Marvin. I can imagine that Sarasota Ford has an entire team of knowledgeable and friendly Sales Specialists but Marvin deserves special recognition. His attention to detail, perseverance to find the best solution, and unrivaled patience made my car buying experience an enjoyable one. Marvin spent nearly an entire day working to help find me the perfect Ford F150. Together, Marvin and I looked at nearly every F150 on the lot AND at your Ashton Rd. location. Knowledge is power...but so is charisma. Marvin balanced his knowledge with his sense of humor, making purchasing my new truck a true pleasure. Began working with both Mike Bolton & Steve Weinberg right before Memorial Day weekend. I was in the market for a new/used electric vehicle and although the service was outstanding, our dates and timing did not workout this time around. It was great working with these two knowledgeable/caring individuals. I really enjoyed how they cater their services to ensure I chose the perfect vehicle for me. As the end of the year approaches, I will absolutely reach them to select my new vehicle purchase of a 2022 model electric car. Jacob Hammond was a super friendly, knowledgeable salesman! He was eager to please and got me the deal I wanted for my trade and for the purchase of my beautiful new Mustang GT Fastback! My experience with Sarasota Ford was fantastic…. Specifically Mike Contoni was beyond exceptional! The entire process from start to finish was stress free / pressure free with Mike being up front and transparent during the entire process. My wife and I were looking for a new Expedition for a while but couldn’t find one with the exact model/specs we wanted. We noticed Sarasota Ford was going to be receiving exactly what we were looking for. I reached out for additional information and Mike returned my call. I explained that I was three hours away on the East Coast of Florida and that my wife was eight months pregnant so traveling for her would be a no-go. Mike, along with the rest of the staff at Sarasota Ford, ensured we could complete all the paperwork electronically and I could just show up to pick up the vehicle. Mike kept me updated throughout the entire process, sending us videos and images of the vehicle from the moment it arrived at Sarasota Ford until it was ready for me to pick up. Mike waited for me to show up and then sat with me in the car, ensuring I was comfortable and set up before making the 3 hour drive home. The entire process was flawless and we can’t thank Mike enough for making it so easy for us. We love our new Expedition!

I have bought many cars in Sarasota Ford throughout the years and yesterday was another great purchase! Patrick Quigley was the salesman for us yesterday and he is PHENOMENAL! The amount of time and care that was devoted to us by him was amazing. He was able to get my family and I a great deal on a wonderful Ford Escape which is a huge upgrade from my previous Honda Civic. He also took the time to explain to me everything I needed to know about the car to get me set up and ready to hit the road. Sarasota Ford has been by far the BEST dealership in Sarasota Period. We will always continue to be loyal customers to this dealership and will be looking forward to working with Patrick on future sales.
