My 2011 Ford Expedition King Ranch EL 4X4 was not cooling properly. James Rackley Service Advisor took care of the cooling problem. The problem was a bad actuator motor. I had my vehicle back the same day. Always excellent service since James came on board at Sames, please keep him!!!

It was great as usua except for the waiting lobby. With the large amount of loyal customers that Sames Crow has. The showroom right across the waiting lobby would be a bigger and more comfortable space. When I wait there, I hear about 75% of the other ppl complaining about waiting outside in the rain, cold, and especially the heat. Therefore making the entire waiting experience extremely uncomfortable for everyone else in the small room. I don't know if the budget allows for the move/remodel but it's just a suggestion. I know for myself it would ridiculous if I purchased another vehicle from another Dealership after purchasing two, to go somewhere else. Besides that, the ENTIRE Staff is great. Every single individual does a great job! :)

We purchased a 2015 Ford Edge Platinum Edition. I went in one time and spoke with the salesman David B and told him my situation and what I wanted and he delivered. I had already been to two other major dealerships and had been approved at both but one was either in the price range of vehicle that I didn't like or in a lower price range where the vehicle was just too small and would not accommodate my family n not fully equipped with the features that I wanted. James in the Service Department was very helpful. You always wonder about the Service Department experience after the Sale. My Expedition shifter got stuck in park. It was a Friday Afternoon at 4:00 pm. The Service Technician had a hard time getting the shifter to get out of park too. They fortunately had the part and it was installed that same Friday afternoon. I let the Service Department Manager know about this. Please keep James and let him know what an outstanding job he is doing.

I am here, out of town working. So I was quite stressed about many things with this being my only means of transportation here. Will it be ready in 1 day? Will my "after market" warranty be appropriately honored? After talking with the service department I began to feel better about the process. The Sames Ford team completed the work in 1 day (no rent a car needed) performed an excellent job on my 2010 F-150 and each person I spoke with and shook hands with had excellent people skills and were beyond friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there at Sames Ford and have often, in other service centers in Houston talked with people who have no people skills. My first time there. I drove up at 7:00 and sat as the first vehicle in the service line waiting for it to open up. Sign said 08:00 another said 07:30. And I did not see the quick service sign from where I was in line. Several service techs in and out that just walked by me. I finally had someone come and ask me what I needed. I told them an oil change and tire rotation and they walked me to the quick service desk. I could have been out an hour earlier if I would have know about the separate service desk or if someone would have just paid attension to me sitting on the back of my truck. The two different service offices open at different times and an assumption was made that I needed the other type of service. (The sign for the quick service desk is not as visible as the other service desk)

I have taken my 2014 Ford Explorer into Sames twice, on issues that were difficult to replicate. They had told me to bring in when it was occurring, which I did. They took me in right away and were able to see the issue first hand. They swiftly got me into a rental car and was on my way. They fixed the problem and returned my vehicle to me fixed and washed. That was a nice bonus! The staff there were very accommodating, and helpful. I definitely will recommend and return.

As bad as this started, the ending turned out good. We took our 9 escape in for an oil change at 8k miles and someone forgot to out oil back in it. The turbo went about 1/2 mile down the road and the engine quickly afterwards. The manager and GM who talked with us said it their fault and they will take care of us. They did, they gave us the exact same car but with 50 miles on it and nothing else changed. Our balance due, our payments, nothing. They did exactly what they said and fixed what happened to us by replacing our new car with a new car. The 8k mile 2014 was my wife's first new car she picked out for Christmas and now she is happy to have it back.

After 3 trips to Quicklane to check the squealing brakes when backing up, I finally contacted Ford to determine if there was a repair for this problem. Ford informed me to take the vehicle to the Service Department instead of Quicklane. Repairs were completed and now I'm waiting to see if the issue returns.

Your service dept. is a little out of my way due to where I live but the dealer that is close to where I live has stopped customers like me from just dropping in. I took my Ford F 150 to get it service told them about my break's to look at that I hit the break's hard on the freeway. I'm sure they where pretty busy had more people then expected. Went in the waiting room when there were two people there, later there were more people coming in at least three but can I tell I was here before them? Cause later the people I came in before they got they're service done. When the guy service manager( maybe) comes into the room saying they're almost done then is about to come into the shop. And later before I knew it I was basically the last person done I thought I was having bad day but they checked my break's saying it was good and so was everything else, even cleaning my truck which just made my day. I haven't washed it for three months.Thanks for the good service on my truck and your time.

I don't understand how they are in business with the staff they have. One was getting his cell phone fixed in the lobby while another salesman was looking at pictures of half naked women on a social networking site. Then when trying to purchase a vehicle, being hit with crazy dollar amounts that were nowhere near the initial quote I received from an internet query. After explaining this to the salesman, he got upset stating the deal he was trying to give me was almost paying me to take the vehicle off his hands. When I said I was walking away, he had the audacity to say he didn't need my business because this dealership sells 150 vehicles per month so it's my loss! This place will never get my business, my friend's business, my family's business. I will make every effort I can to make sure no one I know ever makes the mistake of being disrespected the way I was at this "Family owned" dealership.

