I just bought my first new Mustang from here and love it. For a 4-banger this thing SCOOTS! I don't know how they get so much power out of a 4-cylinder engine, but Ford did a great job figuring that out. These guys were super cool. I bought a car from here 10 years ago. I've been servicing it here ever since. The car still runs like new. They've done transmission flushes, repaired motor mounts, did the brakes and other maintenance items. I can't afford car payments right now, so I just keep fixing. The car looks and drives great! It's held up better than other brand cars I've had.

After spending 2 days of driving from dealership to dealership, we finally found a place where we were treated right. These guys were straight shooters from the start. We felt very welcomed here and glad we found them while we were poking around some Craigslist ads. I must say, they were definitely well worth the drive that we made. I am telling you from experience, that these guys are the real deal. We will most certainly be coming back again to buy more cars from them in the future. I've always had 2nd hand cars. I just reviewed the dealership after buying a new Focus which prompted me to come here and do an on-line review as well. These guys were great and they made my first new car buying experience a pleasant one. My FICO was just barely enough to squeak by to get their 0% financing. And now with Trump coming into office, I don't want to be caught driving a foreign car. These guys have the perfect American cars.

I saw one of their ads on Facebook and came for the Halloween thing that they had. I was so impressed with everything that went on that I ended up returning to buy a car the next day. I ended up getting a super deal on a new Mustang. The car is an absolute joy to drive. Jorge was super. Zero pressure. They explained all of the options and did their due diligence in getting me into a car that I would be happy with. It's been the most fun experience buying a car. The party they had with the DJ's and BBQ was fantastic.

I've been checking on Mustang monthly payments for several months. Finally a model got added to their inventory where the payments were only $5 more per month than I was paying on my current vehicle. I couldn't say no to that. Now I'm driving a brand new Mustang and I'm super happy. The car is such a joy to drive. I was in and out of the finance person's office in no time. It was such a super easy transaction. These guys are awesome to deal with. Every person I speak with there is super nice. I highly recommend this dealership. On a side note, it was a real surprise to not have to pay money on a dealer fee, as they don't charge them. I rate them a big A+++!!!

This weekend I worked with Tyler to trade in my 2011 Ford Explorer and purchased a 2016 Ford Edge. I could not let the day go by without expressing how pleasant of an experience I had at Sawgrass Ford. I was quite frustrated with my car search before Tyler intervened. Needless to say, Tyler calmed my fears and was a man of his word, delivering the perfect vehicle at a price point that was idea for my family and I. His work ethic is like no other and I wanted to make sure I didnt keep this experience to myself.Tyler handed me over to Clayton and JC and, yet again, I was so very impressed with the level of professionalism these two demonstrated. Even though the lot had closed, they took their time going over paperwork and all of the awesome features in the vehicle.Thank you to the leadership team for instilling the type of work ethic that demands customer service remain a priority.

I was driving on 175 N. hit something on the road and my tire pressure when from 36 psi to 8 in less than two minutes while as was driving I had to find something near by to get my tire repair asap Because I was going to be late to work so I search on my Google maps tire place around me and found sawgrass Ford when I got there I approached I guy named Todd Howell and explained my urgency of getting my tire fix he gave me his Business card and told Me that he will get my tire fix ASAP ..and guess what happen in less than 30 minutes my tire was done .incredible service !! I just purchased my 4th car from here. It's always been a pleasure purchasing my cars and SUV's from here. I highly recommend them. I love the whole no dealer fee thing they have going on there. They have posters of it all over their showroom. They seem to be really proud to not charge those. Plantation Ford wanted to charge me $700 for their dealer fee. I told them, "Sawgrass Ford doesn't charge a dealer fee." They told me (with a bad attitude), "We are not Sawgrass Ford." I just wanted to apologize from almost buying from a competitor. It won't happen again.

Took my two year old E150 van with 22k miles in for oil change and noisy brakes. Left with a 593.00 bill for brake repairs they claim is not under warranty because Ford does not cover rust. ??? This is my third van, first Ford and am not impressed. Given that this vehicle has been serviced at Ford dealer all along since new, you would figure someone would point out rust before brake failure.

I bought a new F-150 during the Labor Day sale. Wow! All I can say is forget the cost on the window sticker. These people SLASHED that thing big time! These trucks have so many rebates, it's not even funny. Ended up getting payments way less than I thought they were going to be. These people made my day. I'm so happy that I bought here. My buying process at Sawgrass Ford was the easiest car buying experience ever! I was able to request a car through their website and start the "ball rolling" when I decide to purchase a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. Mr. Balvin greeted me went I arrived and started paperwork straight away. I was able to test drive the car too, just in case I had any doubts. He even went out of his way to see if there was another vehicle available when I inquired about a different model. I spent about 2 1/2 hours and was out the door with a new car with no haggling or stress. Thanks million Sawgrass Ford!

I've been wanting a new car for the longest time and these people made it happen. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I always heard horror stories about going to car dealers. I ended up buying a new Focus here as my very first brand new car. They got me approved at a tier 4 as a first-time buyer, whatever that means. I'm just thrilled that they made it happen and at an interest rate that I thought only people who had 720 and above would qualify for. Needless to see, these people impressed me. I could never be happier. Thanks to all of the people who fought with Ford Credit to make this happen for me. You guys were all great.

