Went in to the dealership yesterday for a used car I had seen online after looking it over and talking to David I was very pleased. Their prices are good workers are friendly not pushy and great with kids

They quoted one price than added on additional charges when billing. Typical bait and switch. Claimed extra fees were sales tax when it was shop fees. Also kept car for 1 1/2 hours to program a fob. Don't go to this dealer unless you want a nightmare from xxxx.

Bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot in Feb. 2015.....A 4 hour experience... everyone is so friendly, until after you sign....getting any info after that is a lot of work... It took about 30 minutes to prep the vehicle and in that time they added a $400 Karr alarm system + something called Data Dots ($199). I was wore out at he end and just wanted to leave so (My mistake) I signed all the paper work without reading it . I think this might be a ploy to wear you out so you won't read what you are signing..... also a $412 insurance GAP policy along with $2500 maintenance policy that when I asked for a refund they told me it was non-refundable (we will see). Another $400 for service.... I would not buy another car from this dealer

Every time you call it just rings and rings or you have to leave a message and no one calls back. Bought a Jeep and wa told it had electric locks on the door, when everything was said and done tried to lock doors with remote given and found out they were manual locks. Then was told we could add electric locks to the doors and can't seem to get anyone to call back to see if possible. Have tried calling 3 times now.

My husband went in for a car, and found the one he wanted. We were going to be buying it with zero down, which our salesman said was fine at first. When we did all the paperwork, apparently it took the bank 3 days to decide if our deal went thru or not. Which is bull, and the salesman Mike even told my husband that he was just trying to get us to change our mind about the zero down, because he doesn't make money off of it, and it's like they are just "giving" us the car. Now, 2 weeks later, they are STILL calling him telling him what other documents he needs otherwise he has to give the car back. My husband told him it would have been nice to know this all at once so we can be done with it already and all Mike said was "well I'm telling you now" Horrible dealership with horrible workers. This will be our last time there...

I purchased a vehicle from here on 9-7-2015. The sales rep Joe G. was all to happy to go on about how we were purchasing a certified used vehicle that was fully inspected. (Expecting they would back what they sell) After driving it off the lot a day later i noticed it was shifting roughly between gears once it warmed up. This was a 2014 Dodge Charger. I took it to another dodge dealership since it was still covered under factory warrantee and they said the trans was leaking and was two quarts low. I called Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge and they gave me the well this must have happened after you drove it off the lot line of trash. When I walked into service I was completely ignored by three employees who looked directly at me and my 3 year old daughter and just continued to pick up the phones and call people without saying anything like, "We will be right with you." I had to leave my car with them and be stuck with a rental that was falling apart for two days just for them to turn around and say nothing was wrong with it and they somehow managed to damage the rim while servicing it. They say they are an honest dealership but.... they didint tell me about the rim I had to find out about it on my own. Sure enough i got it back home and noticed the rough shifting again and a loud clunk while shifting to reverse. To put the icing on the cake three weeks after we left the lot the finance guy started asking for extra documents to support both of our incomes. My wife and I were told we were approved after the sales rep went back to the sales tower and when we signed the paperwork in finance. We clearly explained to them how our income was and they even stated they only needed me on the loan. On the forth week they contacted me saying the bank didn't feel our income matched up and wanted me to call the used car manager, Dan (the owners son). After speaking with him he stated the bank wanted to increase the APR approx 1% and I told him I was tired of the run around and suffering I got with this vehicle and I simply wanted my trade in back as they were attempting to change the financing terms which allows me to take my trade in back by Nevada law. He initially agreed saying , "I respect your decision and want you as the customer to be happy." So I arranged to come pick up my trade in the next day. No surprise.... he called before I was about to leave and told me that the bank decided to finalize the deal with no reason as to why other than, "I dont know they must have made a special exception for us." Then when I told him wanted to speak with my wife about returning the vehicle he said, "Sorry there is nothing I can do since it has been finalized." I called the finance guy Nick and he stated to me that the dealership ate it on the increased finance charges to keep me in the vehicle against my wishes. To this day almost 40 days later my trade in had not been paid off. I found out that they sent the pay off the the wrong address and I was being charged late fees. Also I still have not received the green slip that was allegedly mailed to me a week ago so the car has had expired registration since 10-7-2015 since i cant register it without the green slip. Simply put as others have said here they don't back what they sell and they are as shady as it gets. I have been unable to get a hold of any of the three of them regarding my continued issues, Nick, Dan and Joe. After several ignored voice mails I've given up hope on any help from this dealership. The only good employee they have here that I interacted with is Chris B. in service who went above and beyond to fix my damaged rim that was caused by the initial service visit. Aside from that you should stay far away from this place.

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Ever. Took in my brand new ram truck for it's first oil change, and had 1 warranty issue with the trailer hitch electrical connector (for the trailer lights). After they have it for 2 DAYS, I get a call and they say they can't figure out the part number for the trailer connector, so it must be an aftermarket product. At the end of the second day, I go down there to pick up the truck, because by this point I don't care if they fix it or not. when they bring the truck around, I go to the back and look at the trailer connector and show the service writer the very large CHRYSLER star symbol right on the front of it! At that point the service writer doesn't even know what to do and just says, "I'll look into this and call you tomorrow morning." It is now the afternoon of the next day and I have heard nothing from them. Their technicians are obviously incompetent, and the service writer, Robert (yes I am calling him out by name because that's how irritated I am about this seemingly simple issue), either doesn't care about customer satisfaction or doesn't know how to do his job. Needless to say, my truck will never be going back there.

Our dash lites in our 2014 Wrangler kept flashing, and once or twice the engine started hesitating.We had to take it back several times, but were always provided a rental, reimbursed by Jeep, They finally did fix it and were very responsive and kept us updated. even got the free oil changes done. the problem was fixed with advise from Corp Jeep techs and hasn't happened since, Oh and we're getting 17-18MPG city!
