I recently purchased a 2008 Infiniti G37 Sport Coupe from Scottsdale Autos Online. Great car buying experience! Everything was done online and over the phone. Jamie Pelock made the transaction and deal so easy and hassle free. Jamie was available to answer all my questions. I am an ER Physician and am extremely busy during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Jamie took of everything including arranging transport to Palm Springs California. The vehicle arrived fully detailed with all the paperwork, both sets of keys and a full tank of gas ! Class act! Jamie was absolutely the nicest person to my wife and I during our time browsing a vehicle. Even though we didn’t purchase, I would recommend anyone(even my unborn child) to Jamie and his father. Love this place. I went in for a vehicle I saw online. Spoke with Jean by text, went in and walked out 1 hour later with my car. John the General Manager is the best. He really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He was very honest and forthright about the vehicle. I'm one very happy customer!

I normally do not write reviews but was compelled to do so because of the exceptional professionalism of both Jim Pelock and his son Jamie. My cousin had purchased a vehicle there last year and highly recommended their service. From the minute I walked in the door I felt comfortable. As a senior citizen I've purchased many vehicles over the years and this experience by far exceeded all others. We sat down for a half hour or so discussing the exact vehicle I was interested in. They really cared and were in no hurry to sell "now" as is usually the case. I didn't shop anywhere else. They promised to stay in touch and were good for their word. A few conversations later the perfect the car was delivered to me at my residence. The price was extremely fair. I cannot express fully how thankful I am to have met such nice people. I will recommend Scottsdale Autos Online to all my family and friends.

I was interested in a car that was for sale got all the info and I wrote back and let them know that I thought the price was high and never got even a counter offer on it. I guess they didn't need to make a sale.

I have been searching for a low mileage excellent condition C5 corvette for several months. I finally found one that fit my requirements. Jamie was the first person I contacted about that car. Within the first few minutes of talking with him I knew he was more interested in helping me with my needs than making a sale. He not only promptly answered my questions but was very honest in his responses. We discussed the history of the corvette he was offering. I probably spent at least 2 hours on the phone with him prior to making the 180 mile trip to his facility. Once arriving he greeted me like an old friend. His demeanor was every bit what it was on the phone. He also introduced me to his father Jim. Their facility is quite nice, being indoors and climate controlled the vehicles he offers are protected from the brutal sun of Arizona. The vehicles are top notch, and quite honestly look almost brand new. He clearly has all the prices, and information on each vehicle although he will happily answer each and every question asked of him. I had a trade in that although he did not sell that particular vehicle, he gave me fair market value without me having to twist his arm (trust me thats a very respectable trait for a car retailer). He then worked with us on the financing, sending me to his bank he does business with only a block away from his facility. After working with the bank we returned to finalize the paperwork. Unfortunately, the battery in the Vette had run down a bit, so it needed to be run in order for it to pass emissions. Both Jamie and Jim were extremely apologetic about that and not only directed me to the nearest facility but paid the costs of not only the emissions but also the gas necessary to get there. Another thing that was needed was the battery for the keyfob was dead, Jim attempted to get one from the local car supplier but they didnt have any. So Jamie gave me the money necessary to buy a battery. What car dealerships go that far out of their way to make you happy? I could go on and on about the experience but if you are looking for high quality used vehicles and want to feel like your dealing with family vs high pressure sales, then this is the place to go.. But dont take my word for it, call them yourself, you will then fully understand what I mean. To Jim and Jamie, thank you and I mean THANK YOU for treating me with the respect and courtesy that is now so very rare in your industry.

I had been casually shopping for a clean used Lexus LS430 online for over a year. I knew exactly the package I wanted down to the color, and the prices people were paying. The car they were selling was superbly illustrated with many many photographs, well described in detail, with Carfax report included. I made an offer via e-mail. They kindly accepted. I flew Southwest Airlines from Albuquerque to Phoenix early morning two days later. They picked me up at the airport. We did a test drive, completed the paperwork and payment with their guidance, and I was on my way back to New Mexico by noon of that day. I thank them for a very pleasant and seamless transaction, and for a quality vehicle at a fair price which brings me enjoyment on a daily basis. Thank you.

I found 'the Jeep of my dreams' on line one sleepless night--in Scottsdale, AZ and I live in the Panhandle of Northwest Florida! I began with one question: what would it cost to ship to me. question was answered about 3 hours later--and thus began the most exhaustive question and answer session in used Jeep history. Jamie answered every question--thoroughly--with photos, over and over- even the ones that the answers weren't 'easy' for a dealer. In the end, I bought the jeep--sight unseen--and Jamie shipped it from Scottsdale to North Florida in 3 days--it arrived in pristine condition--even after going through dust storms in Texas! It was everything I hoped for and expected--SAO/Jamie checked in with me weekly the first few weeks by cell call or email 'just to see how its going' and kept me on track with getting the title and tag into my state from his. I have absolutely NO qualms about recommending SAO and ANY car in their inventory to anyone who wants a quality, superior, pre-owned, automobile. They stand behind everything they sell to the last degree and they are truthful in ALL respects. This is a GREAT dealer and I hope to be able to buy something else!

This is a great place to buy a car! First of all, it's a small, unique dealership, completely indoors with a very clean, welcoming showroom. Who would have thought this place existed in Scottsdale? It's a great experience. You'll work directly with one of the owners, who are very friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I bought a Jeep, and they knew all there was to know about Jeeps. You get the quality and service you'd expect from a dealer, but you deal directly with the people who make the decisions. They texted with me VERY promptly, the whole way through the experience. Most car dealerships give me a creepy feeling because of all of the negotiators and dirtballs walking around. There was nothing like that about this place. I was dealing with someone, by text, minute-to-minute, in a haggle-free process that was very easy to complete. I'm really glad I went here and I'm sure I'll go again, as long as they have the car I'm looking for. If you look online and find the car you're looking for at this dealership, you're in luck - you should be glad they have what you're looking for so you can acquire it in a smooth, seamless way. I'd pay about $500 to $1000 over the market rate of a car to go here, because of the experience, service, and "comfort" you get from working with good people in a family-owned environment.

My fiance and I recently purchased an immaculate 2006 Magnum from SAC. I would like to first state I absolutely HATE shopping for cars, from pushy sales people to the general bickering which seems to be the pathos of the entire industry. Despite my considerable hesitations, the father and son team at SAC are certainly a diamond in the rough. Their friendly manner, impeccably clean showroom and quality selection of cars have completely raised the bar on an industry lacking in standards. We love the car and will most certainly recommend both friends and family to purchase a vehicle from them. We just bought a Jeep from Jamie and his Dad and are very pleased. Buying here is different than the traditional car buying experience. Unlike going to a large lot with hundreds of cars, Jamie has 5-10 select Jeeps and Jaguars, all in great shape. I knew I wanted a Jeep Liberty, so test driving different makes and models before deciding wasn't something I needed to do. I made an appointment to see the vehicle and take a test drive. It was exactly as described on cars.com, and clean throughout. The hood supports were weak and didn't hold the hood up, and as soon as he noticed it, Jamie said it was a frequent problem with Jeeps, and that he'd get them replaced, which he did. They don't offer financing, so we arranged that through our credit union, and once the paperwork was complete, we picked the vehicle up. I've had it for two weeks, and it's running perfectly. The price was consistent with Kelley Blue Book; no haggling, no running to a manager for approval and back with a different number, no hard sell for extended warranties and add-ons, just a comfortable buying experience. Jamie and his Dad were great, and I would highly recommend them.
