I went in just browsing for my first new car and I was blown away by how well and easy Bob and Chris made my experience. I let Bob know what kind of vehicle I was looking for and the price range that I had and he immediately was able to show me vehicles that met my criteria. Bob was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining everything that the car had to offer and in answering my questions (which I had many since it was my first purchased car). Even after I paid for the vehicle and was picking it up, Bob was still right there with me showing me how everything works with the car and making sure that I knew how all of the controls worked while still answering questions that I had. Chris was great as well, very helpful with my questions regarding pricing and payments. I could not be more satisfied with the experience Bob and Chris gave me.

I worked with Warner and his team on the purchase of new vehicle that had to be ordered. I couldn't ask to be treated any better by him or the team at the dealership. I was in regular contact during the build of the car and I was pleasantly surprised by the earlier than expected delivery. Even after delivery, I had a few questions and they were all handled professionally. There is a sense at this dealership that everyone works together as a team, which is unlike other dealerships I have encountered. Let me also mention that I had the opportunity to attend one of their training sessions on the Sync system and I was very impressed with the time and care given with everyone. G was a great trainer and the time was worth every moment.

Special held class for sync review was terrific! Instructor was thorough, knowledgeable, humorous and got the points across. Dealership itself is good to work with , professional, competitive and accommodating. Service division has never been a problem. I actually found the car I wanted I my own. I found it in their inventory. We negotiated a price over the phone and they honored it. In fact, I found a similar car elsewhere and Schultz gave me their best price. I chose the other one, but it fell through. When I called to see if Schultz still had it, they did. BUT, when they re-ran the numbers (because I went from September to October?), it went DOWN $250. They didn't have to give that to me. We had agreed on the other price. They didn't even had to tell me about it. They did. True story. I would guess most other dealers would not have done that.

I just bought and picked up my new 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Schultz Ford. It was a good experience. I came in knowing what I wanted and had done my homework so I was ready to deal. I was connected to Warner when I arrived and we proceeded to pull out the two cars I had looked at online. A test drive later and we were sitting at the table ready to talk price and terms. I told them I was going to buy a car today and had comparable cars and offers from other Ford dealers so it was up to Warner to make the sale. He did a good job and got me to the price and terms I walked into the dealership expecting. The paperwork was quickly done and the whole process was pretty simple and straight forward. On the day I picked the car up Tyler took me through the car and explained every bell and whistle and the functionality each. He even demonstrated the functions of many of the options and how to set up the various systems. The car was clean and ready and I was pretty satisfied with the experience. I test drove several cars before I decided on my Ford Escape. I was referred to Schultz Ford in Nanuet through a friend and it is not the closest dealership to my home. Leasing this car was probably the easiest car transaction I've ever experienced. My salesperson was Carm. Super courteous and helpful, he came to the dealership on his day off to make sure the car was delivered to me the way he wanted and that I was completely satisfied. I was given a hands on tutorial from Tyler before I drove off the lot, which I have never gotten from another dealer. He made sure my phone was synced and I understood how to use all the car's technology which is pretty amazing. If you are looking for a fun, responsive, smooth ride this is the car for you. The car's blue tooth sync and voice recognition are superior.

I have been leasing Lincolns since 1994 and have dealt with three dealerships over those 22 years. My last two leases were with Schultz Ford and they were the most pleasant. The atmosphere of Schultz's showrooms is one of welcome. The staff are helpful both in the sales and service departments.But the one feature that stands out above everything else is the salesman I deal with. Not only is Bob Arturi congenial and professional, he is the most competent and knowledgeable Lincoln salesman I have ever leased from. He makes the leasing experience something I look forward to.

