 miles on the vehicle we had to take it in for repair due to electrical problems with the air suspension system. A Jeep dealer (not Safford) fixed the problem. On 3.12.14 with 10,662 miles on the vehicle we had to take it in for repair due to electrical problems with the air suspension system. A Jeep dealer (not Safford) will require a part that is nationally backordered for approximately 3-4 weeks to fix the problem, Until such time as the part comes in I can still drive the vehicle until the part "completely stops functioning" at which point I will have to stop driving the vehicle and wait for the part. While we understand that the vehicle has 10,662 miles on it we feel that it a vehicle that is under 2 years old (when the problem started) and with so few miles on it should NOT require repair every 150-250 miles.When we went to Safford to discuss the issue hoping they would be willing to make things right. However, after 2 hours of sitting there with a salesman we were offered $3,000 less than the kelly blue book trade-in value for the vehicle and basically no kind of deal on a new similarly equipped vehicle. So now we are left with a vehicle we paid over $40K for with under 11K miles on it that requires constant repairs! Why would anyone ever buy a car from these guys?

We found a truck on the Safford Dodge website that met our needs. Marcel picked up the call quickly. I had sent the dealership an email earlier in the morning and had even used the "live chat" feature on the website, but got no response for over 3 hours. I placed a call and Marcel handled my needs wonderfully with lots of genuine desire to assist with the deal I was requesting. I did not know the truck we were interested was in a different location, but Marcel had the truck transferred so when we arrived at the dealer, the truck did as well. We started the deal late Sunday and did not finish until just about 9pm. Kyu and Marcel worked their magic and we were able to get the truck we needed that night, even though it was well past closing. Thank you to your professional staff for going the extra mile to help out brand new customers to Safford Dodge.

They have refused to help me since my car broke down 2 months ago (while still under warrenty) It has taken a recall and me calling the Dodge HQ and them launching a investigation before they offered me a rental. Buyer beware of this dealership. I can say i will never be buying from them again or recommend to friends or family.

I had to replace a broken sunvisor which had to be ordered from the factory. Harry called me about two weeks later and said sunvisor was in. I scheduled appointment for a Saturday. I showed up for my appointment and asked for oil change. Service dept suggested I get a tire rotation too. After about 1.5 hours service representative came out and told me the sunvisor was not in but the oil change and tire rotation had been done. Sunvisor took an additional two weeks to arrive. I showed up for another Saturday appointment. The sunvisor was replaced. I asked if they could wash my car. They washed my car and even vacuumed the inside. They said it would be done in 1.5 hours but it took three. Overall, they are friendly and do a good job but bring a book if your are going to wait.

I had to return to the dealership 3 times to ensure that my washer fluid and battery fluid were full on a brand new vehicle. I made a complaint to Jeep, INC. They it would take care of it. I never heard back from anyone. The service department is great and not related to my sale experience.

I found a certain Jeep Grand Cherokee online at this dealers website for a family member. It had an MSRP of about 40K. They had under the MSRP a discount of about 6K, making the total price around 34K. We thought it was a great deal, so went and drove 3 and 1/2 hours there. Now on the website it said discount, not rebates or incentives, just discount. Upon arriving and sitting down with a salesman, it was revealed that it was 38K with things we qualified for. On the website, there was no advertising for rebates or incentives, just a dealer discount. Even in descriptions and smaller print on the website, there was no warning or saying you had to qualify for anything, so it looked like the dealer was just taking 6K off the MSRP. They were not giving a dealer discount and said it was all incentives and rebates combined and that would take the price off. Jeep also said that USAA members get a $500 discount from the manufacturer and not the dealer, when we questioned about that, we never got an answer to if that was valid or accepted there. We also had a trade, book value being around 6-7 thousand. They offered 3 thousand, and after a while we managed to work that up to 4. With all the rebates they offered, and if you qualified, then it would total around 3,000-3,500. There was still an extra 2,500-3,000 missing of discount, and that is assuming that that would be taken off due to the trade. I believe they need to advertise better if there is a discount, and not rebates and incentives combined if you qualify. Or if there was a mistake in their internet department to give such a discount, that they need to honor that mistake. The price they finally gave us, before tax, tags, fees and before taking off the trade of 4 thousand was 36,900, which was still well above what their internet sales discounted price was. We are not pleased with this dealer and us wasting an entire day to see this vehicle and wouldn't go back.

Both of my back windows stopped working and I needed an immediate repair as I was going out of town. I called Saffod service department and they advised they could fix my vehicle right away. After a diagnosis parts were ordered and my truck was fixed the next morning. I was very pleased with their quality and timeliness of my repair.

I confirmed all the prices via phone with Coslyn and told him to get the vehicle ready as I would travel to the dealership the next day to purchase the jeep.Upon arriving at the dealership I was informed that the vehicle was at another dealership 40 minutes away but I could test drive a like vehicle.Test drive was fine so started paperwork.......Big surprise the PRICE has changed .... Stafford does not include the $995.00 destination charge in the quoted internet price nor do they list it with the any other after deal costs such as taxes ,tags,document feesMade me feel like a fool after driving 2 1/2 hours to the dealership.Purchased Jeep two days later from Adams Jeep in Aberdeen Md. Bob always greets me with a smile despite being obviously busy. I have never had to wait to get an appointment as he always finds a way to work me into the schedule, often the same day I call. There is not one single time when he has tried to sell me extra services I didn't actually need, and often tells me that things I've asked about can wait or "checked out okay for now". He is very knowledgeable on the vehicles and not just "a guy who writes service tickets". Bob has earned my complete trust - a rare thing for anyone to say about a car dealership service person these days, at least in my experience. I highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service. They will continue to have me as a loyal customer and have proven time after time that they understand what "customer service" means.