I called here to get a no-nonsense price and spoke with Rob. This guy was totally a straight shooter. It didn't take but a couple minutes to get a quote over the phone. This dealership clearly set the bar for all of the calls I had to make afterward. After I called other dealers trying to get better pricing, it went down hill from there. It took 5 hours before another dealer called me back only to give me a higher price than Rob did for the same vehicle. He was so great to me over the phone and actually honored the prices when I got there. I didn't find any surprises or hidden fees. If you're looking for an honest dealership, this is one of those very few around. I was very happy doing business here. If you want somebody that will cut to the chase and not waste hours of your time, these people are the ones to be speaking with. Trust me.

I called numerous dealers all in the area trying to get a simple monthly payment quote on a vehicle. The previous dealers either put me to voice mail or somebody had to call me back. The Sawgrass Ford people were the only ones who were able to quote me right over the phone right on the first call. When the other dealers finally got around to returning my call, their payments were higher than Sawgrass Ford's quote. Because of this, I ended up buying my car here. The price they told me over the phone was the same as when I got there. No bait and switch! I was floored! An honest dealership for a change. I nearly fainted! Trust me, don't waste your time going any place else. This is the absolute best car dealership I've dealt with all week! They saved me a ton of leg work.

We were on a super tight budget and these people gave us the lowest price of all of the dealers we called on a new Ford Escape. I wanted a new car warranty and peace of mind. Even though it was the cheapest Escape they had on the lot, the car is absolutely beautiful. All of our friends love riding in it. Base models no longer feel cheap like cars I've seen in the distant past. This car still feels loaded to me. It has plenty of pep. I'm very happy with my purchase from here. These people treated me like I bought the most expensive vehicle on their lot and I applaud them for that. Thanks for all your help.

I called all of the Ford dealers and got price quotes before my purchase. Sawgrass Ford was the easiest dealer to get a price over the phone. When I called the other dealers, half of the time I'd get sent to voice mail when I called or the sales person was not able to give me an instant quote and had to return a call 30 to 60 minutes later. Sawgrass Ford's sales team answered the phones on the 3rd ring when I called them and within minutes I had a monthly payment quoted. After all was said and done, Sawgrass Ford ended up quoting me the lowest price of any of the dealers I called and they were the fastest responders of all of the dealers. These guys are the best! Take my word for it, don't waste time with the other dealers. My experience with them shows that the people at Sawgrass Ford are pro's at what they do.

Our Mustang was demolished by a hit and run driver. We brought it here and they fixed it like new. Temika was an absolute delight to deal with as one of the first people we spoke with. She hooked us up with the right service personnel and they took care of everything. They even have a rental car place right on the premises making it so I didn't have to bum rides off of friends to come pick me up. These people were awesome. I'm so glad our car insurance company recommended this place. I didn't even know it was here and this was the same place we bought the car.

I just bought a new Mustang Ecoboost here. This dealership is absolutely huge. I got an awesome deal and didn't have to pay any dealer fees. The previous dealership I went to was offering a similar deal, by about $500 more, but then it went up even more by adding another $700 after I went into financing for their stupid dealer fee. That's when I left and came here and saved $1200 on the same car after everything was said and done. It was well worth the trip up here.

I went to two other dealers before coming here. Both of them quoted me monthly payments over the phone. When I got there, the payments were higher, so we left both places. We tried Sawgrass Ford and ended up coming here and the price they quoted us was the same by the time we sat down with the finance manager. After hours of wasted time later, we FINALLY found somebody who is honest after getting the run around by so many other places. We had a very strict budget to stay within. We had to stick to our guns when it came to making car payments. Sawgrass helped make this very easy for us. The people there were absolutely fantastic. There was zero pressure to upgrade into anything that didn't we didn't ask for. We ended up buying from a guy named Steve Levy. He was super nice to us. We bought a base Explorer which works perfect for our purposes. We are very happy with the entire transaction.

Just bought one of their remaining 15 Edges and got it at invoice. The people here are super. Every time it's time to buy a new Ford, this is the only dealer that we will buy from. They are the only ones who don't give us a run around when it comes to buying at a rock bottom price. Before this place, we used to buy in Miami. Never again. It's worth the 10 extra minutes to get a vehicle from here than deal with the bait and switch tactics in Dade County. Trust me. Don't even bother at Gus Machado or Metro. Those people tried to rip us off so badly down there.

You can buy a new Ford at any dealer. Being that the vehicles are all the same, we wanted the lowest price of any dealer and didn't want to pay a dealer fee. After calling all of the Ford dealers in South Florida, Sawgrass Ford gave us the lowest price on a new Explorer XLT than anyone we spoke with. And the nice thing is that they gave us their lowest quote right out of the gate. There was no haggling or bait and switch. They told us right over the phone that he knew that we would simply go to another dealer, so he gave us his rock bottom price right from the start. We loved the attitude and respect for our time. They say that they are the largest Ford dealer in South Florida. After buying a vehicle here, now I can see how they earned this title. Really a fantastic place to buy an American vehicle, plus they are in a beautiful area and near our favorite mall.