"Start" Point#1Emailed Inquiry regarding my vehicle of choice- "Amy" responded "fast" answering my Inquiry.I responded asking for more information of which "Stephanie Gorman"(internet sales specialist) provided info. quickly.I then explained my budget along with vehicle request."Stephanie" quickly responded with details and possible options.After exchanging emails with info. and Stephanie being patient with my requests, Stephanie was able to meet mybudget needs along w/vehicle choices in mind which set me up for the visit & make inquiries in person.During the visit, pricing still stayed 'as is' of which I was now ready for the test drive. Stephanie then introduced me to Mike Moscatello (sales) who let me take the vehicle for a 'test drive' of which I was very happy with my selection. Keep in mind that Mike went out of his way just to find the specific color match of my choice. Today, I signed the papers of which there were "No" surprisesof which Mike introduced me to "Tyler" who went over the vehicle's specifics.This 'long winded' review has purpose!You may get the feeling that I was passed off from 'person-to-person' but this is exactly NOT the case.....These individuals worked as a team in listening to what my needs were, gathering information and supplying options and ALL stayed available to me regarding my purchase. I just purchased a new 2016 Fusion from Schultz Ford Lincoln and with Joe Rubinos leadership, the experience was exceptional. Perhaps the best buying experience I have ever enjoyed. I wanted to stay with a specific price limit and Joe made it happen. The staff were very hospitable, friendly and respectful, with every visit. I am totally enjoying the car and have found it easy to navigate through the Sync and SE Technology Package. Again, thanks to Joe's easy manners and patience, this was made possible. If the old adage that it easier to keep an existing client happy, than find a new one, the dealership proved its point. My wife and I spent the last two weeks going from one Ford dealership to the next with no results. Everyone wanted to sell us something we couldn't afford. At this point I was ready to give up. I was telling my cousin and he said take a drive down to Schultz Ford in Nanuet and speak to Ed Ratner. You wont be disappointed. So I called Ed and he said come on down Saturday "on his day off". We arrived at Schultz Ford Saturday morning met up with Ed and we explained to Ed what we were looking for and how aggravating it has been looking for a truck. Ed spent over three hours with us educating and building the exact truck we were looking for and at a much more reasonable price. The customer service from Ed and his co workers was OUTSTANDING!! So hassle free. My wife and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable the entire time we were there. In all the years and the amount of vehicles my wife and I have purchased this was the first time "EVER" it was enjoyable. Walking through the doors of the Nanuet Ford Dealership my husband and I were greeted by Judy who was just a breath of fresh air warm, pleasant and so welcoming. Came out from long island after calling numerous dealerships and shopping around locally. Kyle and Warner had the car scheduled to come in, be prepped, and be ready to take home all in one day. Craig (the owner) and his entire team at Schultz Ford, including the rental car service located inside the dealership, are truly the best! This is by far the best dealership I have done business with. Recently, Schultz Ford really went above and beyond with a service repair my vehicle needed. Not only did they make it as stress free and easy as possible, they also had it ready sooner then expected. One Ford service center told me it was going to be 2-3 weeks for my car to be repaired. Right away I thought to call Craig and see what he could do. He took my car right away and had it repaired in 3 days. Went for a simple lease trade in, but wanted information on hybrids SUVs and crossovers. John was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped me work through the deal that best fit me. The entire staff there was very friendly and attentive, always asking if we needed refreshments or anything. John and Tyler were great at making sure I was comfortable in the car before I left.

My wife and I had a very good experience with Ceasar, Sri and Carlos. We were very pleased with the service the provided. They never pushed us and gave us a group of options. We would recommend them to all our friends. This was the best group of car sales people since we lost a group at Westwood Lincoln 7-8 years ago when they were forced to close. I worked with Joseph D'Andrea during my car purchasing process. I knew the car I wanted, but was not familiar with the options or upgrades that have been made to the same model since I last leased 8 year ago. Joseph was knowledgeable, patient and straight forward. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure the car was ready for me when promised. The day I came to pick up my 2016 Edge, he knew I was not that great with all the new technology the vehicle had to offer and set me up to be walked through everything with Tyler. Another employee who took his time to set up my blue tooth, set all my stations on FM/Sirius, climate control, door code etc. Even the young woman who answers the phone (and I called several times :) was very friendly and always greeted me warmly when I came to the dealership during the process.I also dealt with the service department to order a cargo protector and shade/cover for the trunk. The order came in quickly and they were pleasant to deal with when I came to purchase and have the items installed (kindly by Joseph). I was very happy with my experience at Schultz Ford in Nanuet and would definitely refer others to this dealership! Thank you for making it an enjoyable, non-stressful experience!

Mr. John Fastiggi was a great salesperson, He helped me get the exact car I wanted and at what I could afford. I went by myself and I explained that I had been working hard on my credit score and wasn't sure if I would qualify for a car. He helped me all the way and helped me to get approved for the 2016 Fusion that I went there to inquire about. I believe Mr. Costa was the Finance Manager, who was very helpful too. I had recently rented a car for a weekend and got the Ford Fusion, which I totally enjoyed driving and it felt like such a safe car to me. I have been driving only Jeeps for over 20 years but I really like the Fusion. So I was going to try for a new Fusion and thankfully Mr, Fastiggi was my sales person and he got me into the car I had set my mind on. Two of my grown children are looking for news cars in 2016 and I will be referring them to Shultz Ford in Nanuet for their cars.

