My 2005 Pruis needed a battery pack replaced. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my safety. He said that he wanted to sleep peacefully at night knowing he did me right. Sam's daughter runs the front office very efficiently and is very pleasant to the customers. Very happy with the work done on my vehicle.

I had been looking for a newer vehicle for months until I found one at Sam’s. What’s funny is that I bought a different vehicle than the one I originally went there to look at. Alianna was great at communicating with me throughout the process. After all was said and done, I left Sam’s with a great car. A few months after having it, it’s still in great shape and I am very happy with it and the service given.
