Wow!!!!! Where do I begin!! Not only get I get the BEST SUV ever, but I had the MOST WONDERFUL customer experience in a lifetime!!! Frank Murano was who greeted me at the entrance of the dealership. His smile was warm and welcoming,,,I knew right then I was going to have a great day! He took me around on the lot asking me all kinds of questions to try to figure out what I was really looking for, where I wanted to be as far as payment and to not settle for just anything! We ended up at the Lincoln side and he introduced me to Dan Blackburn and yet again another very welcoming smile along with a hug....Frank told me I was in good hands and he will be back to make sure all is good! Dan showed me the MKC and we took it for a test ride....I was sold! It was a beautiful black sleek SUV just big enough and it drove like butter. Frank came back and told me I made a really good choice and said guess what Catherine it's in your price range!! Well I'm sure you know how HAPPY I WAS! So then the financial part came, I met with Phil and can you believe yet another wonderful welcoming smile!!! Mr Schumacher sir... You do a wonderful job employing such fine employees! He immediately gave me his undivided attention as to getting me everything I needed to make our deal work! Only a few hours later... I just purchased a 2017 Forester. Looking to purchase a new car is very tedious and daunting. Went to several other dealerships searching for the right car. The sales crew at Subaru Delray Beach were terrific. Tom my sales rep., Scott the technical expert , Amin in charge of pricing, and Brett in finance. I was not the easiest customer. It took me 3 visits to finally decide on a purchase. My husband said I wore them out. On the day I purchased the car I was still indecisive. After quite a few hours and with their patients I finally made my decision. They assisted me in every way. Scott was amazing in his knowledge and helpfulness. Tom was in constant communication with me and responded to all my questions by texting me. Amin had his pencil sharpened working with me on the final numbers and Brett in finance gave me very good advice on which extended plans were best for me. He was right, my husband said I did the right thing. So with that said, thank you gentlemen at Subaru, Delray Beach.

Along with going to the dentist I dread the car purchase process in almost equal terms of distress, until I met Craig Sabarese at Schumacher Delray Beach. All summer I knew I needed a new vehicle but avoided taking responsibility out of fear of unscrupulous salesman. So last Saturday with heavy heart I rolled into several dealerships and gazed in horror at the fake pasted on smiles of the parasitic sales people in each lot, I left as quickly as I arrived in each of the 1st eight dealers I investigated.. Similar exprience in Schumaker's lot... Until... I looked past all the eager sales smiles to the edge of the lot and there, leaning against a random vehicle with arms folded and a relaxed Clint Eastwood like demeanor I saw one man. One man with the calm, professionalism I knew would treat me, "The Consumer" with respect and honesty. We walked for 10 minutes, talked about everything but cars, I'm from Boston(Go Red Sox!!) and he's from New York(Boo Yankees!!) but still we found common ground. Craig easily found a vehicle for me with styling I loved and within my budget! Paperwork was done rapidly and efficiently while Craig kept me entertained with his infectious humor and I was on my way in time to get in a few hours at the beach!!! (Best part! my curmudgeonly neighbor upstairs had bought same car, same model year, same miles, same options earlier this month and I paid thousands less!!!)

i saw a car they had advertised online that I was interested in for my daughter. I put in an online inquiry and received a response almost immediately. I had been looking for a car for a few weeks and inquired online at other dealers but you would be very surprised or maybe not that half the dealers won't even reply. I made an appointment to go check it out and it was a very no nonsense stress free transaction. We were able to negotiate a deal that made everyone happy and a couple hours later the car was in my driveway. Very nice staff there, a HUGE selection, very comfortable, and most importantly, no games. Before you go anywhere else, go to Schumacher Delray and ask for Craig Sabarese and he will take good care of you. I plan on purchasing my next vehicle here!!!

Chris Day went above and beyond customer service when helping us not only with the purchase, but again when I got a flat tire when I drove a mile away from the dealership. He came out to Dixie Hwy to make sure I was safely making it back to the dealership ( right front tire had a psi of 2!), and once there Frank Santilli and Chris made sure my tire got changed as quickly as possible. Also, Brent (?) who had us sign all of the lease papers was very friendly and efficient!