My lease was up and I was in the market for a 2016 Lincoln MKZ black label. Seeing as there aren't that many on the road yet, I went to Schultz Ford hoping they could help me find what I was looking for. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mike Moscatello, who promptly informed me he didn't have one on the lot. Amazingly enough, he went to the owner, Craig, and they were able to locate the exact car with the exact specifications that I was looking for. It was the only one in the North East and it was delivered to the dealership the very next day!I am very happy with the vehicle and thoroughly enjoyed the car buying process at Schultz Ford. From the relaxed atmosphere set by the sales team all the way to the finance process, I would highly recommend this dealership and I would purchase another car from them again.

My buying experience was fantastic. I went into the Dealer after looking at a Chevy Cruze and had low expectations of Ford. My Salesman Carm Franck changed that. His knowledgeable demeanor and follow up phone call convinced me Ford was the way to go. Tyler took his time and went over the car {focus} with my son which helped a lot. The car was washed, tires had tire shine applied and the fuel tank was full. Schultz Ford is a class act!

I'm not referring to the vehicle cost, but the thought of dealing with...... Wait for it...... The dreaded car salesman. There was no feeling like this at all in Schultz Ford. It was many employees going about their business in a manner that we felt entirely comfortable with. On car pick up day, employees we didn't even interact with previously spoke with us and told us to enjoy our new car. Coming in the door we were greeted by Craig Schultz and my wife joked that if it were Christmas she would love to see a bow on the car. Craig had an employee sneak away, get a huge bow, and when we went out to view the car, you guessed it, suddenly it was Christmas! My relationship with Schultz Ford- Lincoln in Nanuet began after being unable to come to a reasonable arrangement with dealers on Long Island. It began with my initial contact with Stefani and Jennifer from their Internet Sales Department. Both of these young women spent a lot of time going over the details of the car and the financial arrangements. They responded very quickly to my questions and this made my decision to go to Nanuet to buy the car much easier since the dealership was more than 65 miles from my home. After arriving at the dealership I met Bob Arturi, Lincoln Specialist. Bob and I discussed the arrangements of the Lincoln that I originally selected and I was about to sign the paperwork. However, I saw a different Lincoln in the showroom that I liked more than my original selection. When I ask Bob how much trouble it would be to change the arrangements to my new selection. Here is where I got a very pleasant surprise. Bob responded without any hesitation and started the process to change the arrangements. This was no easy process and needed many people at the dealership to make all the changes. Everyone worked together and within several hours the deal on the new car was completed. This was a very important accommodation as I didn't want to return to Long Island without the car. It is special salesman like Bob Aturi that add so much to customers satisfaction and pleased with the buying process. Based on all of the above I strongly felt that Schultz Ford-Lincoln of Nanuet deserves nothing less than an Outstanding rating.I would very remiss if I didn't mention Tyler for all his help in explaining the functionality of the car. He was very patient and willing to go back over some of the questions that he already answered. He didn't rush the tutorial and I came away from this session with a very good understanding of the functionality of the car. Usually its me and my Rangers then F150's, this time the wife decided to forego another Volvo and jumped on a brand new 2016 Escape. I never asked as many questions as she did but Kyle was as patient and courteous as a Park Ave. doorman. He won her over. Like I said..they are the Best!

This is our 4th car from Schultz Ford Lincoln and we have never bee disappointed. Bob Arturi was professional, patient and answered all our questions honestly. Craig Schultz was approachable, helpful and approved a deal we feel was more in our favor. This dealership makes it so easy to lease or purchase a car. Their thoughtfulness goes way above the transaction. In passing conversation with Bob and Craig, we mentioned a recent home purchased in Florida. When we went to pick up our car, we were greeted with sunscreen and a Google list of all the best restaurants near our home. It's going to come in so handy! Just really nice people.

This is the 8th car in recent years that my family has purchased and we have never had a bad experience. We get honest answers and fair prices each and every time. The salespersons always return our calls and we are always treated well. The sales group always takes the time to go over all the nuances of the car as well as sync our phones and make sure we are comfortable before we drive off. Never had a bad experience and don't expect I ever will.