I've been coming here for years. I brought 3 of my cars for service (and one of them I used in their body shop) plus both of my parent's vehicles get oil changes and what not. I read the previous review posted by "Ford Truck" and also have had service work both Mike and Enrique over different times and issues. Each time things have been smooth. Enrique has always done everything he could to make me happy, even when I walked in there steaming mad about an issue. Only because I've personally had to deal with Mike and Enrique, I would take what that other "Ford Truck" review guy said as a grain of salt. When were were 30 miles out of warranty, the A/C died in our Explorer. Mike fought to get Ford to fix it under warranty. That saved me a good thousand or so. Anytime I was not happy with something that a tech did to the car for other services, Enrique has taken things off our bill or comped us in one way or another to make me happy. Compared to other experiences from other dealers, I can tel you with certainty that this dealership is stellar.

Totally incompetent. Truck sat there 7 days while they figure out why my electronics display wasn't working. After 3 days they say they need to replace the radio. They were going to over night it because it was sitting there 3 days already. First day I call, they say the part didn't get ordered. Next day I call the part didn't come in handy but it will be here tomorrow no doubt. Next day I call, no part again. No clue where it is and they tell me tomorrow again. I finally had enough and told them I would be picking it up, have it ready. I go to pick it up and the incompetence continues. Can't find my keys. Service guy Mike is a liar and is clueless. Manager Enrique is Clueless. I had to give it one star because zero was not an option. Trust me run from this place

The people here are down to earth. I felt like I was buying a car in the Midwest. Most of the people I spoke with there have worked at the dealership for 10 to 20 years. That was very impressive and says a lot about this dealership. You typically don't see that kind of loyalty at most companies in Florida. They quoted me the lowest price of 3 dealers that I reached out to. The no dealer fee thing was icing on the cake.

We just had another great experience coming to this dealer. We've brought our SUV's here for service many times. This past weekend we bought a new Fusion from Sawgrass Ford. After purchasing the car, I wanted to make sure that we didn't get ripped off. Out of curiosity, we shopped two other dealers for the identical car with the same options and the price we paid at Sawgrass was at least $500-700 less than what other dealers quoted us. That compelled me to come here and write this review after finding out that we really did get a super good deal.

I was here with my parents when they bought their Explorer XLT. The sales guy took his time and explained everything in detail. They have really good people working here. He knew how to communicate with us well and did not rush us or try to upsell my parents on anything. He asked them exactly what they were looking for and picked the perfect vehicle for their needs. They used to have a '98 Explorer. This new one is night and day different. I'm so happy they got it.

I just had my 2008 Explorer serviced here plus 3 of my company cars always get service here. Sawgrass Ford has done everything to it since I bought the Explorer brand new. In all of the vehicles they've put new transmission fluid, full tune-up's and done 100% of the oil changes. I don't talk to Enrique every time I come here, but on all of the times he was involved with my service, his customer service has been stellar. I've been able to use each of the service people when I've come in over the years and each and every one of them have been great, helpful and fun to talk to. Many times I come in to see Samantha or Kyle and both of them are awesome. When I reach 200,000 miles on the Explorer, I'm planning on buying a new F-150 from them very soon. We have bought many Fusions from here for our company cars and they have given us awesome deals each and every time we come in. After coming here so many times, I don't see how anyone could ever say anything bad about these people unless they were a competitor posting a fake negative review. They have treated me well for years.

I saw that Ford was doing 0% again so I came in and bought a new Fusion. Ernie gave me a price over the phone. The numbers he gave me matched up when it came time to sign. There was no bait and switch. I didn't see any added dealer fees or any of that nonsense. These people were straight shooters when it came time to do the deal. I'm really glad I came here.

Ever since the service manager changed the service I have received versus the service I used to receive is incomparable. The service manager is clueless. After they got done diagnosing my car for the third time (which by the way way a 2011 expedition limited with only 50,000 miles on it ) fully maintained and still under warranty , I traded it in. NO OTHER CHOICE!! I was not going to throw money out the window. I am now enjoying my new 2016 expedition platinum ( which I did not purchase from sawgrass ). I will never do business with them again. As far as I am concerned their reputation greatly disintegrated with the change of staff and management. It was definitely NOT a change for the better. They cost me a lot of time .... Lies lies and more lies. And with that said it progressed to bigger and bigger problems. I recommend any dealer EXCEPT SAWGRASS FORD. This is my 4th expedition and I have never had such a horrible experience in all my years of ownership.

It was so painless to make a deal here. Almost every other dealer I spoke with wouldn't give me numbers over the phone and kept hounding me to come in. Rob was one of the few people who gave me all the numbers over the phone. I got the full out the door pricing along with all taxes. He saved me a ton of time and gas $$ from driving all over town. When I came in to buy the vehicle, everything I was told over the phone matched perfectly with the buyer's order and financial paperwork. They gave me a smoking deal on the truck I bought. I left here very happy.

