I highly recommend Matt Cesaretti. I went to several other places, who basically said that I couldn't qualify or that tried to sell me something that didn't make sense for my business. This was the easiest process. Now I can pay it down and I was able to do it without a co-signer which was a huge deal for me. Thank you Matt!

I hated every moment and even hated the wait and annoying sales person who kept following us, when we told her we wanted Kyle to work with, hint hint go stalk someone else. omg made my experience so hard to find my daughter a car. Hated the way she looked at with that fake smile and blank stare with that loud red lip stick on, just hated the way she presented herself and her loudness.

11/5/2016Went to dealership to check out Rav4. I wanted to see both new and used. My sales guy was great. Listened to me and showed me what I asked. I decided on a certified pre-owned one listed on the website with the priced lined our. The sales rep explained that meant it price would be lower. The vehicle is three years old. It was displayed near the front of the building for high visibility. The tires were cleaned and armoraled. But the cargo area in the back had dig hair all over it and the vehicle still had the dog smell in it. But it only had 25k miles and I figured a good cleaning with take care of the dog. So I ask for the price. The sales guy goes in the all glassed in office area to the guy on the computer. The sales rep comes out with a signed buyers order that HAS the internet price that was advertised as a lined out price and tells you to ask for the eprice. So when I asked why is that price there when its clearly crossed out on the website. He replied the guy at the computer says because they've only had the vehicle for 8 days. So I was trying to process that for a minute. Sounds like 8 days too long. Isn't the whole idea to SELL the vehicle not hang onto it? And what's up with saying it's the price that is crossed out on thier web page? SHADY!!

Walked in looking for a USED toyota camry for LESS THAN 12,000 dollars with 8% interest and I NEEDED cruise control.The dealership had me purchase a piece of xxxx 2016 Toyota Corolla LE with NONE of the features that I wanted inside of my car for 16,000 with 10% interest rate many MONTHS.I WILL NOT buy another Toyota vehicle now even if my got destroyed by fire, wind, or water.I would NOT even look at a USED TOYOTA after this Piece of xxxx.

I had previously had a very bad experience with a salesman at Savannah Toyota and was skeptical about returning. I had my recent re-introduction via an internet chat about a new car. I was told the salesperson I had dealt with before was no longer employed there.This time I worked with Brad Holcomb and Ken Pornovets who were both extraordinary in their courtesy, knowledge, flexibility and availability during my seach and decision process. I purchased two vehicles from Savannah Toyota and had been a loyal customer for over 12 years. No more!! The service department lied to me on three separate occasions. First, they replaced my brake pads with generic pads that squeaked. They told me that squeaking was "normal". The squeaking magically stopped after I insisted they put Toyota brake pads on instead. Next, they told me that I needed new tires, when I still had at least two more years left (two independent outside verifications). Finally, they told my son that he needed his brake rotors resurfaced. Another independent mechanic reassured me that they were fine. Don't believe anything the service department tells you!! They will try to sell you whatever they can!!

My car broke down outside Savannah, 1300 miles from home. It was a difficult situation yet each person involved treated me with respect and I never felt a lack of customer service. In fact, I felt befriended in a strange city and reassured that I was in a place of integrity. Dealerships can have a reputation for taking advantage, but I never felt that to be so with Savannah Toyota. Each employee went out of their way to talk through my concerns and help me stay calm. It was a very healing experience - I felt loved!

I love to come get my car washed here! The waiting area/Lounge is awesome! When I come here I view this place as kind of a hang out. All the team members are super nice and friendly, it's very clean! I watch the news or do work on my lap top, have a cup of coffee and enjoy some nice time while I wait. When my grandson comes with me he loves the popcorn and hotdogs!! Thank you Savannah Toyota! I have been a Toyota customer for 15 yrs. I recently bought a used Toyota and was very displeased with the process. First off the sales associate wanted to run my credit twice, but thsnk goodness I refused. The sales mentor told me my credit score was a 723 and told me that I could get an interest rate of 4.1%. I told him I would think about it and come back. I left and came back a few days later and was asked if I had been late on a payment because my my new interest rate that they could now offer me was a 5.9%. I said no, what is my credit score? He said a 723. Why did my interest rate change, but yet my credit score was still the same!? I know they were trying to get more money from me at the end of the day. Do not fall for this scam. It was the most difficult car buying experience. As if that wasn't bad enough, the dealership never detailed my car before I drove it off the car lot!!!

We recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Avalon. We called and made an appointment for the first oil change. I stood in the service line for 15 minutes before a service writer came over to my car. Then he tells me it's going to be an hour and half for a oil change. They don't value your time

This dealership is a bunch of unprofessional liars! I sighned a contract a week ago for a 2015 Toyota Camry. I have the car for a week and now they are taking my car back because they claim I do not have the income. I was told so many false statements. They breached their contract and spot my credit trying to find a finance company. I will be taking legal action and I do revise NOONE to purchase a vehicle with this dealership.

Disappointed that they would not own up to messing up a check I provided for payment. With my husband being away on military training I had limited forms of payment. The agent processed a check I clearly told her belonged to my husband, under my driver's license. Obviously the bank denied it, because that was not supposed to be run under my name. Frustrated that I had run out of signed checks, I stood there to be told there was nothing they could do. The manager and his employees would not admit that I was standing there not driving home because they messed up the only check I had. It went from the check is bad to the check will bounce. Quite honestly I had not realized that they were now questioning my ability to pay a bill as big as the one they were processing. When I finally provided debit card information to the card and it went through, is when vague apologies started to trickle in. Just because I'm not beaming with expensive jewelry, and smelling of money does not mean you have to treat people that way. This is the second bad experience I've had with toyota dealership, so this will be the last I'll be purchasing or doing business with them.

I love this dealership. I just moved here was looking for a place to have my car service and found this dealership. From day 1 I fell in love with this dealer because they take care of their customer. The place is clean and they provide excellent customer services.

Cheryl and I love our new Toyota Rav4, and were very pleased with the sales crew. Brett was very helpful, as well as knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. Dareus was the one that got us to come in, but was busy when we arrived, so Brett kept us from waiting. They worked well together as a team. We came in only to look, and left in a new vehicle.

I have rated Savannah Toyota dealership and the staff who worked with me as "Excellent." Sales representative Trevon Horne and Finance Manager Scott Drown were both not only professional and savvy, but also courteous and patient. With their expertise, I was able to purchase a certified 2012 Toyota Matrix with low mileage for a reasonable price and secured dealership financing at a lower interest rate than the rate offered by my credit union.

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Savannah Toyota. I love their customer service and they make me feel like family. Brad Holcomb was my sales person and I must say he is very knowledgeable. Brad made me feel like I was buying a car from a friend and wasn't high pressure at all. Brad truly cared about my needs and wants in a vehicle and I am very thankful for that. Scott Drown was the paperwork guy he made the process so stress free and gave me very good advice. I love Savannah Toyota and will recommend to everyone I know. Brad and Scott give the company such a great name.

I was very satisfied with purchase, that's why I went back to Savannah Toyota in 2014 when it was time for me to get another car.I went straight to the dealership coming from another country. AJ helped me out and was empathetic and very concerned about the specs that I wanted in the car. AJ, Carlos and Scott, the Finance Managers, I think went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal, fully considering my credit score, downpayment, and job status.

I had bought a Toyota from this salesman in 2007 so when I needed to purchase another vehicle I call salesman for a price. I was comparing his price to 2 other dealers. After much negotiation, Salesman gave me a great price and I was all set to purchase the vehicle. He sent me a picture of truck, but they had located the wrong vehicle. I told him that he needed to find me the right vehicle at the price he quoted me. After several days of jerking me around, he told me that he couldn't sell me the vehicle at that price. He said his sales manager told him it was $850 more. I went back to my local dealer and they honored their price without any hesitation. I can't believe Toyota of Savannah didn't honor their word and is willing to risk their reputation for $850.

