Amazing experience! The team at this store is great to work with. Santiago helped me find a Jeep Rubicon that fit my needs. The process was made easy from the start. Santiago gave me all the information needed quickly and efficiently. The management was also very welcoming and went over everything. I bought a new wrangler 4xe 3 months ago and took delivery. Easy process and I was happy, but I've reached out several times about two items remaining on my due bill. Eddie, my sales person, ignores me now and management tells me they will have him take care of it. They're just ignoring their legal contract to fulfill the due bill items. Trying to make it a hassle for me and hoping I'll give up.