Buying at Sawgrass Ford finally ended my 2-week long mission. I purchase based on the bottom line, not the monthly payment. After comparing vehicles from numerous Ford dealers all over South Florida, Sawgrass Ford became the winner of my business. They had some of the nicest people to work with. Their finance people were fantastic. They were one of the few who saved me time up front and negotiated everything over the phone before I even stepped foot in the dealership. I love people who respect my time like that.

My car was approaching the 100,000 mile mark and was running poorly. I brought it in for service and for less than a car payment, they did a full tune-up and fixed all the issues. Now I'm back on the road and my car runs like new again. The longer I can keep this thing, the longer I can keep driving without making car payments. They did a great job and I'm thrilled with their customer service. The mechanic who did the work did a fantastic job and he was a super nice guy to talk to.

These guys were a breath of fresh air to deal with. Other dealers always start off with the highest price and then you have to fight with them to get them to lower it. I spoke with their Internet sales people first before coming in and they didn't play any games. He told me the sticker price and told me, and I quote, "I don't want to waste your time because you can always just hang up the phone and call another dealer. So I am going to give you the lowest price right from the start. I'm giving you invoice, minus rebates and we don't charge a dealer fee." You have NO IDEA how much this was MUSIC TO MY EARS! In 20+ years of buying cars, not even ONCE has a dealer ever started off a price quote like that. So the price came out well below invoice since they discounted the price to invoice. The rebates lowered the price even more! Anyone who would buy a car from another dealer is flat out crazy. These people ARE THE BEST!!

Arrigo wanted that dealer fee that I did not want to pay which just added insult to injury. So glad I found this Sawgrass place without having any dealer fees. Had some hiccups with credit from some job losses in the past. I was scared thinking my only option was to buy a high mileage junker from one of those buy here-pay here dealers over on 441 or by Dixie Highway. They got me into a brand new Ford Focus and I am absolutely loving it. I walked in thinking I was going to be paying 12-15% interest and they ended up having a program this month for 0% for tier 4 credit. I cannot say how relieved I am. I went to 5 other dealers and ended up leaving so depressed after looking at the low quality/high mileage cars they had to offer. I never thought I'd be able to get another new car again. My payments on this new car are LOWER than the used ones I looked at! Sawgrass Ford came through in flying colors for me. Cannot say thank you enough.

We leased a 2013 ford fusion in February 2013. We also purchased the vehicle maintenance plan. On our 3rd oil change they forgot to put the oil cap on and we broke down 400 miles into a 1,900 mile trip. They wanted us to just put oil back in and continue on our way. We made them come to where we were and take the vehicle back to them. They finally put us in a rental, 2 days later and we were able to resume our trip. Speed forward 1.5 years and we are due for our 6th and final oil change. After waiting 2 hours for the oil change I get greeted by the service representative and he hands me the paperwork, telling me that the car is on the way around. I think "ok, everything is good". I start reading through the paperwork and find out that the engine air filter is due to be changed and the tire tread is low. I present this information to the rep and he tells me. "Oh, I can have them change that out if you want." At that time the key was handed to him by the service tech. I was furious as this seems to be the theme at this place. Do not take your vehicle here as they really do not care about it or you.

They really value their customers and go above and beyond in their sales and customer service efforts. While I'm not a fan of their service department, I can not say enough good things about the sales and finance teams. Highly recommended if buying a vehicle.

Came here over the weekend and then left to another dealer. Ended up returning. The other dealer gave me a good offer over the phone. Then when I got there, they did the bait and switch routine adding their dealer fee into the mix. Ultimately ended up getting a car from Sawgrass Ford. Their original quote did not change when it came to signing the dotted line. Thanks!

I went in for some warranty work on my 6 month old mustang. The person took pictures and told me to set up an appointment to come back. I went back a week later and they acted like I wasn't there the week before and started the entire process over again...meaning I would have to sit there all day AGAIN and wait for them to tell me they needed to order the part (which the consultant said would happen) and then come back in a few more weeks and sit there all day AGAIN for them to fix it. I took to another dealer and was told he gets a lot of people in the same situation from them. Save time and don't go there. Keep in mind, this review is regarding their service department, not their sales department. I will still recommend buying a car from Sawgrass....5 Stars for their sales department!

I've bought quite a few cars in the past from dealers all over. Shane took good care of me there when I bought my car. Compared to dozens other dealerships I've been to in the past, I can say without a doubt that this is one of the top 3 in my lifetime that I've liked buying from. It's far easier to buy from here than having to argue with the other dealers about getting them to remove their dealer fee's. The only additional fee's were an extended warranty and GAP insurance, which were both optional, but that's at any place you go. All the people I met and spoke with during the transaction were nice and courteous to me. I am very happy with my purchase from them.

I just brought my vehicle in for a transmission fluid change. They did a great job. Transmission shifts much smoother now. They pointed out other issues my car had from when I ran over some road debris. Going back later to get those items taken care of. From dealing with service technician to the car porter, everyone has been terrific.

