I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I went there to lease a car and I couldn't imagine that I would be able to get such an amazing car with my constraints and requirements. While many times I have thought highly of this establishment, it’s safe to say I won’t go here anymore. They are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE and sometimes the communication really gets lost. The biggest problem I have is the price. A simple oil change is $180!! I have done them myself and have had them done at other places for $40. I have had some places do them as a courtesy! Many times I tried to get an update on my car, and they said they would call me back, and then promptly didn’t. Or I would call about my car and someone would say one thing and I would call again and other person would say the exact opposite! I want to say that Jessie, one of the service people, was very good with communicating with me, but when she was gone, it was very hard to get ANY update about my vehicle

I needed a new battery for my pristine 2015 GMC canyon . I understood that it would cost more at Santa Monica Buick GMC rather than my regular South Bay GMC dealer. The mechanic had trouble trying to diagnose the problem ? when I got the truck back they had scratched the interior near the door latch and the blue tooth would not connect the phone. These people do not respect your vehicle .
