My vehicle I purchased is as close to new as you can get without the new price. The staff is very knowledgeable on the inventory and worked with me very hard to earn my business. I just bought a vehicle from Schrier and I couldn't be happier. The Customer Service was great. Everyone was extremely friendly. They made sure we understood everything and gave us a great deal. I have 4 small children I had to take with me and they made sure we were all comfortable during the entire process playing with the kids giving them bottles of water making them popcorn and one employee even shared his fries with us from his lunch!! Overall great experience I would go back there in a heartbeat and refer anyone to go there!

After a rough trip back from St Louis with a car that I had shipped back from overseas I decided it was time to trade it in. I began looking online to find the best deal possible and narrowed it down to a few dealers. I requested more information on a Ford F-150 FX4 and was contacted by Russ within 30 minutes of submitting the information. He was very personable and sent me more information and pictures of the vehicle I was interested in and scheduled an appointment that worked with my schedule. When I arrived at the showroom I was greeted promptly and introduced to the staff and then shown the vehicle. Everyone met was very courteous and professional, it really felt like you were meeting old friends. The showroom was immaculate and the vehicle inventory as well maintained and cared for. After test driving the vehicle I sat down with Greg and Russ to "discuss the numbers". Generally this is the most stressful part of any car buying experience. They did a great job at showing the numbers and made everything simple and easy to understand and was able to work with the budget I had set with no pressure and no back and forth between offices or hours of delays! Although I was highly interested in the vehicle they had shown me and the numbers that were presented, I decided I needed to look at one of the other trucks before I made a final decision. Greg and Russ were very understanding and did not try to stop me from leaving with the usual high pressure sales tactics. Rather, they said they would would be waiting to hear from me regardless of what decision I made. After viewing the other vehicle at a high pressure dealership, I decided to purchase from Greg, Russ and Schrier . When I got back to the showroom the guys quickly handled the paperwork and had me on my way in about an hour. Hands down the best buying experience ever. I highly recommend them!!!

My dad found the Corvette Z06 of his dreams online at Schrier Automotive while online. We lived a few hours away, so we called and inquired about the car. The great online photos helped us get a good idea of the condition of the car, and the listing of the options was accurate, like looking at the original window sticker. They gave us their bottom dollar price if we were to buy the car today right over the phone, simple and easy. We reserved a test drive and made the drive that afternoon. Our salesman Rus met us at the door and had the car waiting and ready for our drive. He let us take the test-drive alone, and suggested a nice route to drive. When we came back we wanted to inspect the car closely, spend some time making sure it was the car for us. Rus let us looking for nearly an hour without hovering or interrupting....just letting us look. The car was pristine (as were so many of the other cars they had for sale), and their price over the phone was extremely fair and competitive. My dad signed a few papers, left the payment and we were on our way home...simple and easy. No hassle, no hard sell, no negotiating back and forth over fixing something broken or scratched or even on price. Buying a used car can be a real hassle, and sometimes the dealership salesman or staff can really drain the fun out of the experience. That certainly was not the case for our Vette purchase! Our experience was fantastic, and we could be happier. There inventory is amazingly maintained, with hard-to-find enthusist models that looked like new. Check them out online and find the car you want....that's the hard part. If you find a car you like, I'm pretty sure you will be pleasantly surprised when you go to see it in person! Thanks to Rus and the rest of the staff for helping my dad achieve a life-long dream of being a Corvette owner!

If you are looking for a previously loved vehicle without a "used car buying experience" look no further. Jim was my sales rep and returned my calls quickly and was a pleasure to work with. We drove 3 hours from Kansas City to buy a BMW X5 and when we arrived it was detailed and serviced. We literally signed our names and drove home, all the paperwork was prepared and ready for us.Greg, the finance manager was so helpful and knows his business to get the best possible deal. This was by far one of the best car buying experiences we have had! We had been looking for a new vehicle for over 6 weeks. Greg and Frank were patient, and listened to all of our concerns and needs. We came in to see 2 SUV's, and ended up buying a completely different one that better suited all of our criteria! It was close to half the cost of the other 2, but that didn't seem to enter into their equation at all. Only that we were driving away in the best vehicle for our family! We wanted to have it inspected by our mechanic, and that was absolutely no problem. We LOVE our new vehicle, and have already made a point of recommending them to everyone we have talked to!