After a terrible experience with Chatham Toyota we were greeted right away at savannah Toyota. We explained the features we were looking for in a 4runner. They immediately stated what they could offer us and did not try to play games. We had excellent service from Sean and one of the sales managers. They were able to find the exact SUV I wanted right off the truck. They also got me a quote within minutes to add heated seats! They were extremely professional and were able to get the seats done very promptly. Sean called us as soon as it was ready and made sure everything was perfect for us! We WILL be buying another vehicle from savannah Toyota and Sean as soon as my husband returns from deployment. Have told multiple people about our great experience! Thank you to all the employees who helped to make our purchase a seamless and pleasant experience! (Everyone was amazing with our two year old son too, getting him coloring books and balloons which made it much easier on us!)

I went in August 30th to see about purchasing a vehicle with 3rd row seating as our family is growing. I came in not thinking too positively due to the fact that I had recently purchased a vehicle 5 months prior that would be used as a trade in. After awhile of being there we were told even though we would be upside down in the car they could make it happen. Well we chose to get a 2012 Highlander, we went in and signed all the paperwork, 15 days later I recieve a call that I need to come in and sign papers for the tag and title so they can get it off. I show up and I get told that they need the car back, that financing did not go though. Not only do they lie to me about getting up there, they were rude and stood outside like we were criminals. I will never step foot in there and I neither will our family and friends!

I brought my Lexus into the shop on Wednesday September 5, 2012. I did not have an appointment but they took my car in right away. Later in the day they called and told me what was needed, how much it would cost and that the car would be ready in the afternoon of the 6th. In the afternoon of the 6th I was called to tell me the car was ready. When I picked up the car the price was as I was told and everything was done as I was told it would be done. The person who took the vehicle in was friendly and appeared to know what he was doing. All the people in the shop were friendly and helpfull. "

When my husband and I first arrived at your Dealership last Friday afternoon (Aug. 11) we were not in a particularly positive frame of mind! We wanted information in order to "possibly" consider a purchase. We also intended to go to South Coast Honda on Abercorn, where a Salesperson had been highly recommended to us.Justin Ward greeted us, and immediately sensed that we wanted direct answers to our questions. We were shown a 2012 RAV4, similar in size to my husband's Ford Escape, and a 2012 Camry. We repeated that Gas mileage, the Warranty and Trade-in value weere our highest priorities. (What Everyone wants, I'm sure!) Justin seemed very focused on our needs and ultimate satisfaction, and with his explanations and quality (not pushy) salesmanship, we bought the Camry. We met with Mike to do the required paperwork, and although we were very impressed with his knowledge of his department, it turned out that we knew many of the same people from Hinesville, to include his father-in-law! Justin also showed us around the Agency, and when he explained that if I brought the car in on a Tuesday for Servicing, I would get a free Manicure. I said "Heck...if you'd told me that 2 hrs ago you could have made a much faster sale!"My husband is extremely pleased with the car, and very happy with your dealership and our buying experience, as am I. I had my wheel come off my truck from a bad part. Savannah Toyota payed for my towing ,all repairs, damages and labor. They even offered a loaner car for my troubles. I would recommend this dealer over all the rest. When i picked up my truck the mechanic came out and explained all the repairs to me. Thanks Savannah Toyota!

Well, I thought I was going to have a good experience with this dealership at first. You know, the smiling friendly salesguy, and the "closer" who stepped in, well...because I guess that they don't trust or let their people give "real" numbers out.When I went, I told them upfront I am ready to buy, beat the competitors price and it is a done deal.No problem....yeeah right.First of all, when all is said and done they try and whack you with a $495.00 DOC FEE. This is nothing more than a disguised way of ripping you off for $500. And when you say you don't want that...they lie and tell you that it is "the law"..I checked with the GA state Attorney General and the Consumer Affairs division,...and guess what...yep...they are lying.In the end they could come close to the price and their trade in allowance was less than both Chatham Toyota and Stokes Brown Toyota 20 miles away in SC. I ended up getting it in SC and they have NO DOC fee and don't even try to put one on.Lesson learned...I wasted a lot of time here.

