Upon arrival the sales associates that were outside of the establishment did not bother to greet or help us due to our appearance. Yes we are humble people but that shouldn't have affected the type of service we received. The sales associate, Santiago Gonzalez, was quick to help us out and delivered when necessary. After negotiating with several managers we were able to work out a deal and purchase the vehicle. Over all the experience was excellent and we plan on returning to Sames for any future vehicles.

A Wonderful Experience at Sames CompanyMy husband and I bought a new vehicle (2015 F150)In order to trade in our 2011 F150 to a new vehicle, we went to an auto local company. Unfortunately, after they revised our personal information they refuse to give us the opportunity to get a new truck. Later, I accessed the Sames web page and I submitted the information of my trade in truck. I received an email and phone call from Sames. The receptionist gave us an appointment by phone and she assigned Mr. Alone as a salesman. Then, we went to Sames and talked with Mr Alone. He asked us some questions about our jobs and financial status. We filled out applications for credit and Mr.Alone all the time explained us step by step how the application is processed. After, he gave us a GREAT news. He showed us a chart having the information of the truck. cost, down payment and the monthly payment. Mr Alone asked us to sign the papers and pick up the new 2015 F150. We were happy with the new acquisition and the awesome Sames customer service. I recommended your company as a dealership and Mr Alone as a salesman.

The service was good the employees very friendly. Had an oil change and tire rotation done. One of the tires was missing the cap to the air valve, the other one had a different cap, asked one of the servicemen and he gave me one, for me to put on myself. This was also a different cap. Also one of the rims was scratched when they used the power tool to remove or install the lug nut. It's a one year old car so it does bother me. The people at the service desk were very nice and professional but I think your service men or mechanics need to be more careful the way they handle people's vehicles.

I was on vacation in Laredo, Texas when my Grandson Ayden noticed the right front turn signal light was hanging. We had just traveled 1,800 miles from Virginia Beach, Virginia. Great another expense. I then spoke to my Sister in Law Yolanda Moctezuma who suggested I check with your dealership to see if you could help me. The service staff were gracious and helpful. Once they evaluated the problem they indicated they would be able to fix it the same day. What a relief since I had planned to continue driving into Mexico the next day. I received Courteous, Professional, service. I hope I never have another issue but, if I do I hope it is in Laredo.

Quick Lane service of an oil change. I forgot to ask that the tire pressure in the spare to be checked. I called and asked and they sais sure, bring it back. I love my new Mazda. The staff was great. The only thing that did het me upset was the fact that I was given the wrong keys to my new vehicle. I was stranded at a local store for 5 hours till i was able to get one of the correct keys. I called the dealership several times and no answer. My father had to go to the dealership to speak to the representative that helped me to get the right keys.

This was the fastest car service I have experienced in Laredo. You walk in and you find a myriad of customer service representatives wanting to help. By the time I realized, they had already taken my vehicle and I was not even sure they knew what service I want it but they quick enough to show me what they were going to do. Customer service was great. The person that attended me in the service department had great customer service, people friendly skills. I've taken my vehicle several times in the passed 2 months but for whatever reason they weren't able to fix the problem. I was there for other purchasing business when I notice the oil change area was opened. I asked one of the employees if it was open and he said yes and asked if I need something? His name was MR Enrique Vela he offered to take it there for me! That is great customer service, especially when I was dealing with someone else. The manager of the quick lube area at Same Ford same ford called me with the status of my truck and what type of service it needed. He quoted me a price, and agreed with his recommendations. They proceeded and washed my truck for no extra charge. My truck was returned to me with out me even leaving my sit. That is exceptional customer service. I don't remember the name of the Manager of the oil change department. I am a loyal customer since I bought my truck there and will bet my service there.

My service advisor, Mr. Bedolla with Sames Ford and the Sames Ford team have helped me before with my Escape and they did a great job again. everything went as planned; I had called a day before for an appointment to have the truck serviced. I got the appointment for 8:30am the following day. Mr. Bedoalla was the gentleman who took care of me, when I arrived. I explained to him the problem and he than checked on the computer and found out that a possible update on my truck's computer system was probably all I needed. He said however, that he would have the tech check the truck regardless of the update. He said he would call me when ready! When I picked up my truck he explained to me what was done and advised me if I was not satisfied with it to please return. So far it seems as if the problem has been solved.

All items were done to my satisfaction except the wiper blades. I asked the service rep to please put on the same OEM blades that came with the truck. That did not happen. it was a much cheaper looking blade that was installed. I called to let him know that I would come back to get the correct one or go and purchase them somewhere else. All other items such as brake repair and clearing out oil change indicator was done to my satisfaction. If the wiper blades were done correctly then this would have been a perfect review.

From the first ph call to the very end Rep. Mary helped me out. I had called about replacing my horn and she got back to me right away. when I got there she was already expecting me and let me know it would be awhile. I left the car there and called back asking them to include the inspection sticker. Although she was unable to locate the insurance, she went the extra mile to give me her email address so I could email her a copy. By the time I returned everything was complete. Thanks Mary!

I must let you know, that this service was for the change on my state inspection sticker. I had just had my truck at quick lane a week earlier for a oil change and some other PM. It would have been nice if your techs would have let me know i also needed to change the inspection sticker. It could be part of your check list to let your customers know when the inspection sticker needs to be renewed.In all I have always had a god experience with quick lane.

great job. In and Out in Record time. only about 40 minutes. I got everything I needed with no hassle and best of all no surprises. Charlie has really got the quick lube working well. we even discussed tires and wheels. really should use the area to have quick install stuff. like in stock items such as floor mats and Ford branded products. Keyless entry buttons. you know Ford accessories. upsell upsell upsell. put out your oil products so we all can see them. you have the room.use it.

My vehicle was dropped off on Friday afternoon in order to be one of the first customers in line for Saturday service. The problem was corrected, however, I never received a phone call advising me of the status. Knowing that the service dept. closes at 2:00pm I called the dealership to get a status check and I couldn't get my call answered in the service dept. I drove to the dealership at 1:40 and it was not til then that I got my reply. There needs to be better communication between the service advisors and the customers.