I purchased a F150 truck from a local dealership. Initially i was interested in another make of vehicle, but after discussing with him over the phone, i wanted to at least go to the dealership and view a ford truck. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle. It was a very good experience and the vehicle did sell itself. I have since been able to persuade others to check out these new trucks.

I personally loved the attention the salesperson gave me not only because he was paying attention to my needs and we want and what I did that I need it my only I guess downfall about everything I wish you would have continued a little bit harder it would have at the end close the deal is that I'm having to do it through the manager finance a finance I would have liked for my salesperson to just little bit more towards you know what it is that I was a mean which is what I told him from the first thing that came out of my mouth was I do not want to get anything down I have a car trade in what can we do I wish you would have listened to dad with that said I would have not had to go to the back and spoken to the finance manager to have him hear me out and where I want it other than that I think everything else went great thank you.

The salesperson was very professional and listened to my prerequisites in what I was looking for in a truck. Sames Ford management was also professional and gave me a F-150 purchase contract agreement that I was very satisfied with. During the whole sales process (from start to finish) I knew that I was going to be pleased with my purchase experience. I had no doubts and I was very comfortable with the purchase. I love my F-150 truck; I even went on a Sunday drive, I didn't care were I went. I just wanted to be in the truck driving.

I went in for an oil change. Lacy was very friendly and professional. I was called to be recommended a transmission flush and fuel injection cleaning. I selected to do the transmission flush only and the other on the next oil change. I did not feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. I asked for Lacy's opinion and she gave it to me very professionally and without trying to get me to do everything when I wasn't ready for it. You guys take a little longer than other places I've taken other vehicles, but I just don't trust anyone else with my baby. :) Thank you!

2013 F150 was in for warranty work. The check engine light came on, when they checked code p012D. They replaced a bad sensor. The drivers power seat was grinding when moving and the seat track had to be replace. All work was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased.

I came to Sames for an oil change on my Ford Edge and your staff was awesome! I showed up at about 4 PM and the gentleman at the service counter spoke to the service technician (show of good teamwork) and both agreed to squeeze me in at the last minute. They took good care of my new car and went above and beyond expectations. I was in and out in no more than approximately 30-45 mins and whoever did my oil change even changed my registration sticker for me (it was sitting in my passenger seat as I had just picked it up before I went for the oil change). I didn't notice until I got home and was about to change it myself, so that was a very happy surprise. I appreciate the waiting room where I was able to watch tv and have a cup of coffee while I waited. The restrooms were clean and smelled good. I was also happy to see the gentleman at the service desk not hesitate to give a customer $1 when she said the soda machine wasn't taking her money. I know this is a long review, but I wanted to share the great service I received during this visit. Thank you very much and I will definitely be going back to you all for future needs of my vehicle.

The salesman was very knowledgeable. The only thing is on my left side passenger window on my 2015 ford explorer sport the gasket is not placed correctly. I went to get it fixed, and it took fours to get my truck back. I took the tape off the next day, and it was worse then when I bought it. I spoke with the sales person he ordered the seal and it is going to take ten days before they can replace the seal on the vehicle. Then when they replace the seal how long will that take, and is Sames Ford going to provide my wife a vehicle till they repair it? My wife & I work.

I went to the Ford dealership to get a oil change and a tire rotation on my 2014 Ford focus. I was able to leave my car at the dealership and was able to go about my day without the hassle of waiting around for my car which was awesome.The technician gave me a call once my car was finished and I was able to go pick it up.All around great service.

We brought our 2014 escape in for its first oil change. We told the lady about another issue we were having with the rear lift gate interior panel coming loose and she told us to sit in the waiting room. The oil change was done and I ask about the lift gate and she says its not their department and I need to talk to someone else, after I sat and waited that whole time! Why didn't she tell us that to begin with? I had to go find the other department and get them to come look at the lift gate, so another wait. Luckily, the other department put someone on it immediately and they got us right out.The last annoying thing is that the car was washed while the oil change was done, which was thoughtful, but the guy who washed it missed tons of areas so it looked like a little kid washed our black car.

Salesman was very nice, only issue was I was told my other car would be paid off with in 48 hrs. Then come to find out it will take 20 days, so had to make a car payment on a car that I no longer have. Also when I took car back in to have it detailed was told I would be shown features on car, phone was paired to sync, but I hadto ask howsome features worked did get evrything showed to me. So I have been looking thru manual and videos.

2005 Ford F3350. Staff was very helpful on the phone and in person. The tech thought my air filter needed to be replaced and it was replaced about 20K miles ago. This is a long life filter. Needed more information if it really needed to be replaced. It is a $100 filter.

I decided to try your Dealership for service after having bad experiences with the Dealer in Aransas Pass. I've had my 2013 F150 recently serviced and repaired under warranty - and now this time, service for our 2012 Flex. We experienced outstanding customer service both times by your Service Desk personnel .... very helpful with recommended service beyond what I specifically requested which was only a regular service - lube / tire rotation. I was also greatly surprised this time by the good price quoted for OEM replacement Goodyear tires for our Flex which I intend to buy later this year from your dealership. This is the first time I've received quotes on tires that are competitive in price to the discount places like Discount Tire, etc. The customer waiting room experience both times has been very good...I really enjoy the hot coffee and doughnuts!

