Marc, Dan, and Martin were great to work with. I had driven up from Fort Myers because the sales manager there didn't want to do business. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted in Sarasota. Most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car!!

Just be aware of this place, before you buy a used car from them just bring it to your mechanic I bought Audi A4 (paid more then 10k for it). At the same day it start having problems. I couldn’t start the car, had to try at least four times. I brought it back, you “fixed it”. I took it, but it got even worse, started shaking a lot!! was dangerous to drive, I brought it to you again, you told me to get another car from you (I really needed a car right away, had to go to work, already was really frustrated with this situation ), so I got the Lancer (was priced around 7k). You said you’ll take care of the paperwork, and will mail me a check for the difference. And I only got $ 200 from you... Due to a family circumstances, I did not have time to deal with it at the time, and hoped that another check is still coming. It was my fist time buying from a dealership. But now I think, that you guys instead of doing full return of broken Audi and selling me lancer, just did a trade, so I lost my money. That is not fair, because you sold me a lemon car. And later, when I tried to sell Lancer to another dealership, car report showed that it was in an accident... what a surprise you forgot to tell me about. And they only proposed $800 for it.. That’s my experience with your dealership and I hope you guys will start paying more attention to what you sell, and hope people can read this and won’t get in the situation I got.
