Every single time I call this place for service, it's always attrocious. Their parts department? Top of the line. Service? HORRIBLE! Today I called them, asked them: "Hi, I was told by Ford Racing to contact you guys for some assistance with getting a vacuum line reading via gauge, and for you to hook up your IDS tool so that I can get the codes that my engine is throwing?" After a 3 minute hold, I was told: "We don't have anyone qualified for that. Sorry." Last time I called them to ask if I could bring my car to Schultz instead of Scarsdale Ford, and I was told, flat out: "NO". I've had nothing but horrible experiences with these guys. I'll buy from their parts department, but will NEVER go there for service again.

They got me in same day which is nice. What’s not nice is I asked for synthetic and got a blend. And what other dealers call “the works” which is an oil change and tire rotation for about 50$ (blend, synthetic costs more). These guys charge both items separately and it came out to 112$. So double for the same service… not nice. Edit: i was incorrect they did use synthetic, dealership called me up to clarify which is nice on them. It’s called blend on their print out but the part # is the fully synthetic.

This is our third car from Schultz in the past 3 years and our experience with their entire staff each time has been spectacular. Not only was our sales person great to deal with but their entire staff (other sales people you are not working with, sales manager and the finance team have been extremely helpful). This is not your typical car dealership...they will make you a customer for life, not just for one sale.

I knew what I wanted and test drove at local dealer but price and vehicle options were not available. These people had the vehicle,options and color I wanted. Dealer financed lower than my local credit union, delivered to my door in virginia. purchased 2011 ford fiesta ses, automatic, yellow, only 9000 miles and saved $1200.00 on in state purchase. Outstanding people to deal with. Trustworthy.