I was contacted by Glenda because I placed a bid on ebay, and I have to say had she not reached out to me I probably wouldn't have bought the truck. My salesman Greg Friesen worked with me to come together on pricing on a very nice Tacoma. I drove to Omaha to pick it up and I they were all very nice and accomidating. Jeff the owner took time to greet me as did the other sales staff making me very at ease. We are based in the Southeast but came across Schrier because they had a pristine, low mileage, very unique M5 BMW in their inventory. I spoke with Greg and Jim and became comfortable enough to put down a deposit sight unseen and book a flight to Omaha. They did not disappoint. I was picked up at the airport and the car was immaculate as promised. The paperwork was easy and took less than 5 minutes. Their indoor showroom is impressive. This was an excellent experience all the way around. Since we live a couple of hours away I was able to get a price for my trade in and apply for financing all over my lunch break then we drove down to Omaha and within minutes Frank had me in my new car driving off the lot. I couldn't believe how easy this was! It took us longer where to decide to go for dinner than to get the new vehicle. If you are in the market for a quality low mileage used car I would recommend that you take a look at their inventory and you will be surprised at some of the models that they have to offer and if you live with in driving distance of Omaha you should go and check out their warehouse, very impressive. Went to Schrier automotive to look for an suv. Upon arrival we were met by Russ. The rest of the staff were all welcoming and accommodating. Russ showed us to their showroom full of different brands of cars and suv's. We found the one we like Toyota Sequoia. It took only a few minutes and my son was able to test drive the car. Paperworks took a long time but the wait was worth it. While waiting, they served us bottled water and keeps on asking if there is anything we would need.

Great experience overall purchasing my 2013 Audi Allroad. I spoke to Greg on the phone several times. The price negotiation was simple, low pressure and fair. Purchasing a vehicle remotely is a little intimidating for the consumer, but I am satisfied with the quality of the car after discussing with Greg and ordering a CarChex inspection. There were a couple of minor blemishes that were not shown in the photos, disclosed to me, not reported by the CarChex inspector which was disappointing, but I can honestly say, they would not have affected my negotiation or my decision to purchase, just would have been nice to know. ( Gouges on both side roof rails, a paint chip that had been touched up on the hood and a small amount of curb rash on one rim). The shipping process was also easy and quick.

We had been looking for a certain model of BMW for my son for quite a while. I found a listing for the E36 and my son really liked the look of it so I contacted Greg at Schrier Automotive. He sent me a message back that the car had been sold. A few hours later he sent me another message that the buyer were not able to complete the sale. He worked with me until we could get up there that night and the car was perfect just like it was described. Deep down nobody wants to go buy a car so I was not the easiest person to deal with. I walked into a HUGE HEATED BUILDING and was greeted right away by Jill the lady at the front desk. I said was looking for a car and she introduced me to Russ one of the salesman Russ showed me around and I ended up getting a AWD Ford Taurus SHO. This was way cooler car than I ever expected to get and the price was fair. I signed my name 5 times they took a copy of my drivers license and I cut them the check. I wasn't in this dealership for more than a 1/2 hour! As I was walking out the owner Jeff came out to congratulate me and to make sure Russ was taking care of me. In my mind, the true art of the deal is in the service after the sale. Sue, anyone can sell a great car at a great price but if they're not there for you later down the road, in my mind their integrity is shot. Not the case here at Schrier. Russ did a great job of informing me of my BMW purchase, of which is my first (BMW purchase). He is very knowledgeable and up front with answering my questions. After almost 3 months now, I still love my car, the service, and my decision. Thanks!

My wife and I are currently living in Bahrain and are planning our move back to the U.S. We had looked around for several SUVs and my wife fell in love with the Range Rover Evoque. Just purchased a very nice BMW from Schrier. This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from them in the past 5 months. I dislike the games that most traditional dealerships play. I've never felt that Schrier plays those type of games. In both cases, they have been very fair with my trade, and my salesperson, Russ, has been very easy to work with and helpful. They were easy to work with and great with getting paper work done as I bought it without going to the facilities. Which also worked against me as the pictures of the truck had Pirelli tires on the truck and when I got it it had cooper tires on it. They never told me that they changed the tires on it before during the sale not till I received the truck and asked them and the deal was done. If you buy online and only go off pictures might make sure they didn't change anything on the vehicle then whats in the pictures.

The entire team at Schrier was nothing but professional from top to bottom on our Lexus used vehicle purchase. Greg went out of his way to make us feel comfortable with the entire process. Communication with the Schrier folks was seamless. The overall transaction took less then 24 hours AND the vehicle actually arrived within 72 hours of the purchase all the way from Nebraska to Virginia Beach, VA. Greg went as far as providing a full tank of gas in the car and taking it to the Lexus dealership to take care of a recent recall. He assisted with loading the vehicle on the transit truck... However at Schreier this was entirely different from the usual transaction everything was as I was promised and they took care of a few extra items that I needed including a scratch I put on the car immediately after purchasing my vehicle. I had made an appointment to come in and look at a car that I found on their website. Which by the way is very helpful. Every car with all the details and plenty of pictures to help you decide. As soon as I walked through the doors They jumped out of their seats and walked up to me to greet me. Very professional and courteous. They gave me all the time I needed to inspect the vehicle of my choosing without the typical statements from other dealership's that rush you into buying from them. The vehicle I was looking at had quite a bit of aftermarket items put into it from the previous owner and Schrier was able to answer any questions I had about them. Ohh and another thing! While I was inspecting the vehicle I found just a few small things that could use some touching up. Rather than try and play it off as "ohh that's just how it is" I didn't have to ask twice before the owner came out and said "We'll take care of it, no worries". They even give it in writing that they'll fix what you found wrong. I planned on trading in my old car for some trade in value, and let me tell you, it was weathered and on it's last legs. I walked in with a number I was hoping to get out of it and they immediately make me an offer that was higher than I thought I could even get which was great! I made the decision easily to purchase from them and Once I started the process, it took a total of 2 days before I drove away with my new car! I financed through them too and that was a piece of cake! overall a great experience buying with them and if I ever need another car in the future, they will be my first stop!

