Santee's service center is amazing. My car broke down on a Friday evening while I was on a solo road trip. I called the dealership after hours and asked if I could have my car towed there for service. Fortunately, Marty was still on site and was kind enough to remain until I came. I rented a car and continued on my way and the following week, Marty called numerous times to update me on the status of my car. I let him know I would be back in time to pick it up before closing the following Friday. Marty made sure the car was ready and road worthy for my return trip home. Marty made me feel like a truly valued customer. Thank you, Marty!

2021 F-150 Lariat. An amazing experience from start to finish. Although I knew what I wanted prior to arriving, at no point was I pressured. Not to mention I wasn't even there a long time, seriously it seemed like no time at all. Everyone made us feel comfortable even if they weren't dealing directly with us. Once we got to the finance stage (the part we all dread), it was the smoothest I've ever encountered hands down. Maybe I was just lucky that day but I don't think so. I will refer others and my husband will go there when he's ready to trade his truck in as well. The warranty is also a for sure plus.

Battery "died," I cable-started it, got to your shop, you found the dead cell quickly and found a source for a new battery in a reasonable time. I was kept informed about course of events and, though it all took some time, I had the car back early in the afternoon. Thanks.
