This is my second Mercedes and while its beautiful and drives so smooth, gets so many compliments 😍 i am very very unhappy and frustrated with it right now. Right over 7000miles, and last week driving on the freeway it lost all power, i could push on the gas yet it kept slowing down, i couldn't get over fast enough and almosr got hit! When i take it in, because i didn't have an appointment (nope i didn't schedule my car to almost kill me) they couldn't give me a loaner! Then come to find out just like the computer on your phone needs a update, well the computer in the car needed one but didn't let me know!!!! Not even 10,000 miles,not even the first service. And this is a KNOWN issue!!!

Everything about our experience here was extraordinary. We came back about four or five times to test drive different vehicles including taking one home overnight, and we were still indecisive and they never rushed or pressured us. We finally decided on a Subaru Ascent and they were able to give us 0% financing. The negotiation was easy and the paperwork was fairly quick. This was probably the first time in purchasing a vehicle where the finance department did not pressure us or use tactics to get us to add things we didn’t want. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle here and would recommend them to all of my friends.

Very helpful service department. Ensured that everything was taken care of properly. Instead of a simple fix they decided to order the entire part to fix a manufacture defect.

Top dollar prices with back street mecanic repairs. For a thousand dollars they couldn't even replace a simple washer fluid container after trying from 7:30am until 6:30pm. they wanted to keep my car longer. After they gave me so many excuses and lies i refused and brought my car home. i installed the plastic washer fluid container myself in less than an hour, almost in the dark. i had ordered the part and they were supposed to call me when it was there but they must of forgotten. it is so sad to see the well known excellent reputation of mercedes, it's mecanics and it's parts department going down the drain. It sadens me to write this but reality is reality. i am very well aware that i am not one of their preffered customers but maybe they could have made it a little less obvious. i suppose that it really would not have made any differance as they were not able, qualified, nor trained to change a simple water container with 3 bolts that come rite off in less than 5 minutes. this deserves a Minus five stars and their mecanics deserve a Minus one hundred stars for sure. on the otherhand, if you like being lied to, cheated and conned than this is the place for you, otherwise beware and go elsewhere.

Jim the technician that oriented us on how to operate all the bells and whistles was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite. The over all experience has been delightful. If you have decided to spent first class money for a car you should get first class service. Predo, PJ and others behind thr scene JOB WELL DONE!!, or it isn't 😅😇. One more extra could be, give the sign Congratulation Evelyn ( name) to the customer. Just food for thought.