As most of us has experienced, when you walk onto a car lot, you can watch the salesmen circle you like you are dinner! Not the case at Schrier's! I entered the facility and was greeted by Russ. Since it was hot outside, he first asked me if I would like some water. After drinking water, Russ asked me what I was looking for and then took me into their enclosed warehouse. I was astonished at the inventory of vehicles and more importantly the quality of vehicles. I was drawn to this 2007 MB CLS 63 AMG, but not sure if I could afford it. Russ then introduced me to Jeff Schrier and after explaining to him my financial situation, Jeff not only got me a very competitive interest rate, but gave me full trade in price for my current vehicle. I not only walked out of Schrier's with the car of my dreams, but with a much lower car payment that I was currently paying. Over the past several years I have purchased a number of different vehicle makes and models from Jeff Schrier, Russ Durken and Greg Friesen. In ever instance my expectations have been exceeded throughout the entire process. Being a bit meticulous, and obsessive compulsive, about my cars I can be hard to please. There has never been anything that I asked for that these gentlemen have not bent over backwards to do. Whether it be starting with a search for a particular vehicle if they don't have it in stock (which they usually do), arranging transportation, financing, detailing the car before delivery or correcting any issues that might arise after delivery these guys go above and beyond. To date, I have bought and traded three BMW's, a Porsche, a Cadillac CTS-V, an Audi, a Lexus 350 F-Sport, and two Corvettes (I know I'm forgetting a couple) and I have never had a better buying experience in my adult life; and I've owned a lot of cars!!!

I assumed that when the sales person tells you that the car is clean, that means it never been damage or repainted. I guess it means that its not dirty! It's very disappointing to find out a year later that the ride of the car was painted.. One would assume that these guys are experienced enough to identify any esthetic changes to a vehicle. I have driven by the Schrier Automotive Bldg on 72nd street numerous times. Always seen cars for sale but never stop to check them out....that is until 4/11/15. John and I needed a second car again...we were looking for something compatible to our H3 Hummer, which is hard to find.....unless of course it's another H3 Hummer, so we thought. We stopped to look at the cars that were on the lot that day, John interested in the Jeep Wrangler-for off roading, me-just a nice safe vehicle. And there it was....a Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado! Greg came out to greet us, gave us some insite on the Larado, then the keys to test drive it. To say the least, John and I were very impressed. We were not only impressed with the Larado, but with the acknowledgement provided by Greg. After the test drive, we met with Glenda to fill out the paperwork to make the Larado ours. I've been in the Sales field for a very long time, EVERY sales person is basically out to make a buck and/or commission. Well, not Greg and Glenda! They made sure we were truly happy with the Larado. They genuinely cared about us as people NOT just as customers. Glenda is incredible at her job, she has a great personality, and seems to be able to relate to/with anyone! Everyone I talked with at Schrier was pleasant and very helpful. They all seemed concerned my buying experience was going well. From the person who answered the phone to the owner, they all seemed to be informed and up to date on my buying process. I live in Michigan and bought the car based on their photos and reviews. They spent the time to take numerous photos inside and out and that helped me feel more confident on the car's condition. They took care of getting the car shipped and when it arrived it was PERFECT. Overall, my experience with this dealership was very pleasant. Glenda, the sales associate I worked with, was not overbearing or pushy, allowing my husband and I our space to talk and look at our leisure, but she was also always available when we had a question. Additionally, she was very knowledgeable and was able to point out several vehicles that met the criteria we were looking for. My only complaint is that the vehicle we purchased needed a very minor repair, and they were not timely in informing us when and where the repair would take place.

