Professional and courteous service. I called in to inquire about a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. I was informed it was at another location and that the vehicle could be brought over for me to see that night or the next day. Driving down from Wisconsin I made the appointment for the next day at noon. Next day left a message to make sure it was there then hit the road (got a response in a reasonable amount of time). When we arrived we were met by the salesman Anthony who told us the van had already been shined up for viewing and was getting a final once over. When they brought it out it was in better shape than I expected. Honestly I was nervous and a bit traumatized from experiences with dealerships in the past. Anthony quickly set me at ease letting me know that they would not stay in business long selling a bad product. That’s a philosophy I appreciate because it’s just a good business mindset. Anthony had his hands full with a number of customers, but always circled round to give updates and answer questions. It’s a used car with 100k miles on it. But the price was good, the vehicle was presented very well and the customer service was the best you could ask for in this Covid world (mostly handled in the outdoors). Hopefully I can get another 100k miles out of this car. I would definitely recommend this business and would return next time I’m in need. Thanks guys see you soon.

My lady and I loved this dealership, Our salesman who was Anthony was very helpful and made sure we understood everything he was explaining to us. We made appointment for a certain suv we ended up walking out with a better vehicle with lower miles and newer year. We tried 4 other big dealership company's, unfortunately they couldn't help us the way Shaumburg Pre-driven helped us!!

Bad customer service. Emailed and text the dealership multiple times for over 3 weeks now to inquire about a 2015 Range Rover but haven’t received any response or communication yet. Asked about the damage at the front of the car and wanted to know if it was in an accident and was never reported but dealership ignored. I assume that the dealership fixes damaged or accidental cars and sells it to the public

I bought a Jeep Liberty for my 17 year son and couldn't be happier. The sales team treated my son extremely professionally on his first visit ( without me) , several other dealers would not give him the time of day! The next day I went back with him and was able to work a very fair deal on the Jeep. I will be buying my daughter a car next year from Schaumburg Pre Driven.

I'm so happy I decided to come here! My wife needed a new car and our credit isnt the best because of bad choices in our youth anyways we worked with Tim with the expectations of getting turned down because we have been everywhere else we went. Not here we got an awesome deal we couldnt refuse! The customer service was amazing i'm sure we were very difficult to deal with as well but Tim was Patient, professional, and it was clear that he actually cared and genuinely wanted to help us. I loved that! The Car is amazing and my wife couldn't be happier. Happy Wife Happy Life! Thanks TIM!

I was in the market for an older Nissan and the description of this car fit the bill except for the fact that there was no mention of AC on the car. I was called back within 10 minutes to confirm that this car did have it and it was in great working order. The representative stayed until I could get there to test ride the car and to put it on a lift to look underneath the car. The CarFax gave me piece of mind and we purchased the car the next day. Price was right and the process was quick and easy. It's been 3 weeks and we couldn't be happier. This is the fourth used car that I purchased in the past year and I wish that I discovered them earlier.

I purchased a car from this dealership, and the day after I brought it home experienced oil leakage. I assumed it was something minor, so I dropped it off for repair for a few days and they said we needed a new engine. A second opinion confirmed this. The dealership basically said, 'too bad so sad.' We escalated the problem and they offered to repair, but at $45/hour. When I inquired as to the timeframe, they stopped communicating. This was a total nightmare, and I now have a car that I have spent thousands of dollars one that will basically be undrivable unless I spent several thousands more in repairs. Unacceptable!