I was so excited to drive a Ford Explorer. This dealership had NOTHING in stock to drive. I was looking for an Explorer with a sunroof. When there wasn't one on the lot, I still would have taken any Explorer for a test drive but I wasn't given the option. How about a Ford Flex? I'd really like to see that too. None on the premises. This experience was laughable.

We leased a 2016 Ford Fusion and picked it up yesterday, we love it! Joe Dandrea, our salesman spent 5 hours with us on a saturday, patiently and expertly showing us different cars and making sure we got the right one for us. We drove 5 of them! Matt in finance was awesome too. Caesar, the head of sales and Craig, the owner, were right there the whole time to help us with whatever we needed. I've never had such a comfortable and happy car buying experience! My boyfriend will be purchasing the Explorer Sport from them in the next month or so also. We are a Ford buying family, and we would never go anywhere else!

We used to hate car shopping, but since we started leasing from Sri at Schultz, it's actually fun. We're like old friends. He knows how cheap I am, and doesn't waste our time. The two of us have leased 11 vehicles from him (not even counting two Sables I got from him when he was at Rockland Lincoln-Mercury). As long as nothing major changes, I could see myself never doing business with anyone else. And since their shop in West haverstraw is closer to my home, I bring the cars there for maintenance, which, in 11 cars, has consisted of oil changes and one defective catalytic converter, replaced under warranty.

Warner my salesman was a genuine man with patience of a saint, he was very professional and helped me in more ways than I could even begin to explain. Great teamwork and chemistry with his head detailer Bryan. My car came out beautiful as ever, everything was PERFECT. Bryan also was very professional and polite with all my questions He even took the time out to go back over more questions I had and even little tricks to keep the car clean and in good shape. Quick in and out I didn't have to sit there for long and wait I was offered water and anything I needed while my visit. What brought me to Schultz Ford initially was their large selection on the lot ready to test drive. Being able to test the same model with different engine options and trim options helped me make the best decisions about those options. They let me test drive without having a sales person ride along to chaperon me :D They offered a reasonable discount, and the Ford rebates, without me even asking. They were communicative, honest, and accurate about the ordering process. They were streamlined with paperwork so I didn't have to spend too much time at the dealer and they also did the back-and-forth with my insurance company to get insurance set up. I asked them to leave off the front license plate bracket and dealer stickers and they gladly did so. Matt Costa is himself a Mustang guy and owns a '14 GT, so he understands the idiosyncrasies of Mustang buyers. Schultz Ford and in particular Matt Costa, Joe Osana, and Ashley Sicoli (I spoke with her over the phone) are highly recommended for you Mustang (or Ford) buying needs!

Sales from start to finish is just a few days, service last the many years after. My opinion, more important.All service men in the back are equally professional: from the men with whom you will drop off you car to the mechanics who will work on your car. It is usually a clear cut drop off, they call you, give you an estimate, if there is a cost, if not, a call when it's done. If it's complicated, NO ONE gives up until the problem is solved. Last Saturday I was going to take my children out from their dorm rooms at college, when I realized my Ford F150 was missing the jack and tire hook. I went to two different auto part stores for the parts but could not locate them. My last experience with a dealer was a nightmare. When I walk in the parts department was closed, 7:30 am on a Saturday. Luckily the parts manager Robert opened up to take my order, but did not have the parts in stock. As we were speaking I told him my story of the 300 mile circle I was about to start and left to try to find the parts elsewhere. When I opened the front door about to leave, the owner had sent one of his guys to pull the parts from a new truck and lend them to me for my trip. Thank you, Craig you made my day and trip worry free.

We needed a company vehicle in a hurry and they had what we needed on the lot and ready to go in three (3) days. We started the process via phone since we had been to a closer dealer, whom offered the same vehicle at a higher price and the vehicle had been used. We were able to do the financials online and as I said was able to pick the car up quickly. Only reason for one (1) star short was that when we went to pick up the vehicle it took what seemed a long time for the vehicle to be brought around for inspection - I thought it would be waiting out front for us since we had determine the day and time we would be by to pick it up. Paperwork was in order though.