I went to Safford after conducting an internet search. Sonny called me and left a very friendly message inviting me to the show room. He was friendly and engaging and was patient even though I was not really easy to work with. He worked hard to understand where I was coming from and we worked together to reach a deal that worked for all of us. His attitude made me want to work with him and he got the sale and I am very satisfied with the deal I received. He is a genuinely good guy in a tough industry. His attitude made me want to work with him.My comments are not restricted to Sonny. Kim, in finance, was awesome. She did a great job and, like Sonny, we worked together to get a deal that benefitted both of us. She got me to take her financing at a rate that I thought was a win-win for all. The Customer Service rep was warm and friendly and did a great job also.We also want to give credit to our Service Manager, Harry Stein. He matched my wants and needs with a vehicle on the lot, and remained engaged throughout the negotiation process. That process was fair and transparent. I know that I got a great deal, having priced these vehicles at other dealerships in the surrounding area. I also know that I got the best customer service possible, as the dealership assuaged my wife's concerns regarding a blemish in the front passenger seat by ordering me an entirely new seat. To do that, the dealer engaged its service manager Jeff, who like Greg, was very professional, polite, and customer-oriented. We were greeted by Sonny within 5 seconds of walking through the front door. Sonny has been extremely hospitable from the start, even though it was 6pm and he's been at it since 9am, and we were the sixth of his customers that day (the previous 5 didn't buy anything). We immediately felt at home with him and within a half hour, we were laughing hysterically about family life. Sonny went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase, making suggestions along the way to help us save some money. At the close of the evening, Sonny played chauffeur and helped us bring our new car home. We couldn't possibly have a better experience buying a new car!!!

Safford Jeep Springfield was the fourth Jeep dealer I spoke with, and the only to show a genuine interest in serving my needs (rather than just selling a Jeep). I was first contacted by Simon Bekkalis, and based on my experiences at other dealerships, wasn't going to respond. I'm glad I did. Simon and Tom Turner worked with me from the get go to find a Jeep that met my desires. The other dealership reps expressed no desire to look off the lot, instead trying to encourage me to settle for something less than what I wanted. Simon and Tom worked for 2 hours, and when we couldn't find exactly what I wanted, they did not pressure me to settle. Instead, recommending I consider ordering a 2014 Jeep that would be exactly what I wanted. I went with their advice and 1 month later, my Jeep was ready. When I came in, Simon was off, so I worked with Younes Bekkali, who similarly took great care of my needs, answering all questions. He made sure I was happy with the vehicle I ordered before ever suggesting we move to closing the deal. I received a fair offer for my trade in, a good price on the new Jeep, and when Younes recommended I see if Carole Hall could get me a better rate than I had pre-approved from my bank, I was comfortable doing so. Carole was able to get me a better rate. When I sat with Carole, I knew she would try to sell me an extended warranty. I had no intention of buying one. But... she did NOT give me the hard sell... instead, I felt like she was just giving me information... which I then considered seriously. She was patient as I asked questions, and when I expressed reservations about the value, she provided me options that ultimately led me to selecting an extended care warranty and a wheel/tire warranty that I felt best served my needs. If I had not been treated so respectfully throughout the whole process, I doubt I would have even considered buying the warranty. In the end, I never once felt like I was anything but the number one customer of the day... even as Younes helped other customers while I waited for paperwork to be ready. The total process took 2 hours, but only because I wanted it to go slow enough that I could be sure I was getting a fair deal. I'm certain I could have been out of there with my new vehicle in under an hour if I had so chosen. I was so impressed by everyone I dealt with from beginning to end, that I've already recommended Safford to two friends, and will continue to tout Safford as a good buying experience. My last vehicle was bought from a competitor. I got a fair deal, but I left the dealership knowing I would never be a customer again. Safford Springfield left me knowing I would give my business again.

I was back in Springfield visiting family. I currently live in Georgia. I went to start my 2003 Caravan that I had purchase at Stafford (Jerry's) Dodge. and all I got was a clicking noise. A call to the service department assured me that it was probably the battery and if I could jump it and drive it in, they could fit me in and get me back on the road. Two hours later I was on the way to Georgia with a new battery, some new oi land all of my tail lights working.

We called ahead, but showed up at 8:40 PM in the rain with a 2 year old and the team could not have been easier for us to work with. The kids play room is a big advantage. Sonny pulled cars ahead of time for us and had potential inventory ready for us to review upon arrival. The whole process was easy. We presented our desired budget and constraints and they made it happen for us for two vehicles. We chose, did the paperwork and were on our way by 10:30. Sonny pointed out and trained us on every feature of the vehicle we selected. Such a contrast to the dealership we were at earlier in the day and walked away from.

