I recently bought a 2016 Mitsubishi Lancer about 6 months ago and was scammed into buying it from saul. Since the 6 months I already had to deal with multiple problems with the car. First the cars bumper started to fall off and come to find out the bumper was glued on!! Next situation was when my tires gave out and I had to take it to the shop and they told me that I was in need of new tires and the thread on all 4 tires were less than 30%. Then my relay in the transmission starts to delay so now I have to pay out of my own pocket to get it fixed. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER SHIP THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

I'd been emailing with Chris for about a week regarding a used F150. I explained that my needs were simple; I needed a durable strong engine that could tow close to 10,000lbs for no more than $30,000. Chris assured me this truck was perfect, clean, low miles, 1 owner and could tow up to 11,600lbs. I told him I live 2 hours away and that if get a ride there I need to buy and that I can not afford to go all the way there to find out something I should be aware of. I told him I don't want to discover any surprises once I was there. I straight out told him that I knew the truck had been there awhile and I asked what was it that turned customers off about buying it? But I did not get an answer instead he told me to get a cashiers check for $30k made out to SBG. Next day I'm there with cashiers check and ready to buy. First thing, truck was filthy dirty. Couldn't tell dirt from dents, water spots from scratches. Inside and out there was spilled sticky globs and crusty crud all over dash. Tonnuel cover was broken to heck and served no purpose anymore. Then I began to smell something foul. I looked under the hood and there was a nest of dead animal fur embedded on the head cover. Something had died in there and the smell was now in the air system. He acted surprised but offered no explanation. That tells you what kind of inspection they do on their vehicles. How could it be smogged and not noticed, how could the fluids be serviced and not noticed. How could you open the hood and not notice??? His specs were all wrong also and truck couldnt pull a tooth without blowing up but he did not care to disclose any of that information. Surprise!!!

I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this car lot,I dealt with Chris and Saul to purchasing a 2012 volkswagen jetta,the price was raised from what they showed and I barely had the car 45 days and the engine light came on and they both showed no eagerness,honor or understanding to helping with a remedy or solution about why the engine light came on so soon or even having it looked at. I had to get a diagnostic test,come out my pocket for parts and fix the problem myself. I am not happy with the lack of professionalism after I purchased a vehicle from SBG Auto,so buyers beware. This is just my personal opinion I'm entitled to.