I have known Russ and Greg for many years and purchased several BMWs from them when they were with that dealership. When I was looking to sell two special cars (at least I thought they were special), buy 1 new BMW and find a classic BMW, other dealers made it clear that what I wanted to do would be very difficult and expensive. With less than 4 emails and 2 phone calls, a new M3 was on order. The classic M Roadster took a little more conversation, but within 2 weeks, the right car was found and delivered to me. The M Roadster transaction was smooth with no multi-step process involving people I hadn't met. Russ handled everything in a few minutes and I was on my way with the top down. Instead of feeling like I was being bounced from high pressure accessory peddler to the next while my car was being held as ransom, I was treated as their client. I am your typical 30-something internet savvy guy. I saw my wife's dream car online, completed an inquiry, and got back a response nearly immediately online. I was not hassled with lots of high-pressure sales calls, and these guys were straight forward. Oh, and another thing, they didn't make promises... they just delivered. I stopped by twice, once I test drove the car, I was in and out, no lengthy dealer games. They let me leave immediately after the test drive, exchanged a few emails and returned the next day and completed my purchase. The entire process to less than an hour of my time and a few emails! This is my second purchase from Schrier Automotive. I came back because I loved their great selection of quality used cars and friendly staff. The sales staff was easy-going and did not pressure me to buy; they know that the cars sell themselves. At most car dealers, a simple test drive is a 2+ hour ordeal which includes answering awkward high-pressure questions from the sales rep. At Schrier, we were off and driving within a couple of minutes. Once I decided to buy, the process was easy and smooth; we spent more time wrestling the license plates off of my trade than we did preparing and signing the paperwork. No high pressure sales, nobody pouncing on you as soon as you step out of your vehicle...just a simple "welcome" followed by escorting you into an indoor candy store for guys...and LEAVING YOU ALONE to browse! If you've perused the listings on their website, you know everything you need to know about the vehicles...period. I bought both of my cars without ever even cranking the engine on either one. I just purchased a Shelby Mustang 2011 from Schrier Automotive and I am completely HAPPY with the professionalism and customer service they provided. I live in Massachussetts and have been looking for a Shelby for quite some time, but could not find what I was looking for in my area. So, I started my search online and found the Shelby Mustang I wanted at Schrier Automotice. However, I have never purchased a car before without physically seeing the car first. For the first time, I was buying a car online and speaking to the sales person on the phone. Making such a large purchase without seeing the car was very difficult but Gerg and Glenda were very helpful every step of the way! From all the paperwork involved, arranging the of car delivery, to making sure that the entire process was smooth and without a quiche. Glenda and I emailed back and forth every day for 2 weeks; she was very quick with her responses and got back to me within minutes if she didnt know the answer to my question. We were looking for a specific car, an Acura SUV in a certain color. Looked on line and found one right here in Omaha where we live. Went to Schrier Automotive, took a test drive and sat down to deal. We were trading in a very nice low mileage car and knew exactly what we wanted to get out of it. Didn't tell them, though. They came back and offered us what we wanted on the nose, and we made a deal right there in minutes. We were looking for a low mileage performance coupe and spotted one on Schrier's website. When we arrived at the showroom, we were surprised to find such a pleasing atmosphere to shop in. We told Glenda which vehicle we wanted to see, and she took us back to the indoor display area. The vehicle was a 2011 Infiniti G37x coupe with 28,000 miles. The detailing was great and it looked as new. Went for a test drive and it was very impressive. No salesperson went on the test drive with us, and that was very nice. I was hesitant to purchase a car with only having seen pictures, but after reading many reviews I decided to go for it. I couldn't be happier! I flew in from Denver, they picked me up from the airport, took me to the bank and gave me a tour of their warehouse. My car was detailed and ready for me to test drive. The financing process was very fast too. All the paper work was in order and only took a few minutes. Customer service was great! We were just stopping in to look at the inventory and had no real intentions on buying that day.I hate going car shopping because of the usual runaround games that are played. Most dealerships will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale.This is not the case for Schrier. They were very friendly and made no judgement as to what we could afford.This type of business is a rarity in today's day and age. I have wanted a Camaro since 2010. I have shopped around for years waiting to finally one day own a Camaro again. I had bad luck the past few years when the economy went down hill and had to change my career. Luckily it was for the best but it left me with not so great credit. When I saw the Camaro at Schriers it looked beautiful and when I went to look at it in person it was very clean and even better than the pics. I went in and spoke to Greg he sat me down and explained exactly what he could do for me. At first the payments were going to be very high because I had a used 2012 chevy cruz that I was trading in and I owed more on the car than it was worth. That didn't stop Greg from figuring out a way to get the payments were I wanted to fit our budget. Greg spoke to Jeff and he and Greg made it all work out for us. This is by far one of the best car buying experiences to date. For someone like me, who has worked in auto sales in the past, to give 5 stars across the board is rare but these guys earned it! To start I was looking for a very rare limited edition Infiniti for months, with no results. Once my wife and I contacted Russ D at Shrier he was on it. With in days he found the exact Infiniti I wanted and immediately got it transported in. Low miles and near mint condition. On top of that, he got me a shockingly low interest rate. He even offered to send it on a truck down to Kansas City. I was able to drive up to Omaha with a client and when I got there the car looked even better in person. Scrier Automotive put the car on the internet and gave ample information. I was sold before seeing the car. The worry wart that I am I drove the 750 miles one way and checked it out in person. When I arrived Greg had the car up front and ready for a drive. The car was every thing the advertising said it was and Greg made the paper work quick and painless. Being impatient as well I wanted to get the car quickly and decided to make the trip again with truck and trailer. Greg would have gladly shipped the car and it would have been less money for him to do it. Through all that I saw their operation, show room and office. I bought a 2005 Toyota Land Cruiser from Schreier's. This was a "best-ever" type experience. Greg and Jeff made the entire process effortless from my perspective. The vehicle was in top shape. I asked for a couple of minor blemish repairs to the interior of this gem and they made it happen in short order and with a first-rate outcome. I saw a listing for a Ford Expedition EL on Cars.com and decided to email the dealership. I received a response within 24hrs and made the drive in. I was shown the vehicle and even had the opportunity to compare it against a Suburban also available at the dealership. We were there with the entire family (i.e. kids) and able to independently, between myself and my wife, take the vehicle for test drives. I also drove the comparable Suburban to be sure the Expedition was right for us. There was no pressure from the dealership - we came back the next day and test drove it again to ensure it would fit in our garage ;-) Then came the negotiation - it was fair and upfront from beginning to end with no gimmicks. All the vehicles at the dealership seemed to be in excellent condition. Our vehicle required a minor repair that had gone unnoticed and Schrier had it quickly repaired for us ahead of vehicle pickup. I had a dealership experience unlike any other - it makes me want to go buy more cars!

