I went to get my recalls fixed on my fusion, I was told it would be a over night fix, however; it turned into them having my vehicle for over a month and didn’t tell me the part for the recall was on back order and they didn’t know when they were going to get the part until sometime in July (I brought my car in the first week of May and didn’t find out until very late May). I ended up just getting my car and taking it back home after they fixed my 2/3 recalls (both recalls were my airbags, while the other was brake fluid issues). They refused to give me a vehicle to drive while my car sat there, and then wanted me to pay $315 for a part that was just about $100 online, we did however work it back down to $230, but I still declined the work. I also got a evaluation of my car in the mail and saw that they said my belt was frayed so I immediately went and ordered my new belts so my dad could fix it as he’s VERY good at working on vehicles. My dad went and did a complete evaluation of both my belts to fix them and didn’t see one thing wrong with either of my belts in my vehicle. I just bought my car this year, and this was the first recall situation I’ve ever been in and don’t plan on dealing with something that took 6-8 weeks to try to complete which didn’t even get completed there.

I worked with Nick on the Ford side to find my new car, and had an exceptional experience. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable whenever I reached out to him with questions or comments. The used car I was in the market for wasn’t on their lot, but he was able to locate the exact car I wanted within my budget in less than two days.
