Writing reviews isn't normally my thing, but I wanted to make an exception in this case to keep spreading the positive word. Overall a car buying experience can be a real roll of the dice. The experience at Saybrook Auto Barn was fantastic - top to bottom. In doing my research ahead of time they really seem to try their very best to bring a quality automobile to the lot. It doesn't appear that the buyer simply wants to put cars out front - they want quality product. I also found, before buying, that their prices seemed very fair. Once I got to the vehicle I was considering it only got better. Seth made the overall buying experience a breeze. Fair price, no pressure, and got my financing done without a hassle (even with credit that wasn't perfect). I've NEVER had a smoother car buying experience. Once purchased I found a minor issue (driver side heated seat) with the vehicle. I spoke with Bill in the Service Dept and he had me taken care of without delay. Even my contact with the team that works the front have all been great. They are friendly and personable. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a quality vehicle. Great job Seth, Bill and the entire Saybrook Team!

Having my emissions test done at Saybrook Auto Barn was actually a pleasure. The business itself is super clean and decorated with vintage vehicles that were really fun to look at. The staff were courteous and prompt. The test itself was quick. Great place to go for emissions testing and if I'm in the market for a new car I will definitely consider shopping there.