Our salesman Sri was a very informative, no pressure, knowledgeable sales rep. He offered several options and what I believe to be honest opinions. Sri was easy to work with and provided us with a car that we are extremely happy with, at a cost within the price range we offered, along with a solid service agreement. He and Vinnie were both pleasant, and the entire experience, unlike what I am used to at other dealerships, was literally hassle free. They delivered exactly what was promised within the agreed upon price (no hidden costs) and timeframe. Craig Shultz and his team at Shultz Ford are the definition of sales professionalism. I personally do not enjoy the car buying experience as the whole process feels like a big run around. The experience at Shultz Ford is the opposite. Very straight forward, quick answers and no sales pressure at all. The salespeople are very knowledgeable about their product and the floor managers are out in the open to answer any addition questions that you may have. (including Craig himself) They make the whole car buying/leasing process very painless. I highly recommend making the trip if you are in the market for a new Ford/Lincoln. Buy American!

As an employee of Mercedes-Benz USA for the past 17 yrs, (fortunate to have employee lease program), it's been a long time since I've driven another brand and/or been in the dealership of another manufacturer. I wasn't sure what I wanted when we went in to look around on a busy Saturday afternoon. Nate knew who I was (attentive to recognize what I drove in with) when I arrived and greeted me at the door. He went over the different vehicles and options with us. I test drove an Explorer but the color and style we liked was 3 rows deep. While it was fine with us to drive the first vehicle, Nate insisted that he get the other vehicle out for us to drive and feel the difference. We transitioned over to Dee and 2 days later (based on my availability) we picked up the new vehicle. Long story short, these guys are fantastic! From Craig on down through the entire staff at Schultz, the trust, professionalism and courtesy was exceptional. Dee called the next day to be sure everything was okay and see if I had any questions. The team continued to call over the next week to offer assistance with any questions/ needs and to make sure we are happy. I've recommended this dealership to my co-workers at Benz, friends and family. Truly an exceptional customer experience!

I've always liked driving Ford vehicles. I decided to try a Chevy Equinox for my last car but was not pleased. When my lease was up I went to Schultz Ford to look at the new Escape. I knew exactly what color, package, and price I was looking for. The Escape that I wanted was not on the lot but they went out and found it and never once tried to influence me to settle for one that they already had. The customer service is top-notch. There is no other dealership I'd rather use. Even the service department is excellent. I had an issue with my door handle and went to All American Ford in Hackensack. They were rude and did not take the time to explain to me why they couldn't help me. My salesman at Schultz Ford was beyond nice and understanding and reassured me that no one should feel like they are a burden or inconvenience and arranged for me to come to the Schultz Service Department. They treated me with respect and I was in and out in no time. I would recommend Schultz Ford to all of my family and friends...and I do!

My overall experience with this dealership, particularly with Cesar, Rafael and Chris, was outstanding. Their attention to detail, knowledge and integrity were all exceeding good. My previous experiences with other dealerships have been far below average and my recent purchase at Schultz was literally a breath of fresh air ! After visiting several Ford dealerships in the area, we went back to Schultz because they were very friendly and helpful during our first visit and by far offered us the best price. Nathan didn't waste our time by going back and forth 10 (unnecessary) times, when he realized we had been to other dealerships he came in with a very sharp price. Vincent the finance manager went out of his way to get our deal approved by the lease holder. Warner, the sales person we dealt with for all details was extremely nice and took a lot of time to explain the deal, the process and the car to us. No one tried to push anything on us and no one tried to sneak in any unwanted extras or extended warranties and maintenance plans. I would highly recommend this dealership. They make buying a car a pleasant experience from start to finish. Who knew that that is possible!

I have purchased a number of cars at Schultz Ford-Lincoln. sales personnel are super! They are no-hastle/rush or pressure. Not like other places where I felt 'pressured' or 'pounced-upon' from the parking lot and into the showroom. I felt like they were out for my best interests & that I got the BEST overall deal & sales attention.The sales manager Cesar even visited with me and confirmed that I was taken proper care of during my visit.. This made me feel reassured this was the store for my family & friends!Since those experiences, I have been back to purchase and service my vehicles multiple times; each visit exceeded my expectations! Once my Edge needed additional service time & the service folks took great care of me ..evening arranging my truck to be returned to me at work. Old school values at a state-of-art dealership. I couldn't be more pleased! Shop there..You won't be let down!

I have been doing business for thirty years. They have gone down hill. I have bought 6 trucks, 4 cars. The service men act like drones they have an answer for everything. It is going to take 3 visits to fix a head light in my wife new truck and I have been waiting for 3 wks for a part my name is mike dutra any questions call my cell 201-206-3601 also don't buy their trucks diesel engines go on line u will see.

