If it wasn't for my salesman that worked with me I'm not sure I would even give 2 stars. I really think he had my best interest in working with me. However, it was the worst buying experience in over 40 years of buying cars. I realize that Covid had an impact on the fact it took 3 months to take home a used car I purchased from them, but there were a number of things that made this a difficult purchase. I won't be a return customer, nor will my 22 year old son who will be in the market for a new truck in the near future.

Was given wonderful deal on great car. Even when things do happen in real life they was quick to help us get a window fixed and car so could keep working and supporting my family. I love this place💯

Took my Daughter's car in for 3 recalls. 2 airbag recalls and 1 brake recall. Was told we gave them the wrong Vin number when we scheduled the appointment but we called the number on the recall notice and they set the appointment. Then when we picked the car up the machine to test the brake issue was broken so that wasn't completed and they dumped everything out of the glove box on to the passenger seat and floor and just left it there. They also stated they did a 25 point inspection and said our 2 week old brake pads were almost due for replacement, left one tire 10psi low and left the "e" brake handle 2 clicks up so the brake light was on which my teenage daughter freaked out about because she thought something was wrong with her brakes. I think the service department needs to step it up here. Common courtesy of people's belongings and their vehicles should be a priority. Service managers need to stress this and double check before a vehicle is returned. You would expect nothing less than getting your vehicle back in the same condition it was when you dropped it off. I'm already not a fan of using the dealership for any repairs but unfortunately these are recalls but this experience just solidified why I never take my vehicles to the dealership unless absolutely necessary.

I called and Doug Underwood was very helpful and located the vehicle I wanted. He took all my information and had my financing ready to go when I was in the store a short time after. The process was flawless and within a few hours from start to finish I was driving away in my new vehicle!
