These guys are the best. The car I wanted sold, but they have upfront pricing, can work with you to get you into what you need. I also felt like they genuinely were concerned for me. They wanted to get me into something reliable and also told me what to look for in a different truck I was looking at, not on their lot. I like these guys, and you should consider them if you are looking for a nice ride.

These fellows were fine to deal with and at the time I drove the car off the lot, my only complaint would have been that they hadn't bothered to clean it. Inside and out, it was the filthiest car I've ever been in. They said it came from auction and they hadn't had time to clean it. I don't know about that, only that I had to spend >$400 on a detail (see review) just so that I didn't come aware soiled due to sitting in it. Most car dealers take a little more pride in their product.... The principal reason for this review is to let others know how annoying Sapphire has made the last year of my life. Sapphire (or its associated lender, Westlake, no other entities have the combination of my name, unlisted ph. number, year, make and model of vehicle and loan amount....) have given my unlisted home phone number to - what appears to be - financial services boiler rooms. Hey, Sapphire? Whatever you got in exchange for selling me out, it wasn't worth it! Since the 2nd or 3rd week following my purchase, Sapphire has had me set upon by cold callers hawking two things, cheaper car insurance and extended vehicle warranties. And I mean beset. EVERY SINGLE WORKDAY, I AM COLD CALLED BY AT LEAST ONE, AVERAGE TWO, SOMETIMES AS MANY AS 4, cold calls selling the two products. All from fictitious local area code numbers. DAY AFTER DAY, WEEK AFTER WEEK, MONTH AFTER IRRITATING, ANNOYING UNSTOPPABLE MONTH, these fakers dial me up. Now, it's been 13 months since my purchase. I bought an extended warranty from Sapphire - it was not a good deal, far better warranty is available from a credit union at half the price, but I was unaware of that then. Insurance? I have USAA. Can't be beaten on price. I never authorized Sapphire to sell my information. Had I been asked; I would have said "no". Especially as to my unlisted phone number. After a year, I think I'm out of other options and will have to change the number, which I had ported 3 years before and was fond of. Recommendation, NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DO BUSINESS WITH SAPPHIRE AUTOBROKERS unless you don't care about your privacy, your time, your sleep and your life. Literally, today, 1.28.2021, 13 months after the sale, I received 4 cold calls. 1 for "cheap auto insurance", 3 for extended vehicle warranties. 2 sound like Philippines, 2 as though from U.S. They call as early as 0545 a.m,, and as late as 11 p.m., and any hour in between They don't call on Sundays or very often on Saturdays, but boy, do they call. And each caller knows my name, my vehicle make and model & home ph. This winter, I have two friends looking for cars. They've asked me, "aren't you happy with yours? Maybe Sapphire can help me?" Yes, its been a good vehicle, but Sapphire didn't build it or maintain it. They owned it for 4 days, then sold it to me. Soon after, they also sold my personal, private information without my permission. This was sufficient reason for both friends to avoid Sapphire Autobrokers like the plague and shop elsewhere. Buy from Sapphire only if you want incessant, unwanted cold calls for financial products you already have.

My husband and I just purchased a beautiful chevy avalanche from them yesterday. Leonard and David were extremely helpful and very attentive. You could tell they take pride in their inventory and put in the work so their cars look prestine. Our truck was super clean and the motor sounded like it had been taken care of. They showed us the carfax and answered all our questions regarding the truck. Also we were so happy with the 3 months 3,000 mile warranty, free of charge for any car. If you're in the market for your next car or truck, then this is the place to look!
