EDIT: I received good service from Amanda and others in the repair shop when my windshield cracked. So I’m bumping up my review to two stars. Below is my review from an earlier set of experiences. I rarely write bad reviews, but there comes a time when a business deserves one. It seems Schomp Subaru doesn't care about you but rather your money. I purchased a car from them back in October. The person helping me was nice, but the process took four hours (an additional three hours than the one hour promise that was given). I'm happy with my car. But when you purchase a vehicle you expect professional response. When I had a mechanical question it took my point person at Schomp several weeks to return my messages, and just as long for her service department to get back to me. Now, I'm being forced to drive illegally without updated temporary plates because Schomp, and it's representatives won't return my calls, e-mails or text messages. I gave them several weeks to get me updated temp plates, but they simply are negligent. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the follow up from the dealership, and do not recommend anyone who wants to feel respected and cared for following vehicle purchase work with them.

I love my car and I am happy with my purchase However, I am very disappointed with the service I received from one of the sellers. When I came on site to shop for cars, the seller was kind and professional. It was a busy day so the seller suggested me to get my car delivered at my home, so I don't have to wait more time over there. I thought it was a great idea, but it wasn't. From there, the quality of service just went down. At the dealer site, I clearly told the seller that I needed the car as soon as possible. He promised me that my car would be delivered very quickly. I wasn't the case at all. I lost two days waiting for my car. I left the Subaru dealer at 12:30 pm on Friday. The seller first told me that my car will be delivered on the same day. I was not. I spent all my Friday waiting. I also spent all my Saturday waiting. It is only around 5pm that the seller told me that he will be there at 6:30 pm, no later than 7pm. My car wasn't delivered until 8h15pm. The more time passed, the more I wondered what was going on with the process. I called the seller three times to have updates. Each time, the seller told me the same thing; '' Let me look at few things and I will call you back in about 30 minutes''. The three times I waited at least 2 hours and it was I who had to call back. When I called back, it was always the same excuses '' Sorry I have been very busy'' or ‘’ I am waiting for someone to pick me up for the delivery’’. I totally understand that sellers are busy with other clients on site. However, even if I am not at the dealer's anymore, I am still a client who just spent a lot of money on a car and like anyone else, I deserve a good service and some consideration.

What a great experience! We had previously purchased a used vehicle for our daughter at this dealership and had a good experience so when it was time to purchase a new vehicle for my wife we decided to go back to check out an Outback. We looked at many other makes/models at other dealerships but we loved the Outback. Our salesperson was Dru and explained they do not work on commission or sales quotas and it showed during our three week search. Schomp gave us the best price on day one and many other dealerships of other brands kept using old school sales techniques of offering more and lowering the price. I used to think the negotiating and back and forth was fun but soon realized it was actually exhausting. I didn’t really trust that they would give me the best price on day one but they did! For good measure when we purchased the car I told Dru I needed a “win” to make me feel like I got something over on the dealership so he returned with a small token from the Subaru branded store! We completed almost everything online and only had to sign some paperwork when we picked up the new car. Dru spent more time inside the new car setting up all the features and showing us the bells and whistles then we did signing paperwork! What a great car buying experience and would highly recommend Schomp Subaru to everyone.

I want to give a big shout out to Brandon Nieves who was fantastic to work with. He had a trainee with him and he taught her well. He met our needs, found exactly what we were looking for in a car, handled the paperwork efficiently and professionally and even drove the car to us to deliver it with a bow and bottle of champagne because it was my Birthday! He even answered my questions after I had owned the car for a bit when I called. Always polite, personable, and fun to be around. Thank you Brandon, Great doing Business with you!

My car buying experience at Schomp Subaru has been amazing. We initially purchased a vehicle for my husband from Griffin back in November and we really enjoyed the process and felt our business was appreciated. My husband‘s car has been great so We decided to go back to the same place to buy another car for our family. Everyone here has been really helpful and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you Griffin and everyone else at this dealership!
