Seemed to take forever but we got the buying process done and signed. The staff kept my supplied with cold water and the overall experience was great. The staff was extremely polite and answered all my questions

Very pleasant ambiance! Manager was very professional, he right away got me a sales person to help me. Sale person was very helpful and answer all my questions, showed me all the cars available on the price and model I wanted to buy. Finance did not take long at all. I am very happy with my car! planned on buying a KIA, but on the way out of the Sames Honda dealership in laredo, ended up buying a Honda Civic. i could not believe the price on my Civic --- super competitive & great bargain for all the extras, for example the ECON button providing up to 70 mpg, wow! the salesman was terrific too --- knew how to wrap up the deal in one day! thanks Sames Honda in Laredo.