I'm sure I can speak for all of us when I say how much I loathe walking into a dealer and being pounced on by the many salespeople that are typically waiting outside or right at the front door. I don't like the shady characters that you try to negotiate with, knowing they have so many tricks to try and rip you off. Unfortunately, this has become the stereotype of car dealerships. Schultz Ford is cut from a different cloth. They are a family owned business and pride themselves on breaking that terrible car buying stereotype. Their no pressure environment makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The excitement of buying a new car is typically shrouded in a cloud of anxiety until you get out of the dealer, but I had none of that here. The staff is genuinely pleasant and friendly, and they were so up front about everything that I never doubted I was getting a great deal. Customer service is clearly a top priority. I have leased a Ford Escape and a Ford Flex from them so far. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can come back. I recommend them to all of my friends and family. I have had plenty of negative car buying experiences yet I was completely taken aback by the ease and convenience of working with this team. I am a loyal customer for life.

I negotiated a car deal in good faith that included tax, tag and delivery- I have an email confirming this. I accepted the deal on a Saturday (over the phone and via e-mail) then received an e-mail Monday morning stating that they were sorry- they made a mistake and the deal will cost me an additional $2,000 (round numbers). I pointed out various flaws in their service and approach to which I was told "sorry we made the mistake, we take 100% responsibility, but if you want the car" it will cost you more than the original agreed price. This lacks customer service and ethical behavior. Schultz should honor the original deal that was offered by them and accepted by me. Craig P

Upon making the decision to bring the 2012 F-350 in for service i called this dealership and spoke with the service manager with my concerns.1- the SYNC system hadn't worked from day one frankly they should've never delivered the vehicle until everything was working properly.2- The trans light came on at only 30,000 miles.3-The driver side power retractable mirror no longer worked Each of these items are covered under "one of the better WARRANTY:" that they offer and I purchased. In addition i had to ask for a courtesy vehicle. The service manager told me "we don't have courtesy cars. so i called and spoke to the associate that writes up the warranties and he told me I'm absolutely entitled to a loaner car while they're performing warranty work. Then he tells me they don't have any at the time and i needed to wait till the beginning of the following week and inquire if they had a car for me. The response I should have gotten was we'll loan you a previously owned vehicle sir and when a "loaner" becomes available we will call you right away.That is SERVICE.Fast forward I bring the vehicle in and I'm introduced to the Rental/loaner gestapo who never cracks a smile and looks so happy to be there.You'd think he was loaning you his personal car. I felt like I was 17 asking my father to borrow his car. He gives me the keys and i had to ask him which car is it with out looking up he points to the great big parking lot and says "the one that's running"So now they have MY vehicle for a full 24 hours and I call to get a status report - because heaven forbid they should call me.I get the service manager and i get this song and dance about how the light lens has a crack indicating that it was damage and that is the reason the mirror fails to operate and it voids the warranty..

My husband and I were looking at trucks as we were thinking of getting one. We saw one we liked on display in Dunkirk and we stopped to look closer. The rep came out to talk to us. Soon we went for a test drive, we liked it, it rode real nice. We then went inside to talk money. Everyone was super friendly and nice. They are real people not phoney salesmen. We were given a good deal on our trade in so we got the truck. They had it all ready, did everything they said they would do, and were very prompt. We now have it home and we're very satisfied with the way it all went. When someone asks, even when they don't, we tell them the whys and wherefores. If you are reading this and looking for a car or truck, look at Ed Shults first.

I purchased a used 2010 F350 4x4 loaded XLT pickup with 19,000 miles 10/15/13, at Schultz Ford Lincoln Mercury Nanuet N.Y.we arrived 8 pm during the week my brother for many years races cars in a quater mile in a professional setting,he examined the truck and said it is exactly as they advertised it ,the negotiation process was over in 5 minutes with a fair price ,they also gave me a 1 year warranty without requesting one,I financed a portion of the vechile and received a rate of 3.99 on a commercial registration,this was the best purchase experience ,my brother and his friend commented,the dealer stayed open late to finish the transaction ,treated us like gentlemen,what more can you ask for ,I picked up the truck a week later and was greeted warmly by the staff ,I would like to personally thank Edward and Vincent for a pleasurable experience,and I highly recommend Schultz Ford Lincoln Mercury of Nanuet N.Y.