The Sales Manager and our Salesman (Errett "Sonny" Thomas) were great to work with! They did not pressure us and let us test drive the various vehicles we wanted to try and they let us make the decision in our own time. We worked with them over a 2 day period and they never pushed us....they only supported the process we had to go through to make the best decision for us! When it came to the financing and review of the vehicle, Safford has 2 excellent ladies that handle this part of the process! As I walked into the dealership with buying a Toyota on my mind, Chris welcomed me with a warm handshake. Once I told him that I was looking to buy a car, he went to work immediately with great professionalism and straightforwardness. He was calm and diligent in explaining the details of the cars I may be interested in. One car after another, he explained the merits and demerits points of each car as it relates to my needs. He was truthful, polite, and willing to answer all my questions. Halfway through the conversation, I was convinced that the Jeep Grand Cherokee will meet my needs because Chris professionally worked me through the knowledge of the car. Chris Sheehan was outstanding to deal with. When asking him (by email) about a particular vehicle we were interested in, he got back to us within two minutes. He then asked us several questions and then we called him on the telephone. He had the vehicle that my wife and I were interested in. We told Chris that we would like to see the car that evening. When my wife and I arrived Chris came outside and had the vehicle already for us to see and test drive. He told us all about the car and all of its features. After the test drive we went inside and negotiated on a price. Chris did a beautiful job. He got all of the paperwork together and while we were filling it out he got the vehicle ready for us. He knows his job very well and my wife and I never felt rushed throughout the whole process. We never felt more relaxed purchasing a new vehicle. Chris answered all of our questions and asked some that we had not thought about. It was a great experience!!.

Younes was very approachable, friendly and very knowledgable about the features of the vehicle that we purchased. He worked with us to get the best reasonable price for our trade-in as well as other incentives to get the bottom line as close as possible to our goal. He also took the time to walk me through the electronic options as well as help me set up some of the options before I left the lot with my new car. This is our second jeep purchased with Safford of Springfield in the past 2 years and would not hesitate to come back when the time comes again in the future.

Brandon Wright made the new car buying experience painless. He was knowledgeable and patient and did not mind taking extra time to explain the sometimes complicated differences between vehicles. When I changed the vehicle I wanted to buy, he helped me get on line to print out a new USAA certificate that got me a better price. A very engaging, personable salesman.The customer service representative, Gerri Perrin was also very helpful. She walked us through the service available at the dealership and, while she did try to sell us some protection packages, etc., she was not pushy and graciously accepted our declining of the products. She also printed out the costs of skid plates that I am considering asking the dealership to install later. Ms. Perrin gave us a good impression of the dealership.

I have been to many dealerships, from Ford dealerships to Toyota dealerships, to include the Jeep dealership in Tysons Corner; but not a single dealership offered the respect and patience Safford of Springfield has demonstrated when it comes to maintenance on my vehicles and the trading in of my Jeep.Sonny Thomas was helpful, kind, and honest from start and kept his word when he said he would get me the best deal around. He was patient with me when I was in the process of making up my mind after test driving and looking around numerous vehicles. His competence on Chrysler vehicles is unmatchable, thanks to him I am now driving great vehicle and saving gas. Would I recommend this dealership to friends and family? Of course!

I had a very bad experience at Koons Tysons Jeep, so I was more then pleasantly surprised when the Safford staff treated me so well. This is my expectation for how I want to be treated by a car dealer: professional, respectful, trustworthy. Safford Jeep has gained a customer for life. It maybe a farther drive than Koon's Tysons Jeep but it is WELL worth it.

I came to Safford on a Sunday when they were supposed to be closed. Instead I was immediately greeted by Younes as I was wandering around the lot. He quickly directed me to where the brand of car I was interested in was located. He gave us a few minutes to look around and then joined us with a friendly manner. When I asked what time the dealer closed he said that technically they would close when I was finished looking around and there was no pressure to hurry and leave.I quickly fell in love with a car which was on the top deck of their parking garage. He brought the car down for me to test drive and after finding out that the next day was my birthday he was determined to help me with the car. When I took the keys for the test drive he reminded me to take my time and get a feel for the car.By the time I came back the dealership should have been closed for over an hour. I wasn't sure if a deal could happen but Younes was positive and really worked to help me get the best deal possible. I told him exactly what I could afford as a monthly payment and he went to work on my behalf. (I would also like to mention that Mo and Tom were amazing as well.) Within 3 hours of visiting the dealership to just look, I have a new car and couldn't be happier. Since the sale, I have had a few questions along the way and Younes has help/answered everyone with a friendly manner. He even put my license plates on the car because i had no idea how to do that. He is an amazing asset to Safford of Springfield and I am positively talking about him to everyone who is admiring my new car and here as well. He really is the reason why I purchased the car on a day I had intended to just look and see what they had. I am happier for the experience.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Sonny Thomas. He's courteous, very knowledgable about the vehicle, professional, and super nice. He is also so generous with his time, after purchasing our vehicle the dealer was closed and the rest of the employees were gone, Sonny was inside our car explaining us all the car features with no rash. This was our first experience with Jeep and with this dealership. We have owned several new Hondas and Audis in the past, but were interested in learning more about the Jeep Grand Cherokee. We liked the "older" model and not the newly revamped one, so went with the sole purpose of looking for new 2013s and not the 2014s. We were pleased with the inventory they had at Safford. We enjoyed the experience with the dealership. Very professional, honest, and helpful. We were they for several hours ttrying to find the right mix of color and features we wanted. We are very happy with our new Jeep!