This was my daughters first new car,and she was so excited about it.Well it didnt go that way,the salesman did a good job on his part.The finance dept drop the ball by not making sure all things were good on my daughters part with her income.After her having the car two or three days they called her back telling her she needed a cosigner saying she was $200 in her income short by the bank your company was useing.I took off from work to see what could be done,where is that good old CUSTOMER SERVICE when you need it.Well none came on your companys part,my daughter even sent one of her friends to get and they bought a car from you just a few days after her getting her car from your company.Well we called her grandmother who also last year bought a car from your company and she came through for us.What i wanted to say is this was not a good thing for a first time car buyer.I being a single father working hard couldnt upset her,you got your sale and thats what makes you smile but you lost out in the end.

I stopped in at Savannah Toyota on June 2d to look at a new Cambry hybrid to replace my 2009 with 60K miles on it. I was met in the lot by Mr. Abram Batts who through out our interaction impressed me by treating me as an intelligent adult. He was helpful, courteous and upbeat by assisting me rather than trying to sell me a vehicle. Negotiations over price were straight forward (maybe somewhat prolonged because of my desire for a good price) and we agreed on a price that gave me a fair price for my trade and a good discount on the new hybrid. The paperwork was executed in short order without undue delay and while the paperwork was being processed the new car was detailed and filled with fuel. The entire process from entering the lot until driving off with the new car was a little over two hours. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience at Savannah Toyota June 2d and if this Cambry hybrid is as good as the one I traded I'll be very happy.

I had my Tundra repaired at a Toyota dealer in Alabama on Wed, 30 March. I left later the same night headed to Ft. Stewart. I arrived at my destination around 4:30 Thursday morning. I was unloading my truck when I noticed a strong grease odor coming from under my truck. I checked out the just repaired (in Alalbama) area to find grease slung all over the underbody and leaking like it was oil. I knew from previous visits to Savannah Toyota that they sometimes can be quite busy and I also needed to be on my way again that evening to North Carolina so I drove to Savannah Toyoata and sat outside the Service doors for an hour to ensure I was first to be seen just in case is was going to take a while to repair and me with no appointment. Shawn was the first Service rep I saw and I explained what was going on. He told me they would check it out and see what was going on. When he came back he explained to me what was wrong and that he was going to call the Service department in Alabama to see if they were going to cover the repair of their repair. He would have already called them but with the time difference they were not yet open. He also had to locate one of the two parts needed to complete the repair since they only had one in stock, and he did. I explained to him that I had been up all night driving and I appreciated his help resolving all of this. He offered to put me in a loaner which I thought was great of him but I really didn't want to add another hour and a half of driving to my day. I sat in the customer's lounge and waited. I walked out to talk to Shawn again and he and the mechanic (Chris)assigned to my truck were talking about the repair and Chris explained to me again the problem. They told me about how long it was going to take and when the work was done Chris came in and said he was about to take it for a test drive to make sure there was no more leaks. Shawn came in about 15 minutes later with my paperwork and keys and said it was ready to go and there was no charge to me. That's what I call service by anyone's standards. Thanks, Jim

In March of 2008, my husband and I purchased a "New" 2007 FJ Cruiser. Everything went fine until I went to trade the FJ Cruiser in November 2009. When we were getting the FJ appraised they asked us about an accident that was on the Car Fax History Report. Turns out someone at Savannah Toyota wrecked the car before it was purchased and they still sold it to us as "New". When I confronted the Regional Manager, Jack, he stated that it would not de-value the vehicle at all. What an idiot! I lost $2,500 off of my trade-in because of a false sale of a "New" vehicle. Total rip off!

I made a trip to Savannah Toyota to look at a used truck. Justin (salesperson) and I couldn't get the numbers right on a truck that needed work. I left and thought the deal was done.I get a call the next day and Justin tells me that the sales manager wants to talk to me, and that they want to work me, since I have been a loyal customer and they want to get the deal done.I show up at the dealership and Justin is not available to help me. The new guy that has stepped in for Justin until he is done with another customer is a dirt ball. I never got to speak with the Sales manager and they came back with an offer that was more expensive than it was the day prior. So much for working with me.The reason for this review is that Justin just called me after about 10 days. He asked if I was still looking for a truck, I told him no and that I had bought one elsewhere. Then he hung up. Didn't say thanks for my time or anything. Just hung up.I will never buy from this dealership again. I used to be a loyal customer with having purchased 2 new cars and 1 used since 2005. Never again. Thanks Justin.
