Recently decided to give Sam Leman Peoria another try and was pleasantly surprised. I was in the marked for a new Jeep Wrangler and the dealer had a good inventory. I worked with a funny, helpful and laid back salesman named Wilson Johnson and he accommodated me with a no pressure approach. I test drove several vehicles and Mr. Johnson was extremely helpful in answering my questions and communications. When it came time to buy the process was fair and simple, I received a fair value for my trade and I am a happy customer. Overall it's apparent that the Sam Leman Peoria experience has improved and if you are in the market, I highly recommend Wilson Johnson.

The service was great! But I had encountered a few issues. I was told by one of the service managers that my truck drives and without the alarm and lights flashing. I was super relieved. Then I get back to my vehicle not only to find out that the lights are still flashing but my front right tire was flat, my truck wouldn't turn on so the manager jump started it, my ABS and Emergency Break lights were now on, there's a ticking sound coming from my engine, and was told that my power steering fluid or pump is going out due to the noise it was making when i turned the wheel. Which none of this was going on before it got there. Accept my alarm lights were flicking on and off due too some faulty after market alarm system in the truck. Again the service manager was nice and quick to help me jump start and air up my tire. But now I have more problems then I started with. On top of that he told me in order to get an extensive diagnosis, it would cost me around $600 and would take about 3 hours. That's rent money gone for 3 hours of labor of just diagnosing. But like i said, atleast the manager was cool. Maybe if I can get rid of this Ill come back and hopefully get a great deal on one of those nice 4x4 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Awesome Experience! Purchased a 2021 Dodge Challenger and my Salesman - Scott Watkins did a fantastic job. I live a couple of hours from the dealership and felt very comfortable purchasing site un seen. They also delivered the vehicle to my house and the two gentleman that delivering the vehicle took very good care and handled all of the paperwork. Will I be back for another purchase? ABSOLUTELY! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a new lease. Mike Abboud was an incredible straight shooter salesman. I never once felt like i was being hustled. I knew what a fair price was coming in, and they beat it. Then I had the new truck damaged a week later randomly in a parking lot. Mike stepped up again and coordinated the body work flawlessly. Best experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommended. I’ll do business with them again no question.

I just got my new car though Sam Leman and everyone was amazing. I was so nervous at first but Carrie made me feel welcomed and she was beyond helpful and patient while helping me find the best car for me. She didn't make me feel rushed or like my time wasn't equally valuable. The Manager as well was very helpful and worked with me on finding best options. The Finance guy Shawn was great as well. Its nice to work with people who are kind, patient and equally geared to seeing their customers drive off that lot with a big smile on their face. Thank you to everyone involved who made this transaction a great experience for me. A thousand times thank you!!