We recently bought a new Ford Fusion here and had a great experience. Their Internet sales department gave us the lowest price possible without any hidden fee's. When we went in to sign the paperwork, all of the numbers they told us matched. Could not be happier. We went to numerous other dealers prior to them and the other dealers did the bait and switch game. Sawgrass had no dealer fee's and started off with the lowest price right from the get-go. After all of the driving around, we were so relieved to buy a car from them. For the lowest prices, always call and ask for their Internet sales department. That's who we dealt with for the lowest price.

I bought a car a couple months ago at the sawgrass ford, and I had a really good experience. I always hate going to dealerships. I feel pressured, and like all I am to the workers is a commission. I did not feel like this at all there. They were kind, and very laid back. They were also very knowledgeable about the cars, and answered all my questions quickly. I had to go talk to my wife about the vehicle before I purchased, and I was not pressured, or felt like I was rushed into making the purchase that day. A couple days later I came back to buy the car, and was treated with nothing but respect. Honestly can't say more praise for this dealership!

When I walked into this dealership, I was greeted by a friendly salesman who asked if he could help me. I told him that I was looking to buy a new car at a great price (isn't everybody?) But to my astonishment, he wasn't like most of the salesmen I have had to deal with when buying a new car. He showed me lots of options and actually recommended a car that was under my budget (unheard of for car salesmen). I was so impressed that I trusted everything he had to say from that point forward. To make a long story short, I went home with an amazing car and still had money left that I wasn't expecting to have after this purchase. The staff is clearly different here and really want their customers to go home happy. I will come back here for all my servicing needs on my new vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to all!

We came in looking for a vehicle large enough to handle deliveries for my father-in-law who doesn't speak English very well. Juan-Carlos was nice enough to show us several SUV's and even a Ford Flex, but we ultimately went with a Ford Transit Connect XLT. He took the time to show us all the features and how all the seats can fold down flat making for a lot of space. Another guy named Rick came and spent a while demonstrating how the Ford MyTouch works. Rick was able to switch the language of the vehicle and now everything is in Spanish, including all of the gauges on the dash. My father-in-law was thrilled when he saw this. Everyone was super nice to us at this dealership during the entire sales process. We needed the lowest monthly payment, so they investigated all of the rebates we could qualify for. Over all they were a very good place to do business with.

Our salesman, Ray Llanes, was so DECENT. He wasn't creepy-salesman-like. He was honest. We felt safe and confident. We didn't feel EVER like he was wheeling and dealing. I can't say enough about how pleasant the whole experience was. I'd been at a different dealership the night before and I felt like they were trying to "put one over on me." Dealing with Ray the next day was a breath of fresh air, truly. Josh in finance was pleasant and easy to understand (and financial stuff is a LOT to have to understand).Also, I was on a time schedule because I had to get home for school-pickups. Never once did anyone at Sawgrass Ford make me feel rushed, however, they made sure I was out of there in time to get my kids. Sawgrass Ford was a good 40 minute drive for us (whereas Pompano Ford and Autonation/Maroone were within 15 minutes) and it was worth every second of that 40 minute drive. Car buying is NEVER a pleasant experience...THIS TIME IT WAS. Thank you!

I was greeted and taken care of immediately upon arrival despite not having an appointment. I had a maintenance related issue that suddenly came up and without having an appointment, I was expecting to be there all day long. Once I explained the nature of my problem, Alissa immediately had the foreman take a test drive with me to gain a full understanding of what the issue entailed. I was later taken home via the Ford Shuttle Service and was notified promptly upon the completion of my vehicle repair. Overall fantastic experience-definitely the best service I've ever had at a dealer. It was my first time at Sawgrass Ford, I usually have my maintenance done at a Margate Location, which is always a headache. Needless to say, from here on out I will only go to Sawgrass Ford. Alissa was Fantastic!!

The price was less than the quote and hewashed my car. A very nice touch. I inquired about adding a two position seat & mirror adjustment to the vehicle. I was missing one of my tire valve cap and was going to buy new after my service, but when my car was returned, there was all new valves on all the tires. I had not told anyone I was going to get a new valve. This is a very good example of attention to detail by your service technicians.

I've been a loyal customer for many years but I must say the lack of customer service and professionalism has really taken a dip at Sawgrass Ford. The service department is a complete disaster for a simple oil change and maintenance. My truck was in for repairs and they wouldn't provide updates or an estimated time. The cashiers are clueless of how to behave in a work environment and how to treat a customer. She overcharged my account several times for not paying attention. The girl was acting like if she was on drugs! This place has scaled down on the quality of people they hire.

Worst experience ever! Lets just say there a bunch of thieves. I bought a used truck and major issues two weeks of owning it. Have not made my first payment yet, went in to get it looked at due to a safety issue. Sure enough they drag their feet and get nothing done. I have I a major safety issue that I brought to their attention and they tried to charge me $100 to look at my truck. I waited 4 and a half hours for there mechanic to shine his flash light into my rim and say what the issue was. Here is the best part!!!! Very easy and quick. Went to the quick service lane to get an oil change. I was unaware that my service plan didn't kick in until 7,500 miles and I was just past 6,000. The gentleman said that wouldn't be a problem and he would get the oil change done anyways. 20 minutes later I was driving out of the lot. Excellent service.

