We had been searching for a 2016 Silverado for months with specific features so our "dealership experience" were numerous. Sarchione was recommended by a friend so we went to "look". Ended up purchasing the one we wanted not only due to the features it had, but the way we were treated. Ryan was absolutely wonderful in getting us all available discounts and adding a few items that were not on the truck. We sure didn't expect the easy, calm, effortless, no hassle experience! Great people at the dealership and we will never purchase any future vehicles from anyone else! Wonderful staff, large number of vehicles to choose from and great prices!

I bought a 2010 Chevy Colorado a month ago. I went to get the oil changed the week after I bought it and was informed it has a cracked valve cover. I called Sarchione and asked if it went through a multi point inspection and if they would honor it and fix this. They replied it is sold as is and wouldn't help me. Nice customer service.... I'm never going back nor would I ever recommend this dealership. Beware....

This place is just the absolute best! Dealt with John directly. Gave me a deal I just couldn't pass up. Between rebates offered and what he was willing to do with my trade he stomped on the competition by almost 150/month for the payments. If your within an hour to 1.5 hour drive you deserve to give this place a serious look! You can bet I'll be back when my lease is up on my new 2016 Silverado!

Lived in the area for years and always purchased vehicles elsewhere. Just happened to stop in to look at a used Silverado at the back of the lot. Was greeted by John Sarchione while he was outside moving trucks around in 10* weather. Very politely introduced himself and assured me if there was anything I needed he could get it done within reason. Told him I was looking for a used Z71 being a big Chevy guy. Showed me what was available and took 2 of them for a drive. Then he mentioned that they had a really nice f150 and that I should at least check it out..(I laughed) sure why not I said. Hour later I drove away in my new ecoboost! Unbelievable. Angel was exceptional in getting me the best rate possible and was a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go. You will leave happy knowing they helped you every way possible, instead of feeling like you just got raked over the coals.. Just try it out and I'm sure that you'll be a Sarchione fan. Just an awesome way to buy vehicles. From awesome people !!!!!

This place was the best experience of get my new truck. That I have ever had at a deal. A great atmosphere and everyone was just Great. For the owner John Sarchione to personally walk up to you and welcome you and then thank you for doing business with them. That shows class. Then Mark Herchek want was our sales man. WOW. This man made this the best experience. No games and here's what we can do. Cut and Dry. No games no hassle. Mark is "Sales Man of the Year" I personally have never did a review for any auto dealer that I have ever dealt with. I can guarantee my next review will be with this group of outstanding people for my next Chevy. Make it your place to. Just OUTSTANDING! THANKS AGAIN.

I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado. I have purchased a dozen cars over the years with my family and leased about 30 for our business. I was actually in new car sales in a previous lifetime. I have to say, this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealer buying or leasing. Everything was above board (no salesman running back and forth to manager, whispering in his ear). Let's find the truck you are interested in and see if we can make a deal, that simple. I knew what i was in for, I needed a tight deal with what I previous knew i had in my trade and what the truck invoiced for before going in. I knew the interest rates, the term, everything! They put me in the truck for $25 less a month than I had expected and at the term i needed! Selection??? That almost made it more difficult, i thought I knew what i wanted but when they had a dozen diesels to choose from, I felt like a kid in a candy store! John, the owner, is VERY involved. Doesn't take the place of the salesman but certainly is their supporting and servicing the customer. This wont be the last vehicle I buy from Sarchione!! Thanks

Came in looking to buy a used truck,but ended up leasing a brand new Silverado at the fraction of the cost of buying a used truck with over 100k on it. Ryan is an extremely professional and knowledgeable sales rep (which is rare in the car business). Angel in financing was extremely helpful and polite!!! Even the gentlemen that prepped and cleaned my truck was very pleasant to deal with. I recommend this dealership for their upfront honesty,knowledge, and professionalism. Coming from over 14 years in the automotive repair business, and 10 years working for one of the "Big name dealers", I can appreciate the small town care you will receive from Sarchione. The owner was a great, down to earth gentleman to talk to. I suggest giving this dealer a chance for your purchasing and service needs.

Purchased a new Duramax from Sarchione Chevrolet today. I've purchased quite a few vehicles, and have never had such an easy experience before. I've also rarely ever seen an owner that is ON THE FLOOR of the Dealership. Mr. Sarchione is very down to Earth and pleasant to deal with. My salesman, Steve McConnell was very straight-forward, pleasant to work with, honest, and knowledgeable about the product he was selling. I never felt like any games were being played. Pricing was up-front and excellent; every rebate was found that was able to be applied. The overall experience was unmatched. Truly amazed at the service I received. I drove an hour to get the dealership, while passing many other Chevrolet dealers in the process. I would highly recommend Sarchione to everyone! They are constructing a brand new building for the dealership, while still working efficiently out of their old building. Best selection of trucks, and very fair trade in valuation.