All was good until we took our brand new F150 for a drive. The a/c didn't work. That was disappointing 1. Because it's a brand new truck and 2. Because it's a Ford product. Do you know how loyal we are to Ford?? Luckily the dealer fixed it, offered to give us a loaner which we declined because it was our choice..it was nice of them to offer a loaner, though.

When for the required oil change and because my breaks kept squeaking. They said nothing was wrong with my breaks, so why do they keep squeaking. This happens all the time in the morning when backing out of the drive way. They did not give my wife answer.

I felt that it took longer than necessary for the repairs. The parts had to be ordered, true. However I feel that,in all, it was one day too long to get the car fixed.I see that service personnel has been changed. It was because of personnel, missed analyzed problem and cost, I have not been to SAMES for two years. Went in for an inspection sticker and oil change on my 2010 F150. Got there a little after 8:00. I was told my vehicle would be taken back within an hour, which I expected due to holiday. It took way longer for them to work on it once it was back though. I was there close to 3 hours. I think that was a little too long to have to wait for what they were doing to my vehicle. They did keep me up to date on the process and I appreciate that. There were several people in the waiting area complaining about how long they were waiting. A salesman came in and was too overly determined trying to talk to a lady about trading in the vehicle she was having serviced for a new one. She had to tell him several times NO. It was embarrassing. Especially, him doing so in front of a room full of people.

I brought my truck in to Sames Ford to replace to evaporator. I've been to the Autonation dealer before but picked up my truck and the work never was done but they said it was ready so I decided not to go back there. Alex took care of me and kept me up to date on my vehicle throughout the day. They were able to finish it quickly and get my truck back to me that same day. I will continue to use Sames for any issues or service from here on out.

First time that I actually did not mind buying a car. Paperwork and approval done quickly without any red tape and not back and forth willing and dealing with sales person nor management. They knew what I wanted and went with those steps and all my needs were met as a consumer. Great experience.

I once lived in CC but I now live in Houston. I told the lady that checked me in that I needed to get back to Houston if the truck was safe to drive. You guys did a diagnostic and got me back on the road. The shuttle took me to the gym and picked me up and I wasted no time...Good job guys!! Why I love Fords...

Called for routine 75,000 mile oil change and other recommended service. Also inquired about new tires since I have tires for life with this truck purchase. Rebecca was very helpful in researching my account and helping select a different tire than what was originally supplied. I wanted Michelin's this go around. (This was going to be second set of tires after vehicle purchase!) She also recommended the transmission service since it was also due and then needed an alignment with the new tires. Overall cost was reasonable, service completed timely and new tires are great! Good job Sames Crow.

My recent visit to your Corpus Dealership was a very nice experience. The staff at Sames Ford was very attentive to myself as well as other customers. Dan Gomez, the sales rep who helped me, was very courteous. He made the shopping experience so simple. With such a large selection in stock, Dan walked the large parking lot and brought the car to us to test drive without us even having to leave the building. He have us a very detailed explanation of the vehicle and the features and helped sync our phones to the vehicle. Excellent customer service.

I have a 2012 Ford Expedition EL which I bought new on 12/31/11. I have always had my Expedition serviced at Sames Dealership. The staff is very friendly, with a no-nonsense attitude, which I appreciate. I took my Ford because I had a noisy a/c rear fan motor. I took it in at 8:30 am and it was ready by 11:00 am. The service writer was very attentive, friendly, and professional. I have always owned Ford vehicles since 1964 and I have been very satisfied with the Ford vehicles. The overall experience was great. I have 1 more oil change on my UltraCare plan but my return sticker is 6 months from now. I thought Ford wanted the oil changed at least every three months. My plan is up Dec. 17.

I've gotten my oil changed here since I bought my car. The last two times I was charged 35 dollars for oil change and free rotation of tires. This time was a little more. Also, I got no information on regular scheduled maintenance for my vehicle. Its up to 19,000 miles now but got no info on whether its time to check breaks or balance tires or anything. Just got oil changed and sent me on my way. I figured since I've been taking my car to you since I bought it that the visit would be more personal. Unfortunately, I'm just another customer.

I bought a ford fusion in may and brought it in for 3mon maintenance. Waited about an hr, was shown where to wait. My only complaint is that I still haven't receivedy owners manual. Have been told its on back from rder which frankly sounds ridiculous. Other than that I've been happy.

Had never before checked/reviewed an invoice before but this time since I want to be more informed as to what is done to my vehicle, I reviewed it and discovered a "customer pay shop charge for repair order" in the amount of $26.40. I called the local agency and was told it was a charge for when certain equipment is used. I believe that the labor charge and parts should be enough to take care of any equipment used or like I told a Mr. Gonzalez that for older people, especially women, your company should at least advise us that there might or always is an extra fee for work done. Last time I had repairs done on July, 2014, the gentleman who waited on me took time to check (after I inquired if there was a coupon or discount available) and I was given either a coupon or discount.
