After getting the run around at another dealership, I brought my vehicle to the service department at Sandlin. They were short staffed but went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired and as most cost effectively as possible! 10/10 would recommend. Paul and Sarah were extremely helpful and kept me informed with the entire process.

This is an amazing place to buy a vehicle my salesman, Brent, was very courteous and knowledgeable. The finance department treated me very well. The whole experience was great. We had been looking for a vehicle for 3 months we were on the verge of giving up. We decided to come to Sandlin in hopes of coming back to tyler with our new family car. We got to the lot and to our surprise we weren't bombarded by a salesman, instead yall gave us the time to look around and see what sparked our interest. Then Shannon came out and casually struck up a conversation with us. From there the experience was a whole new world. We had told him our struggles and frustrations and he listened shared in our concerns and offered the helping hand. We never felt pressured or pushed. When we had decided on a vehicle the rest of the process from the sales manager to the finance Manger was simple and easy and everyone was a pleasure. Even during our wait time to get some of the loose ends tied up we build an awesome common bond with Shannon and learned about him and his family. He made us feel as though he wasn't just here to make a quick buck or get another sales mark on the board but that he truly enjoyed what he did and making sure we were happy with our decision. My husband and I were beyond pleased with the sales and service of Shannon and the sales team of Sandlin. And you have made a repeat customer out of us. I showed up 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and the service team took the car right on in. The work was done and I was on my way just about the time of my regular appointment time. Could not be happier with the service I received.

My husband dropped my car off on Tuesday and that afternoon I was admitted into the hospital (out of town) with complications with my pregnancy. We ended up not being able to bring the truck (the loaner) back until Friday. Which my car was ready on Wednesday. Everyone (Sara) was so understanding we will definitely be buying our next vehicles at Sandlin!!!!! And I will tell people how much nicer Sandlin motor is compared to Paris Chevrolet!!!!

I have been partial to Cadillacs for a while and have had my eye on the new 2016 CTS. When I received my first phone call from Juan, I was leaning on keeping my previous Cadillac but was open to looking at the 2016 models. After a test drive of the new CTS, I was convinced that I needed to pursue negotiations on a lease/purchase. Juan, Josh, and Mark all made my experience at Sandlin a very comfortable and worry-free one! I drove out to this dealership 120 miles after discussing a deal with the internet sales manager. When I got there the car was perfect and the people that worked at the dealership were friendly and a pleasure to work with on the car deal (as well as just to chat with.) Which was a little bit of a surprise, because I have always gone to the mattresses when car buying. The really big surprise came at the time to sign documents on the purchase. I have some issues on my credit that would give a dealer good reason to give me an exorbitant interest rate (in my opinion--and I let them know this up front. So I was a lamb just waiting for the slaughter, so to speak,) but these folks had the integrity to give me an honest deal--and by honest I mean I was not just pleasantly surprised, but shocked at how great a deal they gave me. The transparency was refreshing. I have bought cars from a different dealer in Dallas 8 times in the last 15 years BUT I will go to Sandlin for every purchase I decide to make down the road--as well as suggest them to my friends and family and anyone on the internet that will read my reviews. This is a dealership with a home-town feel to it, and these folks are going to give you a deal that you will be happy with--and one that you will be able to see them around town and shake their hands when you see them in the future--Even if you are not from around here and may never see them again like me--theyll give you a great deal.) If you purchase a car I guarantee that Sandlin will keep your business in the future. There were no gimmicks. No high pressure. Just great prices, great people and above all--Solid integrity. I can't express enough how happy I was that I made the long drive out to Mt. Pleasant. I know when I read gushing reviews about places, I think to myself that the person must somehow be affiliated with the company. I assure you, I am in no way affiliated with this company and to prove it you can feel free to ask me questions. If you feel like making a drive to Mt. Pleasant--do it. If you don't feel like it--you'll lose out on a great experience.
