I have purchased my last 9-10 cars through Sandersons. My first car I purchased there was somewhere around the 1993 timeframe (in High School). Never have I had the professionalism and courtesy that I recieve each and every time I go there. First of all, they are not the pushy salesmen that you may be accustomed to. Sure they will come out to see if you need help and assist you in any way; however, they aren't pushy. Next, they are open and honest. They aren't there to sell you something you don't want (just because it's more expensive to them). They are real and if you tell them a price you want to be in, they will stick with that. In addition, they have always worked with me if I have had issues. I've never felt like "you bought it, it's your problem now". When I have encountered issues, they have always went above and beyond to assure that I, as their customer, am happy when I leave. Ultimately, there is only true way to "rate" how I feel about Sanderson: I recommend them to all of my friends and family! Thank you for almost 25 years of working with me and I look forward to many more!

This was the dealership that gave us no pressure, no bogus fees, a great price, and educated us from the start. Bought a 2011 Altima and my wife and I are still in love with it. I had been looking for a sedan in a certain price range for about six months. Mike did a great job of aligning my needs and price with a car. In the end, I was able to purchase a 2011 with low mileage. Also, I was impressed with Mike's knowledge of cars and there was absolutely no "high pressure" tactics." I found Mike high ethical and there were no hidden fees or charges.

Ok folks it is real simple. This is possibly the only dealership in northeast Indiana that actually goes through the cars mechanically and repairs what is needed. I have seen them replace 10,000 mile tires because Mr. Sanderson didn't like how they were wearing. C'mon, ever heard of that? Again an absolute rarity, If a car has a recall they take the car to the dealership and has the recall service done before the car ever gets on the lot for sale. Most dealers leave that up to the new owner. I used to work there so I know what is done to keep their excellent reputation for over 25 years. I have seen a car come in and it won't make it on the lot for sale for weeks. It is not for sale until it is "standing tall." We have purchased 7 vehicles from them in 6 years and referred many more customers to them without hesitation. if you find a car at Sanderson Auto Sales that you like, do not hesitate because you are unsure of the condition of the car. It will look as good as possible and will run like you expect it to.

I have bought 10 or 11 vehicles from Mike over the last few years and would never dream of going anywhere else !!!! He and everone at Sandesons goes way above and beyond what you will ever find at any other dealership anywhere !!! Trust me I have actually worked at a few in Ft. Wayne and they could care less about people its all about the $$$$ to them !!! But at Sandersons they treat u like family and your opinions matter to them !!!! A +++++

From my first visit to the Sanderson website I was impressed with the quality, low mileage, prices, selection and cleanliness of the vehicles with remaining factory warranty. When I read their "No Bogus Fee" policy, I was further impressed. "Total Delivered Price -Out The Door- Price is the Advertised price plus Indiana sales tax, if applicable. We DO NOT add a Dealer Documentation Fee, Dealer Prep Fee or any other Bogus Fee to the final paperwork at delivery time. The price you agree to pay in our sales person's office will always be the same price you will end up paying in our business manager's office. Not one red cent more!" The sales manager Mike was very honest and educated my wife and I on the number of fees and extras other dealers throw into their final prices and financing. I highly recommend Sanderson Auto Sales for a great car-buying experience.
