Hugo is the absolute best. Took my 18 yo son in to buy his first car. I've always been hesitant with salesmen at dealerships. We instantly felt comfortable. He was kind, professional, educational, and not pushy at all. Gave us our space when needed and catered to our needs when wanted. Most of all he encouraged smart decisions for a young kid making a huge life changing purchase for the first time. I appreciate Hugo so much. We will definitely be back to see him.

I purchased my first car from Sam Leman Chrysler Dealership in 2019 and wasn't particularly fond of my experience on the sales perspective, as shortly after purchasing the 2 year old vehicle, I had many problems that I had to address that were not disclosed in the inspection report. The positive to that experience was Jeff in the Sam Leman Toyota Service department. He had heard from me several times to fix brakes and replace the entire audio system in my Toyota Highlander. He handled every interaction professionally and respectfully, and demonstrated patience and knowledge. (This experience deserves 5 stars.) This past week, I replaced that vehicle with a brand new Toyota 4Runner. My sales experience with Sam Leman Toyota was MUCH better, and I owe that to Chad Faulkner. He asked questions to find out what vehicle met my needs, and he and I joked about our need for BOTH parties to be transparent in a sales transaction. He definitely was transparent, and humanized the entire interaction. Between the reliability of the Toyota Brand and the better service provided at Sam Leman Toyota, I would definitely do business here again! (This experience was 5 stars) The shuttle drivers are prompt, I will give them that. I was in a shuttle to be taken home immediately after dropping my vehicle off for service, and when I asked for a 1:30pm pick up time to get my vehicle, they were at my house at 1:15pm. I wasn't ready until 1:30 due to work-from-home responsibilities, so my advice would be to make sure the drivers know your schedule so they don't call you non-stop and ring your doorbell... JUST in case you're in conference calls! :)

Absolutely would recommend Sam Leman Toyota. We had a great experience working with Damian. He was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Especially considering the challenges of car buying right now, he made the experience simple, stress-free and easy. On top of that we got an amazing car. We are very pleased with the car and the full experience.

Ray and the entire Sam Leman team did a fantastic job selling my wife and I our new Sienna. Do to a work conflict my wife had to go and hammer out the details without me. She said they treated her exceptionally throughout the whole process. I was able to meet her and Ray after work and sign the documents. Thanks again Ray and team, we will definitely be back when we look at vehicles next time.

I chose Sam Leman because the specific car I wanted was unavailable anywhere in my location, but looking at Sam Leman’s website, they had 3 to choose from. I called to let them know I would be there later that day to view and possibly purchase one and they immediately put them on hold for me. Unfortunately the one I was most interested in was no longer available. But I am very pleased with my final purchase. The building and location were very nice, the people I spoke with were all friendly and willing to help me get the best deal based off of my needs. Thank you Jason for being so knowledgeable about the car I wanted and helping me make the final decision. I’m happy to be your first sale at Sam Leman! Thank you also to Jake for helping me with financing and finding the best rates that worked with my budget. I am very happy I decided to do business with you all!