Never bought a car on the Internet or without 'viewing' it first! Jeff, Greg and Jill at Schrier made the experience a pleasurable and stress-less experience. For at least 25 years I have purchased many, many vehicles from Jeff Schrier when he had the Ford dealerships in town. It was always a great experience and always saved me thousands compared to the other dealerships. Their operations were always first class. I didn't think it could get any better. I was totally wrong! I was looking for a near new Maxima and seen one on line that sounded to good to be true..........at Schrier Automotive. I called Jeff and told him I was coming in, and before I arrived it was warmed up and ready to take for a test drive. As I was shopping for a specific low mileage luxury vehicle and finding a limited number available here in Colorado, I expanded the search to out of state dealers. I called on a car Greg had listed online and felt I was actually talking to a real person, not a car salesman. Imagine that! I continued to look, but saved the report on Greg's vehicle at Schrier. As it turned out, his car was also the best buy, so I went back to them after some serious comprehensive shopping. I doubt I would have been able to take the leap to buying a car sight unseen, but I had done my due diligence enough to ask all the right questions and I trusted him, found that the process was simple, this dealership was familiar with selling cars online and shipping them out of state, the shipping cost was reasonable, so I did it - All in all, EZ way to buy a car, low stress without the sleeze factor usually involved, I put my confidence in Greg at Schrier and it paid off. I saved some money and got the car I wanted with very little hassle!