I went in to the dealership looking for new dodge darts and was promptly directed to Simon. He quickly showed me the models i was looking for and allowed me a test drive immediately. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. This being my first car and not knowing how to drive a manual car he offered to give me lessons as well. When I came back with my father to purchase the car everything went smoothly and quickly, Tom gave us a nice deal on the different warranties. All in all it was a great experience in buying my first car.

Younes Bekalli is a very nice salesman. He was calm, friendly and knew the business well. We walked in just to look around before deciding which mini-van we wanted or which dealership to buy from but he convinced us, without pestering, to buy from Safford of Springfield. At no time did we feel that he was pushing too much. His supervisor, Moe, was also very friendly. I will recommend them and will certainly buy from them when next I am in the market for a car, should I need the same Make.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our new Jeep through Safford. We used PenFed Car Buying Services late one Saturday night and they contacted us first thing Sunday morning. Once the young lady knew we were looking for very specific options (especially safety options) she had Greg, the resident Jeep expert, give us a call. Without guarantee of us buying from them, Greg went straight to work searching stores hundreds of miles away to find us exactly what we were seeking. He called us about a few options and had no problem fielding my multiple phone calls to discuss additional features. We met with him the following Tuesday, and there was zero haggling. He had our trade assessed, gave us the lower price quoted by PenFed, and we were only apart by $1000. He took the deal back brought the price of the car down, the trade up, and had finance find us a better rate and better extended warranty than PedFed (no easy task as they are highly competitive rates)! Also Gene from service installed our add-ons in a timely manner and we drove our brand new Jeep home that night. Even the other sales persons where incredibly friendly. They talked about what they love most about their Jeep with little hints of how to make the product last longer, run better, and overall just have more fun with it! I will likely not go to another dealership for my Jeep purchases and service.

I used the USAA car buying service and met William Sawyer and Tom Turner who had a vehicle that I specified via the service. There were no gimmicks as I had my certificate from USAA , and asked about their dealer fees, and a OTD price which they gave to me; no problems and right in the ballpark of what I was expecting. (I began researching the Dodge Challenger model year 2010 2.5 years ago and was very familiar with all the packages, dealer fees, and pricing) They were willing to work the final numbers a little as well as giving me a absolutely fair price for my trade in. (separate negotiation) Overall experience was great, even Tom Haake stayed late to help complete the financing (after 10pm). When you begin your search for a vehicle I would absolutely recommend Safford of Springfield. As always do your homework, but when youre ready to test drive and explore the possibilities of a new vehicle, make sure to stop by Safford I believe youll be treated fairly. Thanks Guys

I am really upset with the worst professionalism and work ethics that was received from Sales Dept Manager and Gm of the dealership. Bill Sales person was very friendly and honest with us , We would never recommend Stafford Chrysler of Springfield to anybody.The Sales Manager was rude and when we complain to GM he said he is not going to apologize because people like you don't do research and come to buy car from us.We check online same new Jeep was sold for $28000 on KBB and also by Auto Trader there was still available some in area so we offer $28000 he said they don't need our bossiness and ''GOOD LUCK FINDING CAR ON THAT PRICE AND DO ME FAVOR WHEN YOU FIND COME SHOW US BYE"

So... After working with local dealers for over a week, I expanded my search to include Safford. Not only did they have the exact model we were looking for...they also beat the price I was prepared to pay. I will say that the deal took a little longer than I expected, not because of anything that the employees of Safford were doing, but rather, we were seriously having such a good time chatting with our Sales Rep Sonny Thomas, and Business Mgr. Tom that we completely lost track of time. Perhaps most importantly, not once did I feel like I was nothing more than an open wallet...I felt genuinely welcome! The whole process took entirely too long. I was shuffled back and forth between the new car sales building and the used car sales building. While Brad was helpful in getting a decent price for the car, the other associates that I dealt with lacked attention to detail. The staff were friendly enough but they definitely didn't go above and beyond. I got the distinct feeling that if I was buying a NEW Dodge or Jeep that I would have gotten offered at least a cup of coffee. The test drive wasn't nearly long enough and didn't give you the opportunity to put a car through the paces. Overall, both buildings were clean and comfortable. The SUV that I bought was also very clean, inside and out. Overall, I feel that I got a good deal. Thanks Brad for stepping in.

Overall, I had a really great experience. My neighbor and I both bought vehicles the same night and both of us are really happy with the decision. I worked directly with Ron Green the GM who I cannot speakly highly enough about. He was very professional and friendly. He asked one of his salespeople to go through the vehicle with me and make sure I had what I needed and Younes was very helpful. Overally, I would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat.