I came in with out an appointment because of a bad vibration when driving my truck. I was promptly met by Alissa who was all ears when i was describing my problem. She had the proper paperwork filled out and within ten minute my truck was being test driven to diagnose the problem. Another 10 minutes and they found it was simply excess mud caked up on the rims causing an imbalance. She said that a proper pressure wash of the rims should cure the problem and only charged me a half hour of labor. In addition to the rim cleaning they also did a multi-point service and greased some suspension fittings as a preventative measure. All in all i was out of there in 45 minutes, truck running smooth as silk. I really appreciated the honest assessment of the problem, they were clearly interested in keeping me as a future, long time customer and totally blew me away with their customer service. I live in Key West, FL. about 180 miles from them and cant wait to return to Sawgrass Ford for their awesome service.

Kyle, the Service Advisor, is the best. He got the car into the service area ASAP, and the job was done in a timely manner. While waiting, I spent some time in the showroom, and Stormin Norman came over and engaged me in conversation while he waited f for his"sale time"and room the time to ask about family and other things. His personal touch is always low pressure and personal. When I first came to Sawgrass, my youngest son had just wrecked my wife's car and I was thankful he was alive and stared b'cause I did not know where the money would come from our what was adorable. Leasing worked the best, thanks to Norm. When I needed a truck, Norm called me when he got in what he thought I would need as an e everyday vehicle, and it worked out. My next vehicle will come from Sawgrass. Kyle is one of the best Service Advisors I've come across in 58 years of driving.

Great experience from start to finish with the purchase of my 2015 mustang gt. We had ordered the car in back in June from Dale. So when the car arrived my husband went down to the dealership and got all the paperwork finalized with Dale and Carlos. With their help everything everything was executed brilliantly. They also had time to tint my car. When I arrived from a long day at work Dale advised me it would be less than 10 min for me to finalize the paperwork and it definitely was. Then I was off to see Brian and he helped me sync my phone and a little overview of electronics and tried out my new 6 speed. I told Dale the next day I couldn't even back up the car or lower the a/c so he set me up with Yani to whom I must say is outstanding, very informative and calmly explained everything in detail. He is patient and kind and now I can backup and have a better undemanding of how the electronics work. I left Yani thinking yeah I've got this and felt empowered. A huge thank you to Dale for making this awesome experience. Thanks to a great team at Sawgrass Ford.

Mr. Eugene Smith was my Service Adviser. He is a very professional representative of Sawgrass Ford. Prompt, courteous service. Attention to detail. I was able to take advantage of my Sawgrass Ford complementary oil change and my bonus cash took care of 'The Works' service. On the way home using 595 I switched lanes and struck an aluminum ladder that had fallen off a vehicle. It did not appear that I was loosing fluids as a result of the impact. I returned and Eugene along with several mechanics immediately placed my Mustang GT (the best car I ever owned in my life) on a lift and inspected the undercarriage. other than a few minor scrapes there was no damage. I got lucky. I was very impressed with the actions of the entire crew. They could tell I was upset and feared damage. I was treated very, very well by all. Thank you!PS Man! Your service bays are clean as a whistle. You could eat off the floor. Very impressive.

I dealt with a service consultant. If you choose to use the services here, you cannot talk to the mechanic. This was a pitfall in my experience with the company. I have a better than average working knowledge of my diesel, and typically perform my own repairs. I explained, in detail, what work needed to be done on my vehicle. This information was not passed to the mechanic, in large part, i hope, because the intermediary did not understand what I was saying. Otherwise the lack of communication was either a result of dereliction or a systemic issue with communication within the shop. When I picked my truck up, three days after drop off, I had $200 worth of parts in my truck I had stated explicitly that I did not need. I already had them. In fact I ordered them form another ford dealer for 62% of the price billed to me by sawgrass. They will take "list" for their parts. Thats Ford's lingo for "reamed". The parts which I also specifically asked for were nowhere to be found. I brought my truck in with 4 problems: 3 small. 1 moderate. $1800 later they had fixed at one two of them and not touched the others*. (hydraulic leak, oil leak (HPOP)*, turbo spooling, and coolant leak*). Of the two problems addressed by the shop, they only fixed one. I got a $1000 bill for the hydraulics and the problem was just as bad when I picked up the truck. I am considering "alternative actions" to deal with this company. Caveat Emptor!

