I bought a used car from Schicker Ford of Union in May. I live in Colorado but the car I bought is fairly hard to find as not a lot were made. Schicker did a remote appraisal on my trade-in which was quite fair as was the price on the new one, given the current hot market. Fast forward to September and the air conditioning broke my new to me car. The car warranty would not cover it as it was previously repaired by Schicker and there was an issue with the repair. I contacted Schicker about it, explained the situation, and provided the documentation of the issue from my local dealer. Schicker took ownership of the issue and will cover the repair at my dealer in Colorado. This to me is a standup operation. I was treated with respect and and have had nothing but a smooth experience with Schicker, and especially with Pete the Salesman and Mike the General Manager.

Our pickup broke down on the road, and we had it towed here. The service management was awesome, and the diesel mechanic was great. I don't know anything about the sales department, but highly recommend their service department.

broke down on hwy 44. luckily by ford dealer with great service dept. been helpful so far hopefully back on road tomorrow.

SCAM ALERT. This dealership sends "scratch off" or "pull tab" type mailers claiming to to be giving away cash and prizes. Thing is, they are all "winners" (hint: you won't really win anything). These mailers are just a plot to get you to come to the dealership so they can pressure you to buy a car, and hand over your personal info. This is the most sleazy type of deceptive business practice that exists. Avoid any dealership that needs to trick you into doing business with them.
