After coming to an agreement on a used car price and making us wait for 2 hours to "finalize documents, we were presented with an additional 7% "processing fees" of the agreed upon price, and told it was non-negotiable. Terrible practice. Avoid this place. They are not out to help their customers, as friendly and helpful as the service starts out as.

Very good experience in acquiring new Hyuanai Sonata. After starting discussion, we decided to switch from purchase to lease.