The service department (Enrique Carbono and Allisa Pecoraino) were outstanding in handling my service related issue. My new vehicle which I had purchased at Sawgrass had a cracked window which was obvious that it was not a result of an impact. Pictures were taken and sent to Ford who denied the warranty of the glass. I called Ford and received a case number and had not heard anything. So I went to the dealer and was waiting for assistance when Enrique asked if I had been helped. In any event he got involved, looked at the defect, and resoloved the issue. Incredible service!!!! not just because it was in my favor, but because of the professionalism by the staff. Alissa was excellent in her follow-up calls to me to advise of status and appointments. I was scheduled for my recall with Jose, but Alissa was cordial and advising me that Jose was out that day, she proceeded to process my vehicle and explained that everything would be done. Although the customer's vehicle was fixed by driving at a high RPM, our dealership does not condone the language or the specific method used to solve the issue. I shook the customers hand and thanked him for bringing this to my attention. The technicians involved were dealt with, and the customer asked for some unrelated goodwill. We gave him four wheels and tires, free flushes and services, he took down the video, and we considered the matter closed. Neither the customer nor Ford was ever charged a dime. Commenters with technical knowledge have noted that the rev limiter on the car never went off, so the claim that we " blew up" his car was merely sensationalism, aimed at getting the video to go viral. This is a complex matter now because the surreptitious recording of individuals in the state of Florida is a crime. Sawgrass Ford has to be sensitive to the legal right of our employees as well. While we have always done everything we can to maintain happy customers, We cannot in good conscious continue letting this customer go on using the internet to gain free services from Sawgrass Ford. As always, there is more to the situation than this video shows. We hope viewers can see what is actually motivating this customer. I have purchased 10 cars from Sawgrass Ford. I keep coming back because they are honest and up front on what they say and do. The last 5 I have purchased have been Expeditions. I consider these the optimal ride as I have serious back problems and the running board swing out entry is a life (back) saver. Dan Shamir is the guy to see in sales. Tell him Tony sent you. In service Chris beck is fantastic. He has never led me astray on his recommendations and he gets it done. Fast lane guy for me is Jess Horn. I always get treated like family from all these guys. I am thoroughly satisfied with the Ford service department. They greeted me as soon as I drove up. The entire check in was complete within 10 minutes. When I returned for my car it was nicely cleaned and ready to go. I was absolutely impressed with everyone I encountered.

On my recent visit to Sawgrass Ford (with one of my three Fords) I met their new Service Manager Enrique Carbono. He assured me that I would continue to receive the same excellent service I am used to getting from Sawgrass Ford and Mike Kubic for the last 15 years. My service advisor Eugene Smith was great as usual and I was done with my oil change etc. in less than an hour. I was concerned about my brakes since the Mustang is my daughter's car, and he assured me they were still in great shape. Great customer service is every day business at Sawgrass Ford.

I pulled up to the Service Dept and I was immediately greeted and attended to. I was not just shown where to go but the gentleman who greeted me took me to where I needed to be. Jess was the person who oversaw the service on my car. Nail in my tire and I needed windshield wipers. All taken care of quickly. Then I told Jess that my battery had recently been replaced and I had lost all my Sync programming. He took care of that also. I appreciated being taken care of in a courteous and expeditious manner. The Escape (2012) is a great car and I'm so glad I made that choice.

If you purchase a vehicle and use your own financing BEWARE. Check your title make sure that the lein holder is correct. They will try to slip in Ford Motor Credit. Check the names on title to make sure they are correct. We purchase a vehicle from them in 4/14 and today is 6/14 and still have not had it corrected after numerous calls. They saying motor vehicle just pulled Ford Motor Credit out of the sky and listed them as the Lein holder. The same was said about the name being wrong. I think that someone in the dealership gets a bonus from FMC on vehicles being finance by FMC instead of your own financing. NEVER EVER WILL I OR ANYONE I KNOW PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM Sawgrass FORD.....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I kept getting a warning that the air in my tires on my 2010 Lincoln had low tire pressure. I had taken it to a local independent co and had the tires checked, air added, and they told me I needed 2 new rear tires. My Lincoln only has 20K miles. The tire svc light came on again Saturday, May17th. I was alarmed and worried about how I was going to afford 2 new tires. I took my car to Sawgrass Ford this past Saturday around 4:30 p.m., and I was surprised the Service Dept. was still open. I was greeted by a very friendly serviceman named Eugene. I told him the whole story; especially that the other tire place said I need 2 new tires. He took a look at my tires and advised me that 1 tire had a nail in it, and they could remove the nail and repair the tire. The other tire was fine. Only cost me $40 total. This serviceman, Eugene Smith, was so nice and so honest. The Service Dept. closed at 5 p.m. In a total of approximately 45 mins. my car was repaired and ready to go. In addition, Eugene had my brakes checked and told me that they looked fine. I will not take my car to any other service department from here on out, unless of course Eugene isn't there anymore:) For an older "blonde" lady it is so refreshing to know that I wasn't taking advantage of, especially because I know nothing about cars. Alissa Pecoraino, my service writer, listened carefully to my description of my car's problem. When it turned out that the parts were not immediately available, she not only 'saved' the work order so that I didn't have to start over later, she had the part sent overnight from FORD, kept me informed of status by phone,and set a follow-up service appointment that fit my schedule. When I arrived, she recognized me by name in the service drive and made sure the repairs were done to me satisfaction and that I was treated with patience and respect at every step of the process. When I waited in the customer lounge I had not eaten lunch and it was set up to accept cash only. However, the manager and his assistant realized my problem and offered me a free sandwich and drink to assure I was not left hungry. I have never been treated better at any service department and cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful service and treatment I received from Alissa Pecoraino. I will definitely highly recommend your dealership. Thank you for the really fine service.

I was introduced to your dealership as my E-350 based RV was involved in a tire recall by Michelin. I would also like to recognize a fine lady by the name of Madeline, who was my initial contact in the service department and who patiently worked with me and kept me informed of the status of the replacement tires, and of alternative tire choices should I not want to wait for factory original Michelin tire part numbers.

