We had a recall on our 2015 Tahoe. We happened to be driving by and decided to stop in. It was something small and they took our vehicle in immediately and took care of it. They also checked our tire pressure at my request as an email had told me they were a little low. We were back on the road in a short time. They always treat us well.

Had issues with the diesel exhaust management system again. The Technician who worked on the truck was very knowledgeable and thorough. The Service Managers knew what I was there for when I pulled the truck in. The truck was ready when they said it would be. We had several questions when we picked the truck up so brought the Tech out to make sure we had all the correct information. Very professional and courteous!

Had a nine o'clock appointment. They looked very busy but my car was in a few minutes later and done before 9:30. Oil changed, fluids topped off, tires rotated and air pressure checked, extensive check list of auto done. What I really liked is you drive in this big part of their building and check in. They take you to their lounge and bring it back to you there when it's done. Very, very personable personnel. Nice being treated that way, like you're important to them. Very nice experience.

Tried to give me below trade in value and then didnt conact me till after labor day. Im sure they thought they possibly would end up selling it. I also suggested havingmy local dealer getting it for me and they wouldnt even return his call. Would have been more convienent for me as it is 500 Miles away. Hope they get stuck sitting on that car. What I learned from this is stick with the guy I usually cuz he doesnt Treat me like a stupid dumb girl!

Eric, our salesperson was one of the most personable, patient, helpful (and he promised any help we would need in the future also) salesperson we've ever met. I'm 66 and Irene's 64 so that's comparing him to a lot of sales people.He was truly genuine in helping us understand the new digital world of autos, and if we had this blank look on our face he would set it up (Onstar was the hardest but the best so far) taking all per-tenant notes to use until we get used to them. And if we needed him his card is stapled to them and told to keep them in the car and we were told to please call and he'd walk us through it. We got this dealership's treatment of customers by word of mouth from fellow workers, family, and friends and this experience was right on.

Words can't describe how amazing of an experience I had! I felt so welcomed by EVERY single person at the dealership. They never made me feel like they were trying to sell me anything. I was at a different dealership the night before and I had the worst experience of my life--everyone acted like a salesperson and pressured me, but when I came to Schwieters the next morning, I was super impressed and not once felt pressured to buy anything. I honestly think the way they treated me solidified that I needed to buy a vehicle from them and nobody else. Not only was my salesperson amazing but so was the business office. They made the experience of buying a vehicle a fun thing and not a chore!! Ever since I bought my new vehicle I have been telling EVERYONE to go to Schwieters for their next vehicle. I went down to buy a pickup from Bill, he said it was in excellent condition with no dings or scratches, and I get down there after driving 2 1/2 hours to get there and there is a dent a foot long in the door of this vehicle. They would not fix it or negotiate price, they said they didn't notice it before. Yeah right. Very dissappointed. Needless to say I did not buy the truck. I would not do business with Schweiter's again. This truck is still for sale on their lot and they do not intend to fix the body, just hope someone either doesn't notice it or buys it as is.