Chris is one of those rare salesmen who is truly sincere. It has been several years since I purchased a new vehicle and this is the first time it was actually a pleasant and professional experience. Chris listened to my requirements and we quickly settled on the desired vehicle. After we settled on a price the Safford team quickly prepped the vehicle and processed the paperwork respecting my time even though they were busy that day. I also appreciated there large inventory which eliminated any compromise of color or options. We had first looked online, and found that Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Springfield had a car we were interested in at a price which worked for us.. We arrived when they opened this morning to check the car out. Chris Sheehan had greeted us at the door, and was able to locate the car we had described to a manager the night before. He was very professional, pleasant to work with, answered all our questions and some we hadn't thought to ask, and made sure we understood how to use the features which were different from my old Dodge Grand Caravan, which we were replacing. He listened well, was respectful, and was not high pressure. I felt he truly wanted to help us find the car that met our needs best. He showed us how to lower the seats into the floor of the car, a feature my old Caravan did not have. He also showed me how to control the radio from the steering column, and pointed out the other features and benefits which were not on my old caravan.. The first car we drove rode well, and I liked the colors. We considered another model, but I preferred the first one. After we selected the car, Chris explained what the next steps would be, put us in the hands of the finance person for signing paperwork and going over the final price. We paid by check and did not finance the car through the dealer. Then Chris was at the ready when we were ready to take our car off the lot. I can't recall ever before having a better experience in buying a car than we did today. I can highly recommend asking for Chris if you are looking for a car at Safford, and I would return to Safford in a heartbeat for our next car purchase, but hopefully that won't be for a long time. The pricing online includes a variety of rebates and discounts, most of which we qualified for, but one $1000 discount to owners of VWs was a category we did not qualify for. That was an interesting wrinkle in this adventure of finding prices online. The dealership provides lifetime annual car inspections at no charge, and the first oil change is free. We were also able to get a 100% rebateable coverage on tires and wheels for two years, for the cost of the tax on that benefit only. The model we selected was a more basic model, but still had many of the features as standard which used to be in luxury packages on the caravan. The car was cleaned one more time on the interior while we filled out paperwork, and I'll be able to take it back for an exterior cleaning when the weather is better, since we have snow today. After the purchase was finalized, Chris helped us program the bluetooth connection for my phone and my husband's phone to operate through the car's speaker system. He made sure we had no further questions, and gave us his card in case we had questions in a day or two about any of the features.

The salesman Carlos was the best sales person I have ever dealt with at a dealer. Great experience with no pressure. His personality was not that of a salesperson. The finance department worked hard to get me a payment I was comfortable with. It was actually lower than I asked for. I will be back when it's time to get another car.

After leaving during my initial visit I followed up with manager Tom Turner, outlined my expectations and numbers where I was trying to be. He worked with me and made it happen. He also arranged financing .10% lower than my target and had all the paper work lined up on my arrival. Tom got everything ready in advance so when I was ready to come back and purchase the car, the process was quick and easy. The Business Manager was also excellent, fully explaining the pros and cons of various added plans and making teh paper work very easy to understand. Younes was very helpful explaining the car's tech and shared inmy excitment to own a fun, new vehicle. His passion for Jeeps made goign through the car with him fun.

Second car I bought from Sonny. Purchased a used Chrysler 300C from him two years ago. He was every bit as helpful and accommodating this time as last time. He recognized my personality style and didn't try to treat me like some malleable consumer. His respect and appreciation for my values was truly refreshing. I have never bought a new car before, so this was a brand new experience for me. Before I even made it in through the door the manager was greeting me with a smile while walking in as well. In less than a minutes he set me up with Younes and we set out to look at the car I was interested in. Younes was very friendly and made sure I knew about all the cars features and whether or not it was right for me before taking me inside to work out the sale. In a short amount of time everyone involved made sure to find suitable plans and coverage to keep my purchase running for as long as possible without draining my wallet. In the end I drove away with my brand new Dodge Avenger without breaking the bank because of all their help.

Egregious! This is the best and only appropriate adjective to describe this organization! If you are looking for a positive buying experience - please do yourself due diligence and patronize any of the other fine Jeep dealers inside the National Capital Region. This organization typifies and gives bad name to car dealers! Their Finance Manager is a crook; a liar; and nothing short of a snake oil salesman who will regale you that he has "forty years experience doing my job, don't worry." That should've been comforting - yet I was hijacked with an APR higher than the bank told me I was approved for, requiring me to call the dealer finance liaison to tell them that the dealer was trying to add a .5% mark up on my financing. The Finance Director had to honor the rate I NEGOTIATED. Then, after careful study of all incentives and rebates, I was rooked out of a qualifying $500 rebate. I fought this all the way to the owners of the company. I even called Jeep North America to get resolution. The VP of Safford - in a very unpatronizing fashion said he would cut me a check "to make you go away." Well - rest assured - I will never make my way back to their lot, their service department, nor the entire Safford organization. I wish now, I had read the YELP reviews about the horrible service experiences. This is my 8th Jeep in 25 years and my 13th new car in as many. I've NEVER had a worse experience. RUN! RUN! RUN!