They were honest about the whole deal, very fair and willing to put in the effort to make a deal happen with both parties coming out happy. We drove 3 hours to see a specific vehicle we saw listed on Schrier's website. We found the car, negotiated, closed the deal and were on our way back home almost in less time than what it took for us to get to the dealership! Glenda was super to work with. Typically buying a new/used car is tedious and stressful, but Greg at Schrier made it painless. Typically when I pull up to a dealership, salesmen are all over you before you even open your car door. Here I was able to look around without anyone harassing me or peaking over my shoulder. They had a great selection in various price ranges. Saturday morning he found THE car on the Schrier's site. great car. great price. he drove over to the showroom, met Glenda and in a short time was convinced this was THE car. in addition, he found our first "kids" car. with a new driver in the family, it needed to be safe and reasonably priced. by 5:00 p.m. we decided to buy both vehicles. I was looking for a truck for my step son on line and ran across the Schrier Automotive web site. I found a awesome looking 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Daytona. I talked to Glenda Friesen over the phone about the vehicle and she explained the details and condition of the truck. She was dead on in her description, and the price was perfect. The entire experience with Jeff Schrier & Greg Friesen was exceptional! The condition of the car was immaculate, the value was fantastic, and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the whole team at Schrier Automotive. In addition, my wife had lost her gold necklace down the side of the center consol of her Escalade that we were trading in. It had been there for years as this occurred right after we had purchased the vehicle new from a different dealership. We were told by them that the necklace was "un-retrievable" without tearing the consol apart so it had sat there for approx 6 years. We told Greg Friesen at Schrier this story and amazingly, within an hour of us leaving, driving our awesome BMW 335i that we had traded our Escalade for (which they gave us a great trade-in value), he had my wife's necklace!! I have a son who will be 16 shortly and it was time to pass the Avalanche to him. I know how it has been driven. It is big and safe (and he can't go too far having to pay for his own gas in that thing). With all my children out of car seats, it was time that I could downsize again. I had been looking at the Chrysler 300 AWD for awhile. I wanted a good used all wheel drive version with low mileage. Let me tell you, that is no easy feat. Thanks to Glenda Freisen and Schrier Automotive, I finally found all that and then some. I loaded up my father and my son and we made the 3 hour and 15 minute trip that was more than worth it! The car not only had to pass my inspection, but also my father's who taught auto mechanics for 30 years and had his own garage for many more. He looked all over it, inside it, under it....you name it. We then went for a test drive. It passed his inspection with flying colors. It was extremely clean, well-maintained and well worth the money. It is truly the smoothest riding car I have ever owned. I have bought brand new cars and used cars over the years. New to the Omaha area I was wary of purchasing from people I wasn't very familiar with. At Schrier I was welcomed and helped immediately. The process became even easier with in house financing that beat my own banks (first time for everything I suppose). I traded in two vehicles, one with a loan still on it. One actually was picked up out of state. The process was made simpler by not turning me away with an outlandish cost for shipping and no price changes just thrown in. Bought a BMW 545i from Jeff and Greg and the car exceeded our expectations in every way. The car looks, smells and drives like a brand new machine. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle; in fact they greeted us and walked away, letting my wife and I look over the cars at our leisure. I cannot express how fortunate I was to find Schrier Automotive online during my search for an 850 BMW. I was in an unusual situation whereas I lived in another state and did not have the luxury of seeing or test driving the car in person before I committed to buying it. Saying I was a bit nervous and full of anxiety would truly be an understatement because I almost gnawed off my right index finger. However, after speaking to the sales adviser Greg Friesen as well as the owner Jeff Schrier as to the overall condition of the car and the impeccable condition the vehicle was in I decided to jump in with both feet. Greg in fact went way above the standard practice of most by providing me information that I needed so to put me in the comfort zone I needed to be in to pull the trigger on a long distance sale like this. After my purchase was final Greg had the car shipped 1,500 miles to Laguna Hills CA where I was working at the time just so I could drive the vehicle back home to Scottsdale AZ in time for the upcoming weekend. I could not have been happier when it finally arrived to me. Both Greg and Jeff were 100% dead on accurate with their representation of the car and nothing was left out... The dealership is indoors, so no fighting the weather, the cars are meticulously cleaned and all are in excellent shape. After meeting with Glenda Friesen and seeing the immaculate condition they kept the vehicle in, I made the purchase a few days later. I have to start off by saying the transaction was nothing like I had expected and couldn't have gone any better. Jeff and Glenda were easy to work with, made the experience something worth repeating. Vehicle was better than described. This was not a "used car sale" experience. It was more of a social experience with business mixed in. There response times were excellent, usually within minutes, not days. Even after the sale, the reponses have been great. Follow-up items were addressed in a timely fashion as well. I am glad I did one more internet search and found Schrier Automotive before I purchased a new-to-me car! The van I found met my wish list more than the others I was looking at and at a better price! It was great to walk in and be greeted so nicely, then given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle without the salesman Greg breathing down my neck and "guiding" me. The showroom is enclosed and there are some NICE cars there. They have a smaller amount of vehicles in stock (I'd say between 40-50), but these guys definitely know who their target market is. It's obvious they are stocking automobiles for discriminating buyers in all price points and you can tell they care about QUALITY over quantity. I bought a 2007 Nissan minivan, but it was fun to look at all of the other late model luxury cars they had in stock whileI was waiting for my financial paperwork to go through. The financing I received was better than my bank quoted us, and Greg made the process go quickly. I will definitely be recommending Schrier Automotive and our salesman Greg to my friends who are looking to purchase a used car in excellent condition and don't want to deal with the hassle of a traditional used car dealership.

I did not phone ahead but just walked in. I was instantly greeted by Glenda which was very pleasant. I informed her I was interested in a certain auto listed on the internet. Glenda asked I follow her to the back and in a few seconds the car was presented to me. Glenda gave me a quick tour of the car and ask if I had a any questions. She answered all questions very professionally and her knowledge was remarkable. I must say most auto people turn me off very quickly!!! Glenda was entirely different as there was no pressure, all facts were presented up front and we were in the process of dealing on the car in just minutes. While I was looking at the car Jeff Schrier even stopped, introduced himself and informed they were glad I came to look at the car - no pressure. Glenda and I returned to her office and put some figures together. It only took a short time to have all the information I needed as this lady knows the business and does not take her long to realize what you need to make a decision. At this point I informed Glenda I wanted some time to think about the facts she had provided. After leaving the building I called Glenda in about 15 minutes and informed her I would take the car. It was the quickest process I have ever experienced and one that I felt good about. When I returned a few days later to pick up the car Glenda informed me she noticed a click in the dash so she took the car to a dealership and had it taken care of. I must say Glenda is the most professional car person I have ever met. Not only did she do a great job but she is the first auto sales person that knows how to deal with customers in a professional manner including her personality, her attire and her vast knowledge. In my opinion Glenda is the best and so is Schrier.

