When I first got their I was very skeptic of buying a car from them. Once I spoke to my sales rep Clyde he made me feel much more relaxed purchasing a car. Never once was I pressured or felt like I was being sold a bag of goods. The entire team was very honest with me and showed me everything I needed to know about the car. They never tried to hide anything from me. Clyde made sure he delivered on every promise that he made. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Even when I sent them the money to pay for the car Dolores caught a mistake on my part that I over paid. She gave me a check right then and their. I would have never noticed my 500.00 mistake. This place is a great family business and I cant wait till I need another car.

Mike was wonderful to work with a man of his word he held a van for us to come look at. It was still there when we went to go see it! He sent us pictures of the damage before we took the 3 plus hour ride down from MA to NY. Went over the time line of safety inspection with the state police etc. very friendly helpful staff I did call a couple times with questions being new to salvage titles and never once did they seem annoyed or bothered by my questions. We got a great price on a new car that will serve us well for years!!! Thank you all at saw mill auto! We will go back again when it’s time for teen car purchases!

I’m not one to really write reviews about anything but I feel almost obligated to do so because of the AMAZING experience I had here at Saw Mill Auto and how great they treated me. I went to this place because a friend of mine had told me good things about them, so I figured I’d give them a try (thank god I did). Rich and Dolores were both amazing and made the process really smooth. They are extremely patient with you and I can tell right away they go above and beyond for their customers and try to help as much as possible. I just felt a sense of comfort when looking for my car here and could tell they had my best interest at heart. They’re NOT a pushy salesman you normally see at other auto sales places. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful, they listen, they’re accommodating, and they pretty much treat you like family which is very comforting. I will 1000000% be referring my friends and family to Saw Mill Auto! It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!

I purchased an SUV from this dealership... Was I hesitant to purchase a vehicle from several states away? YES! They are located in the Northeast I’m located in the South. However my experience was smooth from start to finish! From my initial conversation with Robert to additional customer service assistance from Ms Dolores and Ms Nina and several other individuals... I could not have been more pleased with my 2020 Nissan Armada Platinum and the wonderful customer service I received...To include service after the delivery of my vehicle!!!
