This is the second time I have tried to look/buy a car from Safford. I call and check availability, schedule an appointment and when I get there to see the vehicle it's already sold. Both times I have checked the day of my appointment to reassure the vehicle is there and I'm told yes and When I get to the dealership they of course tell me it's gone. I will never deal with them again. I bought a jeep from somewhere else.

Did my research online and saw they were quoting good reductions from MSRP. They were not the lowest, but they did seem to be offering a better selection of cars at these discounts. When I arrive unannounced to look at the car, it was there and they honored the price quoted online. Even with the good price discount, they gave me a fair trade on my old car.

E-mailed about a vehicle we were interested in. Our call-back was prompt with a price but not without the mentioning of "several other people are interested in this vehicle, we've had a LOT of calls!". This seemed a little unlikely, due to my research on the car stating it had been on the lot 2 months.. but, used car salesmen will be used car salesmen.. Asked if we could come test drive the car on a certain day. Was asked flat out "Do you plan to buy? Because we are transferring the car at the end of that day..." Pro Tip: If you are going to use manipulative gimmicks like this on people, at least figure out which one you are going with and stick with it. Be consistent. Seems unlikely that they would transfer a car that, after almost 2 months on the lot, suddenly has alot of interest from all these buyers! Spouse and I were already fretting the whole stereotypical used car experience. At least after contacting Dodge of Springfield we have a story to tell our friends as we roll our eyes. We cancelled our plans to test drive and went to a different dealership where they treated us like actual people. We ended up purchasing our car there that same day.

After much consideration and shopping on line, I made an appointment for a test drive just to get an idea of what I wanted. I was able to negotiate a good price with the help of a great salesman, Chris, and a friendly and NOT PUSHY finance department. My husband came back with me to pick up the van the next day, and found that Chris had come in on his day off, so they were actually able to meet. Hubby drove the new van home and I don't think I'll get to drive it any time soon! The van has plenty of cargo space for both my husband's tools for work and all of my clown gear. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole transaction.

went out here to look at an used car, the sales guy was rude and was quickly deflecting issues that were apparent with the car. brought up the issue to the manager and he didnt care either. Wow never going back here even if they give me a free car.

WARNING Price shown includes every possible rebate just to get you interested. That includes all conflicting rebates that no one could get at the same time ever. They even subtract the delivery charge listed on the sticker to make it look better and then at the end add it and another crazy "processing fee". Final great price before adding the sales tax ends up being $3000 more than shown in the cars.com site... Be real careful these are exactly the tactics that give stealers their bad name.

MY goodness!!, after more than an hour drive we were MISINFORMED about the vehicle in question, COMPLETELY misinformed, it did not have the options they stated it did and the price was QUESTIONABLE... they offered to ADD "upgrades" which would in turn raise the sticker price...HA!!NEVER THAT. The trip was a total waste of time but at least now I know where NOT to buy from.

I have never bought a new car before, so this was a brand new experience for me. Before I even made it in through the door the manager was greeting me with a smile while walking in as well. In less than a minutes he set me up with Younes and we set out to look at the car I was interested in. Younes was very friendly and made sure I knew about all the cars features and whether or not it was right for me before taking me inside to work out the sale. In a short amount of time everyone involved made sure to find suitable plans and coverage to keep my purchase running for as long as possible without draining my wallet. In the end I drove away with my brand new Dodge Avenger without breaking the bank because of all their help.

The salesman Carlos was the best sales person I have ever dealt with at a dealer. Great experience with no pressure. His personality was not that of a salesperson. The finance department worked hard to get me a payment I was comfortable with. It was actually lower than I asked for. I will be back when it's time to get another car.

After leaving during my initial visit I followed up with manager Tom Turner, outlined my expectations and numbers where I was trying to be. He worked with me and made it happen. He also arranged financing .10% lower than my target and had all the paper work lined up on my arrival. Tom got everything ready in advance so when I was ready to come back and purchase the car, the process was quick and easy. The Business Manager was also excellent, fully explaining the pros and cons of various added plans and making teh paper work very easy to understand. Younes was very helpful explaining the car's tech and shared inmy excitment to own a fun, new vehicle. His passion for Jeeps made goign through the car with him fun.

Unable to rate less than one. Slow to respond to initial request for quote. Once contacted, Dealer was advised that new purchase had already been made through another dealer. Dealer continued to e-mail solicitations, was repeatedly advised purchase had already been made,and finally advised it is now concidered a spammer and added to my spam filter.