After a luke warm reception on our first visit to the dealership to purchase a vehicle I would have to say that our follow-up visit was very different. The Sales Manager Brian was very attentive to our needs and his willingness to answer our questions and address our concerns was above par. The Sales Consultant Joe was just as attentive, courteous, very patient and knowledgeable. I have to say that overall, in the end they did meet and address our concerns and we where pleased with the outcome.

Assistant Service mgr. Joe Farsetta and his mechanic were not only a pleasure to work with , but I am confident that the minor issue with my 2011 Mustang GT convertible are resolved, not in a quick fix, but permanently. THAT'S important. Finding a good service dept. with quality people is like finding that really good plumber. They're a keeper.

The incentives were available to me and Ford provided us with the opportunity to end our lease early to take advantage ofleasing another vehicle. We went from an Escape to an Edge for more comfort.The experience with Paul Greenblatt was a pleasant one as always because we have used him before and will again when our next lease is up in April on my 2013 Ford Taurus.

The salesmen I worked with were very courteous and helpful with all aspects of my transaction. Matt came in on his day off to get my vanity plates out of storage from the DMV to complete my lease when I needed it ready. I am a repeat customer of Schultz Ford for just this reason.

I followed the sales people from another dealer that burned down. This dealership is 45 minutes away but is well worht the trip. The deals are always the best. The sales people are friendly, not pushy and let you make the sale at your own pace. No high pressure sale, just honesty. Service is fast and easy. And the choice of vehicles is great. Once you buy the vehicle ti isn't over. They offer Free training on the Sync system that is not only well worth the trip but actually fun. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Are family has been buying vehicles from Schultz Ford Lincoln in Nanuet, NY for years. Never a hassle and always a fantastic deal ! We don't live close, but like Dunkin Donuts, It's worth the trip !! The owners, Craig and Traci, will always say hello and make you feel at home. Our salesperson, Bob Arturi is amazing, respectful and always has a smile on his face. Vinny, the finance manager was also great, never any pressure to purchase extra items like I have heard that other dealers do. A real pleasure to do business with. Despite the fact that Schultz Ford is over an hour away from our home, it was worth it in every way to have gone there for our 2013 Ford Edge. We priced the same vehicle at three different dealerships. Craig Schultz gave us the best price, by far, and had the biggest selection, enabling us to literally ask for the car on Sunday and be driving it Wednesday morning. They assisted us with turning our old car in off lease. All in all, an easy and very gratifying transaction. Absolutely recommend this dealership with no reservations!

I hate writing reviews, however I feel compelled to do this one. From beginning to end Schultz Ford has taken great care of me. I have dealt with other dealerships before, but never have I felt taken care of as here.In the past, whenever the transaction was complete(I lease all my cars)getting service was an ok experience. If I had an unusual issue the salesperson would direct me towards the service manager. Sometimes I would get the extra attention, but most times that was not the case. I can even understand the mentality to some degree, after all it really is out of the salesperson's hands after the deal is done.Here is the reason I am writing this review! If I have a service issue with my car or for that matter any minor question, my salesperson (Sri and Cesar) are the first ones to get me help. The service people (my favorite is Joe) treat me as if I am buying a new car today. My point; I feel like I am not a burden on them , but quite the contrary. I always feel like everyone is genuinely trying to help. They don't know this, but I had two offers from other dealers on similar cars. I couldn't see myself walking away from Schultz. It is a good feeling knowing that every effort is made to get me a fair deal, and more importantly, they NEVER leave me out in the cold.

My mom bought her Fusion there 2 years ago and told me don't go anywhere else. I loved the service I received the second I walked in the door. He even went above and beyond when I picked up the car to throw change in for good luck (an old Italian tradition). I couldn't believe that extra gesture to show they really care about their customers. This dealership is amazing and exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend them!

Not only was this my best car buying experience, it was a repeat of all other excellent experiences I have had at Schultz and with Vinny Castaldo. Trust and comfort are not the words usually used to describe buying a new car. I can say with complete honesty and confidence that any deal at Schultz Ford, especially those involving Joe Rubino and Vinny Castaldo, are as good as it can possibly get, unless, that is, if your father owned the dealership. Cars in general are expensive; however, when the folks at Schultz tell you this is the best they can do and it is truly a good deal, you may be assured it is. Go here, do your research and buy with confidence. It is as good as it can possibly be.

purchased a used 2011 ford fiesta ses thru the internet sales. Car was in excellant condition as was stated, shipped to virginia and was the color and price i expected to pay. Virginia dealers mark-ups and add on fees put them out of the market.If you are anywhere in the country and know what you want, buy it here from honest upfront people and have it shipped to your front door. I was recommended to go to this dealer by someone else. At first, I thought it wouldn't be worth it driving up to their location as I am in NJ. I have now leased 1 vehicle from them and purchased a second vehicle. It has been worth it every time. I even drive the vehicle up for service. In this day and age of email and everything electronice, it was nice to deal with someone who made you feel like the old school days of honor, respect and a handshake. I in turn, would recommend them as well now. A gentleman by the name of Cesar was the Sales Manager and extremely helpful and thorough.

