George was a fine salesman. Love mom and pop dealers, none of the pressure and BS you get from chains. Process was smooth as silk. Great experience with a so far beautiful truck. My Colorado was priced better than many others in the area with 30-40k miles more. Very pleased...would recommend anyone stop in for a vehicle. Nice job!

This is the best dealership I have ever been to, very kind & professional staff and very reasonable prices, the minivan I purchased was listed below KKB value. Great people to work with here, especially Derrick, he was a pleasure to work with, very patient with us. There's no pressure to purchase anything, vehicle or any warranties. All options are given but not pressured into anything you don't want to buy. I have been to many different dealerships over the years & never had such a pleasant experience as I did here. When I arrived at Sauers for the oil change in my 2015 GMC truck that I bought from Sauers. I asked is there still a free oil change on it from when I purchased it. I stated I was told I got 2 free oil changes for purchasing the truck. The service writer pointed to a printout that I couldn't read, one because the print was to small, and I couldn't read it upside down. Anyway he stated no I used them. But after I got home I got an email from GMC or Sauers, showing the service records since right before I purchased the truck. It showed I had used 1 of the free oil changes. So in my mind I feel as though this person intentionally lied, and charged me $65.++ for a oil change that should have been free! This does not set well, and it damn sure is not the way to gain customers!

Purchased used jeep. When i test drove it no problems, when i picked it up check engine light was on. They got it to turn off but came back on next day. Took it back next day and let them keep it whole day, replaced some hoses, but light is still on and they dont seem to concerned. Seems like they got the light to stay off til i payed for it and then i was out of luck, guess they got one over on me. I just want it right,i know its used but this is ridiculous. Do not recommend this dealership.

I brought my truck in for the same problem twice and I even had a video of the malfunction and they could not fix it. Then told me it wasn't under warrinty because they couldn't find the problem. The people there act like you are a nobody. So with that said I will NEVER go back there again. The one star is way to much.

My wife and I bought a new Terrain Denali from Leon Meyers. It was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Adam and Jeff were also outstanding. We had suchis a great experience we went back the next week and bought a new Truck. I highly recommend Leon. Can't ask for a nicer guy.

My wife was unhappy with the 2014 car we had leased from another company. Our salesman at Sauers got us out of the old lease and into a new Buick Encore. He was low-keyed and listened to our needs and what we could afford. He then presented the options that were available. There was no pressure to purchase more than we could afford. My wife loves the new Encore and feels very safe and secure in it. This was a major concern of mine. Thanks Sauers for an outstanding experience.

This is my second time coming to Sauers for vehicle maintenance and both experiences have been pleasant. I appreciate good customer service and professionalism. I appreciated that the service department was able to fit me in at my convenience, as a working mom and a student, I tend to have a busy schedule and it was not a problem to find a time slot to fit my schedule. I was pleased that after I scheduled my maintenance appointment the service scheduler called me right back and let me know of a discount coupon available on the website I could use. I have never had this happen before! I find that most times places rarely tell you if there is a coupon for services. I also appreciated that the service tech Victor, informed me of the services and prices that I would be getting done to my care up front as well as informing me that it would be a couple hour wait for my vehicle to get everything done, and that he did not hesitate to have someone drive me back to my house and pick me up so that I did not have to wait in the waiting area with an impatient 3 year old. The customer service has been outstanding and I have already boasted about the service to many of my friends. I intend to come back for future needs due to the great professionalism, care, and customer service that has been provided to me.

I live in Chicago, called multiple dealers in this market looking for an Acadia Denali. I extended the search radius out to Indiana. Although I didn't buy from this dealership, I wanted to post a note to shoppers so they know who to contact at this dealershipL Adam Howland. Adam was ultra responsive, did what he said he would do, and was very pleasant to deal with over the phone. To the extent one can judge character and honesty over the phone, I would say Adam is at the top. The only thing holding me back from doing business with this dealership was price. Sauers came in more competitive than anyone in Chicago, but the dealer I was working with in St Louis had a price that was lower than all of them due to complex circumstances I won't address here. Suffice it to say, I would do business with Adam and this dealership any other time. Big thanks to Adam.

My air bag sensor came on one day. I called to talk to Mike Jones about the sensor. He is very knowledgable about cars. Insured me the air bag won't explode on me while driving. I made an appointment for him to take a look at it. It was fixed in a reasonable time.

I had been dealing with another, non GM dealer for problems with my car. I had purchases my car from them as they had always done regular maintenance. They tried, by hit or miss, to solve my current problem, which cost me a great deal of money. Finally they told me to go to a GM dealer which is what I did and problem now solved.

I like Chris Webb's "no pressure" attitude. He was fun to work with and took time for me when I needed it. Under a lot of pressure from me, he found the exact car I wanted in the time frame that I wanted. Also, your grounds speak for how much you care. My wife and I were hardened skeptics concerning car shopping. We felt that no large dealership could care about anything but their bottom line. Being lied to and treated like we knew nothing was something we came to expect. Then, after we found the car we wanted, and after being mistreated again while trying to buy it, I went online that night to find more of that model. Sauers Buick had one in my wife's favorite color. It had the lowest miles and the lowest price of any in that category. Though it was after business hours, I called just to leave a message. I was surprised when someone answered. I talked to Adam, and set up an appointment for the next morning. When we arrived, the car was clean and waiting for us at the front door. How different this dealer was! Adam was extremely friendly, in a sincere way. We did the whole deal with him alone (the business manager was out, but we weren't asked to come back later). Adam did everything possible to make the deal comfortable. All of the paperwork was up front, clear, and honest. He did not try to pile a lot more add-ons into the deal at the end. Though we chose to finance through our own bank, Adam did everything he could to work with our loan officer over the phone. We did not come away feeling like we had been fleeced, as at other dealerships. Even the guys in the shop were friendly when I went for a candy bar. In six hours we had gone from first seeing our car, to seeing it sitting in our driveway. Our purchase was not a large one as car prices go, but we still felt like we were treated with all respect and courtesy, and I still haven't seen as good of a deal online as we got at Sauers. We would definitely go back, and will recommend Sauers to our friends. If you live in the South Bend area, by all means take time to make the drive there if you're shopping for a vehicle.

Dropped my vehicle off in the morning for an oil change, I was told there was a recall and they would take of that also! I was called at noon and told my Accadia was ready!! My vehicle was washed and brought to the door for me! Great service with a smile!!

I like to have one place to get all my cars and call it my home base. I finally found one here. Get to know the people that work there and let them get to know you. They worked with us to get us out of a bad deal with another dealer and got us back on track. I have since voiced my needs and wishes and have bought 3 used cars and 2 new ones. Any problems were always dealt with fairly and sometimes above and beyond. Buyer beware if you buy a used car out of warranty or don't buy an extended one. No one can predict what part or when something is going to fail especially if the car passes all safety and diagnostic tests. You have to be in the real world. I bought a 2002 in 2011 and have not had that vehicle in for anything other than my 2 free oil changes. I asked Sauer's for a great old vehicle and they got me a trade in from a one owner that bought that vehicle there and traded it in for a new one. They knew that vehicle was good and called me to come check it out.

When I called Mark, the manager he was a complete jerk about it and didn't care to help out in any sort of way. I would never ever buy a car from them again. What they did was turn the check engine light off and then once you drive the car for a while it automatically comes back on I had no idea something was wrong with the car. According to an inspector, this had been going on for a long time and just didn't happen in the 2 wks I had bought it.