Sonny Thomas was absolutely the best. Helpful, intuitive, generous with his time. As retired military himself, he knew what additional options were open to me and my husband as we are both military. I spent a few months looking at different vehicles, Kia, Ford, Honda, etc. I went to Safford during that time and met Sonny. Though I continued to survey the market, I eventually returned to Safford because of Sonny and the outstanding customer service he provided. Our experience at Springfield exceeded all expectations. I was immediately greeted by 3 people upon getting out of my car who were very friendly and welcoming. From there, I met Sonny who handled my purchase for the rest of the time at the dealer. He was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and very understanding of my budget. He took me to see several cars and worked hard to find me the perfect Jeep Wrangler in my price range. Sonny is impressively knowledgeable about each working component of the Wrangler. He showed me how to take off both the soft and hard top to help give me a better idea of which type I'd like to purchase. When I asked him if I could buy a hard top at a later date, he advised me to buy one that came with the car to save me money. He wasn't looking to take advantage of me but to find the best deal possible. In total, I spent 6 hours in the dealership and Sonny was able to talk to financing several times to find a price that met my budget. After I decided on the car, Gerry from customer service came to talk to me about several options to maintain the value of my new purchase and worked out a significantly lower price to meet my budget. Finally, after I made the purchase, the staff were all supportive and thrilled for me which made ending the experience just as positive as buying the car itself. I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a new Jeep from a knowledgeable and patient staff who are willing to go the extra mile.

Was looking to trade in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and my 2006 VW NB Convertible towards a new 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Searched all dealers and visited Safford, luckily met Chris right off the bat. Highly recommend dealing with him, we got to the bottom line quickly, wanted a green Jeep and he found the new Oscar Mike limited edition coming in brand new on a truck within a week. No hassles, no pressure, he just got to the best deal quickly and no BS. I will continue to deal with Chris as long as I buy Jeeps.

When I did look at new vehicles, the salesmen were low-pressure, just asking me to see them when I was ready to buy a new vehicle. I had talked to Chris Sheehan a couple of times while waiting on my vehicle, so when I decided to buy a new one I went straight to him. I bought a Jeep Liberty used but with a transferable 100,000 mile factory warranty. Shortly after purchase it started making a noise during turning in the front end. I brought it into the nearest dealership to my work which was also where I believe the vehicle was originally purchased. I found EVERYONE I encountered to be helpful and courteous and I was very impressed with my service writer (I think I got the title right) Ken. He had a good understanding of the problem and after the 1st visit didn't uncover the source of the noise, he went on a ride along and identified the noise with me so he could relate it to the mechanic(s). In fact a mechanic was supposed to be there to ride along with me, but it was Monday morning and for whatever reason, all were late to come to work ... which is my only negative regarding the entire experience. It took a total of 4 visits and multiple replaced suspension components, but eventually a new steering rack was found to be the culprit. Some might say that they should've found it the first time, but as an engineer and garage mechanic, I definitely understand the difficulty in pinpointing the problem. I got a lot of free parts (that were worn and may have been contributing factors) for a vehicle that was designed and made under the previous Chrysler "regime." I was very pleased that Chrysler and the Safford dealership continue to stand by these older vehicles and honor the warranty. I wholeheartedly recommend Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Springfield.

My recent experience at Safford of Springfield was very pleasant. Mr. Younes Bekkali struck the perfect balance of answering my questions and deducing the vehicle model of that would meet my needs, while not making me feel the stereotypical pressure/instrusiveness during a sales presentation. Furthermore, all of my questions were answered accurately and in a timely fashion. When I left the dealership, I felt at ease to return to the dealership at any time. Although I eventually decided to postpone a purchase for a lengthy period of time, I would easily recommend Mr. Bekkali atSafford to a potential purchaser.

I usually buy my used cars from CARMAX because I can't stand the process with an actual dealer, but Sonny was awesome. I knew what I wanted and he helped me find it, even though it was at a different location. He didn't try to push me into something I didn't want. He is also very friendly and seems like a really good guy.

Tony was very knowledgeable in the vehicle that I was purchasing and Brad continued to make the deal work during the negotiation process. This is a great dealership. A friend of mine recommended them when I was looking for my new Jeep. Sonny is a real nice guy, no pressure, very friendly. I wish I could have gotten more for my trade-in, but I feel like I got a fair deal. In addition there was very little direct pressure to buy the "extra" stuff, and it is done before you enter the finance department. Heather in finance is quick and efficient. I would definitely go back to Safford when I buy another car.

First, had a great salesperson, Younes, the salesperson knew his stuff, and he was helpful. Decided on the truck, I wanted and with USAA, I did not have to negotiate the price of the truck.During the negotiations, I decided to turn in the lease on a pristine KIA Optima Hybrid. I could not get a signal on my phone to determine what the Blue Book value was on the car. I asked the Manager on duty what was the Blue Book, not what he would give me. He told me looking in the computer that the BB value was $20K, come to find out later it was $24K. Yes it was my fault for not checking and walking in unprepared but a honest question was asked and there should have been an honest answer. So I came up with the negative equity and went to Finance. The person was not attentive and it seemed to me impersonal. Get it off the lot a week later, I am driving down 210, the vehicle shut off and started up twenty minutes later. Took it in and of course, the service department could not find anything wrong. Another week goes by does it again and I take it in to another shop they were able to determine the cause in ten minutes and now I have a nice running truck.There is no hate to my salesperson but his support staff--management, finance and service department really did me no favors. All I can say is that I took the time to give an honest assessment and as you read others take them with a grain of salt--good or bad.