Jeff Schrier worked hard for me... twice. At first I was looking for a trade and he not only showed me a couple gems already in his garage, he scoured the auctions, and started making calls immediately for me. I ended up deciding to sell my car outright, which he respected, and then decided to give him my business when I had cash in hand based on our prior interactions. I found a car that I wanted and asked if he could go get it and make the process easy. He did just that. Jeff shipped it in, cleaned it up, didnt run the price through the roof, and even brought the paperwork to my job to finalize the deal because I had a hectic work week. To top it off, one of his associates met me at the DMV to get the title changed over and she did all the work! I showed up, got the car checked, and they handled the paperwork, and even the fee while I got to just drive away! I had a couple of questions for him after the sale, and even then he was still helpful. He talks to you like a person-not a sale. Overall, the process was easy and smooth. I have never been to a car shop that is as professional yet laid back. Everybody there is very helpful, full of knowledge and never once was there a sense of "pushy". Dealing with Glenda was an absolute breeze and actually pretty fun. Test-driving was a blast, the information on the cars were available right away, and the selection was top-notch. Everybody there was very responsive to the emails I sent after the initial meeting. Everything after that was a breeze. When I went it to buy the car (as well as a warranty), I was expecting to be there for a couple of hours. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I was pleasantly shocked. Even after purchasing the car, everybody is still very helpful as if I was still deciding if I wanted to buy the car. Bottom line: This was easily the best car shopping and purchasing experience I've ever had. I cannot recommend this place enough and I won't be shopping for another car anywhere but here.

I recently purchased a 2009 BMW 328xi from Schrier Automotive and i couldn't be happier. I was very interested in the car while looking online, but feel in love with it after i saw it in their showroom. The moment I walked into the dealership it just felt right. Everything was clean and orderly and I was greeted right away in the most friendly manner. Glenda showed me around the place and then brought me to what was going to be the best purchase I've made. The whole process including the test drive, application, and paperwork only took 90 minutes. Glenda was absolutely WONDERFUL. They're not pushy and they honestly are doing what is best for the cusotmer, which is greatly appreciated. If I could give a 6 star rating, I would. I will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend this dealership in general and Glenda Freisen in particular. We found such a good deal at this dealership on a 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL 4Motion that we were willing to drive all the way from Lenexa, Kansas to Omaha, Nebraska to get it. It was definitely worth the drive. Their price on the vehicle was more than $2000 less than blue book and they offered a very fair price on our trade. They did this notwithstanding the fact that our vehicle, while generally in pretty good condition, did have a scrape/gouge that definitely could not be simply polished out. On top of that, the whole buying process was easy and not at all pushy or high pressure. All the vehicles they had appeared to be in first class condition and are all kept inside out of the weather. Glenda also helped us with financing and got us a great deal on that as well. The owner even insisted on buying us an excellent lunch at a local steakhouse while they finished up all the paperwork. The minute we walked in the showroom you could just tell that this was a class act and that everyone who worked there could be trusted. My wife and I both are very pleased with the entire process and would definitely shop here again.

Greg Friesen was my salesman, and I had a wonderful experience with him. He was very informative and helpful with every aspect of this venture. My wife and kids came into look at the vehicles I was considering and he was great with the kids and wife. My wife will be looking for a vehicle next year around this time and Greg will be the first person we contact. Looking for cars has always been a pain in the butt experience for me, but I can say this was not! I felt comfortable with him as soon as I walked in. And all the way through the process! Glenda provided an excellent buying experience when we purchased our new Jeep Wrangler. We had shopped at a larger, well-known dealer the past weekend. The car salesman was pushy and rude. My husband and I had Greg at Schrier Auto help us with our purchase. Buying was easy and eficient. I spent months looking on line and going to car dealers in Omaha area plus looking for reasonable loan rates on a used vehicle. We got no red tape no hassle and no constant phone calls and emails from Greg. In short no pressure. Recieceved a better loan rate than I could get from any other bank or credit union thru Schrier. The sales process was great, however, the car I purchased was not. It has been nothing but problematic since I have bought it, and I am planning on selling after just two months of ownership. It appears this dealership does little to no prep of incoming stock. I would be very wary of any vehicle purchased here.

When we started looking for a new car, we began by searching online. Once we found something that interested us, we would visit the lot on a Sunday when the sales people weren around to hassle us. Because of the awesome indoor facility at Schrier, though, we had to visit during their hours of operationnd wee so glad we did! We walked in the door and were greeted by Greg and Jeremy two salesmen dressed appropriately for the casual environment. (Wee not fans of the suits and ties you get with the big dealers.) I had a feeling it was going to be a good experience when we were able to crack jokes with Greg from the beginning. The specific car we were there to see had been driven home by an employee that day, but there was another model on the floor that Greg suggested we take for a drive. He said if we liked it, he would arrange to have the other one returned the next day so we could check it out in person. So we took it for a spin, loved it and went back the next day. The service was outstanding Greg is the man! We never once felt pressured! On top of that, the price was extremely comparable to other cars we had seen. We didn work with Jeremy, but feel like he deserves a shout-out as he didn hold back when the movie quotes started flying. :) Jeff (the owner) even went out of his way when it came to the paperwork. Schrier Automotive will definitely be our go-to dealer for future vehicles!

Got an excellent car from Schriers. I really like the no hassle, low pressure sales they use. They have an excellent selection of fine cars, making it hard to make up your mind! Everything was clean and nice and the sales guys are first class. Would definately send a friend there and I will be back next time I'm looking.

