It was truly refreshing to find a dealership that is straight forward and actually advertised the sale price of the car without hidden fees or added on extras that were not asked for or "mistakes on advertised pricing" on their website. Justin did a phenomenal job making the deal happen that got me me home in a great new Mazda! Even though we had a brief interaction over a year ago he remembered all the details we had talked about and what I was looking for in a car. Staff was so helpful, never pushy or forceful. Consuela Regal helped us out trading in my lease and she was fabulous! Friendly, efficient and fun to work with. Consuela was knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and she was prompt with responding to my messages and truly wanted the best for our family with our purchase. I also felt very safe with everyone wearing their masks and they sanitized the cars before we test drove them. Staff and especially Consuela were all honest and patient with us today and Consuela worked hard and QUICKLY to be sure we were not sitting at a dealership all day. I totally recommend Consuela at Sam Leman Mazda, very pleasant experience buying our car!

Excellent experience with a recent oil change/rotation. Dave was extraordinarily friendly and professional. I asked them to please not run car through auto wash as I wanted to baby this one but they still sprayed it down for me anyway (with a power washer, I assume).. That was super nice of them and unexpected. Also the quickest dealership oil change I’ve ever experienced. Would def go back.

Above and beyond! I had the pleasure of working with Justin Schultz while shopping around for a new daily driver. I was coming in from out of town and Justin didn't hesitate for a moment to offer to come in on his day off and show me the car and schedule a test drive which blew my mind. He was clear, transparent, and just generally a great guy to do business with. Extremely happy with the car and pleased with the price I paid for it. Being linked with CEFCU also made things super easy. If my needs for vehicles expands again I'll definitely be giving him a call first.

We came in on a Friday afternoon , we were traveling thru town. Our 2015 Dodge 3500 truck was having def issues, they found the problem right away & ordered the part all the while they kept us updated. Saturday morning the truck was fixed. SamLeman Mazda service staff are wonderful and efficient, the are personable and have made me glad to be part of the Mazda family. From my salesman Victor C, whom goes above and beyond even now after he sold the car to me , he is always helpful and I can call him anytime I have a question, all the way to Dave in the service department who knows everything about my Mazda 3, these guys are knowledgeable and always helpful.The facility is comfortable for waiting and work is completed in a timely manner!THANK YOU GUYS.

A great experience with Dave Hunt and Jim Fitzpatrick, have been working with cars for almost 40 years as Tech. parts person,service advisor,service manager,shop owner and sales for last 15 years. I recently got a 99 MX-5,,took it in this morning for oil change and some questions. These 2 dudes can and will take care of your car. If you have a Mazda,,this is the place to take it! Thanks guys!

If you get a hold of Jacob, you will have at least a good experience if not a better one at Sam Leman. Let me disclaim that I did end up buying a used car here (fault of my own), but the customer service and level of ease of dealing with him and Sam Leman were great enough to warrant a review. I don't live terribly close, so everything was done over the phone. Negotiating didn't feel like pulling teeth. Jacob was incredibly honest, laid back, thoughtful and just a really cool guy. The type of guy you could hang out with. The only parts of my experience that weren't stellar, were probably the lack of images of the car on the website, and another gentleman at the dealer misquoting the mileage of the car. Again if you get in touch with the right people, the experience will be worth it.