Sunny Thomas; was and will always be my sale representative. I travelled from Reston to Chantilly, and then to Springfield just to work with Sunny. He is a really compassionate and concern for his customer type salesperson; he doesn't push or pressure you into a sale. For me this is my fourth Jeep that I purchases with Sunny and for me that says alot becuase I am not so easy to satisfy. My experience with Sunny has been such that when call him and describe what I want to purchase and say that I am on my way the vehicle will be there ready to go. Not once have I been disappointed - Sunny delivers without question. Every expereience has been better than the last becuase Sunny works with a good team of other individuals.Heather Reese; what can I say about here - she was GREAT. Her friendly attitute, interchange of encouragement, and kindness thoughout the process and her concern for the customer makes you want to have her as a friend. "Sonny" Thomas was an excellent salesman. He knew every detail about the car, answered all of our questions, and clearly was in tune with the product. He was extremely friendly and did not "push" the product or other services on us. He let the Jeep Overland vehicle make the sale and he served as our guide to understand the many features that the vehicle offered. My wife and I had shopped at several Jeep dealerships and the dealerships of other auto makers. It was amazing how much we learned from Sonny that we were not aware of from our experiences at other Jeep dealerships. We wanted a 2011 vehicle and others had told us that they just weren't available. Sonny found one for us right away. We were also confused about the differences between the Jeep Lareado X and the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Sonny quickly and effectively explained the differences and introduced us to the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. It was quite an eye opening experience. He showed great patience with us, effectively demonstrated unknown features during our test drive, and made special efforts to get the car detailed and ready for the final sale. He followed up with us after the sale to answer a few questions that came up after we had driven the car for a few days. After many car purchases in the past, I can truly say this was my most enjoyable and satisfying car buying experience.We also had a very postitive experience with Heather Reese in the Safford Finance Department. She effectively explained the pros and cons of various financing options in easy to understand terms. Her detailed explanation of the benefits of the extended warranty was quite helpful and aided in our decision to purchase the program now instead of later. Ms. Reese also was not pushy and provided objective information to us so we could make our own decisions. The process was quick and seemless and we experienced no problems whatsoever with the financing process.We also had a positive experience with Gerri regarding Paint Sealant, Fabric/Leather Protection, Road Hazard, and Lojack packages. She thoroughly explained each service and did not try to force them on us. We were especially pleased about her approach.Overall our buying experience at Safford was very positive. Although we were close to being ready to purchase, the experienced staff at Safford made us comfortable enough to pull the trigger. We have no regrets and would gladly recommend the dealership to our friends and aquaintences.

This was by far the best experience buying a car I have had since I have been buying cars. Sonny made everything so easy and understandable that it felt there was little for me to do. We chose to order a Jeep Wrangler and were amazed at how easy the process was and how Sonny made everything so simple. Once the Jeep arrived the actual purchase process was done in less than an hour. We feel very confidant with our purchase and can't speak highly enough of the entire dealership and those that were involved in the entire purchase. The service department is incredible and extremely helpful. This is my observation after just one visit. We are incredibly happy with our choice in both the car we chose and the dealership! And because of our experience we will be bring more business to Safford...and Sonny!Absolutely the best experience we have ever had in buying a car.

We went to trade our BMW in for this BMW we had seen online. Tony Williams did an excellent job at communicating with us, and gettting the car over from another lot to Safford Springfield VA. He also gave a very descriptive test drive route that was perfect and traffic free;-)To finalize our paperwork we worked with Heather Reese, she was Awesome with a capital "A"! Even though it was late she didn't rush through. She took her time, joked around with my kids and overall made us leave with a smile upon our faces! Upon driving off Mr. Tony stopped us and alerted that the Beltway was backed up with traffic, considering we are pretty new to the area, he gave us a perfect alternate route to take that was traffic free! Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy new or used!

Excellent experience having Sam Mingle as a sales rep. Walked in, asked to test drive the Challenger I had been researching. After test drive named a price, which was accepted in less than two minutes. Entire process was painless. Longest part was filling out paperwork after agreement on price, but even that was relatively quick. Would highly recomend Sam to anyone looking for a no-hassle buying experience. Love the car!

Heather and Sonny are the most personable no pressure car dealer employees I have ever worked with in 20 years of buying vehicles. In the last 20 years this will be my 10th new car purchase and by far the very best. I was going to return to the Jeep dealership in Alexandria where I bought my first Jeep in 1997 but you have forever won my business. They were honest, honorable, committed, and personable. I own a small veteran owned business here in Northern Virginia that I opened 12 years ago. The level of attention I received was nothing less than "PERFECT" I would hope all of my employees would be as helpful and diligent when taking care of one of my customers. If you ever let either of these two employees go let me know so that I can hire them the same day to assist my company in its growth as they have assisted you to grow your business with one more SATISFIED customer!!!!! If it was up to me I think they both deserve a raise.