This is a clean indoor facility that you can easily drive by without knowing it's a car dealer. They have clean low mileage cars that are reasonably priced. After visiting other high pressure dealers with substandard vehicles,this place was a Godsend. The difference was truly amazing. Ask for Jeremy for a low pressure, honest transaction.

My wife and I recently retired and wanted to replace our "work" vehicles with a car and truck more suited to traveling. We saw a Lexus on the Schrier web site that interested my wife. We met with Greg Friesen and traded her car in on the Lexus. I recently just bought a nissan frontier, and I just want to say that this dealer offers great service. When I saw the truck it was definately over my expectations, and they also do a good job with their online services with very detailed pictures of the whole car. The truck was definately what they had described to me. Their buying process is quick and they try to help you get the best deal for you. I was helped by Greg Friesen and let me just say that he is a great salesperson. He got me the best deal he could , and there wasn't any pressure from him at all he gave me time to think about it before agreeing to it.

So like many others, we tried dealing on a BMW at Markel at first. What turned us away was that our mechanic pointed out some significant issues with the car they tried selling us. We relayed that to Markel and they refused to deal on the vehicle at all even though the issues we pointed out would be costly (both the struts and tires needed replacing). So that made us give up on Markel especially after they started using typical sales tactics when we started to walk away from the deal. Thankfully, not long after that we discovered Schrier during an internet search. At first we were skeptical because of the abundance of excellent reviews as that's usually a sign employees are creating fake positive reviews. I can definitely say that the reviews are true. You'll spend a little less money than most other dealerships but the great thing is that you won't ever feel pressured during the buying process. Following the purchase of my wife's dream car, one of their salesmen even spent a half hour with my wife explaining some of the car's electronic features. I know he would have spent longer on the tutorial if we had been able to give him more time but unfortunately we had some plans that night. So thanks Jeremy, my wife appreciated the tutorial! And thank you Matt for helping us find the right car and dealing with our indecisiveness!

I just moved to Omaha and was searching for a low milage BMW or AUDI. While it was painful dealing with BMW dealership crew in terms flexibility and costumor service , I found Schrier automotive online and made a phone call not expecting too much. I told the manager what I wanted and my price range. surprisingly, I got a phone call after two days with a list of cars that exzctly fit in to my expectations and budget. I ended up buying the second car that I saw after test driving. I am very happy with costumer service, price range, and overall facility. if you don't want to waste your time and expect to be taken care of real well, Schrier automotive is the place to go. They know what they are doing

I had a great experience. First, their photos were excellent, by far they offer more pics than any other dealer, as well as far more detailed information. I felt I knew most everything about the vehicle before I arrived. I was impressed by this, it takes a great deal of time to offer this kind of detail, and showed me they probably had nothing to hide. Sure enough, the vehicle was exactly as described. Very nice guys to work with, no pressure, answered all my questions, they had nothing to hide. My vehicle was priced fairly. btw, their warehouse was big and clean, with an impressive inventory, alot of cool vehicles. I could tell they must only deal with pre-owns of the highest quality. Though he didn't remember, this was actually the second vehicle I've bought from Mr. Schrier, and had a great experience 10 years ago too. I worked with Mr. McMahon this time, he was great too. Very friendly, very nice people. I think you can buy with confidence, they definitely shatter the used car stereotype, and I'd highly recommend. That was my experience anyway...

My wife and I were more than satisfied with the level of customer service. We didn't know a level existed that schrier automotive exhibited. We felt as if we were his only customers. He replied to emails, phone calls, and texts from us within a minute or two. He found a vehicle that is exactly what we wanted. His standards are high. He goes after the "needle in the haystack" for you! As long as he is doesn't retire early (ha ha) , we will always buy and vehicle from him. I will also refer each and every person to him.

I had been looking to replace my fiancee's Mazda Miata with a newer one for her birthday. I found exactly what I was after online,but my offer failed. Because the dealer was within 2 hours of my home,I drove over to see them. They had not sold the 2009 Miata previously listed,so I was able to both personally appraise, and talk directly to them, about the car. They were refreshingly knowledgable,both about the car and about it's history (always nice with a high-end car).Up-front,they had offered us a current Carfax report. We were easily able to negotiate a fair cost for the car,and the purchasing process was both simple and fast. We are very pleased,and it could not have been a smoother transaction.

I had a particular car in mind when shopping for used luxury recently, and Schrier really fit the bill. They had exactly what I wanted, in pristine shape and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. There were no high-pressure tactics and they are happy to let you just browse around. They worked incredibly hard to help me into my car, and I have not been fortunate enough to have had another experience as good as this one at any other dealership. Scott was personable and easy to work with, not wasting too much time with the dealer games, but getting to the point and finalizing the deal at a fair price. I believe the deal was done in about an hour and a half including a test drive. Much better than the dealerships I'm used to. I would definitely buy from him again.