I discovered a VERY strong smell of fuel in my 2013 Explorer at noon on a Friday. I called the service dept., to make an appointment, not expecting much. I explained to the woman that the odor was so strong it made me nervous to drive the car. She immediately offered to set up roadside assistance to bring it in. I opted to drive it over since I was nearby, and she told me to bring it over immediately. Upon arrival, Rick, my service advisor was very attentive and efficient in getting my car into service. He expected that I would likely have to leave it there thru the weekend, so he offered to drive me over to Enterprise, and would let me know as soon as he knew what was wrong with my car. Within an hour of leaving Enterprise, Rick called to tell me the problem was a 'fuel pump module' - which had been a recall. He said I would likely be able to pick up my car the following day (Saturday). I explained that I would be out of town, which meant that I wouldn't be able to pick it up until Monday. By 4pm, he called me again, and said that I could pick the car up at 5pm THAT AFTERNOON! I appreciated how he kept me 'in the loop' - and impressed that my car was in and out in less than 5 hours, especially on a Friday afternoon. From my first call to the service dept., to my interaction with Rick, it was a great experience. I'm glad that I bought my car at Sawgrass, and appreciate the efficiency in which Rick handled the entire process.

Rick took care of me and fixed what another dealership was unable to figure out. Also there was a shuttle provided which was not at the other dealership and I had to wait hours and hours on 3 separate occasions to then be asked to come back and leave the truck there for a few days with no way to get to work.

The Service Manager Mike Kubik took my maintenance visit very seriously and made sure that I was treated fairly in a very professional manner as the last visit I had at Sawgrass was not such a pleasant experience. He took the necessary steps to ensure that my vehicle and was properly maintained and that I was a satisfied customer without compromising the integrity of the dealership. To further add to this, I was hungry and had no idea there was a sandwich shop inside the dealership. I saw someone walk in with hoagie rolls and was told about the food being sold inside. I went in but learned that it was cash only. I did not have cash on me so I asked is I could acquire cash somewhere with my bank card when a voice from behind me said "Is the woman having service on her car today"? The man behind the counter said "Yes, she is", the man at the table said "Her lunch is on us today at no cost". I had no idea who this person was, but it was Dale Marinelli the General Manager. The person I had originally wanted to file my complaint with the dealership with. That simple act of kindness went along way with me.I hope that the mentality that every account is a worthy account continues as it was that attitude that caused me to rethink and change my conception of Sawgrass Ford.Thank you

I was very happy with the service I received at their Collision Center department. I have been there several times, and each time it is less painful. Dale Evans and Ted Copella were very prompt taking care of me and explaining everything that would happen, including the timeframe that it would occur. They answered my questions and called me back when I had more questions. I even inquired about doing other repairs, not related to the accident, and they gave me a quote, but unfortunately it was too expensive for me to do at the time.In addition to the great customer service, the work performed on my car by Carlos Santana and Spencer Woolsey, was excellent and perfect. I could not have asked for a better job. In addition, I was very grateful to whoever cleaned the inside and outside of my car. and also to the very helpful lady at the counter, whose name I did not get, as she was kind enough to give me everyone elses name, and I forgot to ask her name.I have used Sawgrass Ford for the past 13 years for service on 3 of my vehicles, so I am a regular customer in that department. I hope not to be a regular customer in the Collision Center department, but if I am, I know it will not be stressful.On 03/03/2013, it happened to be the 10th anniversary/birthday of the production date of my car, so I was even more grateteful that they fixed it back up for me, especially because it is a '03 Mach I.

The worst place you could ever take your car cannot stress that enough They dye Leather seats to make them appear new sell u a certified car with problems and then when the parts need repair everyone disappears and you are on your own . I was humiliated in the sales room by John the finance manager who claims he is the gen manager when the real Gm is not in calls it's unbelievable how much shady stuff goes on . Headlight was fogging refused to give me a new one said price was 300 refused to pay so they took it off and gave me a used one the certified used car is not certified nor do they check I have had problem after problem ford is not the problem the problem is this dealership and Someone needs to clean house

This bad review for the Sawgrass Ford is mostly due to the fact that my girlfriend's car had to be taken in on three separate occasions just to have repairs done after an accident. A fourth is also necessary now because they somehow caused the A/C to be stuck in Defrost mode.Let's see, customer service is a 1. Before she dropper her car for the second time they were supposed to call her and let her know about a newly ordered bumper and some paperwork. It took a week and a half - twice - and even then it was she that had to call Sawgrass Ford for an update.Quality or work is a 1 as stated above.Friendliness gets a 2 because of how she was treated. They feigned they're good nature and tried to dupe her because she is a woman (after the first set of "repairs") and now that we have been complaining about these "repairs" we get sarcastic remarks such as "sorry our goodwill repair is not to satisfaction." If that doesn't scream sarcasm then I don't know what will.Overall Experience is a 1 for everything stated above and Price is N/A because it was through the person at fault from the accident (not her fault either).So no I would not recommend anyone to ever go to Sawgrass Ford and we will never go back!
