I can’t rave about customer service rep, Nicole, enough! I struggled to understand my Hyundai service schedule and she was so incredible helpful in explaining it to me, I appreciate it very much! Just bought a new Palisade from Schimmer. Great experience. When we arrived, all paperwork was ready to go. The process literally took about 20 minutes. The Finance Manager was not pushy at all when we declined their extra services. Randy did an excellent job going over and explaining all features of the car. Overall, just a really good experience and I would definitely consider Schimmer for my future car needs. Thanks guys!!

at first we bought a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fa. we were not happy with it because of its size. We traded for a 2022 Hyundai Tuscan . they searched all over to find us exactly what we wanted and when they could not get one they ordered a new one from the factory. The wait was worth it. We Love our new car. except for the Navigation system. Not user friendly and must have an Eye Phone. what about people who don't have one?

Got a Hyundai Elantra 2017 so love it ! Great gas mileage love all the features . The way it handles. Had a Hyundai sonata 2011 before this and loved that also but found the new sonata much to big. But the Elantra was perfect .

Overall experience was okay. Expected it to be more exciting. Took longer than I expected to actually get the vehicle. Vehicle still had fingerprints and grease marks after it had been cleaned.

The overall experience buying our sonata was a very pleasant experience. AND this is from some one who hates buying a car! Frank form schimmer did a great job with the sale and made my daughter very comfortable buying and getting around the vehicle. I was very pleased with my experience.

Extremely please with my 2017 Hyundai Elantra purchase. Not only do I love my new car but I love how I was treated during the entire purchase. The staff at Schimmer was extremely friendly and professional. I never felt uncomfortable during any part of this experience. Everyone I worked with explained everything to me and was very professional. Greg Loebach was not only wonderful to work with but even called me after my purchase to make sure I didn't have any additional questions. I highly recommend Greg and I also highly recommend Schimmer in Peru for any purchase. I will definitely be getting my car serviced their and returning for future purchases.

Gets right to it to find you what you want in your budget. Doesn't push leases over buying based on what you tell them. I went from a lease to purchase because my driving habits are about to change due to a move. I went back to Greg and he did great

John King makes car buying a pleasure. He takes pride in his job. My mom Donna T. also bought a Sonata at Schimmers in April, John is our sales man. She still talks about what a great experience it was and I agree 100%. John is very thorough explaining everything, answers every question and makes sure everything is perfect. Dave Kain is the manager at Schimmers and I've known him for years and is a great leader. My Mom and I meet Mr. Schimmer, top notch Gentleman! Brad is excellent service manager, all employees are very helpful! I had a Sonata before my new car. I like doing business with good people in life and Schimmers is it! Keep up the good work! Everything was comfortable. There was neither a rush nor a long, long process. If there was a short delay, somebody found a way to make the time productive. Little helps too - like bringing me a bottled water. It was hot that day!

You know all of the negative stereotypes that surround buying a car? Aggressive salespeople who just want to make a sale. No service after the sale. Junk cars. I could go on and on. If you want to avoid all of these things, Schimmer in Peru is where you need to go. They take the time and go above and beyond to make sure that you get the car that is right for you. No high pressure sales tactics. No desperate salespeople. No games! Just old fashioned customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Great experience with our salesman Pat. After we had agreed to a price, we were offered a Xylon protection package, which we might have agreed to if we hadn't had such a short time to review the options/price. After that we were offered a one time pay lease option, and again without having time to properly make an educated decision. The dealership wasn't aggressive or pushy, but I felt blindslided by the offers when I thought all we had to do was sign the papers. And again when we went into financing we were offered a protection package, which again the employee wasn't aggressive or pushy but we had to go thru another round of paperwork when we thought we were just going into the office to write a check and sign the papers. When I don't have time to make an educated decision, I'm not going to agree with your proposal. I believe some customers might have felt pressured.
