My sales consultant Dalton was a sweetheart but the process to purchase a vehicle from this dealership was less than favorable. The finance manager Antone and the General Manager, Chris were personable but do not handle business well. My deal should have been super easy. I have an excellent (above 740) credit score and spent 4 hours awaiting approval. Once approved, they still asked for money down of which I was not willing to do. I shouldn't have had to. I then advised I would just finance through my credit union in which case I did. I paid cash, brought them a check. They made the mistake of putting my credit union down as a lean holder when I did a personal loan and it was a cash deal. Instead of promptly fixing the problem, they lied, said it was corrected and two weeks later I am still waiting on them to fix the title which is holding me up from registering the car in another state. They have their money and have moved on leaving me irritated and having to continuous take time of my work day to deal with this mess. I will not do business with them again.

UPDATE: they found my Dream Jeep!! Bought my beauty today!!! I came in on Saturday to talk to Preston and Justin joined in as well about trading my renegade in. Both men were amazing and helpful. I may not have gotten anything YET but they know what I want and know I’ll be back later this week. Scott evans has always treated me with respect and made sure I’m happy. Will be coming back for all future car needs!

The best experience we have ever received at a dealership. Thomas was amazing the salesman ship was just perfect. Driving 12 hrs here to visit the area, going home with a new vehicle. My husband and I will drive 12hrs down here to buy a new vehicle again. Thank you guys again. If your in the area or looking for a new car stop by here. They are amazing

I recently purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 Limited from Scott Evans. This was my first experience doing business with this dealership. The overall experience was outstanding! The sales and management staff was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience. Additionally, I was given top dollar for my trade, easily beating offers by two other local dealerships. On top of that, I was given a great price on the truck I purchased; several thousand dollars less than local competition. The team truly went over and above expectations to earn my business.
