4 years ago - Great experience at Scott VW. Anthony made my car buying experience enjoyable and the process was very fast. UPDATE 3/1/2021 - I am changing this from a 5-star review to a 1-star review. While my car buying experience was positive and efficient, I have had nothing but headaches with the service department ever since. I had purchased the extended warranty, which has proven to be a complete waste of money. This weekend was the final straw. We had a rainy weekend and water started dripping onto my lap from the ceiling toward the windshield (not from the sunroof). I called service and yet again, it was not covered under any warranty. I feel like I am being scammed.

Today I went to Scott VW to look for a new car (which I have never owned a brand new car in my life). Chris was excellent answering all of our questions and helping us through the entire process! I drove my very first brand new car off of this lot today. Extremely happy from start to finish! Thank you to all the staff! Great experience!

Excellent experience all the way around. Chris restored my faith in humanity after having a downright horrible experience at another dealership just this morning. Chris was professional, personable, and direct, which are not easy to find these days! Same experierice in the financing department.