Frank was realistic, accurate in his time estimates, fully open about the pros and cons of repair, pleasant, personal-able, a joy to work with. Often times repair personnel can be judgemental, he was not at all. He was wonderful to work with. Renting a car thru enterprise at a reduced rate worked well too.

i have a 2014 MKZ, from your dealership, like the last 4 vehicles i have , have come from there. professional staff, clean and neat waiting room, attractive show room, much nicer than any others in the area. i continue to go to your dealership because of Dave Adams, he is the BEST ever, knows everything about cars, is always professional, courteous, doesnt waste any time just gets the job done, he always has been this way. I have mentioned this to people there but glad now i have the opportunity to put it in writing. There is a closer dealership in Broward county closer to my office and would be more convenient to me, but because I like the dealership in Delray best, i go to that one, and again, for service iI go to yours mainly because of Dave Adams.

I know that my Service Advisor Cindy was extremely busy but she took the time to listen and address all of the issues with my vehicle. She also kept me posted as to the progress of the repairs that were being done so I never had to call to find out. This experience was unlike most that I have had with other car dealerships.

Problem solved under warranty. Service advisor was attentive. The car had to be left on a Monday without appt. as I deemed that more damage could occur to the rear suspension if driven. The service dept. was very busy and it was Friday before they could correct the problem. At least they had the parts.

I was very pleased with my sales person and because of him I leased my car. He was very helpful and honest with me. He understood all my questions immediately and didn't ignore or try to switch the conversation!!! I must admit I was pretty upset with Lincoln for changing the base model. All my leases included an automatic lift tail gate and a garage opener. Lincoln claims they want to be a luxury car and then they go and subtract these two important items from the basic model, which I have been getting for many leases. I was so upset that I almost leased a Lexus, which I might ad was less money, monthly. But Steve saved the day for you and now I'm back with Lincoln!!!

Service was great.Only one (1) small situation. That evening I noticed that the passenger side interior door handle was loose. No one had used that door.It is not broken and does function. But I will be returning next week for a service mgr to give opinion on what can be done. It was not that way when I brought it in.

My service advisor Alex, was very knowledgeable and opened the hood and showed me the issues, he gave me an approximate figure of cost to fix and it was right on, it was done quickly, i felt in good hands knowing that my vehicle was being fixed by experienced technicians that specifically know about my specific model, having it washed before I picked it up was a nice surprise too. Everyone I had contact with were nice and professional .

This was the best experience out of all the times I had my truck serviced (oil changes). Instead of telling me that I have multiple recalls, I was given a loaner and told "we will take care of your vehicle. Don't worry about anything." On top of the issue I brought the truck in for.

The lease on my 2014 MKZ was expiring in two months. I made an appointment for a routine oil change and service. While waiting for service to be completed, I went into the showroom to check out the new vehicles. I wound up leasing a new MKS. The sales person and the staff of the dealership were very courteous and helpful. It couldn't have been a experience. The service advisor was also very helpful.

My wife and I had been to several dealerships, they were only concern about "moving inventory", they could care less about the customer! Then we came to Schumacher and met Walter, He asked the most important questions and after making notes and checking inventory he advised my wife that to get that exact car she wanted, he would have to order it, she agreed and Walter ordered it and exactly as she wanted it and it came in 6 or 7 weeks. Walter exceeded our expectations with his kind and accurate information. We also met John, the sales manager, and he was very helpfu and and funny, but professional. John made buying a car fun, John had the attitude " I can do it, just tell me what you want". Then we met Mike, the finance person, he worked well with Walter and John, and we everyone was very easy but professional. Everything initially went smoothly. We quickly arrived at a fair price, and choose a vehicle. It included the trade of my Hyundai. Two days later I was informed the car we chose was not available. We went through a series of cars that didn't have the required options or had too many. Finally, we had the car that would suffice. We picked up the car, and away we went, or so we thought. Three weeks after I traded in my car and was happily driving the MKC, I started to get repeated phone calls from the bank (US BANK) the lien holder on the Hyundai. Seems that you guys neglected to pay off the loan promptly, and they were asking for my late payment. I repeated told them that I no longer owned the car, but obviously, the payment Schumacher made overlapped with their records, resulting in my getting these calls. I am hopeful that 4 1/2 weeks after I traded in my car, the bank is satisfied and my credit rating was not affected by the delay. The salesman was very helpful, as was the sales manager, but this should have been much smoother than it turned out.

Most horrible experience. I was completely misled by management. I was there for three days trying to purchase a 2016 dodge caravan. The sales manager convinced me to come back each day promising me deals that he could not deliver. The deals started with the sales guy from the sales manager to the Internet sales manager to the financing manager. The final aggrement was made on the phone on the fourth day, I was happy and felt relieved of the previous stress this dealership put me through. Then about 15 minutes later after the phone conversation the sales guy text me, not even a call I g,uess he was too embarrassed. They were unable to deliver what we agreed upon. I was furious, I would never ever do business with this dealership and I would not recommend to anyone.