I,have purchased several vehicles from Schultz Ford/Lincoln over the years. I, have been nothing, but pleased with the Service Dept. I, bring my vehicles in for regular maintenance as well as any repairs I have needed. The staff in the Service Dept have been very helpful and friendly. Joe and Wayne always take the time and explain the problem and what needs to be done to repair it. I would recommend Schultz Ford/Linclon not only for purchasing a vehicle, but also Service.

This is by far one of the nicest, cleanest most organized dealership I had visited. I was greeted promptly and helped immediately with my purchase. There wasnt any pushy salesmen here who were just looking to sell me a vehicle but instead Craig Schultz was actually concerned about helping me find the best vehicle suited for my needs. I wasnt rushed in my decision and we negotiated the best deal possible. I will be returning here for future purchases and have referred Schultz Ford to numerous friends so that they can have the same experience as I did.

THIS IS MY THIRD CAR THAT I HAVE LEASED FROM SCHULTZ FORD/ LINCOLN. THIS IS MY SECOND MKX AND I COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER. THE STAFF IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND THE SHOWROOM IS THE NICEST I HAVE SEEN BY FAR. SCHULTZ FORD GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND THEIR LAID BACK NO HASSEL APPROACH IS SUPERIOR TO ANYONE IN THE INDUSTRY!! i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SCHULTZ FORD/ LINCOLN TO ANYONE IN THE MARKET FOR A VEHICLE.

My Engine was making a strange noise and when we popped the hood we noticed Oil spewing out all over with a missing oil cap. I called Roadside assistance and they towed my car to Schultz Ford in Nanuet,NY. Schultz called me the next day, a gentleman named Rich who was condescending, arrogant, and down right mean telling me my brand new 2011 Mercury Mariner with 8,000 miles on it was not covered under Warranty, and because the oil was all over my engine and not in my engine, it destroyed the engine and they have to completely replace the engine for $7000 out of MY pocket. I asked what exactly was wrong with the engine and he proceeded to tell me there was a knocking noise but they do not do any diagnosing they will just replace it. I said I wanted a second opinion and everyone there stood behind his decision so I called Ford Corporate. Ford Corporate told me they cannot reverse their decision but I'm entitled to bring it to a different dealership for my second opinion. I proceeded to bring the car to Mahwah Ford and after telling them the whole story they sided with me and took a look at the engine. They then decided I DO NOT need a new engine I just need the engine cleaned, new oil, a new oil cap, and a replacement belt in the engine totaling $325. After all the grief Schultz Ford gave me I'm relieved to find out that I do not have to pay an unnecessary fortune to a GREEDY dealership.

I have dealt with this dealer for almost 8 years. Between my wife, son and myself, we have purchased 4 vehicles, have them serviced there and every time, from sales, customer service to service, we've been treated very well. The least I have to say is: KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I had a safety check on my 2002 Taurus done here in August, 2007. Svce writer said rear brakes had 3,000 miles left, would I like to have them changed then? I said "no, I'll wait". Upon driving the car out of the lot I began to hear metal-to-metal scraping. I initially thought it was only dirt/rust in the brakes fro the removal and replacement. When I brought the car back a few days later (and explaining what was done) a different service writer told me that the brakes were unsafe and needed immediae replacement (cost $450). He further stated that because of the circumstances he would take $50 off the price. I returned to pick up the car and had to sign that the car was unsafe. I again told the service writer the story and that I believed the dealer's technician was careless and negligent. He was unmoved. (An owner was 5 feet away and kept her head down.) I took the car to an independent mechainc who advised me that whatever Schultz Ford did, they did it improperly. The tires were not even inflated to the correct pressure.I have also had trouble with this dealer on previous service visits. They were mdue to carelessness, sloppy work and lack of supervision - nothing dangerous but certainly annoying.
