Well, they still don’t seem to respond to email or electronic requests for information. I find that very odd. Also, they charge a $10k markup on all the trims of the Grand Cherokee L, the car I was in the market for. It only took a few emails to other Jeep dealers to learn that this markup is way, way higher than other dealers, and I was in fact able to lease a very nice Overland at MSRP price from a dealer just 30 minutes away. But the Santa Monica dealer was nice to me and my family when we dropped by to look at the car, so giving them two stars for that.

I took my Wrangler there because I broke down on vacation. I was treated like a VIP! Matthew was my service rep and boy did he give me great service. He was knowledgeable, understanding that I was on vacation and keep me in the loop of the progress. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

Brian helped us with our Jeep and made it so easy for us. He explained the service to us in detail and had the car fixed within a week. He even helped us with a warranty that was long overdue. Thank you Brian!

PARTS DEPARTMENT DOESN'T ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEN THEY GET MAD WHEN YOU PUSH THE BUTTON. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE IN A TIMELY MATTER. THE HAVE ATTITUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. WORST PLACE TO GET PARTS. ZERO STARS.
