Suzi helped me get the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I loved in a very difficult time! She took time out of her workday to reach out to me personally and sent pictures of the vehicle I was interested in to be sure I knew exactly what I was coming to see. Mark Avery was awesome. I've had my Caravan 4 years. I took it in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Mark was the first service person in 4 years to mention checking and replacing the in cabin air filter. I wasn't aware my van was equipped with one. After 4 years I was certain it needed changing.... Thank You Mark! Your attention to detail was certainly appreciated.

Sam Leman has the best customer service at any dealership I’ve encountered. They treated me like gold when I brought my 17 year old Mazda in for an ignition even though it was the ugliest car on the lot. Every factor recall has been treated with top shelf service and expediency. No pressure from anyone on site to by anything . Last weekend I traded my car in on a newer one and it was almost effortless, it was certainly painless. I will always come back to Leman. Susie was terrific too Thank you

Susan Williams is truly an asset to your company. She greeted me right away and then introduced me to the rest of the crew. I was nervous about the whole process. But she answered every question i had with a smile. She found me a dependable and affordable 2015 Chevy Impala. She didnt stop there she gave me almost a tank of gas.and a 5 hr detail! Did i mention the 4 yr extended warranty. Needless to say if you need the best help ask for the lady of the house. SHE WON'T STEER YOU WRONG.