My wife and I recently bought a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan at Safford of Springfield. The salesman was a very young-looking man named Younes Bekkali. He was the most patient, agreeable and genuinely cooperative automobile salesman anyone could possibly wish for. I strongly recommend Mr. Bekkali to any potential car buyer. We also endorse his associates and managers at Safford, even though I personally did not meet them all since I was not present on the first day of a two-day process.Even after spending hours with my wife on a Wednesday afternoon while agreeing on the exact price, the trade-in value of our 2007 Chrysler and the exact financing terms, and even after having paint sealant applied overnight to our new Caravan, Mr. Bekkali was gracious enough to entertain our "second thoughts" on Thursday evening without expressing any worry or argument. I truly appreciated his willingness to show us the Dodge Journey as we first considered cancelling our initial purchase, then finally decided to stick with the larger Caravan. He handled us with a simple, unhurried professionalism that seemed to come easily for him, even though the sun was about to set and the dealership would soon close for the evening. I have the impression that he is just a naturally friendly and honest person who has confidence in his product line and has the decency and good sense to let customers arrive at their own conclusions.After we signed all the papers, I was impressed when Mr. Bekkali unexpectedly took the time to configure our cell phones (which have Bluetooth capabilities we weren't even aware of) so they are now "paired" with our Grand Caravan's hands-free voice system. Now, if we get a call from a person already listed as a Contact, the dashboard will display the name of the incoming caller, as long as our cell phone is anywhere in the vehicle and is powered on.The only disadvantage to our new van is that it's 13 inches longer than our old one, so we will have more difficulty parking it, especially when parallel parking. We finally agreed that we will just have to live with this sole drawback, considering the numerous other advantages it offers.One other thing I really liked about Mr. Bekkali is that, before we signed all the finalizing papers, he wanted to find out if my wife was happy or not with her decision. He knew that she was not so thrilled about the parallel parking aspect, and therefore, he was actually concerned about her overall happiness. That quality in a salesman must be fairly rare, I think. What I would like Mr. Bekkali to know, and I now request DealerRater to please inform him of, is that my spouse is a person who takes pride in being a tough bargainer. She thinks one should not show enjoyment at winning while still sitting at a poker table, for example. Even when she gets a good deal, she is much less comfortable than I am to say, hey, this is a good deal you just gave me, so thank you very much! So ultimately, I know I am happy, and in my opinion, she is also quite happy with her experience.We were already regular customers of Safford's Service Department [ever since Passport Chrysler of Alexandria closed], so we intend to maintain that business relationship, going forward. As for Sales, we definitely recommend Mr. Younes Bekkali as one of the very finest salespersons in the Washington metro area.

I went in and the first salesman I talked to was very unresponsive and never called me back even after a second visit. I then called back and was put in touch with Sonny Thomas and he was very responsive. He called me back in less than five minutes with an answer to what was in stock and I went in to see him and he made the experience enjoyable, at least as enjoyable as it can be during the paperwork waiting period. He was very knowledgeable of the the dealership and the Jeep Grand Cherokee we purchased.

As a return customer, I couldn't say more positive things about this dealership. I explained to Sam what I was looking for and he found it. I went back to Sam after buying a new vehicle 6 months ago because of his demeanor and attitude...he doesn't push the sale and doesn't bother you at all. I've had poor experiences at other dealerships and this one does not play games and I am shocked at how smooth both purchase experiences were. I was in and out in under 2 hours BOTH times.

I really LOVE this Service Dept at the Dealership. I have worked with Bob, Melissa, and Rocky, I have never walked into a Dealership, and was greeted like Family. This past year was a difficult year for me, I Diagnosis with breast cancer, Bob, made sure my Car went in, and came out, where's I didn't have to sit n wait. He made sure I was ok, he checked on me, consulted with me about the time span on the Service of my car, he went the EXTRA MILE...My car Runs like I bought it yesturday, because of the guys that work in the Service Dept..I thank you for having such a great team at your Springfield location..LOVE THEM..

Bob has always gone the extra mile to help us timely fix our 3 chrysler cars! Sat. 3:50pm I called with a fuse blown on my Crossfire and by the time I arrived at the dealership at 4:15pm he was able to have the fuse fixed on the spot before a long trip I had the next morning. Just the piece of mind knowing the car was back in working order meant alot to me, and Bob always very helpful pointing out areas of upcoming service needs. He is accommodating of a busy mother of 5 schedule and usually very accurate on how long a particular service visit will take which is greatly appreciated.

Mr. Mosser was very helpful and creative for getting me back into my NEW 2012 Jeep Cherokee. Litteraly get me back into my vechile, I was locked out! I placed my purse with the keys on the passenger seat and closed the door, went around the back to close the hatchback and went to open the driver's door. To my surprise I was locked out of the vechile. I was able to get a key cut to open the door because I obtained my VIN # and key code. Mr. Mosser was very positive, calming and personable to work with....THANK YOU!!!!

I own a 2010 Jeep Sahara which kept kicking out of first gear. Needless to say, it was a difficult problem to solve. I wanted to understand exactly why this problem was occurring and how it would be fixed. Rocky, the service rep., asked the technician to save the bad part removed from my vehicle. The technician then sat with me to explain the entire transmission repair process. I was more than impressed and learned a great deal about shif rails and gear synchronization. Rocky called every day my Jeep was in the shop to keep me updated. My Jeep was polished and clean when the repairs were complete. Rocky even made a follow up call to ensure there were no more issues. I am very impressed by the service department at Safford Jeep in Springfield, Va.

I've never been disappointed with the level of service I've received, over the years, at Safford. I've used the waiting room for quick oil changes and it's both clean and comfortable.The entire staff is always courteous and friendly. The service department is outstanding particularly one service advisor named Rocky. He's helped me several times over the years and he's always extremely polite, quick to accommodate, and professional. I've taken my car in for the routine and not-so-routine service.
